後漢末から三国時代初期にかけての中国には名医・華佗がいた。彼が構築しようとした〈治療世界〉を考察するに際して、曹操の〈政治世界〉との対照を試みる。「流動する混沌に働きかけてととのえる」という原義を持つ「治」なる漢字が、華佗の〈治療世界〉では人体内部の〈気〉の流れに働きかけて「ととのえる」=「なおす」ものであり、曹操の〈政治世界〉では社会に働きかけて「ととのえる」=「おさめる」ものであった。さらには、この〈治療世界〉と〈政治世界〉が〈病やまい〉を介して接触したことが双方に決定的な影響を与え、前者は永遠の生命を有すことに、後者は新たな〈病〉を孕むことになっていった。In order to examine the healing system of Hua Tuo(華佗), I compare it with the politicalsystem of Cao Cao(曹操). The Chinese character zhi(治) originally means "trying toarrange the changing chaos". To Hua Tuo, zhi means "trying to arrange the Qi(気) in humanbody" i.e."to cure". To Cao Cao, zhi means "trying to arrange the political chaos insociety" i.e."to govern". Furthermore, these two differing systems had contact throughthe medium of a disease. This contact gave eternal life to the healing system of Hua Tuoand gave another new disease to the political system of Cao Cao.

本研究の目的は水泳の自由形におけるターン動作の速い選手と遅い選手の動作の違いを比較検討し、速いターン動作の特徴を明らかにすることであった。大学競泳選手男子8名のターン動作を高速度カメラで撮影し二次元動作分析を行い、ターンタイムは壁から3mの地点を通過し、ターン動作を終え再び通過するまでとした(3RTT)。水平方向の頭頂及び重心の移動距離と第1局面(最終ストロークのキャッチから頭を下げるまで)タイム(r=0.64、0.82)、垂直方向の重心移動距離と第3局面(足が壁に接地している間)タイム(r=0.69)の間に有意な相関がみられたが、第2局面(頭が下がり、足が壁に接地)のタイムと3RTTには相関がみられなかった。F.Puelら(2012)は「最高のターン時間は回転を開始する時の頭から壁との距離、水平速度の力のピーク、ターンの間の通り道の長さの削減によりもたらされる」と述べている。これらのことから3RTTを短くするためには以下のことが重要である。1)ある程度壁に近づいて回転開始時の頭と壁との距離を短くし、第1局面の移動距離を短くする。2)第3局面のタイムを短くするために垂直方向の動きを小さくする。

近代主義からポスト近代主義へという巨視的な視点から, 戦後日本における歴史社会学的研究の展開を後づける。とくに, 家族・宗教・農村・文化の各ジャンルにおいて歴史社会学が自己の研究の有効性をどのように示してきたのかが主な考察の対象となる。柳田民俗学, 農村の近代化, パーソンズ・ベラーの構造機能主義宗教社会学, アナール派の社会史のインパクト, モラル・エコノミーの視点, 等々多彩なトピックを見せながら歴史社会学が各ジャンルの中で隆盛を見せてきた様子が明らかにされる。現代はまだ発展・拡散の時期であり, 収束的な方向は21世紀に期されているのではという視点が示される。

小特集 : 年金制度の実証研究 : 根拠に基づく政策論本論文では, 各国の年金制度における自営業の取り扱いについて展望し, 独自の個票データを使って自営業者の保険料の納付行動の分析を行った。この結果, 自営業に対する保険料の強制徴収を強め, 負担能力に応じた保険料の仕組みの導入が必要であることが確認できた。このことから, ただちにすべての自営業者を被用者と全く同じ所得比例年金と最低保障年金の仕組みに組み入れるべきとは結論づけられないが, 諸外国でも工夫している年金制度における自営業者への対応を参考に多くの改善点が必要である。This study considers the handling of self-employed workers in national pension systems of each country, using our own individual data to analyze the behavior of contribution payments of insurance premiums by self-employed workers.As a result, we confirm that it is necessary to strengthen the compulsory collection of insurance premiums from self-employed workers and introduce an insurance premium framework in accordance with their payment capacity. From this, although we cannot conclude that all self-employed workers shall be immediately included in the same income-proportionate pension and minimum-security pension schemes of other employees, examining the measures toward self-employed workers in pension systems devised in other countries, numerous improvements are necessary.

In this paper, a new concept for final pit shape in open pit design, Best Positive Inverted Truncated Cone (BPITC) algorithm, is presented for feasibility study and basic scheduling. Five mineral deposit models were used for eventual surface mine design optimization. Initially, geological reserve models were simulated by the utilization of GSLIB using randomly and regularly spaced drill hole data. Effects of varying anisotropy on the obtained metal quantities in reserves were also investigated. The BPITC was successfully applied to 100-times simulated deposit data set using Geostatistical simulation code GSLIB. The optimization results by BPITC were compared with those obtained by Positive Moving Cone (PMC) and Dynamic Cone (DC) based algorithms for the same mineral deposit models. The obtained results indicate that BPITC is superior to all the other optimizers. Concequently, the frequency distribution curves of profits and pit incremental feature by BPITC give effective information on mineral project decision-making and mining sequencing respectively.<BR>The conclusions from this study are summarized as follows:<BR>1. It was proved that for any type of deposit, the usage of correct anisotropic factors used in GSLIB lead to correct evaluation of reserves.<BR>2. All the profits / benefits computed for all the five model deposits show that a newly developed scheme named as BPITC can always indicate optimal solutions for final pit designs.<BR>3. Conclusively, the frequency distribution curves of profits and pit incremental feature by BPITC give effective information on mineral project decision-making and mining sequencing, respectively.

COMME des GARCONS de Rei KAWAKUBO et sa creation sont apprecies comme avant-garde de mode s'accompagnant d'une seule image artistique ou choquante: On dit qu'elle ne cesse pas de confronter sa creation a toutes les preoccupations esthetiques ou morales et etonner les spectateurs et les journalistes depuis ses vetements detruits des annees 1980. Mais la styliste et son travail sont-ils toujours representes sous cette forme? Il nous faut remarquer que la representation changera selon le sujet representant et avec le temps. En effet nous voyons leurs representations variables a travers l'analyse des documents des annees 1970-80. Vers la fin des annees 1970 c'est-a-dire avant son debut a Paris, ses collections etaient recommandees dans les revues japonaises non pas comme expression de l'idee originale mail comme habits de bonne qualite, simples et confortables. Pourtant un peu plus tard, les journalistes francais ont traduit ses premieres collections par manifestation de l'esthetique traditionnelle japonaise, tandis que Kawakubo agissait elle-meme tout comme une styliste qui ne prend sa source dans rien de concret, y compris le folklore. Et c'est apres avoir fait ses premiers pas a Paris que Kawakubo s'est fait "deleguee de la mode tokyoite" puis ses collections ont commence a etre parlees au point de vue artistique et quelque peu philosophique au Japon. Nous devons donc nous demander si COMME des GARCONS dont nous parlions est un.
