New JM118 (active form of satraplatin) analogues with N-cyclohexyl-1,3-propanediamine (N-chpda) as the carrier, cis-[Pt(N-chpda)X_2] (X_2=2Cl^- (1), oxalate (2), malonate (3), 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate (CBDCA) (3), and 3-hydroxy-1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate(HO-CBDCA) (4)), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic data along with X-ray crystal structure for a representative compound cis-[Pt(N-chpda)Cl_2]. The complexes have also been evaluated for their in vitro anticancer activity. All these analytical data are in good agreement with the structures of the desired compounds. The Pt(II) is in a square planar environment and is coordinated by a chelating N-chpda ligand and 2Cl^- in cis position, and there are two crystallo-graphically independent cis-[Pt(N-chpda)Cl_2] molecules linked together by intermolecular N-H…Cl hydrogen bonds. Compounds 1 and 2 are very active against human lung cancer cell line (AGZY) and human lymphocytic leukemia cell line (Raji), and are much more active than carboplatin. Platinum(II) complexes with N-cyclohexyl-1,3-propanediamine is an alternative choice for mixed ammine/aminoplatinum anticancer drugs.

本稿はルーマンの後期の著作に登場する新概念のひとつ「イリテーション」をとりあげ、その意味を明確にしようとするこころみである。まず、ルーマン理論の解説書等に手がかりを求めたのち、イリテーション概念を主題にした原典のいくつかにあたってみた。この概念自体のまとまった理論的説明は見いだせなかったが、時代状況とかかわらせた「イリテーションと価値」と題する論文が含蓄に富んでいるので、その内容を中心に関連概念を含めて解説した。「イリテーション」もまた、ルーマンのシステム論的思考法の枠組みにしっかり位置づけて理解することが肝心である、というのが得られた教訓である。

賢治寓話「黒ぶだう」は,仔牛が赤狐に誘われ,ベチュラ公爵別荘にわき玄関から入り,二階で黒ブドウを食べる。狐はブドウの汁を吸って他は吐き出し,仔牛は種まで噛む。公爵たちが帰ってきて,狐は逃げ,残された仔牛はリボンを貰う。この話の公爵別荘のモデルは花巻市街に現存する菊池捍(きくちまもる)邸であることが明らかとなった。菊池邸は1926年に建てられ,外見は洋館,中が畳敷きの和室で,花巻出身で北海道清水町の明治製糖工場長であった捍氏が建主である。北海道の洋館建築の様式をとり入れつつも,武家住宅の伝統を受け継ぎ,洋館には無いはずの本玄関と脇玄関を付けた。賢治が仔牛たちは「わき玄関」から入ったと書いているのが菊池邸をモデルとした証拠である。この建物は他にも「黒ぶだう」の別荘と合う点が多い。菊池捍邸が賢治作品の創作の秘密を解く鍵として極めて重要なことがわかったが,建物自体も大正期の洋風建築として価値の高いものであり,保存保全が望ましい。In Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale "Black Grapes, " a calf, entitled by a red fox from a pasture, entered the villa of Duke Betula through the side entrance and ate black grapes on the second floor. The fox sucked the juice of the grapes and spit out the residue, while the calf chewed the grapes and the seeds as well. When the duke and his entourage returned home, the fox ran away. The calf was left there, but was given a ribbon by the duke. It was revealed that the model of the duke's villa is the residence of Mamoru Kikuchi, that still exists in the city of Hanamaki today. Built in 1926 by Mamoru Kikuchi, from Hanamaki and manager of Meiji Seito's sugar-making factory in Shimizu town, Hokkaido, the Kikuchi Residence has a Western appearance and tatami-matted rooms inside. Although the building was designed after the style of Hokkaido Western architecture, it followed the tradition of the samurai house and has both a main entrance and a side entrance, which don't exist in an ordinary Western-style house. The evidence that this is the model is that, as Kenji wrote, the calf and the red fox entered the villa through the "side entrance." There are many elements this building has that agree with the descriptions of the Black Grapes villa. Although the Kikuchi Residence is extremely important as a key to unravel the secrets of Kenji's creation in his works, the building itself is of high value as an example of Taisho Era western architecture, which is why its total preservation is desired.

1)節用集は、15世紀の日本に生まれた和漢対照辞書であるが、このジャンルは、17世紀末の出版文化の興隆を経て、日用百科事典にまで拡充発展する。この種の大冊の節用集を「大全型節用集」として一括し、その体制安定化・文明化機能について初の学際研究が試みられた。2)大全型節用集の記述内容は、漢語指南、天文・歴史・地理指南、各種人占、命名法、方位・日柄禁忌指南など多岐にわたるが、いずれも文明化の基本としての礼法の構成要素であることを分析し、前近代日本社会の理解には、未開拓ながら必須の研究分野であることが発見された。3)その文明化機能の実態を明らかにするため、畿内を中心に所蔵家訪問調査を行ない、その結果、【○!1】この出版物が各戸で準聖典扱いをうけていたこと、【○!2】その影響力の分析には、各冊の地(けした)の奥より部分に出る条痕のパターンに注目すべきことが発見された。4)この地奥条痕の計量化分析法として、ドラムスキャナとコンピューターを駆使する技術が開発されるに至った。5)大全型節用集の使用態様データの分析は、まだ緒についたばかりであるが、18、19世紀の日本社会の都市部、農村部、街道筋に存在した、陰陽道とのかかわりの深い幾種類かの生活形態が明らかにされようとしている。6)本研究が開発した方法論は、他国の同種出版物の研究にも汎用可能であることが、各種学会発表を通じて明らかにされた。

PTSD報道は1995年から報道されるようになり,2000年度はその報道は急増している.阪神・淡路大震災のときの心の危機介入から,最近では損害賠償,労災,民事訴訟,刑事訴訟の報道の増加が特徴的である.大学・総合病院・精神保健福祉センター・精神病院精神科診療所に勤務する精神科医3,528人に対するアンケート調査を実施したが,全体の回収数は764であり,全対象者の21.7%の回収率であった.過去3年間に日常臨床の中でPTSD診断を下したことのある精神科医は53%(389)であった.一番多いのは交通事故後のPTSDである.日本におけるPTSD診断は,個人のパーソナリティ傾向やストレス脆弱性が考慮されずに安易に診断されているのが現状である.PTSDの診断を巡り,精神科医の間で混乱が生じている現状を明らかにしたが,忘れてならないのは,凄まじい強烈な体験=PTSDの心的外傷体験に,どのような精神症状が形成されていったのか,ということであり臨床医としてその対応を迫られているといえよう.

This study aims to clarify the background and the process of transformation of the Inari-yamashita accomodation housing built for the victims of the Great Kanto Earthquake built in Yokohama City in 1925, which was a 1st-floor wooden tenement house. We found that this housing was one of the two facilities for accommodating the victims evicted from temporary shanties, under the strong intention of social welfare by Yokohama City. And the planning of this accommodation was quite similar to that of the Dojunkwai Foundaation, but this accommodation has used the old materials like king-post-truss from the roof of the former shanties, so in a structural way, this was a big condition of construction of this accommodation. Through measuring this building, we investigated many activities of the dwellers to transform the housing.

数列が整列されている度合を表す事前整列性測度Leaves(葉数),および事前整列性のよい数列については高速にソートをする適応整列法LOASとその実現法について報告する.LOASはまず与えられた数列を葉数個の区間にO()時間で分割し,次にそれをO( log葉数)時間でマージする整列法である.本稿ではまず葉数とLOASを定義し,次にLOASがLeavesに関して最適であることの証明を与える.最後にLOASの実現法およびその他の適応ソートや実用的なQUICKソート,MERGEソート等との性能比較結果を示す.We propose a new presortedness measure leaves and a new sorting algorithm LOAS (Leaves Optimal Adaptive Sort) which is optimal with respect to the measure. LOAS divides a given sequence X into Leaves (X) sorted subsequences in O(n) time. Then it merges the sequences in O(n log Leaves(X)) time. Implementation techniques and proof of the Leaves-Optimality of the algorithm are described. In order to prove that LOAS is an efficient sorting algorithm, we have conducted systematic evaluation of several sorting algorithms including Quicksort, merge sort, Skip sort and MEL sort.

この論考は今日の社会を生きる生身の現代人における魂の不安に対するケアに触れながら、そうしたケアのために教育現場ではどのような取り組みが必要とされるのか、その模索の入り口に立とうとする試みである。「魂のケア」や「魂の教育」を考える時、学校というある意味で生と死の現場から切り離された教室空間に留まったまま教科書や文献に即して考察するだけでは、抽象的な知識のレベルで終始しがちとなり、今ひとつ全人的な生きたテーマの学習には及びにくい。「魂の教育」のためには、人間の心の深みや魂の叫び、いのちの営みが如実に顕現化するターミナル・ケアやホスピス・ケアの現場をその学びの原点とするような形の取り組みが考えられよう。人間のいのちに深くかかわる現場の人々との接点を持ちながらの学びのあり方-ある種の体験学習的な取り組み-が求められる教育の一つではないであろうか。その意味で、自分自身のこの論考への促しの発端ともなったドイツのホスピス訪問で学んだ幾つかについて、最後の部分で言及したい。

This study aimed, first, to examine sex differences in bullying behavior, and second, to probe for any relationships between "bullying among close friends" and the pupil's social skills and exclusiveness. A questionnaire was conducted, and approximately 450 fifth and sixth graders served as participants. The following results were obtained. Females experienced more bullying from close friends than did males, and this experience was likely to affect relational satisfaction with friends among females more than with friends among males. Furthermore, path-analysis was conducted to determine if social skills and exclusiveness might predict victimization as well as bullying. The path model fit males better than females, with both predictors having significant paths to the two outcome factors, while females only showed exclusiveness as predictive of these factors, and not social skills.

本稿では, 異なる種類のセンサ情報を用いた知覚システムと行為システムの制御方法を提案する。マルチモーグルなセンサとして超音波センサ, レーザセンサ, ccdカメラを用い, 移動ロボットは, センサ間の刺激・抑制の構造を持つセンサリネットワークを従い, 直面する環境に適したセンサー情報を用いて行動制御する。最後に, 簡単な実験を通して有効性に関する議論を行うとともに, 学習方法について議論する。
