The basic infectious disease countermeasure against the COVID-19 in public spaces, “ensuring a physical distance,” was quantitatively analyzed through an observational survey conducted in JR Osaka Station Atrium Square. The results showed that the density of holiday visitors increased due to the repetition of the issuance and lifting of four emergency declarations. The density decreased slightly after once increasing. Weekday visitors showed a tendency to keep their distance from passersby.

Diffuse midline glioma (DMG), H3 K27M-altered, is a tumor with a poor prognosis mainly found in children. An adolescent patient presented with thalamic hemorrhage, which initially could not be diagnosed as DMG by pathological analysis. A neoplasm in the lateral ventricle close to the previous thalamic hemorrhagic lesion was detected 12 months after the hemorrhage. Thus, endoscopic resection was performed, and a diagnosis was made. Gene expression profiling demonstrated mutation in genes, such as H3F3A and FGFR1. FGFR1 mutation was associated with intratumoral hemorrhage in low-grade gliomas and contributed to longer survival than wild-type FGFR1 in DMG H3K27M. Our findings suggest that patients with DMG, H3 K27-altered, with FGFR1 mutation may be predisposed to intratumoral hemorrhaging and/or have a longer survival time than patients without FGFR1 mutation.

2018年の改正水道法では、集権的広域化の推進が目指されている。しかし、そこには3つの疑問がある。「収入減少下における大量更新」という時代を迎えるなかで、広域化は有効な解決策になりうると言われる。しかし、少なからぬ水道事業者が広域化に消極的であり、中央と現場に乖離があることは重要な問題である。 そもそも、改正水道法は給水収益の減少を水道事業の重要課題に位置付けていた。しかし、その理由を人口減少のみに求めている点は誤りである。議論の出発点に疑問がある。 最後に責任水量制の問題がある。責任水量制の下で進められる統廃合は、ダム水源への依存度を過度に高める形になりやすい。しかし、それは安定給水の確保に必ずしも繋がらない。工業用水で検討されているように、水道用水供給事業でも責任水量制の見直しが必要である。そうしてこそ、財政およびリスク管理という点から、合理的な統廃合が可能になってくるはずである。

東京大学総合研究資料館の近世アイヌの頭蓋標本を観察したところ,125例中19例に,いわゆる風習によると思われる抜歯痕が見られた。抜歯された歯は主として上下顎の中切歯および側切歯で,その数は,上顎22本,下顎25本であった。地域別に見ると,北海道の太平洋岸では49例中8例,16.3%,日本海岸では30例中2例,6.7%,オホーツク海岸では34例中7例,20.6%で,全体では15.2%であった。とくに興味深いのは,抜歯が中切歯と側切歯に集中していたことで,これは,北海道の繩文時代人とも,本州以南の繩文および弥生時代人とも異なる様式であり,近世アイヌが,いわゆる北方文化の強い影響を受けていたことを示すもののように思われた。

“Collective memory” has become one of the popular topics in sociological researchers in Japan since the 1990s. However, in Japanese urban sociology, the studies which focus on “collective memory” are still few. In this paper, I will examine why Japanese urban sociologist have not been interested in this topic, and then I will show the perspective for the study of local collective memory in urban society, especially in suburbia and new town. “Economics”, “politics” and “topography” of memory are the key points of this tentative perspective for the study of local collective memory in sociological urban studies. The condition of local memory in suburbia and new town is different either from the local memory in urban center or rural community. I will examine this suburban condition of local collective memory, and then try to propose some hypothesis about the characteristics of local memory in suburbia and new town. In suburbia and new town, there are discontinuities, segregations, isolation and homogenization of local memories. Under these sociological conditions of local collective memory, we can also find the process of the making of new local collective memories among the dwellers.

本研究では、松戸駅周辺の「MAD City」プロジェクトの事例研究を通して、地域起業家および社会的企業の起業エコシステム通じた既成市街地の再生の実態把握を行った。ここでいうエコシステムとは、起業を生み出すための相互に関連した人々の集団や支援環境を指す。本研究では、地域起業家の中には、地域サービスの向上に貢献する事業を展開しながらも、地域内の社会環境に依存しない起業家が存在することを明らかにした。また、性別や子どもの有無によって、地域起業家が重視する環境、依存する環境に違いがあることも明らかになった。社会的企業は、自社で展開する事業の中で起業家と協働することで、地域に必ずしも依存しない起業家と地域の主体との関係構築に寄与し、更なる起業や付随する地域サービスの充実に貢献することで、市街地再生に資する事業展開を促進する起業エコシステムを醸成していた。

二つの世界大戦の狭間で、歴史に関する二つの哲学的な理論がほぼ踵を接して構想されていた。人間存在の歴史性を論じたハイデガーの『存在と時間』 (一九二七年) が公刊されたのと同じ頃、ベンヤミンは、未完に終わった『パサージュ論』のための最初の草稿 (一九二七-二九年) を書き始めているのである。この草稿のなかには、歴史哲学についてのいくつかの覚え書きが含まれている。この歴史哲学が後に、彼の絶筆となった『歴史の概念について』に結晶することになるのである。ベンヤミンは、自らの歴史哲学に関する理論的考察を、パリのパサージュから「十九世紀の根源史」 (Urgeschichte) を引き出すべき著作の序論をなすものと考えていたようである。ゲルショム・ショーレムに宛てた書簡 (一九三〇年一月二〇日) において、彼は構想中の『パサージュ論』について、「認識論に関する序論なしですませることはできないだろう」と述べている。「今回それはとくに歴史の認識論に関するものでなくてはなるまい。」『パサージュ論』は、この「歴史の認識論」を提示する序論をもたなければならないというのである。ベンヤミンはさらに同じ書簡で、「歴史の認識論」の形成にあたって、ハイデガーとの対決が不可避であることを示唆している。「そこで私は途上にハイデガーを見いだすことだろう。そして私は、私たち二人のきわめて異なった歴史の見方の衝突から、何か火花が飛び散るのを期待している。」 -(V 1094) 二人の対決-このテクストという舞台の上で繰り広げられることのなかった対決が火花を散らすものであるのは、二人が対立しあう思考を同じ焦点に集中させているときであろう。ここで私は、まず彼らの思考が集中する一点を探り当て、そしてそこでせめぎあうベンヤミンとハイデガーの歴史についての思考のコントラストを描き出してみたい。それを通じて、ハイデガーが『存在と時間』の時期に語る歴史理解の構造としての「歴史性」とともに、ベンヤミンの歴史哲学の一端を浮き彫りにすることができればと思う。

An ultrahigh vacuum stainless-vessel including only solid samples is used as a “Solid Fusion” vessel. When extremely high purity D2 gas is injected into this stainless-vessel, D2 gas is penetrated into the solid sample as “D+-jet stream” and “Solid Fusion” is generated instantly with 42He and thermal energy as the reaction products. Consequently, the stainless vessel can act as both a “42He generator” and a “Thermal Reactor”. As a result, and excellent actual “Solid Fusion” reactor is established for the first time in the world.

平成18年度から下北沖合を主に海水の安定ヨウ素及びヨウ素129濃度を測定して来た。安定ヨウ素及びヨウ素129濃度のバックグラウンド濃度は、それぞれ、52μg/l、20~30nBq/l程度である。
