主婦の買い物行動を追跡するこのコーナーも3回目。今回は、埼玉県三郷市の主婦N・Mさんの買い物に密着して、「真の購買動機」を探った。買い物には、春休み中の2人の子供たちが同伴。幼稚園が休みの間は子供の世話で手がかかることなどを考慮に入れながら、食事の内容を決めていく様子が読み取れる。 店の入り口近くに特売のバナナ。POPには「金曜日はバナナの日」とある。

<p>近年,コットン等にとってふきとるような動作で使用する,「ふきとり化粧水」の効果や重要性への注目度が高まっている。ふきとりに際して使用する液や日常のスキンケアに対する「ふきとり行為」の追加が皮膚に与える作用については報告があるものの,コットンによるふきとりという行為が皮膚に与える影響とそのメカニズムを解明するには,さらなる検討が必要であった。本研究では,この行為に着目し,ふきとりの作用と機能を明らかにすることを目的として,コットンによるふきとりとパッティングが皮膚状態および皮膚成分に与える作用を比較した。2週間の連用試験の結果,ふきとりを行った部位について,試験開始前のメラニンインデックスが高い測定参加者ほど値の低下が大きかった。さらに,コットンに付着した角層由来タンパク量について,パッティング使用した場合と比較して,有意に多いにもかかわらず,角層厚に変化はみられなかった。これらの結果から,ふきとり行為にはメラニンを含む角層の除去と同時に新たな角層の生成を促進する機能があることが示唆された。さらに,ジヒドロキシアセトンを適用した人為的なサンレスタンニング部に対する適用試験により,ふきとりの角層交換促進作用が確認された。本研究により,コットンによるふきとりが角層交換促進機能を有し,これによって色素を含んだ角層が減少することで,皮膚色を明るくする作用を発揮していることが示された。</p>

ロースハムの日本農林規格における採点基準の具体的数値を把握するため,都内のJAS認定工場33社より56点の製品を採取し,断面の形態に対して,断面の径,面積,周囲長などについて測定し,つぎのような平均数値を得た。<BR>(1) 断面の円形は,長径8.04±0.16cm,短径7.36±0.67cmで,短径が比較的変化するやや扁平な円が多い。また長径,短径の方向は,脂肪層や結着面とはとくに関係がなかった。<BR>(2) 断面積は47.96±2.01cmcm<SUP>2</SUP>,筋肉面積は30.29±1.72cmcm<SUP>2</SUP>,脂肪面積は17.56±1.37cmcm<SUP>2</SUP>で,脂肪面積の変異係数が25.51%で,筋肉面積の変異係数の20.50%よりも大きく,断面からみて製品は脂肪量のばらつきの大きいことがわかる。<BR>(3) 断面における筋肉面積の割合いは63.36±2.49%であり,ロースの芯の周囲をおおう脂肪層の厚さは0.670~1.070cmぐらいである。<BR>(4) 断面の形態より採取試料56点中,明らかに肩ロースのラックスハムと思われるものが17点もあるのは,切断部位が5-6胸椎間のものより,2-3胸椎間のものが多いためと思われる。<BR>(5) 脂肪が肉の表面をなめらかにおおっているのは,周囲長と,脂肪と筋肉の接触面の長さの比が0.987±0.113ぐらいで,比が1.833と大きいものは脂肪面積も45%と大きく,比が0.593と小さいものは,脂肪が筋肉中まで入って,結着を悪くする原因を作っているようである。

<p>Rhythmic entrainment, or synchronization, to musical rhythm is universally observed in almost all human culture; however, in non-human animals, this kind of behavior has been demonstrated only by some specific species. Thus, exploring the evolutional origin and the psychological substrate for this capability is an attractive research topic. This article reviews recent studies tackling this question and relevant researches, then, introduces a hypothesis explaining the origin of the prominent capability for rhythmic synchronization in humans.</p>

<p>背景 : 医療系学生による高齢者家庭訪問実習の初年度の教育効果の検証.</p><p>方法 : 実習に参加した医学部3年生5名, 高齢者5名によるフォーカスグループインタビューを基に自記式調査用紙を作成し, 医学部3年生, 高齢者の全参加者に調査協力を依頼した.</p><p>結果 : 学生84人と高齢者30人が協力に同意した. 学生の74%が「高齢者の暮らしぶりが分かった」と回答し, 高齢者の57%が「良い変化があった」と回答した. 93%の高齢者が本実習に満足だったのに対し, 学生の肯定的な意見は半数であった.</p><p>考察 : 学生が本実習に積極的に取り組むためには, 各自が明確な訪問への目的意識を持てるよう, 入念な事前準備の必要性が示された.</p>

When one thinks of unordinary trips, anaround-the-world cruise on a luxurious shipand a transcontinental trip on a deluxe sleepertrain come to mind. Yet this paper will discussthe opposite of these types of travel: namely,low-class trips by what the author calls "fictitiousrailways."The mysterious and fictitious railways run bya private logging train company existed brieflybefore the Second World War on the southernedge of Shikoku Island, and vanished withoutbeing noticed. People used the service to enjoya scenic view of a valley with a famous waterfallfrom a train that did not have a roof or evenseats.Trolley trains on Yakushima Island - a WorldHeritage Site - and the Kurobe Gorge havebeen serving the same function for tourists. Butthe Shikoku one is unique in that a car withseveral adult passengers was pulled by a westerndog up a several-kilometer slope to the waterfall.The train service was sold to tourists by theSightseeing Railways, which was founded andrun by a cooperative association of the ownersof a local mountain and forest. Even thoughthe association was approved by the Ministryof Agriculture and Forestry, it did not have a licenseissued by the Railway Supervision Bureauto operate a commercial train service. Thus, itwas an unlicensed, fake railway company.So why was it able to provide the service?The answer can be found through examinationof similar unlicensed railways operating inHokkaido at the time of its original developmentin the 1930's. Remote mountain areaswhere regular railways were unlikely to be developedwere considered special districts, andthe bureau was lenient concerning train servicesin those areas and did not apply strictregulations there.

[要約] 小学校教員養成教育における国語科の教科内容(教科の専門的事項)は,その根拠となる教育職員免許法及び同施行規則等の関連項目と,実際に小学校で行われる学習内容を規定した学習指導要領の指導事項との間に整合性を欠いているために,一定の共通理解が得られているとは必ずしもいえないのが現状である。学習指導要領の指導事項も学習者の能力の到達目標として記述されているために,国語科の授業者に求められる資質・能力が明確にされているとはいいがたい。結果として,教員養成段階の小学校国語科の内容を扱う,いわゆる教科専門科目が教養主義に傾いてきたことも否めない。本稿は小学校の国語科授業を担う授業者に対する教員養成教育として,教材研究や授業づくりの前段階として求められる実践的な資質・能力をどう捉えたらよいかを課題とする。おおまかには,実際の国語科授業で行われる学習の内容や活動を授業者自身が行うことができることであると仮定し,そこから逆算して3領域1事項に関わる42項目を提言するものである。なお,この提言は千葉大学教育学部国語教育講座に所属する,いわゆる教科専門教育科目を担当する教員4名による討議を経た共同研究・共同著作である。

本稿は『新増書目』(松浦史料博物館蔵)における住吉派や板谷派の絵画鑑定及び模写に関する記事を活字化したものである。本書は平戸藩第九代藩主松浦静山が創設した楽歳堂所蔵の文献目録であるが、絵画に関しても項目が立てられ、その伝来や画題の内容、制作年代や筆者、画風についてのコメントが静山自身の言葉によって語られている。その際、静山が助言を求め、手控え用の模写を依頼したのが幕府の御用絵師である住吉派や板谷派である。また、本書から松平定信を中心とする知的ネットワークや考証学的学問態度の広がりを知ることができる。本書を活字化し、公刊することで、近世御用絵師における絵画鑑定や模写、考証学的学問態度の研究に寄与することができると考えられる。

This paper discusses locational conflicts surrounding a new waste disposal facility in Koganei City from the viewpoint of "the politics of scale". Since 1957, Koganei, Chofu, and Fuchu cities have disposed of their waste at Nimaibashi Waste Disposal Facility. In 2007, Koganei City officials proposed the construction of a new facility by 2017 at the site of the Nimaibashi Waste Disposal Facility, which was located at the periphery of Koganei City, or at the site of a former Janome sewing machine factory, which was located at the center of the city. Although people residing near both sites protested against the construction of the new facility, the Koganei City officials decided to construct the new facility at the site of the Nimaibashi Waste Disposal Facility. The reason for this decision is summarized as follows: (1) Most of the citizens of Koganei City appeared to be indifferent to this locational conflict; (2) The Koganei City officials were adamant about constructing an incineration facility; (3) The actions of the people residing near the former Janome sewing factory, unlike those of the people residing near Nimaibashi Waste Disposal Facility, were successful in protesting given the scale of Koganei City.
