徳島保健所管内の砂場のToxocara属虫卵による汚染状況を把握するために46力所を調査したところ, 29力所(63.3%)から虫卵が検出された. 公園や住宅団地内の遊び場の砂場(87.5%)が, 幼稚園や学校, 児童館等の施設に付属する砂場(36.4%)より明らかに汚染率が高かった. また, その内5力所の砂場について, 1990年5月から1991年4月の間に汚染状況の季節的変化を調査したところ, 3〜6月の春から初夏にかけてと, 9〜11月の秋季に陽性率が高く, 7・8月の夏季及び12〜2月の冬季に低下し, 7・8月には検出される虫卵数も明らかに減少した. 砂場の一つから回収した虫卵を走査電子顕微鏡で観察したところ, 犬蛔虫卵と猫蛔虫卵の比は2:3であった. また, 5-6力月未満の144頭の子犬の直腸便を調査したところ, 98頭(68.0%)が犬蛔虫卵陽性であった. この調査から当保健所管内の砂場が幼虫移行症を引き起こす可能性のあるToxocara属虫卵により著しく汚染されていることがわかった. 今後, このような汚染を防止するための対応が必要である.

The quick-mastery map, the scale of which was one to twenty thousand, was completed in seven years from 1880 A.D. (13 of Meiji) to 1886 A.D. (19 of Meiji).<br>Its surveying areas get to 176km from east to west, and 180km from south to west, centering around Tokyo Prefecture and 15, 511 square miles in its surveying areas, and is completed in 235 maps.<br>In this surveyworks, the numbers, of the army survey department of the general stuff office completed lots of topographical maps which is so detailed that there was no precedent for it, after making a survey of comparatively extensive regions by using the new western surveying instruments in a short time.<br>It is uncommon that they adopted the French system in a diagram of the the topographical map, and used two kinds of map sizes in a ream of map.<br>Anyhow, a group of these maps was achieved five years ago, and was the first successiful attempt in our country.<br>The temporary surveymap like the former was completed by the hand of army survey department in general stuff office, for six years from 1884 A.D. (22nd of Meiji). The surveying regions are through out the Metoropolitan District, centreing around Osaka, and get to 91km from east to west, and 110km from south to north, and also 4, 668 square miles in araea, they made 92 surveymaps in all. It is similar to the former that the longitude and latitude of the map are 6' and 4' each, and this survey map, too, does not adopt the result of the triangular serveying.<br>They apparently adopt the German system in the diagram of this topographical map, so that we can find out the gravity and toughness of the latter in contrast with the softness of the former, in the topographical description and the form of expression.<br>And also these topographical maps were the first significant ones having campleted about 70 years ago for all over the Metropolitan District.

これまでに多くのバイオ医薬品が医療の現場に提供され,患者が恩恵を受けているが,有効性及び安全性の観点から世界的に最も問題となっているのが免疫原性である。一般的に,抗原が抗体の産生や細胞性免疫を誘導する性質を免疫原性と呼ぶが,バイオ医薬品の場合は,バイオ医薬品に対して抗体が産生されることを指す。 免疫原性の予測方法として使用頻度の高いのは,T細胞エピトープのin silico予測方法とT細胞を用いたアッセイである。T細胞反応の検出は,通常,ヒト由来の抗原提示細胞とT細胞存在下において,バイオ医薬品あるいはそのペプチドを添加し,T細胞の増殖あるいはサイトカインの遊離を測定することにより行なう。 臨床において免疫原性の主な原因として問題となっているのは,IFN-β等における凝集体,抗体医薬品における特に相補性決定領域のマウス及びヒト由来配列及び酵素補充療法における内在的な酵素欠損による異種タンパク質としての認識である。 産生された抗体は,バイオ医薬品のクリアランスの増加あるいは機能の中和により有効性を低下させる場合があるが,影響を及ぼさない場合もある。また,安全性についてはⅠ型アレルギー,Ⅲ型アレルギー,インフュージョン反応を起こす可能性がある。バイオ医薬品の免疫原性軽減戦略としては,methotrexateのような免疫抑制剤の投与,IVIG (intravenous injection of immunoglobulin)によるレギュラトリーT細胞の誘導,バイオ医薬品投与量の増加により免疫寛容の誘導等が考えられる。 本講演では上記について具体例を示し,免疫原性予測法の現状と問題点,臨床における免疫原性評価のポイント,免疫原性軽減戦略の現状と問題点について考察したい。

At present, there are a variety of measures that are being taken in the face of the lengthening of level crossing closure times, but since these all rely on the intermittent detection of the location and speed of the train, they have not yet shown sufficient effectiveness. Against this backdrop, we will show in our simulation and experimental result the use of inductive wires to continuously detect the location of the train, while also outlining the crossing warning time control system, and how the application of this system. In this paper, warning time optimum control for level crossing with a continuous type train location detector using crossed inductive wires will be proposed and its effect to shorten crossing warning times will be discussed. And we have also confirmed the feasibility of the bidirectional information flow method. As a result, we have demonstrated that the proposed method is effective in delaying the timing of the initiation of warning and it is applicable to a high speed train.

身体的なインタラクションを行う自律キャラクタの行動・動作の開発過程で求める表現に適うようになるまでには,テストプレイを行い,試行錯誤による微調整が必要である.しかし,複数人を相手とするテストプレイでは開発の現地に必要な数のテストプレイヤーを集めることは容易であると限らない.そこで本稿では,遠隔・複数人のテストプレイヤーがVR機器を用いてテスト実行中のキャラクタプログラムに参加し,キャラクタの動作を即時確認・調整することを可能とする共有VRフレームワークを提案・実現した.

【目的】本研究目的は,肩関節疾患保存例に対して理学療法を行い,初回時の夜間痛の有無における治療経過,また,関節注射による影響を調査し,理学療法の有用性を示すことである。【方法】対象は,肩関節疾患保存例72 例である。初回時の夜間痛の有無で2 群に分類し,また,夜間痛あり群のうち,初診時に関節注射実施の有無で2 群に分類し,治療開始1,3 ヵ月後までROM,動作時VAS,アテネ不眠尺度(以下,AIS)の治療経過の差について解析した。【結果】 夜間痛あり,なし群の経過に交互作用がみられ,夜間痛あり群でROM,動作時VAS,AIS の高い改善度が得られた。また,関節注射併用例で初回から1 ヵ月後で動作時VAS の高い改善度が得られた。【結論】肩関節疾患保存例に対する理学療法により,夜間痛の有無にかかわらずROM,VAS,AIS の改善が得られ,夜間痛を有する場合,関節注射を併用することで早期に疼痛の改善が得られる。

Concerning an optical card and an optical card drive which writes information on the optical card and reads information recorded on the optical card, the topics of their technology through application are discussed to provide the whole idea of optical card systems. Firstly their development history, various kinds of optical cards, the principle of writing and reading, the structure of the optical card and the optical card drive and the features of optical card systems are provided. Secondly their applications, the present stage of the experiments and realization and a sample of optical systems in the retail field are introduced. and the trend in their future is discussed. Lastly the standardization of optical cards, the current task, is mentioned.

本研究では,少年鑑別所で自閉症スペクトラム障害の疑いと診断された犯罪少年(殺人未遂)の心理臨床を検討した。この少年(中3)は緘黙の症状を呈していたので,セラピストは,面接では言語的なコミュニケーションを補うものとして,箱庭やMSSM,写真などを用いて関わった。箱庭にはコミュニケーションの回復過程が示された。発達障害の少年の非行臨床においては,被害者意識の理解が重要であり,その理解のためには,情緒的共感性をよりどころにして,心の交流を行うことが重要になること,また,認知や共感性の特性等,障害特性を考慮すれば,発達障害の非行臨床は一般の非行少年の臨床とあまり変わらないのではないかという問題提起を行った。

The effect of estrus induction by cabergoline on gonadotropin and steroid hormone responses was examined in anestrous bitches. Eleven beagles were used in the study; seven were included in the estrus induction group and four were included in the spontaneous estrus group. Cabergoline was orally administered to the estrus induction group at 5 µg/kg once daily for four weeks, or until hemorrhagic discharge was detected. The inter-estrus interval in the estrus induction group was significantly shorter than the previous estrus interval. Bitches that showed proestrus within four weeks of treatment showed increased luteinizing hormone (LH) pulse frequency and, subsequently, increased estradiol (E2) levels. Prolactin (PRL) levels declined promptly after treatment, except in one bitch that did not show proestrus during the cabergoline treatment period. There was a significant correlation between the time to proestrus induction and the reduction in PRL levels. A positive correlation was found between the LH levels two weeks after cabergoline administration and PRL reduction. This study demonstrates that an abrupt reduction in PRL is likely to be important for initiation of estrus in bitches. A reduction in PRL indirectly leads to an increase in LH pulse frequency, which regulates follicular development in bitches. However, if the period from the end of the previous estrus to the cabergoline treatment is short, it may take some time to show proestrus without increasing E2 levels, even if the LH level increases after cabergoline administration.

Long-term culture of canine artificial hepatocytes has not been established. We hypothesized that human placental hydrolysate (hPH) may support the long-term culture of differentiated hepatocyte-like cells. Canine bone marrow cells were cultured using modified hepatocyte growth medium supplemented with hPH. Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunocytochemical analysis for albumin, qualitative RT-PCR for cytochrome P450 1A1 (CYP1A1), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), Cytokeratin 7 (CK7), CD90, CD44, and CD34, and functional analyses of CYP450 activity and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) uptake were performed. Cultured hepatocyte-like cells were able to maintain hepatocyte characteristics, including morphology, albumin synthesis, CYP450 activity, and LDL uptake for 80 days. Thus, hPH may be a potential facilitator for the long-term culture of hepatocyte-like cells. Clinicopathologically, this culture protocol of artificial hepatocytes will contribute to liver function evaluation.

We describe a 5-year-old castrated male dog suspected hypoglycemic encephalopathy that was evaluated by using diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI). The dog experienced hypoglycemia after prolonged generalized and continued partial seizures. In the acute phase, DWI showed hyperintensity in the left temporal lobe. After about a month, DWI maintained hyperintensity, and left middle cerebral artery dilation was noted on magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). In the chronic phase, the left temporal lobe lesion was replaced by cerebrospinal fluid. In humans, it was reported that cortical laminar necrosis (CLN) with hypoglycemic encephalopathy presents hyperintensity in the cerebral cortex on DWI and increased vascularity of the middle cerebral artery branches on MRA. In conclusion, DWI has detected CLN in a dog suspected hypoglycemic encephalopathy.

【目的】<BR> 脊柱後彎変形(以下,円背)は加齢に伴い進行する高齢者特有の姿勢であり(Milne,1974),高齢者の約60%に認められると報告されている(川田,2006).高齢者の円背の増加はバランス能力低下(坂光,2007),呼吸機能の低下(草刈,2003)などと関係があり,円背の定量的測定の開発が求められている.また,円背進行予防運動の効果を検討するためにも,時間的な制約のある臨床現場ではより効率的で簡便な円背の測定が必要であると考えられる.<BR> 現在,円背の定量的測定のGold standardとして脊柱矢状面レントゲン画像から算出するcobb角がある(Kado,2009).また,自在曲線定規による円背指数(Kyphosis Index(%):以下,KI)が最も安価で簡便な測定方法であるとされている(Lumdon,1898).<BR> そこで本研究の目的は臨床で使用可能であり,簡便な円背の定量的測定方法の開発を目的とし,小型ジャイロセンサーを用いた円背の定量的測定の妥当性及び再現性を検討することとした.<BR>【方法】<BR> 参加者は神奈川県S市のラジオ体操会会員から募集した56歳~86歳の地域在住中高齢者96名(男性50名:平均年齢70.1±5.0歳,女性46名:平均年齢72.7±6.2歳)であった.<BR> 姿勢測定は((株)ユーキ・トレーディング社製,ホライゾンKS08010:以下,姿勢測定装置)を使用し,脊柱後彎角度(Kyphosis Angle;以下,KA)を算出した.本装置は小型ジャイロセンサーが内蔵された測定器(±0.7°の精度)であり,三次元的な角度の測定が短時間かつ正確に可能である.KAは,第7頸椎棘突起(以下,C7)と脊柱の最大後彎部を結ぶ線,脊柱の最大後彎部と両側上後腸骨棘の中点(以下,PSIS中点)を結ぶ線のなす角度である.また,外的基準として円背の程度の測定をKIにて算出した.KIは身体に非侵襲的であり,高値になるほど円背が重度と判断される指標である.また,Cobb角との高い相関が確認され(Milne,1974),検者内,検者間の再現性のある測定方法である(Lundon,1998).KIの算出は,測定を立位にて実施した.C7と両側上後腸骨棘を触診し,C7からPSIS中点までの脊柱アライメントを自在曲線定規で型どりそのアライメントを紙にトレースした後,C7からPSIS中点を結ぶ線との交点までの長さL(cm)と直線Lから彎曲頂点までの高さH(cm)を記録し,H/L×100で算出した.<BR> 統計解析は姿勢測定装置による円背測定の妥当性について,KIとKAの関連をPearsonの積率相関係数を用いて検討した.また,2回及び3回連続測定の再現性について,級内相関係数(Intraclass Correlation Coefficient:以下 ICC(1,1),ICC(1,2),ICC(1,3))を算出し,適切な測定回数を検討した.なお,有意水準は1%未満とした.<BR>【説明と同意】<BR> 参加者には事前に書面及び口頭で本研究について十分な説明を行い,書面にて自署において同意を得た.<BR>【結果】<BR> 参加者全体のKA及びKIの平均値はKA:163.8±6.8°,KI:8.4±2.6%であった.KAとKIの間には,全参加者(r=-.63,<I>P=.00</I>,n=96),男性(r=-.64,<I>P=.00</I>,n=50),女性(r=-.62,<I>P=.00</I>,n=46)において統計学的有意な中等度の相関が確認された.<BR> KAの連続測定の再現性の検討では,2回連続ではICC(1,1):0.967(99%Confidence interval(99%CI);0.935-0.983),ICC(1,2):0.983(99%CI;0.966-0.991),3回連続ではICC(1,1):0.958(99%CI;0.9267-0.9766),ICC(1,3):0.985(99%CI;0.974-0.992)であった.<BR>【考察】<BR> 本研究では姿勢測定装置による円背の定量的測定の妥当性と再現性を検討した.結果,姿勢測定装置による円背測定の妥当性が確認された.また,ICCは0.9以上で"優秀"と定義されていること(Shrout,1979)から,2回及び3回連続測定の高い再現性が確認された.これは3回の連続測定の再現性に関しては,本装置による体幹前傾角度の計測法を検討した先行研究(Suzuki,submission)とも一致する結果となった.姿勢測定装置による円背測定の回数はKAのICC(1,1)が0.95以上であったことから1回の測定でも十分再現性は高いといえる.つまり,姿勢測定装置による円背の測定は1人の検者が1回測定すれば十分であるということができる.以上のことから,姿勢測定装置による円背測定は,妥当性,連続測定の再現性が高く,臨床現場において簡便に実施可能な円背の定量的測定方法であることが示唆された.<BR> しかし,本研究では姿勢測定装置での日の違いによる検者内再現性及び検者間再現性は検討しておらず,今後はこれらについても検討する必要がある.<BR>【理学療法学研究としての意義】<BR> 現在,求められている科学根拠に基づく理学療法の確立には治療効果を定量的,客観的に測定することが必要である.また,その測定方法は簡便であり,時間に制約のある臨床場面で容易に使用できることが前提となるべきである.本研究において,効率的かつ正確に円背の定量的測定が可能になることで,円背の進行予防に対する効果的な訓練方法の確立につながると考えられる.
