高齢社会に伴い,認知症予防が重要になってきている。本研究では,鍼治療および生活習慣改善指導による介入が認知機能を向上させるかどうか検討した。物忘れが気になる者を対象に,生活習慣の改善指導を行う生活習慣改善群(20名)と,それに鍼治療・経皮的経穴通電刺激(TEAS)を併用する鍼治療併用群(20名)に分け,12週間の介入を行った。その結果,生活習慣改善群と鍼治療併用群を合わせた全体の介入前後の結果では,Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE),ウェクスラー記憶力テスト(WMS-R)のいくつかの項目,睡眠時間,アクティグラフィによる測定での睡眠効率で有意な上昇がみられた。2群を分けて解析すると,MMSE および睡眠効率では,鍼治療併用群でのみ有意差がみられた。また,T 細胞系とくにヘルパーT 細胞の減少,B 細胞の増加,NK 細胞の増加,NK 活性の増強が認められた。以上の結果から,生活習慣の改善に鍼治療を併用することで,認知機能の向上を促し,認知症の予防に資する可能性が示唆された。

本論は「風景の保護」に関わるイタリア共和国憲法の基本原則である第2条、第5条、第9条の制定時の議論を条文の間を結びつけて考察し、次の点を明らかにしている。1) 憲法第9条は、憲法議員マルケージとモーロによって起草された。風景とともに文化や芸術遺産を憲法で扱う必要性、国際的な価値と国家による保護の必要性を憲法議員たちが認識していたことが、議事録から理解できた。2) 憲法第2条は、個人の自由権と社会集団のコミュニティ権の二つの権利を統合するねらいがあった。3) 風景保護は、個人の自由権とコミュニティ権を両立させ、個人の財産が地域コミュニティで生かされ、社会的機能の形成に寄与するように、私有財産権を風景保護のために制限することを憲法裁判所の判決で認めている。4) 風景の保護について、地方分権も検討されたが、第9条に国家の役割を入れた経緯が明らかになった。5) 憲法第9条のビジョンは、2004年のウルバーニ法典により、文化的発展に風景保護を用いる考え方が法律化し、国家と州政府が協力するかたちで、コミュニティ権を守るべく、私権の制限を行う仕組みを整えたことが明らかになった。

This article focuses on how the term kuchi komi (meaning “word ofmouth”) came to be used in advertising theory in Japan in the early 1960s froma view of conceptual analysis. So far, little attention has been given to kuchi komi in media history andadvertising history. This is because kuchi komi is a medium that leaves nomaterial or institutional traces. This article aims to provide a history of kuchikomi by focusing on it as a concept, and analyzes how it came to be presentedas an advertising tool. We mainly analyze textual data that presented kuchikomi as an advertising tool in the early 1960s. As a result, we revealed:( 1) the Reading Social Survey conducted during1956 played an important role in the spread of the “opinion leader” concept inthe advertising industry, and( 2) the term kuchi komi was newly presented asan advertising tool in the early 1960s in relation to the “opinion leader” concept.

マルチレベル分析は,個人,グループ,企業,産業,地域,国など異なるレベルの現象を調査することで,個人や組織の行動やパフォーマンスを説明する多様な原因やその影響を描き出すのに利用される.シングル・レベルでのアプローチは,しばしば統計解析上の問題を生じさせ,また理論構築について誤ったインプリケーションを与えることがある.本稿では,経営学研究において,何故マルチレベル分析が伝統的なシングル・レベル分析に比べて有用であるかを説明すること,そして経営学の研究者にマルチレベル分析を経営学研究に使うことを推奨し,その価値を強調することにある.

養殖業は世界的にみて重要性を増している.北海道のサケマス養殖業も同様である.今後,北海道のサケマス養殖業を発展させていくために,養殖業のピークであった1991年と2019年の養殖場の分布を地形的な側面から明らかにした.水量は河川水の方が湧水よりも多いが,湧水の方が冬期の温度が高くサケマス類の成長に適し,河川水と湧水を併用している養殖場が多く存続する傾向にあった.水理地質図および地質図では,台地・段丘・扇状地におけるローム台地の境目の地下水量が豊富で採水が容易である所に養殖場が多かった.また,2019年の養殖場は火山フロントとほぼ一致しており,山麓で湧水が出やすい地点の養殖場が存続したと推察される.さらに,河川水を利用する養殖場はほぼすべてが石狩川,十勝川上流,沙流川上流にあった.また,標高の高い地域の養殖場が多く廃業していたことから,都市部から離れた厳寒地は養殖場には向かないと考えられた.

Every culture systematizes natural phenomena in its own way. Consider the number of colors of rainbow. Before the early Edo period, Japanese belived the rainbow had either 3 or 5 colors, depending on wether the Chinese theory of "Inyo-Gogyo-Setsu" or the old European astronony was applted. Following Newton's theory on the 7 color rays of sun, though, the Japanese bigan to see 7 color bands in the rainbow.

The reported major adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccination are fever, headache, and malaise, but the possibility of other adverse effects should be considered. We encountered a patient who developed facial nerve paralysis with aseptic meningitis after COVID-19 vaccination. The patient was clinically diagnosed as having Ramsay Hunt syndrome, but there is the possibility that the vaccination contributed to re-activation of the varicella-zoster virus. Immediate treatment should be undertaken for facial nerve paralysis as well as critical anaphylactic shock, and careful observations should be made for the possibility of delayed adverse reactions, such as facial paralysis, to COVID-19 vaccination.
