There has been a long-standing debate over the geographical origins of our species, but archeological finds suggest that modern human behavior began in Africa over 200,000 years ago. Since the beginning, humans have had to fight against severe environments. The dry savanna lands offered humans only a little food. Our early ancestors chose to cooperate with each other to fight against the difficult environment. They had to consider and respect others because cooperation needs certain mutual trust. In this way human beings developed the ability to consider and respect others throughout the process of evolution.Rawls (1971) senunal work A TJjeory of Justice juxtaposed human evolution, history and ability to establish a concept of justice capable of actualizing full cooperation. This current thesis builds on Rawls' concept and weighs its various problems pointed out by Amartya Sen, and Martha C. Nussbaum. Exploration of the principle for full cooperation based on mutual confidence is an important field that can enhance our long history of mutual cooperation and ability to cooperate.

本論の目的は「障害」についての文化分析の視点を検討することである。まず第一に, この視点の成立経緯をたどることによりその特徴を明らかにし, 次にこの視点から従来の日本の障害研究を批判的に検討することによってこの視点の意義が明らかにされる。さらに縁起や説話を題材としてそこに見出される盲目あるいは盲人の表象形態を日本における盲人文化としてとらえ, これに文化分析を適用する。つづけてこれらの盲人文化を担った日本の伝統的盲人職能集団の社会的性格に考察をすすめ, 「障害」を社会的=文化的コンテクストの中で全体的にとらえることにより「障害」を抱摂する社会の<民俗福祉文化>を明らかにする人類学的アプローチの可能性が検討される。結論としてゴフマンのスティグマ論について批判的検討が加えられる。

前年に引き続き、読書支援アプリケーションの試作にかんして、以下の活動を行った。①科学研究費の範囲ではアプリケーションの開発に十分な資金的リソースにはならないことが判明したため、本研究の範囲を試作とアプリケーションで利用する文学関連データの整理に絞り、研究を進めた。②試作に最適な文学作品とはなにかについて、分析と検討を加え、人物を焦点に中上健次・宮沢賢治の両名、場所を軸に広島を対象とすることに決定。上記のうち、中上健次の作品にかんして、(1)場所(トポス)、(2)人物、(3)出来事、をタグにデータ整理を進めた。③実証実験候補となる、多数のユーザーが参加するイベントを検討。普及が始まったウェアラブル端末を、読書支援に利用できないかの検討を進めた。④電子書籍の現状をめぐる中間報告を、早稲田大学文芸ジャーナリズム学会紀要「現代文芸研究」に発表。

本研究では,保育者が自らの転機についての語りから,転機の要因や転機における保育者の自己の変容について明らかにすることで,現代社会において保育者に求められる専門性について検討を行う。具体的には,まず,保育者の成長に関連性が強い保育者効力感を縦軸としたライフラインを記入し,それを刺激素材として保育者の転機の時期やその要因,プロセスについて半構造化インタビューを実施する。そして,そこで得た言語データをSCAT (Steps for Coding and Theorization)を用いて分析を行う。その結果,転機の要因として3つのカテゴリーと異動との関連性が示された。そして,保育者が転機をi問題認識,ii省察,iii将来の展望,iv困難な状況の発生,v他者との相互作用の活性化,vi他者との実感と展望の共有,以上6つの段階のプロセスとして認識していることが明らかとなり,他の保育者と実践コミュニティを形成し,将来の展望を共有することの重要性を示した。

毎週のように報告されるソフト製品などのセキュリティ・ホール。これを突いて悪質な行為を働く不正プログラム(ワーム)の活動が激しくなってきた。中でも「Code Red」と「sadmind/IIS」という2種類のワームは,5月から7月にかけて,Webページ改ざんの被害をもたらした。セキュリティ・ホールが発見されてから,それを狙ったワームが発生するまでの時間は短くなっている。

We investigated the effect of treatment with hot water extracts from the spent mushroom substrates (SMSs) of Lentinula edodes and Hypsizygus marmoreus on the resistance of rice leaves to Pyricularia oryzae infection. The spraying of the SMS extracts clearly suppressed the development of lesions caused by Py. oryzae infection. The accumulation of phytoalexins momilactones A and B, oryzalexin A, and sakuranetin was markedly induced by the spraying of extracts. The enhanced expression of defense related genes PR1b and PBZ was also found in leaves sprayed with the extracts. Treatments with the extracts also affected phytohormone levels. The levels of N6-(Δ2-isopentenyl)adenine and trans-zeatin markedly increased in response to treatment, whereas the levels of salicylic and jasmonic acids were largely unchanged.

1.はじめに都市の温暖化を緩和することは昨今の温暖化対策上でも火急の課題となっている。温暖化対策の一つである緑化として公園や街路樹などがあるが、それらを合計してもわが国の都市の緑地率は、欧米にくらべて極めて低い。緑地がどのくらい必要なのか、都市の発展を維持しながらの最適規模の緑化率を求め、それを目標に対策を講じねばならない。 通常の緑化空間の急速な拡充・改善が望めない現状においては、「屋上緑化」や「壁面緑化」という特殊空間緑化政策が国や自治体で推進されつつあるが、その実態と効果についての基礎的な研究は国内外ともに極めて少ない。都市内緑地の多い欧米でも殆どない。そこで、本研究では「さいたま新都心」駅前に建設された屋上緑地「けやきひろば」(欅広場)を屋上緑化施設とみなして、その温暖化への緩和効果を微気象学的に把握することを一つの目的としている。けやきの森が有するであろう気象緩和効果と、それに伴う階下の温熱環境への影響などについて、気温・湿度の分布状態や、樹冠部での熱収支・水収支のメカニズムなどから定量的に把握する。2.研究方法「けやきひろば」は埼玉県さいたま市の「さいたま新都心」JR駅わきサッカー場さいたまアリーナ前に、2000年に造られた大規な屋上緑化施設(植栽は2001年2月完成)の一種である。面積約10,200_m2_(おおよそ100mx100m)で、樹高約10mのケヤキが220本植栽されている。直下の1階は商店飲食店街および室内的ガーデンなどが混在し、地下1階は駐車場となっている。「けやきひろば」における屋上緑化効果の研究については、2001年から2004年にかけて、3年間、夏秋冬春の各季節に1昼夜(24時間)、気温・湿度・風などの微気象の予備観測を行ってきた。2005年から2007年にかけて本調査を実施し、併せてサーモトレーサによる熱画像撮影(NEC三栄)も始めている。予備調査では「けやきひろば」における30箇所での気温・湿度の分布状態に加え、周辺の気温分布、夏季においては1階(この「けやきひろば」直下)における7箇所での気温・湿度などとの関係を比較考察し、おおよその緑化効果が予測できた.3.研究結果(1)これまでの傾向では、特に夏季は屋上の芝生の広場にくらべ樹下が低温で、階下は更に低くなり、早朝は丁度逆になることも分かった。(2)けやき広場と周辺の気温差については2005年夏秋冬の観測結果の一部から、図1及び図2のように明らかに屋上緑化である「けやき広場」は周辺より0.1_から_1.7℃低温であることが示された。(3)サーモトレーサによる熱画像でみると、真夏(8月)の例では、けやき林の樹下で約35℃、樹間で37_から_38℃、樹幹部で約40℃、ビル屋上のコンクリート表面は40_から_44℃であった。

Rapid advances in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques have greatly improved cancer prognosis. How ever, even at present, it is difficult to predict cancer metastasis, and the elucidation of the mechanism of can cer metastasis and its therapeutic application have just begun. Cancer progresses as a complex phenome non involving various life phenomena such as the abnormal proliferation of cells, their acquisition of motility,degradation of extracellular matrices, and changes in intercellular adhesiveness. The interaction of a very wide diversity of molecules acting inside and outside the cells controls the complex behaviors of cancer cells. In particular, molecules acting outside the cells are thought to directly specify the malignant characteristics of cancer cells; therefore, investigators are attempting to prevent cancer cell invasion and metastasis by inhibit ing their functions. The extracellularly acting molecules include a group of molecules, such as fibronectin and laminin, which interact with each other or with other molecules to form matrices and regulate tissue formation and cell functions. In general, extracellular matrix molecules such as collagen are thought to block the inva sion and metastasis of cancer cells. Conversely, hyaluronan, which is another matrix component and large sugar chain molecule, is synthesized, formed into matrices in many cancer tissues such as breast and colon cancers and gliomas, and is closely related to cancer progression. This paper focuses on hyaluronan and its matrix formation, gives an overview of studies aimed at elucidating tumor progression, and refers to recent trends towards blocking cancer invasion and metastasis by targeting the biosynthesis of hyaluronan.

<p>Card placing test(CPT)は我々が開発した新しい視空間・方向感覚検査である.被験者は3 × 3格子の中央に立ち,周囲の格子に置かれた3種類の図形カードの位置を記憶し,自己身体回転なし(CPT-A)または回転後(CPT-B)にカードを再配置する.自己中心的地誌的見当識障害患者ではCPT-AとCPT-Bのいずれも低得点,道順障害患者ではCPT-A得点は正常範囲でCPT-Bが低得点であった.自己中心的地誌的見当識障害患者では自己中心的空間表象そのものに障害があり,道順障害患者では自己中心的空間表象と自己身体方向変化の情報統合に障害があると考えられた.</p>

Mutsu-Ogawara area, Aomori Prefecture is hopeful about the future as large industrial base. We serveyed this area to fit from geology and ground for industrial site.In conclusion, we found that this ground is quite good when compared with some other areas.
