【目的】人工靭帯による内側膝蓋大腿靭帯再建術(以下MPFLR)および脛骨粗面移行術(TTO)を併用した症例(以下MPFLR+TTO)における膝伸展筋力の特徴を明らかにすること。【方法】MPFLR群15名,MPFLR+TTO群11名を対象に,最終フォローアップ時(MPFL群22.8±15.6ヶ月;MPFL+TTO群22.8±9.6ヶ月)の等尺性膝伸展筋力を,膝関節90度及び30度で測定し,健患差および健患比を検証した。【結果】MPFLR群では,術側と非術側の間に等尺性膝伸展筋力の有意差はみられなかった。MPFLR+TTO群では,術側が非術側と比較して,有意に低い等尺性膝伸展筋力を示した。健患比は,MPFLR+TTO群がMPFLR群と比較して有意に低値を示した。【結論】人工靭帯によるMPFLRは,良好な膝伸展筋力の回復が得られる。一方で,TTOを併用した場合,膝伸展筋力の健患差が残存し,単独MPFLRと比較して術後の筋力回復が得られにくいことが示唆された。

According a research in the brain science research field. it was suggested that foreign people recognized the sound of insects as noise. However, Lafcadio Hearn from Greek admired the sound of the cicada. Therefore, it is supposed that some other nations as well as the Japanese can sympathize with the sound of insects. In this research, a pilot survey about the impression of "like" or "dislike" on the sound of insects was conducted for the Japanese and other nations. Field interview to the Japanese and foreign visitors to Japan was carried out in Kyoto from July to November, 2009. Answers by "like" or "dislike" of the impression from 450 foreigners and 100 Japanese people were obtained on the sound of five sorts of insects: Teleogryllus emma, Oncotympana maculaticollis, ampsocleis buergeri, Homoeogryllus japonicus, Tanna japonensis. People in the total of 35 nations cooperated in this research. As a result, it was suggested that the impression on the sound of five insects between foreign people and Japanese people had similarity. On the other hand, the ratio of the number of people, who answered "like" or "dislike", was defferent between foreign countries and Japan. Furthemore, the following issues were understood by the result from nine foreign nations, where the samples of ten or more people were collected. 1) The impression of "like" or "dislike" on the sound of insects would be different from each nation. It cannot be caught only by a framework of Jspsnrdr people and foreign people. 2) Distinction of "like" or "dislike" cannot be relevant to the sound by one concept of "insects". That is, impression of the sound may depend on the kind of the insect.

The interior structures of planets and satellites have been investigated through various methods. Density is the most fundamental information for estimating the composition of solar system bodies. Moment of inertia expressing the mass concentration is a key for investigating the interior structure. It can be obtained from spacecraft flyby with a planet or a satellite. Interior density structure of a planet is evaluated from gravity field which is estimated from orbital tracking of spacecraft around the planet. KAGUYA first successfully obtained the accurate far-side gravity field of the Moon. Detailed interior structure can be estimated from seismic methods. Direct seismic measurements had been developed on the nearside of the Moon by the Apollo project. Seismograms of moonquakes, reflecting less interior dissipation, are different from those of the Earth. Radar sounders have been successful in measuring subsurface structure of the Moon and Mars. The state of the planetary interior, especially of the core, can be discussed using the measurement of variation of planetary rotation. The study of the planetary interior is now being extended into extrasolar planets.

河内地域は大阪府の南部に位置し、古代より継続的に仏教文化が花開き、由緒ある古寺にもめぐまれている。四天王寺など、聖徳太子にゆかりの寺院も多く、本調査ではそれら聖徳太子ゆかりの寺院の中から、教興寺をえらび本尊弥勒菩薩像を中心に調査をおこなった。また、この地域は、南が和歌山県と境を接することから、高野山金剛峰寺とも近く、弘法大師空海およびその弟子たちによって開かれた真言寺院も多い。その中から、河内長野市の金剛寺と観心寺という二つの大きな寺に焦点をあて、悉皆調査をおこなった。その結果、金剛寺では重要文化財『遊仙屈』と一連のものとみられる未知の作がみつかるなど、多くの成果を上げることができた。

現代の情報通信経済は、GAFAやBATHといったオンライン・プラットフォームにより牽引されている。そうしたオンライン・プラットフォームについて政府がどのように関与していくかは、長年の課題だった。2020年12月、欧州連合は、電気通信分野における支配的事業者規制を範としたデジタル市場法案を発表した。本稿は、欧州連合のアプローチを取り上げ、米国のアプローチを補足する。まず欧州連合のデジタル市場法案に至る背景として、これまでの競争法に基づく反トラスト調査の経緯、そしてオンライン・プラットフォーム市場で起きている問題点、さらにオンライン・プラットフォーム市場の経済的特性を整理する。そして同法案の内容について、支配的事業者に相当する「ゲートキーパー」とは何か、どのような基準で選定し、どのように規制するか、またその規制のためにどのような執行ツールを設けているのか、そして義務等の不履行に対してどのような罰則を科すのかを探る。欧州連合のデジタル市場法案発表から半年たった2021年6月、米国も下院司法委員会の議論を踏まえ、議員立法によるオンライン・プラットフォーム規制5法案が発表された。欧州連合の法案の特徴を明確化するため、本稿後半では、米国の法案を取り上げて対比させる。欧州連合でも米国でも、まだ法案段階である。すなわち、今回取り上げる法律内容は最終的な条文ではない。しかし、本稿は、こうしたオンライン・プラットフォーム分野における新しい規制アプローチが提案され、新たな時代に踏み込もうとしている現状を明らかにすることで、我が国の政策作り、研究あるいは企業戦略に資すことを目指す。

近年のOSは再規模/複雑になっており,脆弱なコードの混入を完全には取り除くことができない.このため,物理的にOSとは隔離して実行する機能であるTrusted Execution Environment (TEE)が高機能なCPUでは備わっている.よく使われているCPUのTEEとしては ARMのTrustZone,IntelのSGX(Software Guard Extensions),RISC-VのKeystoneが挙げられる.残念なことに,それぞれのTEE実装はそのコンセプトやターゲットが異なり,誤解を招いている.本論文ではそれぞてのTEE実装について解説するとともにその違いについて説明する.また,活用分野の理解を深めるためにユースケースとして鍵管理,ペイメント機構,プライバシー保護などを紹介する.

1980年代にセクシュアルハラスメントの概念が日本に導入され、短縮語の「セクハラ」はハラスメントの実態を一気に広めることに貢献した。その後、セクシュアルハラスメントの「ハラスメント」が切り取られて、多くの造語(ハラスメント語)が作られてきた。ハラスメント語には、セクシュアルハラスメントの中心的な概念である人権や差別の告発をすることばがある。また、不快感や配慮不足を表すことばや本来のハラスメントの意味を持たない記号化したことばも作られて、「ハラスメント」は乱用されている。今後もハラスメント語は増殖し続けるかもしれないが、さまざまな事象を「ハラスメント」という用語で表現するべきではない。作り出したことばは力(権力)を持つことを意識しながら、告発する新たなことばを探したい。

本研究は,(1)学区内の地域住民のインフルエンザ発症率と学童の発症率は強い正の相関を示すこと,(2)児のワクチン接種及び「こまめな手洗い」には発症予防効果が認められるが,「マスク着用」は発症リスクを増加させること,(3)情報提供シートのみの行動変容介入は十分ではないことを明らかにした。学童の発症予防は地域の流行制御対策の核であり,予防行動の実施促進に向けたより効果的な介入方法が必要と考えられた。なお,3日以上の学級閉鎖(学年・学校閉鎖を含む)は当該学区における閉鎖後の学童の発症率抑制効果が認められたが,地域住民の発症率抑制効果は認められなかった。

On June 6, 2017, in the hood of the analyzing room at Plutonium Fuel Facility of Oarai Research and Development Center in Japan Atomic Energy Agency, five workers were checking the storage container of fast reactor nuclear fuel material. Around 11:15 a.m., vinyl bags in the container of the fuel material including plutonium and enriched uranium burst during the inspection work. All the workers heard the bang; which caused misty dust leakage from the container. This event caused significant skin α-contamination for four workers and nasal cavity α-contamination for three workers. Decontamination was conducted for workers in the shower room. Then, the five workers were transferred to the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Engineering Laboratory to evaluate inhalation intake of plutonium etc. in lungs. The maximum values of 2.2 × 104 Bq for 239Pu and 2.2 × 102 Bq for 241Am were estimated by the lung monitor. From these results, injection of chelate agent was conducted for prompt excretion of plutonium etc. Next morning, the five workers were transferred to the National Institute of Radiological Sciences for treatments including decontamination of their skin and measurement by lung monitor. Then no obvious energy peak was confirmed for plutonium. The Japan Health Physics Society launched the ad-hoc working group for plutonium intake accident around the middle of June to survey issues and to extract lessons on radiological protection. We will report the activity of the working group.
