侵食対策として急斜面に施工された,ある連続繊維補強土の一部が完成から半年程度で崩落した.崩落箇所 を詳細に調べたところ,背後の地山からの湧水を考慮して設置されていた裏面排水材に赤褐色のゲル状物質が 付着しており,排水能力が低下した可能性が示唆された. そこで本研究では,まず始めに湧水とゲル状物質の性質を簡易的に調査した.次に,現地で裏面排水材の試 験片に地山からの湧水を流すことで目詰まりを再現し,実験室内で垂直方向透水性能試験と面内方向通水性能 試験を実施した.その結果湧水は還元状態にあり,ゲル状物質は鉄イオンの酸化に伴う沈殿物であること,排 水材の透水・通水性能はこの物質の付着によって短期間で急激に低下することが分かった.

Questionnaires are often administered in survey studies in psychology. The reason why they are used more frequently than the other methods, such as observations and interviews, is that they have greater merits in time and costs. However, the questionnaires have low accuracy to measure psychological characteristics, specifically psychological constructs, such as personality, affection, and cognition. So, in order to improve their measurement accuracy, it becomes essential to be careful to develop and administer them. In this paper, after indicating the low measurement accuracy of the questionnaires, we presented various methodological considerations when developing the Japanese versions of the questionnaires based on their original versions in foreign countries, and furthermore the original Japanese versions. Above all, we explained in great detail the process to develop the questionnaires that are original to Japan. The process contained the precise understanding of concepts to measure, how to answer the questionnaires (e.g., self-report or report by others), collection of items, and general standardization methods concerning reliability and validity. In addition, we called attention to a number of points to notice when administering the questionnaires to groups. Lastly, we closed the paper, emphasizing that the attempt to enhance the level of standardization is never ending.

Through analysis of citizen questionnaire at Sonoda district in Amagasaki-city carried out in February, 2006, We considered a role of urban farmland and possibility of the maintenance, practical use from the living environment formation, a viewpoint of community improvement. On this paper, we considered particularly civic agriculture male participation in planning awareness and possibility of civic support for farmland maintenance.

  グルカゴノーマ摘出後に高度の低血糖が原因の覚醒遅延をきたした症例を経験したので報告する.46歳女性.上腹部腫瘤と耐糖能障害を認めたため,確定診断の目的も兼ねて腫瘍摘出術が施行された.術中経過は安定しており,血糖値は103~110mg/dlであった.術後に覚醒遅延を認めたため血糖値を測定したところ,4mg/dlであった.ただちにブドウ糖を投与し,血糖値が回復すると速やかに覚醒した.術後に神経学的異常所見は認めなかった.グルカゴノーマの周術期には血糖値が大きく変動する可能性があるため,頻回に血糖値を測定する必要がある.グルカゴノーマ摘出後に覚醒遅延をきたした場合は低血糖の可能性を考慮する必要がある.

Recently, attention is being brought to exposure treatment methods using Virtual Reality for those suffering from panic disorder accompanied by agoraphobia. Overseas, contents for exposure treatment introducing Virtual Reality began development in the 1990s and positive evaluations are being made regarding its treatment methods and treatment effects. On one hand, there are still no cases developed professionally in Korea and even evaluations cases introduced into treatment are being made using contents developed overseas. For such reasons, this study has attempted to develop Virtual Reality Exposure contents which fully reflect Japan's culture and environment. Developed contents were focused on subway environments where avoidance was shown the most among patients receiving treatment in community hospitals. Contents were produced through Virtual Reality by modeling existing places and objects in their actual size to express a high sense of reality. Also, mutual interaction functions were strengthened to allow exposure suitable to the diverse symptoms of each patient. Although evaluations through this study are still in progress, changes in avoidance behavior regarding anxiety and fear are being confirmed and treatment effects are being verified through additional experiments.

本稿は、公共政策の同化/分化が生じる要因を考察する中で、政府間関係がどのように作用しているのか否かを明らかにすることを目的としている。日英比較の観点から受動喫煙防止政策を対象とした研究から、政策課題設定に関して、サブ・ナショナルな政府という位置を活かし、政策課題を論じる場を移動させ、受動喫煙防止を公衆衛生として問題のフレーミングを見直し、政策転換を図った過程が共通して明らかにされた。一方、政策環境、政策の窓の観点から見れば、制度、ネットワーク形成、問題、政策、政治の3つの流れの有り様の違いが、異なる政策内容を導き出している。

緊急時の人間行動を定量化するための指標として, 動線のフラクタル次元を用いることを提案し, 迷路を用いた被験者実験の結果と, 過去の火災事例に適用して有用性を検討した. その結果, フラクタル次元が, 脱出時間, 歩行距離, 行動範囲などで評価できない人間行動の複雑さの度合を定量的に表していることがわかった.

【目的】足底感覚は加齢により低下しバランス機能に影響を与える。このため高齢者の転倒との関連も報告されており、臨床上足底感覚の検査は重要である。しかし、足底全体を詳細に調査した報告は少なく健常者の基礎的情報は少ない状況である。そこで、本研究では客観的で糖尿病性神経障害のスクリーニング検査でもその有用性が報告されているSemmes-Weinstein Monofilament(以下SWM)を用い、健常者の足底全体の詳細な触圧覚閾値と加齢による閾値の変化を検討し基礎的情報を得ることを目的とした。【対象】対象は中枢および下肢末梢の神経障害がなく、足部に変形のない健常女性57名であり、若年者15名(23.9±2.2歳)、中高年者18名(49.7±6.7歳)、高齢者24名(80.6±4.7歳)の3群とした。なお、対象者には本研究の内容を説明し、書面にて同意を得た。【方法】測定にはSW知覚テスター(酒井医療株式会社)を用いた。SWMの構成はNo1.65~6.65の20本とした。測定部位は、両足底の第1~5趾、第1~5中足骨頭部、中足部の内側・中部・外側、踵の28ヵ所とした。各部位は3回刺激し、3回とも知覚可能な触圧覚閾値を調べた。SWMにより得られた閾値は、SWM値(Log10 Force)で比較を行った。各部位で左右の比較にはWilcoxon符号付順位和検定、SWM値と年齢との関係にはSpearmanの順位和相関分析、3群の比較にはKruskal-Wallis検定を用いた。有意水準は5%とした。【結果】各群で各部位の左右差は認められなかった。年齢とSWM値の間には全ての部位で正の相関が得られた(p <0.0001,r = 0.617~0.843)。各部位で若年者、中高年者、高齢者の3群に優位な差が認められた(p <0.01)。 SWM値の中央値は、若年者の最低値が3.22(第2~5趾、中足部の内側部・中部)、最高値は4.08(踵)であった。中高年者の最低値が3.61(中足部の内側部・中部)、最高値は4.31(踵)であった。高齢者の最低値は4.17(第2~5趾。中足部の内側部)、最高値は4.74(踵)であった。 各群で足趾は第1趾、中足骨頭部は第1中足骨頭部、中足部は外側部の閾値が高い傾向にあった。【考察】触圧覚閾値が最も高い部位は踵であった。足趾、中足部も含め閾値の高い傾向にある部位は、歩行時などに荷重を受け皮膚が肥厚しやすい部位である。閾値が最も低い部位は中足部の内側であった。この部位は土踏まずといわれ、荷重の影響が少ない。足底の触圧覚閾値には荷重による皮膚の影響が考えられた。また加齢により閾値は上昇し、高齢者では若年者の最も高い閾値のSWMを感知できないほどの著しい感覚機能の低下が示された。本研究では足底感覚についての有用な基礎的情報を示せたと考える。

症例は40 歳主婦.過多月経による重度の慢性貧血(ヘモグロビン1.1 g/dl)があり,合計20単位の赤血球輸血を受けた.2 週間後に突然の頭痛と全身痙攣を来し搬送された.MRI 所見からPRES(posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome)を合併したRCVS(reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome)と診断し,保存的治療を行った.経過中に一旦は軽快していた症状および画像所見の再増悪がみられたが,最終的には後遺症を残さずに退院した.慢性貧血患者に輸血を行う際には,合併症としてRCVS やPRES を発症しうることに留意し,頭痛や他の神経症状の出現時にはすみやかにMRI などの検査を行う必要がある.

The rate of young people leaving their jobs has increased in recent years. One reason given for this is their failure to develop interpersonal relationships in the workplace. We think educators must cultivate young people's communication skills and the ability to work in teams. This paper examines modern youths' interpersonal motivations and conforming behaviors. We conducted questionnaire research with 148 university students to obtain basic psychological data that we hope will enable us to support them in constructing smooth interpersonal relations. The analyses showed that interpersonal motivations had an influence on conforming behavior. One of the interpersonal relationship styles, conforming to others overtly, has led to difficulties in and dilution of reliable relationships. These characteristics may negatively affect interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Understanding the importance of interpersonal relationships and achieving self-understanding might help young people to develop healthier interpersonal relationships. In addition, we hope that these results will be helpful to those working to support young people in choosing and establishing careers.

By considering voice actors who perform music and voice actors as "singing voice actors," this paper clarifies the reasons that led to their popularity due to their presence in three industries—the animation, the music, and the voice actor industries.Notably, in Japan, anime music and idol songs support current sales of compact disks.Voice actors were behind the scenes since the commencement of television animation;however, they gradually began making public appearances, and some were even said to be "voice actor idols."Voice actors' musical activities were stimulated by (1) the maturing fan culture and increased interests in their works and (2) the music industry's active involvement in the production of such works. Additionally, the factors of voice actors' musical activities that facilitate several opportunities for building a fan base include being recognized as voice actors, the characters they have played, and their singing talents. Thus, gaining many fans is relatively easy, and it is becoming an exciting phenomenon.
