Nuclear reactions are one of major causes of isotopic variations of several elements in natural materials. The Oklo uranium ore in the Francevillian Basin at Republic of Gabon is known as a fossil of natural fission reactor, because large-scaled fission chain reactions spontaneously occurred in the ore two billion years ago. It is of major concern to characterize the properties of the nuclear reactors and to investigate the behavior of fission products in and around the reactors. In this paper, firstly, geological and physicochemical characteristics of the Oklo natural fission reactors and their implications for radioactive waste disposal are shown. In the second, isotopic variations of several elements observed in meteorites and lunar surface materials are reviewed from my previous studies. Spallation reactions and neutron capture reactions induced by the interaction of cosmic rays produce the isotopic variations of some elements in the surficial materials of solar planets without atmospheric layers. Neutron capture-produced isotopic shifts of 149Sm-150Sm and 157Gd-158Gd have been usefully applied to understand the cosmic-ray exposure histories of meteorites and lunar surface materials. Additionally, several elements of solar primitive materials like carbonaceous chondrites show isotopic variations affected from the input of nucleosynthetic components out of the early solar system. As one of examples, Ba isotopic variations found in chemical separates of the Murchison meteorite are shown.

スギ花粉症患者におけるアレルギー疾患の合併症, 花粉に対する生活様式, 薬剤の使用状況などを調査する目的でアンケートを実施し, 290名の有効回答数を得た.半数以上の患者がスギ花粉症以外のアレルギー疾患を合併しており, OASの発症率は約10%であった.複数のアレルギー疾患を合併している患者の方が, OASの発症率が高かった.79.4%の患者が, テレビなどのマスメディアから花粉情報を利用していた.そして, 68.3%にあたる190名の患者が, 花粉情報が役立っと回答した.ほとんど全ての患者が, 花粉飛散期に外出していたが, マスクやメガネの着用率は低かった.洗濯物や布団の乾燥方法などに関しても, 十分な花粉対策が行われていなかった.内服薬に関する調査では, 約56.5%の患者がほぼ正確に服用出来ていた.しかし, 外用薬の使用に関しては, 症状の強さに合わせて使用されている様子がうかがわれた.

従来から指摘されているように心因性発熱の発生機序を不十分な情動表現から生じるとするなら, 言語化を促す箱庭療法はきわめて有効な治療手段であろう.箱庭療法が奏効した心因性発熱の1例の治療過程について報告する.導入当初は統合性の低い箱庭が多くみられ, 制作中はほとんど話をせず言語表現の乏しさが目立ったが, 治療を終結する頃には全体として統合性の高い箱庭があらわれるようになった.同時に言語化も促され, 家庭や学校での出来事を自発的に話し, 発熱もなく登校するようになった.本症例では箱庭療法を通じて欲求や感情の言語化が促され, 心的浄化が図られた結果として症例の重篤化を防ぐことができたと考えられる.

1940年代に大阪で創業し、戦後の占領期にメジャー出版社に比肩する業務を担った出版社「全国書房」の出版事業における作家と編集者、出版人を中心としたネットワークの全容を解明することを目指し、創業から1970年前後に至るまでの出版書籍の調査、1944~1949年に刊行された文芸雑誌『新文学』の分析、および、創業者である田中秀吉(故人)宅の所蔵資料調査などを行い、終戦前後の過渡的な時代における文学と出版メディアの関係について検討、研究期間終了後に取り組む成果出版のための基礎を構築した。

【目的】ベルソムラ錠の有効成分であるスボレキサントは、覚醒物質オレキシン受容体を可逆的に阻害する新しい作用機序の睡眠薬である。従来の睡眠薬に耐性ができた患者など広く使用されているが、服用直前にPTPシートから取り出すこととされており、一包化調剤は避けられてきた。そこで、ベルソムラ錠分包品の保存安定性について検討を行った。【方法】ベルソムラ錠をセロポリ製分包紙に分包し、シリカゲル入アルミ袋またはアルミ袋に入れ、25℃60%RHまたは40℃75%RHの条件下で保存した。また冷蔵庫での保存も試みた。4週間後、錠剤の質量、直径と厚みを測定すると共に溶出試験を行った。また各条件下で保存後のスボレキサント含量についてHPLCにて定量を行った。【結果】25℃60%RHならびに40℃75%RHの条件下において、分包後4週間でシリカゲル入アルミ袋に保存したものは錠剤の質量、直径と厚みが減少し、溶出速度の低下が認められた。これに対しアルミ袋中で4週間保存したものでは、やや質量の増加が認められたものの、溶出速度の変化は認められなかった。冷蔵庫内での保存においては、分包したまま保存したもの、アルミ袋中で保存したもの共に質量や溶出速度の変化は認められなかった。加えて、全ての保存条件においてスボレキサント含量の変化は認められなかった。【考察】ベルソムラ錠分包品はアルミ袋中に保存するか、冷蔵庫内で保存することにより安定であり、長期保存が可能であると考えられる。

学習者は、行為の授受表現「~てあげる/くれる」の文で、「~(人)に」を用いた誤用を犯すことが多い。初級教科書で「~てあげる/くれる」の文が限定された文型として提示されていることが、その一因と考えられる。「~てあげる/くれる」の文型は基本的に、「もとの文+~てあげる/くれる」と捉えることができる。この文型で提示すれぼ、「~(人)に」「~(人)を」「~(人)の」以外の助詞をとる文、さらには「~(人)+助詞」をとらない文まで、学習者が適格に作ることが可能になり、誤用を避けることが期待できる。

48歳男性.激しい腹痛と便秘のため救急外来を受診した.5カ月前に急性骨髄性白血病に対し骨髄移植を受け,慢性移植片対宿主病に対し免疫抑制剤を服用していた.大腸の拡張とガスの貯留を認めたが閉塞機転はなかった.数日後に水痘様皮疹が出現し,偽性腸閉塞を合併した汎発性帯状疱疹と診断した.アシクロビルの投与により救命し得た.原因不明の腹痛と偽性腸閉塞をともなう免疫不全患者では,本症を念頭に置き早期治療を行う必要がある.

Platinum and its compounds have characteristics that make them excellent oxygen sensors, and in recent years they have come to be used in large amounts in the manufacture of internal combustion engines. Recently, there have been detected among workers engaged in making platinum oxygen sensors, dermatitis and bronchial asthma which appear to be ascribable to exposure to chloroplatinate. This is a study of their etiology from the viewpoint of industrial hygiene and clinical medicine. The results obtained are as follows:1. Platinum-induced allergic disorders developed in a worker who applies about 50% chloroplatinate to zirconia porcelain. Although the concentration of platinum in the air was 2 μg/m3 or less as determined by ACGIH, the worker was directly exposed to the dried powder of ammonium chloroplatinate with relatively high concentration; while the exposure was intermittent and topical, it resulted in aspiration of the powder.2. Bronchial asthma observed in 2 of 16 workers (12.5%) was reactive in a skin drop test with 1% chloroplatinate, and typical bronchial asthma was induced in an environmental provocation test carried out in a room where platinum sensors are made. Parameters obtained from periphero-hematological and immuno-serological tests were within the normal range.3. The main symptoms revealed by physical examination of workers exposed to chloroplatinate contact dermatitis in 11 (78.6%), pharyngeal irritation in 6 (42.9%), nasal obstruction in 2 (14.3%), frequent sneezing, coughing, and sputum in one each. Diameter of the redness developed in a skin drop test with 1% chloroplatinate administered to 14 workers was 10 mm or more in 7 cases (50%).VC, %VC, FEV 1.0, FEV 1.0%, PF/Ht, V25/Ht and MMF were within the normal range in a pulmonary function test.Although periphero-hematological test results and leukograms were within the nomal range, an immuno-globulin test revealed abnormally high IgE level in one patient.There was also observed an increased IgE level in one anamnesis of bronchial asthma. Immunoglobulin levels other than IgE were approximately within normal range.

本研究は,消費者行動におけるモノの処分(Disposition)が自己構築に果たす役割を検討する上でのアプローチと課題を検討する。モノの処分は,消費者行動研究において消費者行動の一部と位置づけられながら,その数は長年限定的なものに留まってきた。しかし近年,所有者の自己構築との関連のもとモノの処分の役割を問う研究の蓄積が進みつつある。本研究は,所有者の自己構築とモノの処分の関係を明らかにしてきた既存研究を整理し,今後の研究の方向性を示す。取得や所有の局面で付与された過去の意味の清算という役割に加え,処分の意思決定過程を儀礼と捉えてその過程の中での新たな自己構築の様相に照射する研究や,その作用を長期的に考察する研究の重要性を示す。

本研究は、文部科学省が平成30年度に教職課程設置大学に対して実施した「再課程認定」が各大学に与えた影響を明らかにすることを目的としている。具体的には、再課程認定前後の教職課程の科目の変化、担当者の専門性、事務職員の対応等を明らかにすることを通して、本改革が目指す「教職課程の質保証」と「各大学の自律性・独自性」がどのように実現しているのかを明らかにする。本研究を通して、政策の成果の検証の他に、教職課程担当者に求められる資質・能力が解明され、研究者養成機関と教職課程担当者を繋ぐ人材育成プログラムの基礎的・基盤的研究の構築に寄与できると考えている。

光コムの光周波数成分の光強度を精密かつ簡易的に計測する技術の確立が求められるが,従来の分光技術では精度に限界があり難しい.本研究では従来のエタロンに逆行列を用いたデータ処理を加えることで高精度かつ簡易的に分光する技術の可能性を検討する.

It is necessary to reduce gearing backlashes and bearing clearances at planet gears for the sake of minimizing the backlash of the planetary gear system for factory automation uses. However, the reducing backlash would further cause improper load distribution to each planet gear, and it would usually not be easy to keep smooth rotation of planetary gear system. To solve this problem this study experimentally investigated the influence of eccentricity of planet gears and the assembling condition on the load distribution of planet gears and the transmission error. It has revealed that there is each appropriate method to obtain better load distribution or smaller transmission error, respectively.

Reductions of meshing and bearing clearances are requisite in design and production of small backlash planetary gears. In this case, however, there is a risk of losing proper load distribution to each planet gears, which has risk of occurrence of non-working flank load. The state of non-working flank load increases unnecessarily working flank load and gives some undesirable influences on reliability of planetary gears. To solve this problem, this paper aims to analyze quantitatively about relations between the load distribution and position deviations of planet gears. These deviations are considered to be most influential to the problem in reality. About one type of the device with 4 planet gears, 20 kinds of combination pattern of the position deviations are selected out, and the influences of backlash, reduction ratio and gear module to the above relations are clarified. Consequently, allowable position deviations to avoid the state of non-working flank load are found out for various conditions and useful materials for design are obtained.

症例: 27歳,女性.昭和63年9月,紫斑,多関節痛,咳嗽が出現した.平成元年3月症状増悪し,当科に入院となった.入院時,低酸素血症,顕微鏡的血尿,低色素性貧血,高γ-グロブリン血症,低補体価,免疫複合体高値,胸部X線上,両下肺野の網状影を示した.肺機能検査にて閉塞性換気障害,肺拡散能力障害,腎生検にて糸球体への補体,免疫グロブリンの沈着を認めた.また,皮膚生検にてleukocytoclastic vasculitisの所見を得た.過敏性血管炎と診断し,プレドニゾロン60mg/dayの投与を開始したが,肺出血を合併したため,急速な免疫複合体除去を目的として免疫吸着療法を行った.その後,血中免疫複合体の低下と諸症状の改善を認めた.本症のような,免疫複合体高値かつ多臓器障害を伴う過敏性血管炎に対し,免疫吸着療法は有効な補助療法と考えられた.
