本稿では,数多くの古代文献資料と考古学的発掘の成果を用いて,中国漢代以前の神格化されてきた樹木(神樹類)の内,建木・扶桑・桃都・桃・桑・連理木・嘉禾と朱草などの由来,意味などに関して検討した。更に,社壇植樹の意味,社壇の種類,歴史時期および所在地域などによって異なった樹木の種類,そして墓地植樹を身分性により植え分けた常用樹種および専用樹種などの内容を明らかにした。

歌舞伎十八番のうち「外郎売」は,「ういろう」を売りさばきながら,仇討ち相手を探すという筋立てで,セリフの中に,商品名,商品の効能を分かり易くしたコピーを仕込んでいる。ういろうは当初万能薬として、またその後に和菓子名ともなって,広汎に普及したが,その名称について,ブランド資産保護の立場から,最近になって裁判になった。しかし誰もが知っている菓子の名,いわば普通名詞と常識的に認知されている現状で,固有名詞であると主張をした原告は敗訴した。ういろう(外郎)を課題とした時,ブランド管理はどうあるべきなのか,また,裁判事例からは「庇を貸して母屋を取られた」のか,「マーケティングに秀でたものが勝った」のか,興味ある関係がみられる。

2009年,千葉大学園芸学部は創立100周年を迎えた.今日までの多くの研究業績を踏まえ新たな世紀に向けて取り組むテーマの一つとして,2010年から園芸学部と戸定会との共同による社会貢献教育プログラムをスタートさせる.修了者には資格として「環境園芸士」を授与することで検討を進めている.その目的は園芸技術を広め園芸文化を高めることにある.対象は社会人と学生を含めた市民の園芸愛好者・園芸入門者である.教育プログラムの内容は花卉,蔬菜,果樹・植木の各専門科目とし,個人の趣味園芸のレベル向上と「花と緑の街づくり」の指導者養成を目指し,2010年9月に花卉のプログラムから開始する予定である. 本稿の筆頭者は,「環境園芸士」の提案者として,100周年記念行事の一環として進められた「園芸資格制度検討委員会」(第1表)の発起人の一人となった.本稿は,「園芸資格制度検討委員会」設立の経緯と活動状況,及び「環境園芸士」資格制度に関する調査・研究の経過を著わすものである.In 2009, 100 years had passed since Faculty of Horticulture, Chiba University was established. To spread knowledgewhich has been achieved in these 100 years, university staffs and alumni will start a program, called 'EnvironmentalGardener' as a part of memorial events. The aim of this program is to spread technologies of horticultureand to enrich cultures of horticulture. A certifi cation is going to be given for people who fi nished this program.There are four courses for this program: fl owers, vegetables, fruits and garden plants. This is designed for studentsand members of society. The fl ower course will start September 2010 at fi rst. Each course has lectures on basicplant knowledge such as plant cultivation, plant physiology, ecology, soil, fertilizer, pest control and garden design,as well as practices at university farm.

高齢社会を迎えたわが国にとって,医療や福祉が大きな社会問題となってきている。医療施設としての病院は近年,安らぎの医療環境としての観点から建築やデザインの分野で研究が進んできているが,緑化という面での研究はあまり進んでいない。国立病院機構が「ガーデンホスピタル」構想を打ち出したが,十分に進んでいるとは思えない状況である。そこで,本研究では千葉県を含めた近隣都県の公立病院における緑化樹木の現状を調査し,植栽状況や維持管理状況,病院側の緑化に対する意識の違いなどの比較検討を行った。その結果,どの病院も緑化に対する関心が高いこと,緑化目的が患者だけでなく,職員のためという病院も増加しており,植栽樹種も常緑樹から落葉樹が増えていることがわかった。

大学院研究留学生が指導教員から実験の手順について指示説明をうけている場面の相互行為分析をもとに,数をかぞえる,あるいは指示や説明を理解するという認知的活動が社会的に組織化されている様子を示す。また,第二言語話者が日常的実践を行っていく能力をどのように捉え評価したらいいのかという問題を,近年広がりを見せている能力記述文に準拠した評価方法と関連させて検討していく。This paper, based on the microanalysis of a video-taped interaction between an international graduate student and her academic supervisor in a science lab at a Japanese university, demonstrates how cognitive activities such as counting and mutual understanding are socially organized. The paper also discusses the issue of how we should evaluate second-language speakers' competence in organizing daily activities on the basis of recent 'can-do statement' movements in Europe and Japan.

本稿ではスピノザの思想における共同体の倫理学の基礎について考察する。議論の中心はスピノザとホッブズの比較である。両者は人間たちの敵対性を認める点で一致するが、それぞれの共同体論は発生的に大きく異なる。前者は絶対を対象的にではなく非対象的に見る思惟により展開される「喜び」の政治論であるが、後者は優れて世俗的な見解を提示する「恐怖」を主軸とした政治術である。一見すると二つの主張は対立しているが、スピノザの自然思想からすれば、ホッブズによって多分に人間的な事柄として抽出された自然における<他>と<自>の関係性は、もはや「一である」とも言表しえない「絶対に無限な有るもの(神)」において問い直される。その問いとは、人間たちの<出遭い>の機が「生の育成」に寄与しうるかどうかである。詮ずるにスピノザの思想における共同体の倫理学は、相対の世に絶対の神を示そうとする宗教論のうちに働く、現実のための学である。

K. E. Weick advocated understanding the organization phenomenon from the viewpoint of organizing in The Social Psychology of Organizing. He showed the concept of enactment in organizing theory. Enactment is the only process where organizational members directly engage with an external environment and is the action that produces the raw materials that can then be made sensible. Weick described that the enactment perspective implies that people in organizations should be more self-conscious about and spend more time reflecting on the actual things they do. Thus, enactment is an important element of the organizing process. The author considers that a discussion of the enactment concept is necessary in the case of the observation and analysis of the organization phenomenon. The aim of this study is to examine the enactment concept from the action and interaction perspectives. For this purpose, Parsons' notion of the double contingency, Silverman's action frame of reference, Blumer's joint act, Schutz's intersubjectivity, and Wiley's analytical frame of the social system were investigated. In this way, the relationship between enactment and interaction in the organizing process was clarified.

1987~1997年に宮崎県内の食肉検査所で採取された豚の奇形心324例を解剖学的に観察した, 大動脈狭窄が224例 (69.1%) で最も多く, 次いで心内膜床欠損37例 (11.4%), 心室中隔欠損32例 (9.9%) であった. 大動脈狭窄と心内膜床欠損が多いことはこれまでの報告とほぼ一致し, 豚の心奇形の特徴と考えられた.

獅子文六の大ヒット小説『大番』を原作とする『大番』シリーズ(1957-8)は、日本橋兜町の株の相場師赤羽丑之助の人生の浮沈を描いたものだが、現在では、第二次世界大戦後の日本の経済成長と軌を一にする成功物語として見られている。しかし、そこに描かれている主人公の姿は、決して近代的な進歩思想を裏打ちするものではなく、むしろ反近代的ですらある。しかし、実は、この映画をヒットさせた要因の大半は、その反近代的な志向にあるのではないか。

ラジオ放送におけるスポーツ実況中継では,音声のみを用いて聞き手に視覚的なイメージを与えるための配慮がなされている.このような配慮は視覚障害者支援技術にも役立つことが期待される.そこで,競馬,野球,サッカーなどの実況中継におけるテレビおよびラジオのアナウンサーの発話内容を比較・分析した.競馬においては,レースの序盤,中盤,終盤,といった状況ごとに注目される対象の遷移が見られた.野球においては,テレビでは常時画面に表示されている得点やボールカウントなどの試合状況は,ラジオ中継では頻繁に音声で伝えられており,重要な情報ほど高頻度で発話されていた.またサッカーにおいては,連続的なゲームの展開を,間投詞を用いてシーンに分割して伝えていた.今後は,これらの知見を踏まえて,音声対話において空間的な状況の大局的な理解や説明を行うための具体的な方法について検討する予定である.

This study aims to clarify the structure of sports games in order to analyze soccer games. In this paper, we paid our attention to "gymnos agon (bodily movement competitions)" of ancient Greece that are the origin of sports, and particularly considered "agon (competition)" which is the basis of the meaning of this word.<br>We focused on the structure of "competition" as "play" to clarify the concept of "competition" that is the basis for the meaning of "bodily movement competition". By doing so we were able to formulate the function of this structure by the following comparative function.<br>On a condition of r, AG = cf(a,b) = a›b, a=b, a‹b<br>(where, r : rule, AG : agon, cf : comparative function, a : contestant, b : opponent, › : win, = : draw, ‹ : loss)<br>In this paper, we put various functions that convert all bodily movement of contestants into the numerical formula in the above function of competition, using the concept of "nested functions (to put a function in another function)", for the consideration of "bodily movement related to competition" that is our future topic of this study. We were able to connect the function of competition with "bodily elements" of sport structure that Tomihiko Sato had presented.<br>Since the bodily movement of sport is prescribed by the above function of competition, it is not very effective to consider the bodily movement regardless of the "competition" by taking out the bodily movement from the sport. Our future topic is to consider the concept of "bodily movement" that is an attribute of "bodily movement competitions", and the last aim of this study is to clarify the entirety of "bodily movement competitions (sports)" on the basis of the results considered in this paper.
