水素原子のDirac方程式は厳密解が得られている.そのスピノルの形状を知ることは,重元素を含む分子での相対論効果を議論するうえで重要である.s, p, d, fの各スピノルは特徴のある形状をしているが,本論文の目的は電子密度の3D等値面図を図鑑にすることで各スピノルの特徴を一望できるようにすることにある.Schrödinger方程式の厳密解の図も併記しており,相対論では非相対論と比較して節が少なくなっていることが容易に見てとれる.Z = 100の<r > を計算し,その詳細を分析した.相対論的効果で<r > が減少するが,その効果は一様ではなく,s1/2とp1/2で大きい.描画と計算に用いたMathematicaノートブックは本論文とともに提供しており,改変可能な教材として利用できる.

&nbsp;&nbsp;After the implementation of the Fundamental Law of Nutrition Education, specific items for &ldquo;instruction in nutrition&rdquo; were incorporated in school education; this was the beginning of health and nutrition education in schools. Reports on the eating habits of youth indicate that they have an unbalanced diet; they prefer western food and dislike vegetables. They are unhealthy because they eat irregularly, i.e., they skip breakfast, or eat alone. It has been confirmed that eating breakfast is related to sleep and wake-up times, appetite in the morning, attitude toward the importance of breakfast, self-esteem, social skills, and good nutrition behavior among family members.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Life skills that according to the WHO are an essential part of the health education of young people can build self-esteem. The life skills comprise: decision-making skills that involve the ability to identify problems, obtain information, and predict results; goal-setting skills that involve the ability to set an attainable goal, achieve and practice it; communication skills; and stress-management skills.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;We developed and popularize a Life skills-based nutrition education program for children. The aim of this program was to modify the unhealthy eating behavior of skipping breakfast and consuming unhealthy snacks. Children are taught to prepare snacks by themselves and plan a healthy breakfast; they are also taught to brainstorm, role-play, and case studies in order to gain and strengthen their life skills. Thus, the children develop healthy behavior through repetitive training and can learn to solve problems by themselves in real life. It is believed that this learning helps children strengthen their self-efficacy by teaching them to find solutions by themselves to problems. Working together also helps children develop bonds with their team-mates by recognizing each other's positive attributes and abilities and then they form positive self-concept.

近年わが国では,食生活の変化に伴い子どもにおける肥満や生活習慣病の増加が起こっている。その解決策として,食育が必要と考えられている。この度われわれは,入院中の子どもとその保護者を対象に,食事を提供する医療従事者の立場で次のような食育の取り組みを開始した。栄養バランスが良く,子どもたちが好き嫌いなく食べられるように工夫した「お子様ランチ」という新メニューを創った。古来の季節行事の日の「お子様ランチ」には,わが国の季節に応じた食文化の紹介文を添えた。保護者に対して,食育の意義,献立に使用した食品の栄養素の解説,レシピ等を記載したパンフレットを週1回定期的に配布した。<br> また,この取り組みを評価するため,保護者に対し毎週1回アンケート調査を行なった。開始後3か月間のアンケート結果 (n=215,回収率87%) では,「お子様ランチ」の献立内容,盛付け,子どもの反応,パンフレットの内容の4項目全てで,「よい」という回答が過半数を占めた。食育に興味があるとの回答は93%であり,保護者の食育に対する関心は高かった。一方,子どもが好む食材のみを使用する傾向,外食が多い傾向等,食育上の問題点が見出された。<br> 入院期間中という短期間の取り組みであるが,保護者に子どもの食育を考える機会を提供できたと考える。今後もこの取り組みを継続し,子どもたちの食育に生かしていきたい。

中国貴州省吾南部の苗族と布依族の食文化の特徴の一端を栄養的側面から明らかにすることを目的として,日常の食事状況について調査研究を行った.中国における栽培作物の事情は,1980年の「包産到戸」,すなわち農家の個人販売許可によって,食料作物から経済作物へと変化している.このような状況の中で,少数民族である苗族や布依族においても食料事情には変化が生じているものと考えられる.そこで,主として日常の食物摂取状況から両民族間の比較検討を行い,さらに,現状の栄養的問題についても若干の検討を行ったので報告する.

Nursing is art and science.<BR>The stand point of the nursing makes heart and body to be a one body, and it catches the client in the society who falls ill for the pain.The nursing does the client with the human, and it improves quality of life from the frame of the existence with the dignity. The nursing is the art woven in proportion to the environmental condition, (T. P. 0) between both personality of nursing human and personality of the client. The assessment of the nursing diagnosis is done as nutrition and pattern of the metabolism, and it has classified the nutritional state into three parts: more than body requirements, less than body requirements, risk for more than body requirements.(by NANDA Nursing Diagnoses)<BR>At quality and quantity on the modulation of body condition, there is an individual difference, the daily rate, the sexual specificity, and it is the multi factor structure.Nightingale described it as following, &ldquo;The food is next an important thing in breathing air.In adjusting the meal in the body condition of the client, it is cooked, time is taken even in the midnight it, when it is eaten.&rdquo; Disease and viability of the client should be securely observed, and in addition, tune and appetite of the stomach eat it to the sick person.<BR>The nutrition art is just in this point.<BR>The memory between eating life and family and friend who the individual has lived is done important.The improvement of cure-meal and quality of life is that it is cooked and serves the meal which is suitable for the level of body condition and health status, feeling, present condition and preference and appetite of eating human.<BR>Then, I want to propose the nutrition science what sends from eating human.It is necessary to ask from ideal way, quality of life, QOL of recognition for the individual diet again. The nutritional art is to offer the world where the individual lived to the meal with his memory.It wants to make popularization and research of taste making of my real motive what cures my spirits to be a renaissance of the diet.It is necessary that they participate in nutrition science, as citizen and family have the language of thanks of &ldquo;It is received, &rdquo; &ldquo;Thank you, &rdquo; &ldquo;Wonderful entertainment, it is deliciously, &rdquo; &ldquo;I was satisfied, &rdquo; in order to create the nutritional art.(Participation Action Research)

In this article, studies on the construction of the view of death and life, as well as studies on the education of death and life, were reviewed. Today we have a lot of problems on death, such as students commit suicide because of bullying, and children killing and wounding others. However, many previous studies on the view of death and life have focused on only particular groups (e.g., old people, patients in terminal care), and have not focused on general population, especially young population. This review suggested that we should pursue research on the construction of young people's view of death and life, and conduct empirical research on the effective death and life education program in order for us to live happily.
