本研究では組織コンテクスを重視する管理会計研究を行い、日本的管理会計は自律的組織を前提とする学習と創造の経営システムに組み込まれていること、市場志向のイノベーションに対する従業員のコミットメントを強化するシステムであること、カレントな業績の向上を目指すだけでなく適切な組織文化・風土作りと密接に関連していることなどを明らかにした。更に、管理会計は企業のミクロ・マクロ・ループを適切に形成する経営システムの中核的システムであるという新たな命題を提示した。

BCI (Brain Computer Interface)は人間の手足等の運動器官を用いず,生体信号のみでマン・マシンインタフェースを実現する技術である.本報告では,非侵襲で測定した脳波(EEG)のみを用いてヒューマノイドロボットを制御する,脳直結型制御システムの検討を行う.脳波の特徴量には従来手法におけるα波,β波等の周波数成分ではなく,フラクタル次元を用いる.また,階層型ニューラルネットワークにより脳波の時空間ダイナミクスを実時間で解析し,被験者の意志を判別,ロボットを制御するシステムを提案する.提案するシステムでは,ロボットに対する指令である「動作」,「停止」及び「動作」,「右」の2種類について,90〜100[%]での判別が可能な結果が得られた.また,「動作」,「停止」,「左」,「右」の4種類については30[%]程度の判別が可能である結果が得られ,脳波によるロボット制御可能性が示された.

Yearling ayu Plecoglossus altivelis collected in June and July from the Ohta River were biologically and biochemically examined in comparison with annual ayu caught in the same area.All the yearling ayu were female. The yearlng ayu were different in size and skin color from the annual ayu, but not different in anatomical parameters such as hepatosomatic index, intraperitoneal fat body ratio, and gonadosomatic index. The ovaries of annual ayu were immature and included chromatin nucleolus and perinucleolus stage eggs, but those of yearling ayu consisted mostly of abortive eggs and a few chromatin nucleolus and perinucleolus stage eggs.The yearling ayu had less muscle protein but more triglycerides than annual ayu. Fatty acid composition of muscle triglycerides in the yearling ayu was not different from that of the annual ayu. Low protein accumulation caused by depression of protein metabolism would affect the viability of yearling ayu after July.

製品開発において,使いやすさの評価は重要な部分を占めており,製品の良し悪しは使いやすさで決まることも少なくない.製品の使い心地というものは非常に重要な要素の一つであるといえる.現在,製品の使い心地の評価には,モニターアンケートやSD法が一般的に使われる.しかし,これらの手法は評価対象が「曖昧な抽象的な概念」であり,個人の主観が強く影響することから客観的且つ定量的に使い心地を評価することが非常に困難である.その問題点を解決するために,本論文では,脳波を用いた製品評価を行った.具体的には製品を使用している際の脳波を用いて,感性フラクタル次元解析手法を適用することで,被験者が感じる使い心地の評価を行った.また,感性解析結果を用いて,多変量解析を行うことで各被験者の感性に影響を与えるパラメータを因子分析した.その結果,感性並びに主観評価に大きく影響を与えるパラメータを見出すことができた.このような結果は従来手法ではアンケートの得点から評価することが困難であるため,感性を指標とした新規評価法として期待される.

オンライン学習は,データを受け取るたび逐次的に学習器を更新する手法である.そのため,過去の学習器で正答したデータに対し,学習器のルール更新後に誤答する事がある.所得効果より,この誤答コストは未知のデータに対する誤答コストよりも大きい事が示唆される.しかし,既存の枠組みでは前者のコストは考慮いない.本稿は所得効果を導入した枠組みを定式化し,所得効果付きオンライン学習に対応したアルゴリズムを提案する.

本研究が開始された翌年平成18年度においてクマ類の多発出没が発生し、捕殺数は約5000頭、人身事故も多発した。本研究はこのような大型野生動物の大量出没に対する対策を地域住民の歴史社会的コンテクスト上に構築することを主眼とし、東日本豪雪山岳地域のツキノワグマ生息地域における狩猟システムと動物資源利用を「食べて保全」という市民運動へと展開しているドイツ連邦の実情を調査し、持続的資源利用を含む地域個体群保全管理狩猟システムの社会的位置づけとその可能性を追求した。

Numerous methods have been proposed for privacy-preserving data mining (PPDM). Most of these methods are based on an assumption that semi-honest is and collusion is not present. In other words, some parties may collude and share their record to deduce the private information of other parties. We considered a general problem in this issue - multiparty secure computation of functions on secure summations of data spreading around multiple parties. In order to solve above collustion problem, we have proposed a secure computation method that entails a high level of collusion-resistance. Unfortunately, the private inputs of some parties may be infered because unnecessary information is disclosed in the process of this method. In this paper, we will improve this method, so that the final result is directly computed without any intermediate information being revealed. Moreover, this method can be used to securely compute almost any kind of function on secure cummations.

Three cases of colorectal foreign bodies are presented and the literature is reviewed. Case 1: A 47-year-old man, who had inserted a seasoning bottle in his rectum on January 3, was admitted to National Yokosuka Hospital on January 5, 1990. A pelvic x-ray film showed the object in the sigmoid colon, and an emergency operation was performed. The bottle (11cm in length) was removed from the sigmoid colon. The patient was discharged 16 days after the operation without complications. Case 2: A 40-year-old man presented with a self-inserted seasoning bottle in his rectum that he was unable to remove and was admitted to the hospital on July 24, 1990. Edema of the rectum precluded manual removal of the object. At laparotomy, the bottle (7.5cm in length) was removed from the rectum. The patient's postoperative course was good and he was discharged on August 26. Case 3: A 62-year-old man was admitted on December 12, 1990 for evaluation of a one-day history of a foreign body in the anorectum following autoerotic transanal manipulation with a vibrator. The 6×3×3cm object was removed manually after a spinal anesthetic. The patient was discharged on the third postoperative day.

内視鏡下経鼻頭蓋底手術では, 標的とする病変の拡がりに応じ, 鼻副鼻腔の処理を行い, 適切な術野を確保する. Mid-lineアプローチでは, 中鼻甲介を温存しても, 十分な術野を得ることができる. 内頚動脈隆起や視神経管周辺での手術操作が必要な場合, 経中鼻道的にも蝶形骨洞の操作が行えるよう, 篩骨洞開放が必要となる. 最後部篩骨洞のバリエーションであるOnodi cellに注意が必要である. 蝶形骨洞外側にアプローチする場合, 上顎洞後壁削除が必要となる. Vidian神経管と上顎神経管が有用な目印になる. また, 頭蓋底再建においては, 嗅上皮と蝶口蓋動脈鼻中隔枝の位置を考慮した有茎鼻中隔粘膜弁を作製する.

本論文では 多重世界機構を利用した世界の状態の時間的推移の表現法と推論について述べている.提案した方法は 時間情報として半順序関係を考え 時間軸を離散的時刻によって構成する.各時刻の状態変化をUranusにおける一つの世界とみなし 多重世界における継承(inheritance)を用いて 時間推移による世界の状態変化を表している. また より複雑な状態変化を扱うために 継承を選択的に打ち消すための述語も導入している.さらに可能性のある複数の時間的変化を表すための条件付き半順序関係とその遅延評価法 実時間を扱うためのTime Counterについても触れている.

本研究は糖尿病患者の歯周病罹患状況,ならびにその他の合併症との相互関係を明らかにすることを目的に行われた。被験者は,2010 年 7 月から 2011 年 12 月までに内科に教育入院した 2 型糖尿病患者 105 名(平均年齢 55.4±11.3 歳)とした。評価項目として,現在歯数,プロービングポケットの深さ(PPD),プロービング時の出血(BOP),動揺度を測定した。また,背景因子として年齢・性別・体格指標(BMI)・糖尿病罹患期間・血圧・既往歴,糖尿病合併症に関する評価として網膜症の有無(SDR:単純性網膜症・PPDR:前増殖性網膜症・PDR:増殖性網膜症),腎症の有無,神経障害の有無,動脈硬化性疾患の有無,血液指標を評価し比較検討した。今回の結果から糖尿病合併症である網膜症患者での残存歯数は PDR 患者で他のステージの網膜症患者に比べ有意に少なく(p<0.01 vs SDR, p<0.05 vs PPDR),4〜6 mmPPD 率や 7mm以上 PPD 率では SDR<PPDR<PDR と PPD が深い部位の割合が高くなる傾向を示しているため,網膜症の進行が歯周病の病態悪化になんらかの関与をしている可能性が考えられる。重度の歯周病(最大ポケット深さ 7 mm 以上)を有する患者の割合は腎症以外で有意に高く,糖尿病合併症の有無と歯周病の進行度には相関があることが示された。日本歯周病学会会誌(日歯周誌)54(4):336-345, 2012

In this research, the dynamic characteristics of a small wheel bicycle are investigated. The bicycle model is formulated by using multibody dynamics. Then, the stability of bicycles is analyzed by parametric study using the bicycle model. The effects of the parameters of tire diameter and head angle are examined by focusing on a small wheel bicycle. The straight-ahead stability and upstanding stability are evaluated at each parameter. The results show the tendency of stability at each parameter and the influential parameter to the small wheel bicycle is found. The driving experiment using the small wheel bicycle is performed. In the experiment, the stability of the small wheel bicycles with variable head angle is evaluated by the subjects. It is confirmed that varying head angle increases the stability of the small wheel bicycle. The results are corresponding with the simulation results and it is shown that the simulation captures the tendency of the stability and expresses the characteristics of the small wheel bicycle.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sulpiride, an antidepressant, on xerostomia.Method: Fifty-five patients who visited the Dry Mouth Clinic, Tsurumi Dental Hospital with subjective oral dryness were enrolled in this study. The cause of the xerostomia in the patients was unknown. The patients did not meet Sjögren's syndrome criteria, and their condition was not congruent with xerostomia caused by radiation therapy to the head and neck, HIV infection, chronic graft-vs-host disease, or diabetes mellitus. The patients were divided into two groups: the dry group, with the chief complaint of dry mouth, and the pain group, with the chief complaint of pain. The patients received oral administration of sulpiride, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by doctors' subjective judgment and by visual analogue scale (VAS).Results: Sulpiride was effective in both groups, but the response rate was higher in the pain group than in the dry group according to the doctors' subjective judgment. In the evaluation by VAS, improvements were not obtained in other items such as thirstiness and dysgeusia, although a significant decrease of VAS value was found in "dry mouth" in the dry group. In contrast, in the pain group, significant improvements were found in all items as well as pain.Conclusions: The results suggested that the dry and pain groups possessed completely different pathophysiologies. The results also suggested that subjective dry mouth may be a partial symptom of burning mouth syndrome (BMS), and that depression was one of the causative factors of xerostomia.
