強度行動障害を呈し長期間保護室対応となっている自閉スペクトラム症者に対し,大切な作業に焦点を当てた個別作業療法を実施した.その有効性を単一事例実験研究に基づき,強度行動障害やパニック回数の変化により検討した.その結果,強度行動障害やパニック回数が個別作業療法開始月より減少し,介入の即時的効果が認められた.また,パニックに対する振り返りが可能となり,パニックの対処法を作業療法士と共に考えられるようになったことから,多床室への転室が月に数日程度可能となった.これらより,大切な作業に焦点を当てた個別作業療法は,自閉スペクトラム症者における強度行動障害の変容をもたらすうえで有効であると示唆された.

In this thesis, I discuss the projected-image practices of Thai filmmaker, Apichatpong Weerasethakul. Above all, his practices have been derived largely from his projectedimage practice, mainly by Ji-hoon Kim. Although these deal with Apichatpong’s projected-image practices in the framework of “cinematic” video installation, he only analyzes feature films so as to derive the characteristics of Apichatpong’s works from them. For this reason, previous research has overlooked his practices wherein the different elements of projected image/screen/viewer are intertwined. I examine the discussion of “cinematic” video installation, which is based on the preceding research, including the relationship between exhibition space and viewers by considering the installation work Phantoms of Nabua. This work attempts to contest the exhibition space and the local (Nabua village in Northeast Thailand). By intertwining multiple light sources/projected images/screens of this work, the viewer in the exhibition space is virtually placed in the local “site.” In this way, the viewer’s “decentralization” is promoted. Furthermore, by casting projection lights on the viewers, they appear as ghosts. Apichatpong’s practices are to reveal the presentation/ representation between cinema and installation. Finally, the overlapping of the “site” and ghosting of the viewer, allow for a reconsideration of the viewer him/herself in the installation art.

This paper is considered on the possibility of social structure of TOSA port in the Middle Ages viewed from the restoration of the dug standing pillar buildings. The results are as follows. 1) There was thin concept on the individual ownership of land in TOSA port. 2) The population of residents in TOSA port was very much different by the seasons, because that it might be left during winter. 3) There were no standard courtesy spaces in TOSA port.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has a wide range of clinical manifestations, including acute respiratory distress syndrome, severe inflammation, abnormal blood coagulation, and cytokine storm syndrome. SARS-CoV-2 uniquely facilitates its entry and expansion in host cells through the spike protein consisting of S1 (receptor binding domain) and S2 (fusion peptide domain). The S1 binds to angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), the host cell receptor. The cleavage at the boundary of S1 and S2 by Furin protease and subsequent digestion within the S2 by TMPRSS2 activate the S2 fusion peptides, which are necessary for the entry of SARS-CoV-2 into host cells. After infection, SARS-CoV-2 RNA genome encodes viral proteins including structural proteins, RNA polymerases/helicases, and modulators of host-defense system, which inhibit type I-interferon-related immune signaling and signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (STAT1) signaling. In contrast, SARS-CoV-2 infection activates the proinflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα). In severe cases of COVID-19, these alterations in immune signaling may induce a state of systemic immune dysfunction. Recent studies also revealed the involvement of hematopoietic cells and alteration of cellular metabolic state in COVID-19. We here review the pathogenesis of COVID-19, primarily focusing on the molecular mechanism underlying SARS-CoV2 infection and the resulting immunological and hematological alterations.

In the current immersive VR system, the motion of the virtual body that the user operates is limited to what can be performed in real body, since the natural real body motion is generally used as a system input. Therefore, in this research, we propose the concept of “Motion-Less VR” which is an immersive VR interface that does not require the real body motion. The interface is consisted of the functions which are; sensing joint torque while the real body is mechanically restrained, calculating virtual motion through forward dynamics, and presenting motion information. As a first step, we developed a basic system and potential feasibility was evaluated.

国内外の宿泊施設に対して、においに関するアンケート調査を実施した。実際に回答を得られ たのは、国内外合わせて計 186 件であった。そのうち、全体の約 90%の宿泊施設が何らかのにおいの 問題でゲストから苦情を受けたことがあった。また、宿泊施設の苦情において約 80%は客室における 苦情であった。においの質については、「タバコ臭」「香水・アロマ臭」「体臭・汗臭」が原因となって いた。

牛用駆虫剤イベルメクチンのポアオン法による投与が, 牛糞に生息する標的および非標的糞食性ハエ類に及ぼす影響について調べた.排糞中のイベルメクチンは, 処理後14または21日まで検出され, その濃度は処理後1または3日目に最大となった.処理された牛の糞において, ノサシバエとキタミドリイエバエの幼虫は14日目ですべて死亡し, 21日目でも蛹化率は減少した.羽化トラップを用いた野外実験において, 処理区でクロイエバエ, ヒメシリアカニクバエ, ツヤホソバエ科, ハヤトビバエ科, オドリバエ科などの発生は大きく減少した.環縫亜目・有額嚢群のハエの発生は, 処理後1, 3, 7日で等しく抑制された.ノミバエ科とヌカカ科の発生数は, 逆に処理区の糞で増加した.処理区において羽化したハエの乾燥重量は著しく減少し, 糞分解活動が抑制された.

With the expansion of psychological studies conducted online, researchers show greater interest in the quality of the data collected from online studies. Factors that may compromise the data quality include lack of control of environmental variables, nonnaïveté due to repeated participation, and reduced attention to the study materials. In this study, we examined the possibility that type of device and the presentation format of study materials may compromise the quality of responses. An online study with a total of 1,005 crowd-workers (PC=485, mobile=520) revealed that mobile devices were associated with less attentive responses. Results also showed that mobile devices tended to elicit relatively inconsistent responses to psychological scales, specifically when combined with the multiple presentation formats, in which all items of the scale were presented at once. The results suggest that the importance of considering the type of device and the format of information presentation in the future studies conducted online. Future research in this domain should further address factors that may lower the quality of data, such as demographics.

焼酎白麹菌Aspergillus kawachii IFO 4308を使用した清酒醸造を実施し, 次の知見を得た。1. 清酒醸造において乳酸の代わりに白麹に含まれるクエン酸の抗菌力を利用した清酒醸造の可能性が示唆された。2. 白麹のα-アミラーゼ力価は黄麹菌の1/16であったにもかかわらず, 発酵に支障を及ぼすことなくもろみの溶解は進行した。この理由としてAspergillus kawachii由来のα-アミラーゼはもろみ中で蒸米に無効吸着されにくい・ことが考えられた。3. 対照として実施した黄麹仕込が糖化優先型の並行複発酵であったのに対し, 白麹を使用した場合は全般的に糖化と発酵がパラレルに進行した。4. 白麹仕込で得られた清酒はクエン酸のさわやかな酸味を呈するとともに, 黄麹仕込で得られた清酒と比べて遊離アミノ酸がやや少なく, またペプチドを構成するアミノ酸数はやや多い傾向にあった。

本研究は、孤食の心理学的問題を明らかにするため、孤食と共食(誰かと一緒に食べること)間で食物のおいしさなどがどのように変化するかということを調べた。その結果、孤食と共食では食物のおいしさ自体に差はみられなかったが、共食時には食事状況に対するポジティブな感情の生起がみられることが明らかとなった。この結果から、共食は、単に食卓を同一にするという物理的なことではなく、一緒に何かを成し遂げる(coaction effect)という心理学的なことであることが示唆された。

日本列島の太平洋側東北部に位置する陸中海岸には、リアス式の海岸線が織り成す多くの入り江がある。なかでも岩手県下閉伊郡の山田湾には、暖流に乗って回遊するイルカがしばしば「浦入り」をしてきた。湾に面した大浦集落では、これを網で囲って海岸にまで追い込んで捕獲する、イルカ追い込み漁が近世の早い時期から行なわれており、この種の漁法としては日本の最北端での実施例に位置づけられる。村内外の出資者が金本、村内の有力者が瀬主(網元)となり、集落全戸が参加して行なう大規模な漁であり、時には一度に数千頭の漁獲があった。盛岡藩には、年間五貫文の礼銭を納入して漁の権利を確保したが、藩も新規参入者を認めず村方を支持して漁を継続させた。漁の収益は全戸に配布され、公共の用途にも使用された。明治以降、岩手県の水産行政ではイルカ漁は坪外に置かれたため、漁は慣例に従って続けられていたが、いわゆる旧漁業法が施行されてイルカ漁の位置づけも明確になり、正規の漁業権が確立した。本稿では、この過程を史料に基づいて跡づけるとともに、村落をあげての集団漁労活動の意義と、漁民のイルカ観を考える。なお、大浦におけるイルカ漁は、大正期に入ってからは数回の捕獲記録を残すのみとなり、昭和以降は全く行なわれなくなった。
