発達障害・知的障害のある子どもたちに対して適切な支援を行う上で, 社会適応上必要なスキルを安定的かつ多面的に測定する検査の開発が求められている。そこで, 本研究では, 社会適応スキル検査の作成を試みた。まず予備調査では, 項目内容や採点法の適否等に関する検討を行い, また定型発達群(N=959)の標本をもとに各項目の困難度, 内的整合性の検討を行った。その結果を踏まえて, 本調査では, 特別な教育的ニーズのある群(N=560)と定型発達群(N=2,027)の標本をもとに, 各項目の内的整合性の再評価や因子分析モデルに基づく妥当性検証を行った。その結果, 検査の下位スキルとして設定した「言語スキル」, 「日常生活スキル」, 「社会生活スキル」, 「対人関係スキル」において実用上十分な内的整合性が認められ, また一因子性の観点から下位項目の因子的妥当性も確認された。また, 実用上の観点から, パーセンタイルに基づく社会適応スキル指数の算出や, 水平線表示を利用した個人内評価の方法についても検討を行った。最後に, 本検査を適用したADHDの子どもの一事例を通して本検査の臨床的有用性を考察した。

So far, the use of superconducting magnets has been limited to chemical analysis and medical inspection. To develop a new use, we have tried to apply common MRI devices as nondestructive sugar content detector of watermelon. To estimate the sugar content, a new technique using multiple regression analysis of two NMR relaxation times was developed. It was found that the coefficient of multiple regression at the center of the watermelon exceeded 0.9 and the standard error of prediction was around 0.5, and that the over-ripened part of flesh called ‘nieka’ in watermelon could be distinguished because its T2 was much longer than that of the oridinary part. An evaluation rate of sugar content could be below 6s per watermelon. It is concluded that multiple analysis of T1 and T2 on intact watermelon can be applied as a non-invasive, nondestructive indicator of sugar content.

SF₆ gas has excellent dielectric strength and interruption performance. For these reasons, it has been widely used for gas insulated switchgear (GIS). However, use of SF₆ gas has become regulated under agreements set at the 1997 COP3. So investigation and development for GIS with a lower amount of SF₆ gas are being carried out worldwide. Presently, SF₆ gas-free GIS has been commercialized for the 24kV class. Air or N₂ gas is used as insulation gas for this GIS. On the other hand, SF₆ gas-free GIS has not been commercialized for 72kV class GIS. Dielectric strengths of air and N₂ gas are approximately 1/3 that of SF₆ gas. So to enhance insulation performance of air and N₂, we have investigated a hybrid gas insulation system which has the combined features of providing an insulation coating and suitable insulation gas. We have developed the world's first 72kV SF₆ gas-free GIS.<br>This paper deals with key technologies for SF₆ gas-free GIS such as the hybrid insulation structure, bellows for the high pressure vacuum circuit breaker, a newly designed disconnector and spacer and prevention of particle levitation. Test results of 72kV high pressure air-insulated GIS with the vacuum circuit breaker are described.

The aim of this study is to investigate environmental situation surrounding terraced houses with greenery patterns, and to accumulate objective data and features in the new developed residential area in Malaysia. A computer microclimate simulation technique is applied by combining stored digital spatial data on GIS as main tools. As a results, i) There is almost no temperature changes between the current building shape and after changing the building aspect ratio without additional greening. However after green space added, some contributions for reducing surrounding temperature can be observed. ii) The relatively higher cooling effects of greenery in the surrounding building and block can be observed in the afternoon and evening. iii) Increasing approximately 11% green coverage ratio make effects of reducing about 0.5°C above the green spaces and about 0.3°C on the surrounding area.

助産師外来では妊娠生活指導、分娩に向けた準備などの他に精神的な関わりが必要になってくる場面が多くある。無脳症と診断され妊娠継続を希望した妊婦と関わり、妊娠生活を送っていく上で気持ちの変化や児への愛情が日々大きくなっていく様子を傍で見て、感じ、児を迎えるための準備を妊婦の気持ちに寄り添いながら行ってきた。助産師外来から関わりを持つことで、妊婦のニーズを把握し、看護に生かすことができ、それが満足のできる分娩にもつながっていく。今回の関わりを通して、助産師外来からハイリスク妊婦と関わっていくことの必要性や、外来での関わりが病棟での満足できる分娩につながっていくと考えられた。

Recently, NHK intends to enrich services for local viewers by increasing local or regional programs from the local TV stations. This attempt is not convenient for informing nationalwide urgent-news, because every station broadcasting its own program have to superimpose the information quickly and surely. The Nationalwide Urgent-news Superimposing System developed to solve this problem. This system has been built on the fundamental facilities of News Center (NC), NHK Tokyo.

It has been believed that in sake ethyl caproate is one of the main component of ginjo-flavour. There have been no reports about the synthesis and hydrolysis of ethyl caproate. We have studied the activity of sake yeast in the synthesis and hydrolysis of ethyl caproate. The results obtained are as follows : 1) The esterase of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on ethyl caproate synthesis was separated into three fractions (S-I, II, III) by Sepharose 6B gel filtration. 2) The esterase fraction of ethyl caproate synthesis (S-II, III) did not hydrolyze p-nitrophenyl acetatte, so it was impossible to examine the esterase activity by this method. The esterase activity of ethyl caproate synthesis and hydrolysis must be measured by gas chromatography.3) The optimum pH of the esterase of ethyl caproate synthesis was 5.0,and that of ethyl caproate hydrolysis was 10.0. 4) The optimum pH of alcohol acyltransferase was 8.0. 5) There were differences in the localization of esterase and alcohol acyltransferase in the cells. Therefore, there are two pathways to the formation of ethyl caproate through esterase and through alcohol acyltransferase.6) The esterase fraction S-II was stabilized by ammonium sulfate.

To investigate the buffer mechanism of cerebrospinal fluid in acute hypercapnia in vivo, we have studied the acid-base status of CSF in 14 mongrel dogs, changing their inspiratory CO2 concentration, from room air to 6% and then to 12%. Each condition was maintained for two hours, and at the end of each CO2 loading, arterial and CSF samples were taken anaerobically for the determination of PO2, PCO2, pH and [HCO3-] by electrode and Van Slyke-gas chromatograph system. Buffer values, Δ[HCO3-]/ΔpH were calculated for blood and CSF between room air and 6% CO2 breathing and also between 6% and 12% CO2 breathing.As results, followings were concluded:1) The buffer values of CSF in vivo in acute hypercapnia were significantly higher than those of arterial blood.2) The buffer values of CSF increased significantly with increases of CSF PCO2.3) An active transport system is presumably necessary for the explanation of this PCO2 dependent buffer mechanism, in which the participation of carbonic anhydrase would be suggested.

ベビーカー利用者との共用を視野に入れた車いすスペースの手すり寸法を検討した. 列車の走行振動を模擬できるシミュレータ内に設備を設置し, 振動環境下で, ベビーカー利用者46名, 一般乗客67名の評価を得た. その結果, 高さ800mmの従来の手すりより, 950mmと700mmの2本を設置するほうが, 姿勢を支える, 軽く腰掛けるという観点から使いやすいことが明らかになった. ベビーカー利用者の76.1%がベビーカー用のスペースとして従来スペースよりよいと評価した.

大規模災害後の被災地では,ドアや壁が壊れて外部から侵入しやすくなった建物や,人々が避難して無人になった家屋や店舗が多くなることなどから,便乗犯罪が発生しやすい.また,災害によるダメージからの回復が遅れればそれだけ犯罪を誘発する要因が解消されず,犯罪は発生し続けることになる.逆に言えぼ,災害被害からの復旧・復興が速やかに進めば,犯罪発生は抑制されることになる.災害の被害が大きいほど,また災害被害からの回復が遅いほど犯罪が発生しやすいということは,阪神淡路大震災(1995年1月発生)のあとの被災地住民を対象とした調査では示されている.そこで,本研究では,地理的条件などが異なる東日本大震災(2011年3月発生)でも同様なことが言えるかどうかを調べた.東日本大震災のあとの被災地(宮城県及び福島県)の住民(n=1030)を対象にインターネット調査を実施し,ロジスティック回帰分析により検討したところ,震災被害が大きいと,また震災被害からの回復が遅いほど,「自転車・オートバイ盗」や「住宅への空き巣」が発生しやすいことなど,阪神淡路大震災後の調査と同様な傾向が確認できた.

リンパ節転移の無い早期胃癌を特定化し局所切除をすればリンパ節郭清をともなった手術と同等の治療成績を挙げることが期待される.1962年から1985年までに国立がんセンター病院で切除された単発早期胃癌1,440例のリンパ節転移についての検討より,リンパ節転移を否定しうる病変は,IIb,2.0cm以下の潰瘍性変化の無いIIc,2.0cm以下のIIa,腺腫内癌であった.そこで安全誤差をいれて,(1)1.5cm以下のIIa,(2)1.5cm以下の胃炎類似型IIcまたはIIb,(3)腺腫内癌の3つを局所治療の適応とした.切除標本の組織学的検索結果により完全切除は厳重な経過観察,粘膜内断端陽性は外科的局所切除,粘膜下層浸潤もしくは脈管浸潤例はR1以上の胃切除を行うという治療体系を作った.現在までの11例中8例は局所切除のみで,3例では外科的切除が追加された.この治療体系は癌が根治する可能性を下げることなく局所切除を行える優れた治療体系である.

D-(and L-)2, 6-Dideoxy-2-aminoglycosidic variants of 4'-O-demethyl-1-epipodophyllotoxin were synthesized by glycosidation of 4'-O-benzyloxycarbonyl- or 4'-O-chloroacetyl-4'-O-demethyl-1-epipodophyllotoxin (6 or 14) with the corresponding aminosugar derivatives. 1-O-(2-Amino-2-deoxy-4 : 6-O-ethylidene-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-4'-O-demethyl-1-epipodophyllotoxin (18) reacted with aldehydes in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydride, or reacted with α, β-unsaturated esters, or with α, β-unsaturated nitriles to yield the corresponding N-alkyl analogs. A number of the 4'-O-demethyl-1-epipodopyllotoxin β-D-aminoglycoside derivatives gave significant survival time increases in mice with leukemia L-1210. In particular, 1-O-(2-dimethylamino-2-deoxy-4 : 6-O-ethylidene-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-4'-O-demethyl-1-epipodophyllotoxin (19) showed superior activity to VP-16-213 (etoposide, 1).
