旧商法のそれまでの貸借対照表は資産の部,負債の部及び資本の部に分類されていたが,平成17年2月9日に企業会計基準委員会から企業会計基準五号「貸借対照表の純資産の部の表示に関する会計基準」が公表され,平成18年5月1日から施行された(新)会社法において施行以後に終了する事業年度から純資産の部として適用されている。資本の部から純資産の部への変更の内容,変更の経緯を再確認し,時価評価されるその他有価証券の評価差額金(部分純資産直入法で評価した評価損を除く)を損益計算書を経由しないで,直接,貸借対照表純資産の部の評価・換算差額等に計上する点につき,法人税法はどのような調整をへて計上されているかを検証し,解明してみたい。

Study of Otaku has a lot of speculative researches but few quantitative ones. We conducted the questionnaire research for 681 students in five universities to estimate the degree involvement in Otaku activities. The results are as follows: 1)Four factors are detected which are self-affirmative enthusiasm to hobby, collector, sympathy toward other Otakus by sharing hobby interests, and paying no attention to fashion. these factors are classified into two groups: maniac activities and lack of communication skills. 2)There is no relationship one’s self-acknowledgement of Otaku and his social skills. 3)Two oppo- sites of Otaku exists. The one is Ria-ju repletion of real life, which is a Japanese internet slang for people who are sociable to everyone. The other is the man has low social skills and no motivation for anything.

Es sind Anzeichen heutzutage dafür vorhanden, daß Simmel neu bewertet wird. Aber es gibt wenige Arbeiten, die den modernen Stil seinen Texten innewohnend entziffern wollen. Diese stellt seine soziologischen Ausdrücke auf die richitige Entfernung ein, und macht seine Erkenntnishaltung klar, die die Wirklichkeit als eine Modalität, in der einige Realitäten oder Leitsätze sich kompliziert kreuzen, beschreibt. Dabei ist es bedeutungsvoll, auf seine soziologische analytische Vorrichitung, die >Reihe< zu achten. Er beschreibt oft soziale Beziehungen als Zustand, der sich von der >Kausalreihe< oder >teleologischer Reihe< leiten läßt. Die >Kausalreihe< ist die Ursache-Wirkung Kette, die >teleologische Reihe< die Zweck-Mittel Kette. Und er findet einen Sinn der Modernisierung im Verlauf, in dem die >Kausalreihen< zu den >teleologischen Reihen< neu zusammengesetzt werden. Noch dazu auf dem Umweg seiner formalen Soziologie macht er die Welt, die die teleologische Welt neu gestaltet, ausfindig. Das ist die >Geselligkeit<. Die sozialen Beziehungen, die Simmel schildert, wandeln sich von der kausalen Welt zu der teleologischen Welt, und letztens zu der geselligen Welt. In diesem Wandel zeigt er mannigfaltige soziologische Probleme.

最近, ビールの品質の多様化が進み, 消費者は各種タイプのビールをTPOに応じて楽しめるようになった。しかし, メーカーにとって消費者に満足感を与え, 違いを認識させるため, それぞれの銘柄の特徴を出し, 工場間のバラツキをなくし, 常に一定品質のビール生産が要求される。その点で官能検査が非常に重要な意味を持ってくる。今回, その官能検査結果を集計し, その中から必要な情報を引出す手段として, 統計処理を現場に即した形で導入し, 短時間に処理できるシステムの開発に成功された。各方面で参考になると思われることから, 方法や実際の検討結果について解説していただいた。

北太平洋西部の日本列島本州沖にて2014年から2018年に混獲されたコアホウドリPhoebastria immutabilis 96個体とクロアシアホウドリP. nigripes 25個体の胃内容物を調べた.胃内にプラスチックを持っていた個体の割合はコアホウドリ(91%)の方がクロアシアホウドリ(48%)より高く,この傾向は北太平洋中央部での先行研究と同じであり,また,飲み込んでいた硬質プラスチックあるいはレジンペレット各々の重量と長さそれぞれの平均はコアホウドリ(0.073 g, 8.25 mm)の方がクロアシアホウドリ(0.031 g, 5.86 mm)より大きかった.このプラスチック負荷の種間の差が,利用海域と食性の種間差によって説明できるとする強い証拠は,本研究では得られなかった.北太平洋でのこれら2種のプラスチック負荷は,南太平洋西部で混獲された,あるいは海岸に漂着したアホウドリ科より高く,その影響が懸念される.

The Ainu word inaw means 'a ritual offering in the form of a wooden staff with attached wood shavings'. It is similar to the Gilyak words inau and nau, the Uilta illau and the Orochi ilau. They are assumed to be originally the same word. The Uilta word illau (=illaun-) is probably derived from *ilawun. This form is composed of a verb-stem *ila- and a substantive-forming suffix *-wun which means 'instrument, etc.'. It seems to have changed into illau (n-) by the loss of *w and the compensatory doubling of *l. The Orochi word ilau came also from an earlier form *ilawun, in which the *w and *n were dropped. The suffix *-wun goes back to the proto-form *-pun which survives in Uilta -pu (n-). Consequently, the Uilta word illau (n-) derived from *ilawun containing *-wun seems to be a loan-word, and to have been borrowed probably from Orochi or another Tungus language closely related to Orochi. On the basis of the meanings of the Manchu verb-stem ila- and its derivatives, we assume that *ila- accompanying *-wun means 'a stick which puts forth flowers, or a stick which men shave'. It may be assumed that the Ainu word inaw came from the Tungus word ilau. The Ainu language borrowed this Tungus word, but the l-sound was replaced by n, because Ainu has an n-sound but not l. If a Tungus dialect, such as Orochi or Uilta has borrowed an Ainu word like inaw, it would have preserved the n instead of replacing it with l, because these dialects have n as well. The Gilyak words inau and nau are probably also loan-words which orginated from the Tungus word ilau.

症例は60歳代,男性.精神科病院に長期入院中,発熱,嘔吐を認め,救急搬送された.炎症反応上昇,溶血所見,急性腎障害がみられ,CTで胸腹水と,直腸壁外の浮腫状変化,air densityを認めた.搬送前日に施行された浣腸による直腸損傷と限局性腹膜炎,グリセリン血管内流入にともなう溶血と急性腎障害と診断した.グリセリン浣腸は,直腸損傷および溶血尿をきたした報告が本邦でも散見され,留意する必要がある.

キクイモ栽培における重要課題である白絹病の抑制技術について検討を行った.培地での白絹病菌叢の伸展程度および培土でのキクイモ発病度は,いずれもpH 8以上の条件で抑制効果が見られた.一方,「野菜類」作物群に登録のある殺菌剤を添加した培地では,水和硫黄剤の2剤で菌叢の伸展が抑制された.土壌混和が可能な資材のうち水和硫黄剤の主成分である硫黄を含む肥料においても培地での菌叢伸展の抑制および培土でのキクイモ発病度の抑制効果が見られた.この硫黄資材を汚染圃場に施用したキクイモ栽培においても生育中の白絹病による枯死株率は低下した.さらに,系統間での耐病性の比較においては,三瀬在来系統よりもサンフラワーポテト系統の方が枯死株率は低く,耐病性を有していると考えられた.これらの結果から,キクイモ栽培において硫黄資材の施用と耐用性系統を併用することで,キクイモ白絹病に対する抑制効果を高められる可能性が考えられた.

Many countries including Japan have promoted radical education reforms guided by neo-liberal and quasi-market ideas. But no appropriate evidence has been provided to show their validity and effectiveness. They are promoted by ideological preferences and in the populistic political atmosphere.Given this situation, this paper first identifies some major features of the following five quasi-market models; simple school choice, education voucher, alternative schools, charter school, and school management by for-profit company. The aspects examined are the institutional idea, framework of school choice, school budget, school management system, freedom from government control, form of parent participation, and the influence of each model over the whole education system.Secondly, the paper discusses the five major problems that are neglected in their arguments and will damage the public education system.(1) Due to the fact that school is an institutional good, school choice will differentiate schools both substantially and relatively on such evaluation criteria as academic success, school safety and social attributes of students and neighborhood atmosphere of each school.(2) Due to the fact that school is a collective and unfinished (or half-finished) good at the time of choosing and entering, the school performance and its evaluation depend on the students who are recruited to each school, and accordingly, school choice differentiates schools in terms of students' and their parents' attributes.(3) Under the system of alternative school, charter school or for-profit management school, school choice and other privileged conditions applies only for those schools and their clients, and accordingly, those schools should be recognized as ones for the privileged small number of students. It should be also recognized that if these systems spread widely, then the utility of their privileges will diminish and various problems intrinsic to school choice will also spread.(4) School choice ideas put a prior value on institutional choice, while neglecting the importance of practical choices within each school as well as the fact that someone's freedom of institutional choice restricts the range of the other's.(5) Deregulation of government control and the accountability requirement will result in the rise of market control and other type of government control for quality assurance like the school inspection by quasi-public agency and testing of achievement standards. Under the system of school choice, parents are likely to behave as consumers/claimers rather than organizational members who should cooperate in the process of finishing their un-finished goods.Finally, the paper suggests that all of these will become seriously problematic in the country like Japan where the levels of equal opportunity, efficiency of schooling and parents' concerns of school ranking are high.
