A helminthological survey of raccoon dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides) captured in Sado Island, Japan was conducted in 2001. Eight species of helminths were detected in 35 raccoon dogs autopsied, including five nematode species, namely, Toxocara tanuki, Ancylostoma kushinnaense, Arthrostoma miyazakiense, Dirofilaria innnitis, Molineus sp.; two trematode species, namely, Metagonimus sp. and Echinostoma sp.; and one cestode species, Spirometra erinaceieuropaei. Seven out of eight species detected are important to public health because of their infectiveness to humans.

The parasitic nematodes of Apodemus speciosus [As: Abbreviation of host name] and A. argenteus [Aa] (Murinae: Muridae: Rodentia) collected on Yaku-shima I., Tanega-shima I., and Kuchinoerabu-jima I., southern part of Japan, were investigated. Total number of the mice examined is 38 individuals of As and 36 individuals of Aa collected on Yaku-shima I., 27 individuals of As and 5 individuals of Aa collected on Tanega-shima I., and 2 individuals of As collected on Kuchinoerabu-jima I., respectively. Nine nematode species were obtained from Yaku-shima I., viz., Heligmonoides speciosus [Hosts: As, Aa], Syphacia emileromani [Aa], Syphacia sp. [larval form] [Aa], Heterakis spumosa [As], Subulura (Murisubulura) suzukii [As], Rictularia cristata [As, Aa], Mastophorus muris [Aa], Rhabditis (Pelodera) orbitalis [3rd larva] [As], and Capillariidae gen. sp.[Aa]. On the other hand, 6 nematode species were obtained from Tanega-shima I., viz., H. speciosus [As, Aa], S. emilerornani [Aa], S. (M.) suzukii [As, Aa], R. cristata [As, Aa], M. muris [As, Aa] and Gongylonema (Gongylonema) neoplasticum [As], and only 1 species, H. speciosus, was obtained from Kuchinoerabu-jima I. [As]. There are several studies on the parasitic nematodes of the genus Apodemus of Kyushu and its surrounding offshore islands. However, this is the first report of the nematodes from Yaku-shima I., Tanega-shima I. and Kuchinoerabu-jima I.. These nematodes are common with those of mainlands of Japanese Islands although Ohsumi Is. are thought to have been isolated from Kyushu between 100,000 and 130,000 years ago.

1990年1月1日を期して,ジョセフソン効果に基づいた電圧標準に加えて,量子ホール効果に基づいた抵抗標準が,世界中で統一して用いられている.これにより,量子現象の持つ普遍性と恒常性という優れた特長に支えられて,世界的に全く統一のとれた電磁気量の実用標準体系が実現した.この結果は,両標準の技術的側面の研究もさることながら,むしろ,地道な努力を重ねて永年行われてきた種々の基礎物理定数の測定のこれまでの総決算により生まれたものといえる.本稿では,基礎物理定数との関わりを中心に,両標準の実現に至った背景について解説する.

The primary purpose of this article is to offer a new explanation concerning the circumstances under which the archbishopric of Lund was chosen as the location from which ecclesiastical jurisdiction all over Scandinavia, including the North Atlantic Isles, was exercised from 1103/4 to 1152. Little of the research to date has paid much attention to the peculiar nature of the Church Province of Lund during this period. Rather, the focus has been concentrated either on domestic factors within the Kingdom of Denmark, or on the completely extra-Scandinavian conflict happening between the Reform Papacy and the archbishop of Hamburg-Bremen, who enjoyed missionary jurisdiction over that region. The present article offers another possible explanation from an inter-Scandinavian or Nordic point of view, mainly focusing on personal networks and collaboration among the rulers and churchmen of Scandinavia around 1100. The author begins by identifying two important factors in the church organization of late eleventh century Scandinavia. Most of Scandinavia during that period, especially Norway and Sweden, was not geographically divided into local bishoprics, but instead largely relied on the activity of visiting missionary bishops. On the other hand, by the middle of the eleventh century, the bishops of Lund-Scania already boasted a long tradition of playing a role similar to a missionary bishop, converting non-Christian people and fulfilling the pastoral needs of Christians in places outside of their own bishopric. In order to further the discussion, the author offers the hypothesis that the primarily significance of these bishops should be focused on such peripatetic activities rather than on sedentary duties within their own bishopric. Therefore, one should conclude that the bishops of Lund-Scania had already developed relationships with churches through Scandinavia even before Lund's successful promotion to an archbishopric. The last half of the article explores the question of by whose enterprise these networks of missionary churchmen in Scandinavia were shaped and controlled. Although it was the archbishop of Hamburg-Bremen who held ecclesiastical jurisdiction over Scandinavian bishops in form of parchments, it was the King of the Danes who acted as their real 'patron' on the ground. From the turn of the first millennium through to the first half of the 12th century, Danish kings dominated the Scandinavian World (imperium Nordmannorum), a specific political region mainly in the southern part of the Scandinavian peninsula, comprised of the emerging three kingdoms of Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The Danish kings were able to pursue their own church policy within this region, independent of the archbishop of Hamburg-Bremen. This church policy intricately entwined with their attempts to establish political supremacy over the other rulers of the Scandinavian World during that time. The close collaboration that existed between the "missionary" bishops of Lund/ Scania and the king of the Danes was no exception, and in fact epitomized the kind of symbiosis that existed between ecclesiastical and secular authorities regarding missionary work carried on in eleventh-century Scandinavia. It is in this collaboration where lies the key to the centralized jurisdiction enjoyed by the metropolis of Lund as a Nordic missionary stronghold.

Legged robot is one of the ideal mechanisms for moving around muddy, irregular, and fragile surfaces. However, once it is turned over, it is not easy to recover, or is needed for special mechanisms, which cause the robot unnecessarily complex. To realize powerful yet simple legged machine that is able to self-recover from unexpected rolling, we developed a polyhedral shaped robot that has legs capable of performing tripod gait on every face. In this paper we show that this type of multi-faces tripod gait is realized by a simple gears and links mechanism driven by a single motor.

本稿では、資料請求情報という新しい住宅市場データを用いて、首都圏中古戸建て住宅市場における需給バランスの把握を試みた。この指標は、1物件に対する購入検討者のボリュームを示し、アンケート調査やヘドニック価格関数の構築といった既存手法では限界があった、売り手に対する潜在的な買い手の比率を明示的に捉えられる。分析を通して次の傾向が明らかとなった:①都心から離れるほど資料請求レベルは低下するが、近年では(都心に比べて相対的に)近郊・外縁での資料請求レベルが高まってきている。②最寄り駅から徒歩15分以上の地域で資料請求レベルが低下するが、近年では近郊・外縁で、駅近物件志向がより顕著になってきている。③築年数が増加しても資料請求レベルは低下することはなく、むしろ都心では資料請求レベルが上昇する。④延床面積120m2以上の広い物件に比べ、価格を抑えられる延床面積80m2未満の狭い物件の方が関心を持たれている。

<p>本研究は,ドイツ・ミュンヘン大都市圏を事例として,交通インフラの整備の特徴を道路網と鉄道網の整備に着目して分析し,ヨーロッパにおけるモビリティの持続的発展の特徴を明らかにすることを目的とする。ヨーロッパでの交通インフラの整備の特徴を欧州連合EUのEurostat HPでの統計データを用いて概観した後,ミュンヘン大都市圏での交通インフラ整備の特徴を統計の分析に基づいて,モビリティの維持・拡大の特徴を考察する。</p><p> 分析の結果,ヨーロッパでは,ヨーロッパ内外を結ぶ世界的な移動,EU域内の移動,主要都市間の移動,日常生活圏の移動など,異なる空間スケールで交通インフラが有機的に整備されていた。また,ミュンヘン大都市圏におけるインフラ整備では,高速道路網や,高速道を補完する州道や自治体道路の整備がすすむ。都市間の高速鉄道網や,大都市圏内での都市部と周辺地域を結合する中・近距離鉄道網が,継続的に廃止や整理されている。交通インフラの整備を通じ,都市圏内,主要な都市間,国際的な地域間などの様々な空間スケールでモビリティが持続的に発展していた。</p>

現在わが国でテレビ録像装置として使用されているのはG・P・L社製のものであるが, 今回ラジオ東京では八欧電気と共同してオーリコン・スーパー1200を用いたキネスコープレコーダー(16mmフィルム用)を完成した.本質的には従来のものと相違はないが, T・V・Tシャッターを用いていることによる問題もあり, 以下に装置の概要, 構成と共にその説明をしたいと思う.

<br>【目的】網膜色素変性(RP)児の親(以下、親)に対し、当ロービジョンクリニックでは疾患の説明、関連情報の提供、視覚障害者の交流会の案内などを行ってきたが、なかなか積極的な姿勢が見られず、親子の心を支えきれていない。そこで、親を対象とする交流会(以下、「親の集い」)を試み、より効果的な支援を模索する。<br><br>【方法】岡山大学病院眼科外来で2回、「親の集い」を開催した。体験談と助言を得るため、参加予定者の状況から適切と思われる大人のRP患者(以下、RP成人)を毎回3名ずつ招待し、参考資料も配付した。その後、参加した親5名(延べ6名)から、電子メールで感想と要望をもらった。<br><br>【結果】病名告知から間のない親は、同じ立場の親と自立したRP成人に会って思考が前向きになり、気持ちを聞いてもらって楽になったと言う。告知後、長く経過していた親は、子どもの将来を考える手がかりが得られ、思いを語ることで気持ちの整理ができたと答えた。「子への告知」の問題は永遠のテーマとなったが、参加者全員が「親の集い」を有意義だったと評価し、RP成人を招く現在の形での継続を希望した。<br><br>【結論】今回は、人選されたRP成人が同席したことで、病名告知から間もない親の悲嘆と孤立の時期がより短くなり、告知後の経過が長い親には次の段階へ進む絶好の機会となった。伝言でない生の声には説得力がある上、1対1では自分への気遣いから加減しているかもしれないと疑いがちだが、皆の前で語られる言葉は真実として吸収しやすいものと思われた。眼科医は患者の個人情報と患者およびその家族からの信頼を得やすいため、個別性と共通性に配慮した企画を実現しやすい立場にある。今後も、ロービジョンクリニックや視覚障害者の交流会を通して築いた人脈を生かし、「親の集い」を発展させていくことで、親、ひいてはRP児の幸福につなげたい。

【目的】排卵様式を知ることは、その種の繁殖生理を正確に理解する上でも、また希少種の飼育下繁殖計画を進める上でも重要である。例えば、イエネコは交尾排卵動物であるが、個体によっては飼育環境等により稀に自然排卵することが報告されている。野生ネコ科動物も同様であると考えられているが、報告例が少なく不明な点が多い。排卵調査には、定期的に超音波等で卵巣検査を行うか、頻回採血からLHサージを捉える方法があるが、これらの方法を野生種に適用するのはほぼ不可能である。そこで本研究では、糞中の卵巣ステロイドホルモン代謝物の動態と性行動の観察から排卵状況を間接的に調査した。また、本法の妊娠判定への有用性についても検討した。【方法】動物園飼育下のトラ18頭(アムール、ベンガル、スマトラの各亜種含む)から糞を週1~3回採取し、凍結乾燥後にステロイドホルモン代謝物をメタノールにて抽出後、卵胞活動の指標としてエストラジオール-17β(E)またはアンドロステンジオン(AD)、黄体活動の指標としてプロゲステロン(P)含量を酵素免疫測定法により定量した。また、内2頭で採血を行い、血中P濃度を測定した。【結果】血中と糞中の各P動態を比較した結果、類似した変動傾向が確認でき、両値間に高い正の相関(r=0.95,n=61)が認められた。発情期中に雄からの乗駕や交尾行動がみられた個体では、その翌日には発情兆候が消失しP値が上昇した。非妊娠時のP上昇期間は46.6 ±1.6日間(34例)であったのに対し、妊娠した場合には、妊娠期間である104.3日間(4例)高値が維持された。一方、交尾がみられなかった場合や単独飼育個体のP値は、ほぼ基底を維持し(稀に上昇あり)、EまたはAD、発情兆候に約1ヶ月の周期性が認められた。以上のことから,1)トラは稀に自然排卵が起こるが、通常交尾排卵型で、2)排卵を伴う約2ヶ月と排卵を伴わない約1ヶ月の2種類の発情周期があり、3)最終交尾から約40~50日後に、糞中P含量が高値を維持していることを指標に妊娠を判定できることが示された。

本邦では2019年末より,現行の経腸栄養用誤接続防止コネクタである医薬発第888号広口タイプコネクタ(以下,現行コネクタと略)が廃止され,誤接続防止コネクタに係る国際新規格であるISO80369-3(以下,ISOコネクタと略)が導入される.ISOコネクタのオス型コネクタは内腔の最小口径が狭いため,ミキサー食の注入に際し,注入圧の上昇によって注入が困難になる懸念がある.今回,小児病院3施設それぞれにおいてミキサー食の胃瘻注入を行っている患児の家族3名,看護師3名の計6名に対し,各施設の標準的ミキサー食の注入を行い,現行コネクタとISOコネクタの比較を行った.同時に,用いたミキサー食の物性も検討した.注入実験において,観察項目のミキサー食の投与時間,シリンジ持ち替え回数,主観的評価の「負担感」と「問題なく使用できるか」,いずれにおいても現行コネクタとISOコネクタで統計学的な有意差は認められなかった.この結果から,ISOコネクタでのミキサー食の注入は現行コネクタと変わりなく可能と判断された.
