本研究の目的は、発達障害のある児童2名の漢字の読みに対して刺激ペアリング手続きによる遠隔地学習支援を実施し、その効果と社会的妥当性について検討することであった。事例Iにおいてはタブレット端末による刺激ペアリング手続きの教材を用いた自律的な学習をビデオ通話およびメールで遠隔地学習支援を行い、事例IIにおいてはビデオ通話を用いて教材提示から評価までをすべて遠隔で実施した。両事例とも、課題間多層プローブデザインを用いて介入効果を検証した結果、漢字単語の読みの正答率が向上した。また、対象児と保護者を対象に実施した社会的妥当性のインタビューから、本研究の遠隔地学習支援は高く評価されていた。一方で、事例Iにおいては介入効果の維持に一部課題が残った。介入効果を維持させるための介入手続きの改善、介入効果の般化の検討、介入実行度の検討など、今後の課題について考察した。

Introduction: fractal geometry has been implemented to study natures’ irregular objects with diverse applications in medicine, from characterizations of human structures such as the division of bronchial or arterial trees to the diagnosis of abnormal cells, as it has been evidenced in the study of neoplasms. In this investigation, a characterization of the degree of irregularity of histologic samples of normal and thyroid gland neoplasms was developed in the context of fractal and Euclidean geometry.Methods: photographs of normal and neoplastic thyroid histologic samples obtained as surgical pieces were processed by a software that allows to delimit the borders of cellular structures. Then, grids of 5 and 10 pixels were superimposed over the images in order to measure their surfaces and occupation spaces through the Box-Counting method.Results: For nucleus measures values between 14 to 34 in the 5 pixels grid and values between 7 to 16 in the 10 pixels grid suggest normality.Conclusions: The surface of the nucleus and the cytoplasm measured by grids of 5 and 10 pixels, allow to carry out a more objective characterizations of both normal and abnormal thyroid cells.

近年,マスメディア報道の多様化を受けて,娯楽化したニュースが有権者の政治意識・投票行動に与える影響についての研究が進められている。本稿は,そうしたニューススタイルの中でも「戦略型フレーム」とされる報道への接触と,有権者の外的及び内的有効性感覚との関連について,受け手の政治知識レベルとの交互作用を含めて検討を加えるものである。JESⅢ2003年衆院選データを用いた分析の結果,戦略型フレーム報道への接触は,政治知識レベルの高い受け手については外的,内的いずれの有効性感覚ともネガティブな関連が見られることが示されたが,政治知識レベルの低い受け手においては外的有効性感覚との関連は殆ど無く,内的有効性感覚についてはむしろポジティブな関連があることが示された。この結果について,それを生じさせる心理学的メカニズム及びその民主政治に及ぼす影響が考察された。

In the late 1980s, Ikuo Kabashima empirically showed that uneducated voters in rural areas were more likely to participate in elections in postwar Japan unlike other developed democracies. He argued that this participation structure was the key to Japan's postwar super-stable party system and rapid economic growth with equality. This paper reexamines this well-known “political equality” thesis. The analysis of survey data covering the period from 1958 to 2009 shows that the participation structure shown by Kabashima existed only in the 1970s-80s or the golden age of the 1955 system. The study then explores why the structure changed in the 1990s comparing data from the 1980s and 2000s. The analysis suggests that rural political networks became weaker and the political efficacy of urban educated voters increased over the past 20 years, which resulted in rural voters' lower turnout and educated voters' higher turnout in recent elections.

都市や地域を結ぶ交通網は年々改善している。空間経済学の理論では輸送コストの低下は人口集積を招くとする。したがってそのような改善は人口移動を誘発させていると考えられる。本稿では航空・鉄道・バス・自家用車による移動時間の改善が地域間人口移動を増加させるのかを都道府県間平均移動時間のデータを用いてグラビティモデルの手法で分析する。 分析の結果、航空と鉄道での移動時間の短縮が人口流出を加速させることが確認された。さらに若年者の人口移動に限り分析を行うと、航空と鉄道での移動時間の短縮は人口流出を増加させ、さらにバスでの移動時間の短縮も人口流出を増加させる傾向を確認した。

こんにゃくカルシウムの有効な利用の指針を得るべく, 板こんにゃくとしらたきを用いて実験を行なったところ, 次のような結果を得た。1. 胃のモデル実験として用いた0.1N塩酸溶液へのカルシウムの溶出は板こんにゃく約74%, しらたき約93%でしらたきの方が高い溶出率を示したが, 板こんにゃくでも細切すると, しらたきとほぼ同じ高い溶出率を示す。2. 人工胃液中へのカルシウムの溶出は概して低かったが, 細切することにより溶出率が上昇することを認めた。3. こんにゃくカルシウムの水溶液や食塩水への溶出はそれ程高くない。醤油, おでん汁では前2者よりやや高く, 食酢ではかなり高い溶出率を示した。とくに, しらたきでは食酢中に80%以上のカルシウムが溶出する。つまり, 調味液の種類により溶出の程度の異なることを認めた。4. こんにゃくゲル内のカルシウムは溶出し易いので, 調理後に残存する量にもよるが, こんにゃくカルシウムはこんにゃくの不消化性にも拘らず生体に吸収利用される可能性が大きいと推定した。

This study examines the regional pattern of lost and closed ski fields in Japan, analyzing closing trend of all developed ski fields including those equipped only with T-bar lifts. Around 750 ski fields were opened between 1950 and 2003 in the whole country. However, nearly 37 percent of them were already closed or completely disappeared. This trend was dominant around 2000, involving owners' changes of lift companies. Most of the lost fields tend to be very small with one or two ski lifts. Whereas there are many lost ski fields previously operated by urban capital around the metropolitan areas, the outer extent areas from there have many lost ski fields by local governments. The increasing difficulty of the management plays an important role for the closing based on the decrease in the number of active skiers, rather than shortage of snow depth. The changing environment of the management has been affected through the changes in locational conditions for ski fields, the diseconomies of fields' agglomeration in an appropriate region, the very short-term of growth period around 1990, and problems in local municipalities(such as deficit budget and amalgamation).While the number of active skiers continuously decreased in the last 20 years, especially in snowy regions in eastern Japan, there are some signs for recovering market of skiers now. Operating firms of existing ski fields face various tasks for the sustainable development, including measures against the expanding foreign skiers.

【目的】就労支援を受ける生活保護受給者,生活困窮者自立支援法対象者(以下,生活困窮者)31名への面接調査を通じ,就労意欲に影響を与える健康特性を明確化すること.【結果】質的分析の結果,【他者から理解されがたい持続的な苦痛】,【ストレスへの脆弱さ】,【社会的適応の困難さ】,【自己流の健康管理】の4カテゴリーを抽出した.また,就労意欲への影響要因として,【就労することへの期待】,【生活保護廃止への不安と葛藤】,【社会から排除されているという感覚】の3カテゴリーを抽出した.これらが関連し〖健康課題を抱えながらの就労と,生活保護受給継続との間での就労意欲のゆらぎ〗を引き起こしていた.【結論】今回抽出した健康特性からみると,生活困窮者の就労支援に医療や心理の専門職が参加することにより,効果的な就労支援につながる可能性が示唆された.

The gut content was analyzed in order to clarify the potential food sources of the oyster (Crassostrea gigas) and the clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) in the Akkeshi-ko estuary. Benthic diatoms in the diets of oysters were most abundant and accounted for 70% in 2003 and 67% in 2004, followed by pelagic diatoms and dinoflagellates. In gut of clams, benthic diatoms represented 78% in 2003 and 87% in 2004, also followed by pelagic diatoms and dinoflagellates. There are no differences in dietary preference between oyster and clam. There are no significant correlations between phytoplankton compositions in gut of oyster/clam and water column. The Index of electivity was high particularly in dinoflagellates and several species of benthic diatoms such as Amphora sp., Cocconeis scutellum, Nitzschia sp., Paralia sulcata, Rhoicophenia curvata and Thallasiosira sp., Gramatophora marina, and so on.

近年、脳の局所的な構造が運動・認知スキルと関連するという報告が相次いでいるが、スポーツ選手を対象とした報告は少ない。そこで本研究は、野球熟練者の投球コントロール能力と関連する脳部位の構造的特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。C大学野球部のピッチャー9名(右利き)に対し、的の中心点を狙った右投げ投球、左投げ投球をそれぞれ30球ずつ行わせた。それぞれの条件について的中心からの平均距離を計算した。すべての被験者のT1強調MRI脳画像を計測し、Voxel Based Morphometry解析により、それぞれの投球条件において、的中心からの距離と脳灰白質容積の相関のある脳部位を同定した。その結果、いずれの条件においても、的中心からの平均距離と右頭頂葉の灰白質容積に有意な正の相関関係が認められた。頭頂葉は、空間的な運動制御に重要な役割を果たす脳部位であり、投球コントロール能力に頭頂葉の構造的発達が重要であることが示唆された。

日本に分布するマシジミとタイワンシジミの類縁関係を明らかにするため,形態,両種の倍数性,mtDNA の配列情報を分析した。殻色によりマシジミ,タイワンシジミ黄色型及び緑色型に識別したところ,何れにおいても 2 倍体と 3 倍体が確認された。mtDNA のチトクローム b 塩基配列に基づく系統樹では 2 クレードが確認されたが,形態,倍数性の何れとも対応しなかった。また,両種に共通するハプロタイプが認められた。従って,両種は遺伝的に識別不可能であり,別種として扱うかどうかについては再検討が必要と考えられる。

Under the Constitution of Japan, children must be considered as being the main focus of basic human rights, and they should be accorded security because of the existence of these constitutional rights. But children in our country have hitherto been dealt with as 'objects to be protected', in the same way that women and old people are protected under separate administrative procedures. Since this is 'the year of the child in the world.' this social problem must be reconsidered.In this essay, I seek to analyze the legal phenomena of education as related to the actual condition of the life of children, using the sociology of law as the basis of my methodology. I use this approach, because it is my intention to investigate, in concrete terms, how the rights of children can be secured.

死戦期帝王切開術(PMCD)は心肺停止(CPA)妊婦の蘇生を助ける手段であり,CPA後速やかなPMCDの施行が母体予後を改善すると考えられている.計画的硬膜外麻酔下無痛分娩中にCPAとなり当院へ搬送されPMCDを施行し,母児とも救命し得たので報告する.症例は34歳の初産婦,妊娠経過は順調であった.既往歴,アレルギー歴に特記すべき事項はなかった.妊娠39週2日に計画無痛分娩のため硬膜外麻酔下で分娩中にCPAとなり,心拍再開と心停止を繰り返しながら当院へ搬送されPMCDを施行した.子宮筋層縫合後も創部からの出血が持続したためガーゼパッキングとVacuum packing closure法を行い集中治療室に入室したが出血が持続し子宮腟上部切断術を行った.母体は分娩後22カ月の時点で,高次脳機能障害として短期記憶障害を残すが,その他の知的運動機能は正常である.児は,重症新生児仮死で出生し低体温療法を施行されたが,重度低酸素性虚血性脳症による重症心身障害のため人工換気継続中である.今回の経験を今後に生かせるよう,診療チーム間で検討を繰り返し,プロトコールの作成を行ったので紹介する.

Delivery of drugs via the skin has many attractions, including avoidance of gastro-intestinal disturbance and first-path metabolism, long-term maintenance of therapeutic plasma concentration and increased patient acceptability. This paper discusses the factors influencing the percutaneous absorption of drugs: lipophilicity, molecular size, melting point, cutaneous metabolism and skin binding of drugs. Additionally, quantitative structure-permeability relationships (QSPR) for skin penetration were discussed based on the octanol-water partition coefficient, molecular weight and electronic charge of drugs. Nonirritant enhancement methods, such as use of nonirritant penetration enhancers and formation of a complex or an ion pair, for drug penetration through skin were also described. As a result, the suitability of a drug for transdermal drug delivery was proposed.
