リベド血管炎は,日常診療上対応に苦慮する皮膚疾患のひとつである。リベド血管炎と診断され,難治性の下肢の多発性潰瘍が,漢方治療によって奏効した一例を経験した。症例は23歳の女性で,X‐2年春より打撲傷のような皮疹が出現し,他病院にてリベド血管炎という診断を受けた。X年4月より両下肢に有痛性潰瘍が多発しはじめ,西洋医学的標準治療に抵抗した。X年5月6日より当院漢方治療を開始,約4カ月で有痛性潰瘍は消失した。薬剤は当帰四逆加呉茱萸生姜湯を主に,加工附子末,排膿湯,千金内托散,伯州散,当帰芍薬散を使用した。リベド症状は残っており,完治には長期治療を有すると思われるが,激痛を伴う潰瘍から開放されて,日常生活は正常に戻った。

発達障害児 (者) のニーズを明らかにする目的で, 施設利用者の保護者を対象にアンケートを実施した. 利用者の現在の状態は国際生活機能分類 (ICF) によって記述した. ICFに基づき社会参加の到達度によって利用者の群分けをしたところ, 到達度の高い群は若年者に多かった. 到達度の固定した群は通所更生施設や作業所の利用者に多く, 保護者はグループホームでの生活と同時に現在の施設の継続利用を望んでいた. 専門医療に対する要望は回答者全般で高かった. 発達障害児 (者) を支援二するためには, 医療の専門家は利用者側のニーズと自身が必要と判断した支援の内容を比較することに加えて, 医療面での支援を充実させる社会的な取り組みが必要と考えた.

女性に対する暴力が、「名誉」の概念の下に振るわれる諸事例に注目した特集中にあって、本稿がまず指摘するのはしかし、名誉に基づく暴力の行使は「女性」に対するものだけではない点である。地中海周辺域において名誉と暴力との関係に注目した人類学分野の研究が過去に注目してきたのは、むしろ血讐といった、主として男性によって集団間で展開される暴力行為であった。本稿でも、著者が1980年代末から断続的に調査を行っているエジプト西部砂漠のベドウィンについて収集した情報を主たる事例として、前半部では血讐をめぐり名誉が論じられる文脈を取り上げ、「名誉に基づく暴力」の概念を拡張して捉えることをまず提案する。同時に、暴力の行使が名誉に基づいて正当化されるだけではなく、暴力の抑止や和解もまた、名誉に基づいて説明されることを明らかにし、「名誉に基づく暴力」の概念を見直す。 後半部では、そのようにして拡張した「名誉によって正当化される暴力」の枠組みの中で、女性の性的不品行を契機に発動される暴力が、血讐などとは異なる、別個の種類の事象として設定しうるものであるかを、同じく西部砂漠ベドウィンの事例に則して検証する。注目されるのは、男性の調査者がベドウィンの男性から聞き取りを行うに際して、血讐については誇らしいことがらとして積極的に語るのに対して、名誉殺人について語ることにはある種の気まずさを伴う点である。そうした気まずさは、女性の性的不品行が、集団による女性のセクシュアリティの管理の失敗という、他集団との関係において語ることのできない事象であることと深く関わっている。 これらの議論を通して、本稿は「名誉に基づく暴力」の概念をより大きな研究対象として設定し、その中で名誉が暴力の行使を正当化するだけではなく、暴力について語る際の汎用的なイディオムであることを指摘し、次いで女性の性的不品行に対して発動される暴力が名誉の増進をめぐる集団間の公的な競争ではなく、集団内で隠蔽されるべき名誉の喪失として、血讐などとは区別されると結論づける。

A rupture of the rotator cuff tendon may induce muscular fatty degeneration, which can be observed with computed tomography (CT) imaging. The purpose of this study was to examine the frequency of fatty degeneration in patients with a complete rotator cuff tear using CT images.Twenty shoulders in twenty eight patients (average age sixty point seven years old ) with a complete cuff tear were studied. Fatty degeneration was evaluated using CT images and assessed by Goutallier's classification. The diagnosis of rotator cuff tear was made by the examiner, after which the frequency of fatty degeneration was determined. Supraspinatus tendon ruptures were found in eleven patients, infraspinatus tendon ruptures in two, supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendon ruptures in six, supraspinatus and subscapularis tendon ruptures in eight, and all three tendons were found ruptured in three. The frequency of fatty degeneration in the infraspinatus tendon was 66.7%, while that in the supraspinatus and subscapularis tendons was 35.7% and 23.1%, respectively. Some reports have concluded that postoperative results for rotator cuff repair are inferior when fatty degeneration has occurred, thus, it is best if surgery can be performed prior to its appearance. From the results of the present study, we considered that fatty degeneration is more prevalent with the infraspinatus tendon. Therefore, when a rupture of the this tendon is suspected, an operation should be carried out as soon as possible.

Kruithof demonstrated the preferred combination of illuminance levels and color temperatures. However, as Kuller pointed out, a seasonal change and gender difference in such preference may be expected. In order mainly to observe a seasonal change in preference of color temperatures for a given illumination level, four male and female subjects were exposed to four different conditions of color temperatures of 3,000K and 7,500K combined with room temperatures of 22℃ and 30℃ at l, 5001x in summer and winter. In addition, preference of color temperature was tested under the thermally neutral condition in spring and autumn. Physiological variables such as skin temperatures, heart rate, finger blood flow, blood pressure and oral temperature were measured. Themal sensation vote, themal comfort vote, and sensation votes on illuminance and relaxation were reported at 5-min. intervals. As a result, evaluation from psychological and physiological responses indicated that 7,500K was more preferred than 3,000K at 1500lx in spring and summer.

なれずし(馴れずし・熟れずし)は,コイやフナなどの川魚に米飯を混ぜ,重石をして数ヶ月から数年かけて保存する。この間,乳酸菌の作用でpHが下がり,雑菌の繁殖を抑えつつタンパク質の分解により旨み成分が増加するが,独特の香りを持っている。琵琶湖の「鮒ずし」や東北・北海道の「いずし」を始め,各種のものが知られている。そこで筆者に琵琶湖のナレズシを中心に,文化・栄養・製法・位置づけ・抗菌性について解説して頂いた。

健康なボランティアの前腕浴における皮膚血流に対する炭酸ガスおよび乳化油剤の影響を測定した.浴湯中に炭酸ガス(60ppm)のみ,乳化油剤(10ppm)のみ,炭酸ガスおよび乳化油剤を溶解させた前腕浴において,炭酸ガスと乳化油剤の併用は,炭酸ガス単独にくらべて皮膚血流量を有意に上昇させた.乳化油剤が炭酸ガスの経皮吸収を高めた結果,炭酸ガスの皮膚血管に対する実効濃度が高くなった可能性が考えられた.  さらに,炭酸ガスと乳化油剤を組み合わせた入浴剤を作製し,健常成人を対象に,2週間の連用が発汗に及ぼす影響を調べた.連用後,入浴剤群では,安静時の鼓膜温が低下傾向を示した.発汗テストによる体温変化は連用前と同等であったが,発汗量は有意に増加した.鼓膜温および発汗量,発汗波頻度を用いた解析から,発汗量の増加は,発汗中枢を介したものであることが示された.コントロール群では,これらの変化は認められなかった.以上の結果から,乳化油剤を配合した炭酸入浴剤が発汗機能に有益な効果を有する可能性があることが示された.

チン小帯脆弱を客観的に定量化するために、ビームスプリッター付きの細隙灯顕微鏡のCマウントに1000fps以上で撮影できる高速度カメラMEMRECAM Q1m白黒を接続し、白内障患者および白内障術後患者に眼球運動を指示して、その際の虹彩と水晶体および眼内レンズの挙動を撮影した映像の解析を行った。虹彩と水晶体および眼内レンズが異なる挙動が撮影でき、この虹彩と水晶体および眼内レンズの2次元画像における重心をそれぞれ画像処理で求めようと試みた。その映像にノイズが含まれていたため、ノイズの処理をし、重心の挙動の違いを解析しようとしたが、ノイズなどの影響で解析に至っていない。

緑茶のカテキン類,ストリクチニン,カフェインを分析するための抽出法について検討した。2%リン酸水溶液で茶粉末を分散後,エタノールを等量添加して抽出する方法により最も高い抽出率が得られた。

The mice were dosed with several sugars (glucose, maltose, starch, sucrose, lactose) by ingestion after fast for 24 hours, and the changes of blood sugar level, glycogen concentration in the liver and muscle were examined according to time-schedule. The level of glycogen in muscle by the fast for 24 hours was consumed more than the ones of blood-sugar and liver-glycogen. The level of blood sugar was recovered immediately after dose of sugars by ingestion, and the synthesis of liver-glycogen and muscle-glycogen were followed. The synthesis of muscle-glycogen after recovery of blood sugar by glycogen-dose was more remarkable than others.

Othello is a play in which the proud main character falls into a scheme and is deceived. Essentially Othello will not be shaken easily but he is confused by lago's evil plan. After struggling in confusion, he kills his wife. This work can be viewed as a battle between good and evil or God and the devil. There is a conflict between Desdemona who believes in God and follows the doctrine of agape love and lago who is like an incarnation of the devil. This work is a tragedy of a person who lives between two extremely different structures, agape love and reasoning (Umeda 1985). Desdemona lives for agape love, on the other hand lago lives for cruel rationalizing. Othello is the person who hangs between them and to cap it all his dear's death wakes his agape love again. In this paper, I would like to deliberate the relative image of two characters in Ohello and biblical quotation, focusing on devilish lago who, it is not too much to say, he is the leading character and Desdemona who lives life to the full for agape love.
