たこつぼ心筋症から心破裂にいたった1例を経験したので報告する. 症例は89歳, 男性. 細菌性肺炎の診断にて入院. 入院翌日の心電図にてII, III, aVF, V2~6でST上昇を認めたため, 冠動脈造影を施行したが有意狭窄は認めなかった. 左室造影では, 心基部以外はほぼ無収縮であり, たこつぼ心筋症と診断した. 経過中, バイタルサインは安定しており, 心不全, 致死的不整脈を認めることはなかったものの, peak CK 2,200IU/Lという高値であり, ST上昇が遷延していた. 第6病日, 突然PEAとなり, CPRを施行したが, 救命できなかった. 心エコーにて心嚢液の貯留, 心嚢穿刺にて血性心嚢液を認めており, 心破裂にいたったと診断した.たこつぼ心筋症から心破裂にいたった報告は少数しかなく, 臨床的に重要な症例と考えられるため報告する.

目的:本研究は大学生男女個々および交互,相互におけるBMIと体型不満の関連について検討することを目的とした.方法:対象は全国14大学に在籍する18-22歳の男性学生4,118名,女性学生2,677名であり,体組成測定およびボディーイメージに関する質問紙調査を用いた横断研究を行った.体組成は健康診断の結果もしくは実測した.結果:対象の平均(SD)BMIは男性21.7(3.3)kg/m2,女性は20.9(2.7)kg/m2であった.BMIが18.5未満の者の割合は男性11.1%,女性14.6%であり,BMIが18.5-24.9の範囲の者の割合は男性76.1%,女性78.9%であった.BMIに対する理想不満度(理想のシルエット-現在のシルエット)と健康不満度(健康的なシルエット-現在のシルエット)の間に男性は交互作用が認められなかったけれども,女性では有意な差が認められた(p<0.001).魅力的な男性のシルエット値は,男女間に有意な差はみられなかった(t=1.231,p=0.218,d=0.04).一方,男性からみた魅力的な女性のシルエット値は平均4.65,女性が思う男性からみた魅力的な女性のシルエット値は平均3.97であり,女性は男性に比べ有意に低い値を示した(t=25.08,p<0.001,d=0.70).結論:女性大学生の考える健康的な体型は理想体型より太い体型であった.魅力的な男性のシルエットは男女間に差がみられなかった.しかしながら,魅力的な女性のシルエットは男性より女性においてより細い体型と考えていることが示唆された.

How can visually impaired people enjoy watching sports and share excitement with his/her friends? Although sharing emotion is one of essential factor in sports viewing, they cannot notice other’s emotional reactions, and consequently often feel isolated. Here we propose a sports watching method using a concise haptic device for sharing excitement. The haptic device comprise two balls and a tube connecting them, and can transmit air from a ball to the other by holding a ball firmly. When two users hold a ball at each end, the users can share excitements by sending air.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of actual situations and consciousness between Japanese and Frence Judo participants in order to clarify the cause of decining Japanese Judo participants A questionnaire containing ten items about popularezing Judo was conducted on two hundred and fourteen Japanese and one haundred and fifty-seven Frence Judo participants. Analyzing the data statistically, the following results were obtained:1. French Judo participants began Judo with more positive motivation, at an earlier age and had a better image about Judo than Japanese.2. French Judo participants were taught with various better ideas and enjoyed Judo practice more than Japanese.3. French Judo participants practiced Judo fiwer time and played more kinds of sports than japanese.4. French Judo participants knew their Judo Federation and its activity better than Japanese.5. French Judo participants wanted to be involved with Judo for longer and make theie own children play Judo more than Japanese. In addition, the relationship among obtained factors that contribute to popularize Judo, were investigated with an arrow diagram.

本稿は、2014年3月に出した拙稿「休会任命をめぐる憲法構築」の続編である。前作では、休会任命の歴史的展開を概観しながら、特に会期内休会任命の是非や欠員の時期など休会任命の射程をめぐる憲法構築を考察した。休会任命に関する憲法構築は、主として政治部門によって形成されてきたが、その射程については時代や状況によって変化してきた。ただし、下級審レベルでは、司法の場に争いが持ち込まれることもあった。これまで、連邦高裁は大統領が行った休会任命を合憲と判断してきたが、Noel Canning v. NLRB連邦高裁判では初めて違憲判決が下され、注目を集めていた。そして、2014年6月26日、その上告審判決が下された。休会任命の憲法構築を語るにあたり、この連邦最高裁判決の分析は欠かせない。本件は、これまで政治部門間で実践されてきた休会任命をめぐる憲法構築に関して、連邦最高裁が介入したことで注目されると同時に、その判断方法につき原意と近時の慣行のどちらを優先すべきかという問題が浮上し、原意主義をめぐる問題が付随しているという点でも興味深い。また、本件の結果が大統領と上院のどちらに有利になったのかについて大統領側と上院側で受け止め方が異なっており、その分析も重要である。本稿では、NLRB v. Noel Canning連邦最高裁判決に焦点を絞り、本判決の分析を試みることにしたい。

Christian Felix Weiße verfasste in der späteren Aufklärungszeit das moralische Wochenblatt „Der Kinderfreund" (1775-1782) und ist dadurch als Vater der deutschen Kinderliteratur bekannt geworden. Darin stellte er 24 Kinderschauspiele in kurzen Handlungen dar. Im Folgenden möchte ich auf seine Kinderschauspiele am Beispiel von fünf Schauspielen zwischen 1776 und 1779 eingehen, nämlich „Die Milchschwester" (1776), „Die kleine Aehrenleserinn" (1777), „Der ungezogene Knabe" (1777), „Die Schlittenfarth" (1778), sowie „Gute Kinder der Aeltern größter Reichtum" (1779), um Merkmale in Weißes Darstellung der Kinderwelt herauszuarbeiten.Die Spielorte sind meistens in den Adelshäusern, auf den Gütern der Landadligen oder in reichen Bürgerhäusern. Dorthin kommen auch die Kinder der niederen Sozialschichten zu Besuch. Hurrelmann weist darauf hin, dass Weiße in seiner Kinderwelt die Kinder aus unterschiedlichen Sozialklassen zusammen spielen lassen wollte. Die Reden in seiner Kinderwelt sind, im Vergleich zu den Kindern heutzutage, selbstbewusst wie von Erwachsenen dargestellt. Die Kinder, deren Familie in einer Notlage sind, verhalten sich besonders vernünftig und mutig („Die kleine Aehrenleserinn" und „Gute Kinder der Aeltern größter Reichtum").Die Handlung entwickelt sich oft während der Abwesenheit von Vater oder Mutter. Die meisten Kinderschauspiele sind Einakter, aber wenn der Vater lange Zeit unterwegs ist, besteht die Handlung aus zwei Akten. Wenn die Kinder in einer Konfliktszene in eine Krise geraten, kommt der Vater zurück und rettet die Kinder („Die Schlittenfarth"). Die schwachen Seiten der Kinder werden im Spiegel der Musterkinder von der Mutter oder vom Vater getadelt und verbessert („Die Milchschwester" und „Der ungezogene Knabe"). Pape ist der Meinung, dass die meisten von seinen Kinderspielen einaktige moralische Charakterdramen sind und die Tendenz rührender Familienstücke zeigen. Es ist bemerkenswert, dass Weiße die Kinder aus dem Adelstand manchmal als eitel, dagegen die armen Kinder als tapfer und edel darstellte.Es ist zudem beachtenswert, dass die reichen Kinder den armen Kindern Taschengeld bieten, um deren Eltern zu helfen. Geld ist nicht nur für die Reichen, sondern wird für die Armen zur Wohltätigkeit gebraucht. Geld wird für die Gemeinschaft gebraucht. Die Philantropie lässt sich bei Weiße in rührenden Reden ablesen. Weiße wollte so eine utopische Kinderwelt in Harmonie darstellen, damit alle Kinder sich mit ihren Eltern erfreuen konnten.

特別養護老人ホームとして使用される延床面積1977.75m2の鉄筋コンクリート造建築,および,同等の規模と機能で設計した木造建築について,材料製造,輸送,建設,解体における温室効果ガス (GHG) 排出量をライフサイクルアセスメントによって算出した。GHG排出量は, 木造建築で592.3 t-CO2eq,鉄筋コンクリート造建築で1155.6 t-CO2eqとなり,木造建築の優位性が示された。木造建築において準耐火構造を耐火構造に変更するとGHG排出量は6.5%増加し,基礎構造を杭基礎に変更するとGHG排出量は8.4%増加するが,木造建築の優位性はそれらの変更後も保たれた。重量カバー率とGHG排出量の関係を検討したところ,軽量な部材であっても原単位の大きな部材の影響が大きいことが確認された。

西洋ではすでに広く家庭で活用され安全性と有効性がわかっている,特に不眠に用いられるバレリアンやレモンバームなどを含むハーブティーの睡眠への効果と安全性の検証を試みた.不眠で悩む病院職員志願者女性 14 名(年齢 21&ndash;62 歳:35&plusmn;11 歳,BMI 21&plusmn;3 kg/m²)を対象として,文書による同意を取得し,オープン試験によって 1 週間の対照観察期間の後 1 週間,ハーブティーを夕方 2 回摂取させた.睡眠の質の変化を,OSA 睡眠調査表とVAS (Visual Analogue Scale) で評価した結果,摂取開始の翌日の夜において,対照期間より入眠と睡眠維持について睡眠の質が向上する傾向を認めた.また睡眠の質の悪い群で効果が高く,眠気や胃腸症状を認める例も 19%程度は認めたが継続しても全例自然消失したことから,安全性には問題がないと思われた.<br>

This study was planned to to compare the hearing level of Kendo-Players with that of non-Kendo-Players to make clear whether or not long term practice of Kendo causes hearing loss. Pure-tone audiometry by air conduction was applied to 172 Kendo-Players and 76 non-Kendo-Players with an audiometer (Audiometer AA-69, Audiogram Recorder RE-05, Soundproof Room AT-45, Rion, Japan). Among them, the following cases were excluded from the analysis. 1) Cases who have had medication against tuberculosis. 2) Cases with perforation in the tympanic membranes. 3) Cases with occupational experience of more than a year in noise nuisance. 4) Cases with experience of head phone listening for more than one hour a day, twice a week for at least one year. The thresholds of hearing between 149 Kendo-Players (cases, age: 19-76) and 44 non Kendo-Players (controls' age: 20_78) were analysed to compare mean hearing thresholds between the age groups, and to examine covariance adjusted with age. The dose-response relationship was examined by the partial correlation coefficients controlled by age between the thresholds of hearing and the length of Kendo experience (year) or the total experience hours of Kendo (hour). The rusults showed that the hearing loss of Kendo-players was greater than non-Kendo players, especially at the frequency of 4000 and 8000 Hz in the age group of 30-59 years old. It is supposed that long term practice of Kendo may cause hearing loss. Further study, however, will be needed to re-examine the dose-response relactionship with more carefully selected samples for the epidemiological survey in the future.

われわれは高齢者の右側口蓋に発生した多形腺腫由来癌の1例を経験した。患者は70歳男性。既往歴はなく,約2年前に近在歯科で右側口蓋の腫脹を指摘されていたが,自覚症状がないため放置していたところ,約1カ月前より腫脹が増大するようになった。他の近在歯科を受診して精査加療目的で当科を紹介来院となった。画像検査では内部充実性の軟部腫瘤であり,核医学検査では集積を認めなかった。生検により多形腺腫の診断を得た後,全身麻酔下で同部の腫瘍切除術を行った。病理組織学的に多形腺腫由来癌の確定診断を得た。術後約5年経過するが再発は認めず良好である。腫瘍性病変を治療せずに長期間放置しておくことは悪性化の危険性が生じることを常に念頭に置き,高齢者の口腔管理に従事していかなければならないと考えられた。

Although originally developed for aircraft use, head-up displays (HUDs) have recently found application in automobiles.Studies of HUDs in aircraft shows that HUDs are superior to head-down displays in terms of aircraft operation and that this superiority stems from reducing pilot eye accommodation and eye movement.Focusing on the driver's peripheral vision, we have done two kinds of experiments to examine what makes automotive HUDs superior. One examines how the recognizability of HUD images declines when peripheral vision is not available ; the other evaluates how much displayed image information can be obtained through peripheral vision.We have concluded that peripheral vision plays an important role in recognizing of HUD images presented at a small depression angle and a long distance. The contribution by peripheral vision to the recognition of displayed images can be of equal importance to that of reduction of eye accommodation and eye movement.
