A real-time system of automatic detection and location of seismic events has been developed by using a personal computer. Since speed of computation by a personal computer is low, a simple digital band-pass filter has been developed for the real-time system. The band-pass filter needs only several times of addition and subtraction to get an output. Event dection is based on a ratio of short to long term average of outputs of the filter whose cutoff frequencies are set to decrease amplitude of long period noise owing to microtremor and amplitude of short period noise owing to culture. Arrival times of the P and S waves are determined by applying Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) to outputs of the band-pass filter with narrow band whose central frequency is set to be a value of predominant frequency of the seismic signal.A temporary seismic observation with 8 stations for the aftershocks of the 1984 Western Nagano Prefecture Earthquake has been made by the use of radio and telephone telemetries. The real-time system of the automatic location of the seismic events was tested to demonstrate that hypocenter distribution obtained by the real-time system is nearly consistent with that determined from arrival time data which were read manually. It is shown that hypocenters of 60% among triggered events can be determined by this real-time system.

1) The aim of the present study was to examine the relationships between heart rate threshold (HRT) obtained at three kinds of ergometry (swimmill, cycle ergometer and treadmill) and the performance of Olympic triathlon. 2) Each HRT was negatively correlated to each performance of three events(swim time, bike time and run time). But only the runninng speed at HRT was negatively correlated to Olympic triathlon performance. 3) It was concluded that the runninng speed at HRT would be particularly important to Olympic triathlon performance. Therefore, the primary training emphasis should be placed on runninng in three exercise modes.

平成15年7月4日から7月18日までの日程で、学生3名、教官2名、技官1名が本学の姉妹校であるアメリカのニューヨーク州立大学バッファロー校(UB)とナショナル聾工科大学(NTID)を主として訪問した。これは、視覚部アメリカ研修旅行としては第4回目である。UBでは、リハビリテーション・サイエンス学部、障害補償技術センター、障害者サービス室、スポーツ医学施設見学やELIの英語のクラスへ参加した。さらには、バッファロー市の視覚障害センターや自立生活センターの訪問などを通じアメリカにおける高等教育の現状や障害者へのサービス、社会自立の状況について理解を深めた。ロチェスターではNTIDの施設見学を行った。他には、ナイアガラの滝、エリー運河、博物館なども訪れ、アメリカの自然、歴史に触れる機会となった。参加者各自がそれぞれの視点で今回の海外研修についてレポートする。

Die Philosophie des Rationalismus im 17 Jahrhundert bestimmte das Problem "Was ist Mensch" nicht unmittelbar sondern mittelbar durch den allgemeinen Strukturzusammenhang des Seienden, das das menschliche Dasein selbst uberstiegt. Bei Leibniz selber auch lag die neue Lehre des Individuums noch in den Boden der metaphysischen Doktrin, d. i. der "Monadologie". Auf fast alien wissenschaftlichen Gebieten griff er schaffend und anregend ein, und obgleich er weit verschiedene Stoffe bearbeitete, zielten seine Gedanken auf einen Zweck, die Metaphysik des Individuums einzubilden. Wir wenden uns im vorliegenden Aufsass zu den naheren Bestimmungen dieser neuen Metaphysik des Individuums. Diese Bestimmungen miissen an den metaphysischen Begriff der Monade angekniipft werden. Leibniz definiert das Individuum als "Monade", die nichts anders als eine einfache Substanz ist. Individuum, Monade und Substanz, diese drei Worter bezeichnen dasselbe. Aber seine Lehre von Substanz ist nicht verstandlich ohne die geometrische Analyse des Raumes und den dynamischen Begriff der Bewegung und der Zeit erklart zu haben. Die Struktur des Systems von Leibniz ist darin mit der Philosophie des Rationalismus im 17 Jahrhundert konform, dass geometrische und physikalische Einsichten die Voraussetzung der Metaphysik sind und dann in der Lehre vom Individuum die Voraussetzungen fur die philosophische Anthropologie (Dilthey) enthalten sind. Aus dieser Problematik mochten wir in dem Aufsass die folgenden 4 Probleme behandeln. 1. Der Entwickulungsprozess der Lehre von Monade. -ihre mathematische und physikalische Voraussetzungen- 2. Logik der Perzeption in der "Monadenlehre". 3. Monade in dem Kosmos. 4. Ubergang von der Monade zum historischen Individuum.

2015年7月5日に「明治日本の産業革命遺産」が世界遺産として登録された。この遺産には、三井三池炭鉱、三菱端島炭鉱、三菱高島炭鉱など多くの炭鉱遺構が含まれている。本発表は、立て坑や繰り込み所など巨大施設に焦点をあてた世界遺産版のヘゲモニックな物語に、石炭人形など小さなモノたちに熱い望郷の念を託した「私たち」の物語が仕掛ける闘いとせめぎ合いを、集合的記憶という観点から考察する。

本論文では,暴露試験により計測された木材表面の色を基に,木材画像の色の経年変化シミュレーションを高速に行う手法を提案する。暴露試験は,約1年間計測したデータを基に木材表面の色と試験実施場所の気候の関係性を明らかにした。求められた関係性により,提案する手法は温度,雨量,日射量を入力することで任意の地点での木材表面の色変化をシミュレーションすることができる。また,提案手法は建築物の外壁に取り付けられた木材表面の色変化シミュレーションができる。建築物の3D モデルを用意し,事前に遮蔽計算を行う。遮蔽計算の結果を基に提案手法への入力である,温度,雨量,日射量を各箇所で増減させることで,例えば,地面近くの木材では降雨の跳ね返りにより色変化が速い,というように,木材の周囲環境を考慮した木材表面の色変化シミュレーションができる。

我々は原子核乾板から成るガンマ線望遠鏡を開発し,気球フライトによる宇宙ガンマ線観測計画(GRAINE計画:Gamma-Ray Astro Imager with Nucler Emulsion)を推進している.これまでに達成した成果を概観し,将来展望について述べる.

津波石とは,津波により陸上に打ち上げられた岩塊のことである.先行研究によると,宮古島や石垣島をはじめとする琉球列島南部の島々には,過去の複数の津波によって石灰岩からなる巨礫,すなわち津波石が打ち上げられていることが報告されている.本研究では,津波によって陸上に打ち上げられた津波石のうち,海崖を乗り越えて海岸段丘上に定置している津波石に焦点をあてて野外調査を行い,過去に琉球列島南部,宮古諸島と八重山諸島に襲来した津波営力の違いについて考察を行うことを目的とする.本研究では,宮古諸島に属する宮古島・下地島,八重山諸島に属する石垣島・黒島の4島を調査対象地域として選び,宮古島東平安名崎海岸,下地島西海岸,石垣島大浜・真栄里海岸,黒島南海岸において,津波石の調査が実施された.これらの海岸では琉球石灰岩からなる海崖をもつ海岸段丘が発達し,段丘上や崖の基部,サンゴ礁上に大小様々な津波石が分布する.各海岸の背後には,岩塊が供給されうる丘陵などの高台が存在しないため,段丘上の岩塊は津波によって崖を乗り越えた可能性が高いと判断し,本研究では3 m以上の長径をもつ巨礫を津波石とみなした.津波石の重量(W)と海崖の高さ(H)に関する以下のような調査・分析を行った. Wを求めるため,津波石の体積(V)と密度(ρ)の推定を行った(W=ρgV,gは重力加速度). Vは津波石の長径と中径と短径の計測および高精細地形測量(TLSおよびSfM測量)による3D解析を併用し求められた.ρは弾性波速度の計測値から推定された.Hはレーザー距離計を用いて計測された.津波石は,宮古島ではH=17 mの段丘上に14個,下地島ではH=10 mの段丘上に1個,石垣島ではH=3 mの段丘上に4個,黒島ではH=3~4 mの段丘上に6個,計25個が確認された.段丘上の津波石が津波によって崖下から運搬されたと仮定すると,W・Hは津波石の鉛直方向の移動にかかった仕事を示すことから,津波石を崖上に運搬するのに必要な津波営力(運動エネルギー)の指標となる.さらに各島のW・Hの最大値は,各島における過去最大の津波を示すと考え,それらの値を比較してみると,その大小関係は下地島≧宮古島>石垣島>黒島となった.この結果は,過去に宮古諸島に八重山諸島よりも大きな津波が襲来したことを示唆し,石垣島周辺で最も大きい津波が襲来したとされる1771年の明和津波とは異なっている.

【Objective】The purpose of this study was to evaluate pharmacokinetic (Pk) profile of newly developed modified release tacrolimus (MR-TAC) in pediatric kidney transplant recipients.【Methods】According to our current immunosuppressive protocol, tacrolimus (TAC) was initially given and converted to MR-TAC in 13 pediatric patients who received kidney transplantation from April 2010 to April 2011. The switch dose ratio was 1:1, and the 24hour full Pk study was assessed before and after the conversion from TAC to MR-TAC.【Results】The mean total daily dose at baseline upon enrollment was 5.4±3.3 mg. There was no significant correlation between the oral dose and the trough concentration (C0) of TAC/MR-TAC. The consecutive Pk studies revealed no significant difference in the mean time to maximum concentration (Tmax) / maximum concentration (Cmax) and the area under the time-concentration curve (AUC0-24) of both reagents; the mean C0 of MR-TAC was 18% lower than those of TAC. A better correlation between AUC0-24 and C0 was observed in MR-TAC compared to that in TAC (r2=0.912, for MR-TAC; r2>0.555, for TAC). 【Conclusion】In the conversion from TAC to MR-TAC, AUC0-24 was equivalent despite the 18% reduction of C0, even in the pediatric kidney transplant recipients. The trough concentration might be an excellent predictor in the therapeutic drug monitoring of MR-TAC because of its better correlation of C0 and AUC0-24.

Different theories on the Franz-Keldysh effect are briefly described with the experimental results on the electro-absorption effect for GaAs, Si and other materials, and the experimental results are compared with the theories. The experiments and the analysis of the electro-reflectance effect are also introduced. The practical applications of the Franz-Keldysh effect such as a modulating device of light intensity, a light deflection device and a light-activated negative registance device are discussed. According to the authors' work on the electro-absorption effect in CdS crystals, 90_??_95%' modulation has been obtained under a modulating field of 0.95×105 V/cm, using a specimen of 100μm thick and wavelength of 5120Ä. The frequency response of the effect has been concluded to be flat up to 107 Hz from the result in an application of a pulsed voltage.

<p>【はじめに,目的】</p><p></p><p>日本理学療法士協会は平成27年度宿泊型新保健指導試行事業において,長野県で検証事業を実施している。先行検証事業として平成26年度に行われた厚生労働省地域健康増進促進事業「沖縄における宿泊型の新たな保健指導プログラムの開発と効果検証・事業可能性検証事業」に参画した取り組みを報告し,宿泊型新保健指導における運動プログラム選択の妥当性について検討する。</p><p></p><p></p><p>【方法】</p><p></p><p>対象は,糖尿病予備軍の40-50代成人男性72名(首都圏在住宿泊参加群18名,首都圏在住宿泊非参加群18名,沖縄地域住民宿泊参加群18名,沖縄地域住民宿泊非参加群18名)。そのうち,欠損値のない68名を分析対象とした。対照群を設定した非ランダム化比較試験に準拠し,結果の相対的比較を可能とする検証をおこなった。</p><p></p><p>「沖縄における宿泊型の新たな保健指導プログラム」(以下,本事業)は「3泊4日宿泊プログラム」(運動プログラム,栄養プログラム,ウェルネスプログラム)と「宿泊プログラム後の継続支援」(保健師/管理栄養士等による電話・E-Mail等の通信手段を用いた保健指導,宿泊プログラムに関与した医療スタッフ,運営スタッフからの励まし・応援メッセージの配信)から構成された。</p><p></p><p>【結果】</p><p></p><p>沖縄在住参加群と首都圏在住参加群とを統合し,宿泊群と対照群(宿泊保健指導に参加しなかった対象者)を比較分析した結果,宿泊群では体重,腹囲,BMIの減少が見られた。沖縄対象者と首都圏対象者に分類し比較分析した結果では,体重の減少幅は沖縄宿泊参加群に大きく2.1kgの減少であった。血液検査の結果,中性脂肪や肝機能指標のAST(GOT),ALT(GPT),γ-GP(γGTP)の値は,宿泊群,対照群ともに減少がみられた。</p><p></p><p></p><p>【結論】</p><p></p><p>本事業による宿泊型保健指導は一定の効果がみられたと評価できる。平成27年度に日本理学療法士協会が実施した「運動器痛等に配慮した医師・保健師・管理栄養士・理学療法士等の協働による宿泊型保健指導」(以下,JPTA事業)も有効であったと報告されている。山中らによると宿泊を伴う保健指導の効果は明らかとなっているが,各プログラムの効果性への寄与度は明らかにされていない。運動プログラムの実施方法について集団型と個別型の効果検証も必要である。本事業での運動プログラムは健康運動指導士が集団型で実施し,JPTA事業における運動プログラムは,運動器に痛みを有する参加者に対し個別型で実施されている。先行研究からこの運動プログラム選択は適切であることが示唆された。</p><p></p><p>宿泊型新保健指導プログラムを成立させるには,地域の医療機関,保健指導機関,観光事業者,自治体など多様な異業種間の連携が必要である。滞在メニュー全体においても多職種連携,専門性を重視した連携が必要なことが示唆された。</p>

The ability of help-seeking could be very important to adopt their school life for children and students. The purpose of this study is to examine how classroom teachers promote their students' ability about it. Twenty classroom teachers and their students, totally seven hundred and seven students from 5th graders to 8th graders participate in this research. First, teachers answered about their supports in classrooms according to three strategies, they were through cognitive change, through ability of help-seeking, intention for it and solidarity among their classroom. We discussed about the effectiveness of three strategies, developmental differences to use them and the effectiveness the solidarity of classroom. Additionally, we discussed classroom teacher should be key person to promote help-seeking ability of their children and students.
