Electric-powered personal vehicles have been used as a convenient transportation device. A front-drive-type personal vehicle STAVi, that is easy for elderly but also disabled persons, to climb on from a bed has been focused on. However, front-drive-type personal vehicles are difficult to operate because their over-steering characteristic is strong owing to free casters. If the vehicle can be driven by an easy joy-stick operation, it will be a comfortable function for all users. In previous studies, we proposed a simple modeling error compensator which achieves a desired driving characteristics using a simple reference model, and the effectiveness was evaluated by simulations. In this paper, we propose a control system for STAVi using a modeling error compensator with a non-linear reference model to realize a comfortable under-steering characteristics. At first, the advantage of proposed controller is summarized. The STAVi's over-steering characteristic is modified to be under-steering one by proposed controller. As an experimental result, the additional assistance is necessary for a beginner. The phase-lead compensator for beginners is designed to adjust the maneuverability depending on the skill level. The maneuverability is evaluated by driving experiments on the slope.

Many control system design methods are developed based on the dynamics of the accurate plant model. However, desired control performance cannot be achieved by the designed controller if the modeling error is not small. To overcome this problem, we have proposed a compensator to minimize the gap between an actual plant and its nominal model in SISO setting. The compensator design problem has been reduced to the standard LMI design problem and the modeling error is minimized. Consequently, the desired control performance can be achieved if we use the designed controller with our proposed compensator. The design method is extended to MIMO systems. In particular, not only error between compensated system and model, but also magnitude of the compensation input are handled in the compensator design. The effectiveness is shown by the numerical examples.

<p>平成21年に設立された新潟大学医歯学総合病院肝疾患相談センターは令和元年に10年目を迎え,236万人の新潟県民や医療従事者に対するウイルス性肝炎の情報の提供,啓発活動,助成制度のサポート等を新潟県健康対策課,厚生労働省健康局がん・疾病対策課肝炎対策室,国立国際医療センター肝炎情報センターとともに行ってきた.新潟県内の各種肝炎ウイルスの発生動向の報告,助成対象人数の把握や非受検者に対する啓発活動を各年度で行ってきた.C型肝炎については他県と同じく新規治療者数については減少段階にある.しかし,肝炎ウイルスは世界最大級の感染症であることにかわりなく,A型肝炎のエンデミック,B型肝炎ウイルスに対する耐性ウイルス発生や核酸アナログ製剤の長期利用による諸問題,E型肝炎の報告例の増加などについては今後も監視が必要である.また肝炎検査未受検者も多く,啓発活動を行う肝疾患相談センターの存在意義は今後も重要である.</p>

1981~90年に分離されたA群溶連菌670株について, 患者の背景と分離菌の性状を調べた.<BR>感染症の内訳は咽頭炎479, 狸紅熱133, 化膿性疾患35, 非化膿性合併症23で, 分離材料は咽頭スワブ655, 皮膚スワブや膿など15であった.発疹症を含めた咽頭炎の再燃は5.3%, 再発は13.4%の症例に認め, 再発エピソードの15.7%は同一のM血清型株によるものであった.発疹症に2回罹患した6例は, 2回目それぞれ前回と異なるM血清型株に感染し, その中4例は新たな型の毒素を産生する株に感染した.<BR>M血清型とT血清型の一致率は73.3%(同じT血清型を含む混合型まで入れると83.0%) であった.全体ではM12, 4, 1, 3, 28型の順に多く, M12, 4型が主流であったが, 年度によっては1, 3, 28型株の分離頻度が最も高かった.<BR>ペニシリン・セファロスポリン耐性株は認めず, erthromycin耐性株の分離率は1981年26.5%, 1982年18.4%であったが, 1983年以後激減し1986年以降0に近い.Chloramphenicol耐性もerythromycin耐性と同様で, tetracycline耐性株の分離率は60%から20%以下に年を追って減少した.

This paper proposes a method to improve the accuracy of SLAM in environments with glass by combining LRF and a polarization camera to detect a wide range of glass. Glass confidence of each point detected by the LRF is calculated using the polarization from the polarization camera. The polarization camera acquires the intensity of light passing through the polarizers in four directions. The degree of polarization is calculated from the light intensity of four directions, and is used as the glass confidence. Every time the robot moves, the map and the glass confidence are updated. The robot’s position is estimated using the generated map. Accuracy of the map is improved by considering the glass probability. Improved accuracy of the map also improves the accuracy of self-localization. The accuracy of glass detection was confirmed by the experimental results. The AUC of glass detection was 0.942. As a result, the proposed method was able to produce a more accurate map in the glass area.

When two or more tones are presented simultaneously, a listener can sometimes hear other tones that are not present. These other tones called ‘combination tones’ are thought to be induced by nonlinear activities in the inner ear. It is difficult to demonstrate this phenomenon because a listener cannot easily distinguish combination tones from primary tones. This paper introduces a unique method called the ‘sweep tone method’ by which combination tones can be perceptually distinguished from primary tones relatively easily. The importance of the non-linear characteristics of the intact auditory system is described.

本研究課題では、高温登熟玄米のプロテオームと澱粉グライコーム解析を行い、玄米白濁化は澱粉合成と分解のバランス異常が原因であると結論づけた。また、玄米外観品質に及ぼす強光・高CO2および高温・高CO2の影響を調べたところ、開花から登熟期初期において感受性が高いことが明らかになった。ただし、高CO2条件のみでは顕著な玄米白濁化は起こらないが、高CO2は高温ストレスを助長することが分かった。イネの高温耐性に関して鍵となる酵素としてMn型スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ(MSD1)が同定され、MSD1遺伝子の強発現により高温登熟性が改善され、一方、その発現抑制によって高温感受性が高まることが確認された。

今年11月9日、所属タレントだった(酒井)法子が覚醒剤取締法違反の罪で東京地方裁判所から有罪判決を受けました。裁判長は法廷で、法子に言い渡した量刑を本人に繰り返させたそうです。 「刑を言ってみてください」 「懲役1年6月、3年の執行猶予です」 「悪いことをしたんだ」という自覚を植えつけようとしたのでしょう。ありがたいことです。

2020年2月末,新型コロナウイルス検査の院内導入の指示があり,3月中旬に開始した.感染対策チームと連携し,検査部の詳細な感染対策指針を作成した.そして,検査部勉強会を開催し,新型コロナウイルスに対する正しい知識を身につけ,安全な労働環境を整備した.3月末,初めて陽性者を判定し,早期発見から迅速な対応につながったと感謝の言葉をいただいた.2020年10月現在,real time RT-PCR法,LAMP法,抗原定性検査を実施している.また,新型コロナウイルスがどのような影響を及ぼしたのか,臨床検査技師を対象にアンケートを実施した.新型コロナウイルスを取り巻く環境下での検査体制は大変だと感じている技師が過半数であったが,貢献していると実感した技師も同数おり,やりがいを感じられている.他にも,臨床検査技師の認知,感染対策・精度保証について,理解が深まったことは副産物であった今後の課題は,遺伝子検査に対応できる臨床検査技師の育成,外部精度管理,検査室の感染対策の継続などがある.柔軟に対応して,臨床支援を続けていきたい.

しし座流星群の大出現が予測された1998年に開始された流星痕同時観測キャンペーンでは、以降の10年間に大量の流星痕画像・動画の撮影に成功し、これまで稀であった同現象の発光過程の研究チャンスを飛躍的に増大させた。10年間の節目に、これまでの流星痕研究を振り返り、明らかになった点、残された課題、今後の研究観測計画について紹介する。また高知工科大学で5年間にわたり徐々に進めてきた光学、電波、インフラサウンド等を用いた流星総合観測施設の整備の現状を紹介し、今後の流星総合観測計画について議論したい。

伊豆半島南西部のアクセントは東京式アクセントとされるが、隣接する地域とその様相を異にする。この伊豆南部特殊アクセントの地域については先行研究によって報告がなされているが、現在の状態がどうであるか、また若年層がどのような状況であるのかを確認するため、静岡県賀茂郡松崎町池代において面接調査を実施した。その結果高年層には先行研究の指摘のような揺れが現在でも見られ、中高と尾高、尾高と平板、そして平板は中高・尾高との間で揺れが見られることを確認した。また、アクセントについて男女差があるのではないかという指摘があるが、今回の調査でもその可能性が認められた。若年層は共通語化が進んでおり、また高年層で見られる揺れも少なくなっている。しかし、いくつかの特徴は、弱まっているが依然残っている点があることも明らかになった。

フランスでは1978年に、産業先進国で最初のポスター美術館(Musee de 1'Affiche)がパリに誕生し、その後1982年には広告美術館(Musee de la Publicite)へと改称した。本稿はこのポスター美術館設立の経緯を中心にして、ポスターをめぐる概念と制度について考察することにより、フランスにおけるポスター受容の特殊性を検証する試みである。 本稿では、ポスター美術館を傘下に収める装飾芸術中央連合(Union Centrale des ArtsD6coratifs)の議事録に基づき、まず、美術館開館に至るまでの一連の経過を明らかにする。次いで、この過程で示された芸術性を重視するポスター観が、美術館開館後、広告産業の実情に即していかに変化していったのかを分析する。最後に、1981年に成立した社会党政権による文化政策が、1982年の広告美術館への改称にいかに関与したのかを、文化省(Ministere de la Culture)発行の官報と文化相ジャック・ラング(Jack Lang:1939年~)の演説資料から検討する。 ポスター美術館の誕生は、19世紀末に形成された、自国のポスターの"高い芸術性"を強調する"アフィショマニ(ポスター・マニア)"のポスター観が、フランスにおけるボスター受容の中核であり続けるという、価値観の継承を促した。その広告美術館への改編は、芸術性の有無という評価の最優先基準が、1970年代後半における国内広告産業の成長と広告自体のマルチメディア化に伴って相対化する経過を反映していた。1980年代の政府主導の文化政策は、文化と芸術の概念を"副次的"分野にまで拡大しながらここに介入し、広告業振興の意図を持って、産業クリエーションとしての広告を優遇した。こうして、19世紀末から受け継がれたフランス特有のポスター評価は、広告というより大きな範疇に取り込まれながらも、美術館の設立と政府の文化政策を通して公に認知され、言わば制度化されたと考えられるのである。The Poster Museum in France was opened in 1978 as the first among those in the industrially advanced countries and was renamed the Publicity Museum in 1982. Focusing on the history of this museum, this paper deals with the concepts and the institutional systcms related「to posters in France to explain the special condition for evaluating this medium. At the end of the 19th century,"the highly artistic quality"of French posters had been deeply appreciated in the heat of the"affichomanie(poster mania)". The creation of the Poster Museum affiliated to the Central Union of the Decorative Arts signi丘cantly helped. the contemporary Frcnch society succeed to such a way of vicwing posters, The change of appellation to the Publicity Museum reflected a relative decline of this"primary"value of posters in parallel with the growth of domestic multimedia-publicity industries in the second half of the 1970s. A new cultural policy led from 1981 by Jack Lang, Minister fbr Cultural Affairs of the French socialst Government, also in且uenced this reorganisation of the Poster Museum:he supported the Publicity Museum with the intention of promoting not onlアindustrial creations, but also cultural and artistic fields judged"minor"till then. This article shows that, evcn though posters were intcgrated into the general category of publicity, the f()undation of the Poster Museum and subsequently the cultural policy of the Government of丘cially institutionalized the traditional evaluation of posters in France from an artistic point ofview.

Scurvy is a rare disease caused by a vitamin C deficiency. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin found in vegetables and fruits, but it is lost after boiling. A 59-year-old man presented with gingival pain after having a tooth extracted five years previously. Following the procedure, his diet comprised boiled vegetables to prevent pain. He then experienced bilateral lower leg pain, and computed tomography revealed intramuscular bleeding. His serum vitamin C level was below the detectable limit. His symptoms immediately improved with vitamin C administration. This case emphasized that consuming only boiled vegetables can lead to the onset of scurvy.
