New type of self-generation watch(Eco-Drive Thermo)has been developed. Micro-thermoelectric generator set in this watch converts body heat to electric energy and drive this watch. Generator is consisted of 2,268 pairs of BiTe thermocouples in a square cm and has very high output-voltage of 0.8V/℃. From wearing experiments of this watch, average generation energy of 12μ W was estimated.

The recommended formuras of monobath of developer-fixer were tried for several films. The results show that they give an enough sensitivity, higher gamma than D-76 and a satisfactory low fog level. The paste form of monobath was also used. The application of monobath for papers did not give the good results, because the silver image took a brownish colour for some kinds of paper.

硬結がほとんど全部の陰茎海綿体に及んだ成形性陰茎硬結症の1例を報告した. これに対し, 亀頭及び尿道海綿体を残し大部分の陰茎海綿体を切除した. 術後約2年を経過し性交は不可能であるが陰茎痛や排尿困難は消失し, 陰茎の形状も保たれている. 陰茎と皮膚の血管病変は膠原病の血管病変と類似し, 成因として膠原病が考えられた.

シマクイナCoturnicops exquisitusの越冬生態を明らかにするため,2014-2015年・2015-2016年・2016-2017年の3冬季に,関東地方の65か所の湿性草原で,夏季の音声を用いて生息確認を実施した.その結果,18か所で延べ98個体のシマクイナを確認した.生息確認地は7地域に大別され,耕作放棄地と河川敷が特に利用されていた.また,耕作放棄地で確認個体数が多い傾向があった.さらに,シマクイナは中層ヨシ環境で主に確認され,この植生環境が本種の生息に重要であることが示唆された.

Heinrich's law has been well known as the statistical law of labor accident which suggests that one seriously injured disaster of the workplace hazard can be statistically obtained in the basis of the certain number of disasters without any injury. In this paper, the process of the labor accident is regarded as the spatio-temporal evolutional problem from the complex system. Cellular automata (CA) method is applied to solve this process as a metaphor model under the appropriate local rule. The effects of initial existence ratio of the first level disaster without any injury and kinds of local rules employed in the CA are discussed with much emphasis. Then, the probability of each level accident as the results of the pattern dynamics was assessed, being compared with the humanistic Heinrich's law. It is found that the initial existence ratio of the first level disaster of around 60% suits this experienced law. The spatio and temporal evolution behaviors were obtained by considering the level transition probability based on the normal probability distribution. The averaging occurence ratio of each level accident for whole the region is related to the long-term averaging silimar to the statistical thermodynamic ergodic property. The magnitude of damage by each level accident was defined as the power-law scaling and then the risk assessments were finally performed for the convergent states of spatio-temporal evolution.

<p> 近年eスポーツをとりまく状況が変化しつつある。例えば、2019年度「いきいき茨城ゆめ国体」の文化プログラム事業として「全国都道府県対抗eスポーツ選手権」の開催、eスポーツ部の創設等である。しかし、eスポーツに関する議論は十分になされているだろうか。「eスポーツがスポーツか否か」という議論は耳にするが、それだけではeスポーツの本質を解明することはできない。そのため、若手研究者委員会では、体育・健康・スポーツ科学がどのようにeスポーツと対峙するべきか議論を重ねてきた。具体的には、スポーツや運動を実践する身体とeスポーツをする身体は異なるのか、eスポーツは教材となり得るのか、eスポーツの可能性と危険性を「身体」「教育」という視点から捉えるとどのように考えられるか、スポーツとeスポーツの異なる点は何か、バーチャルの世界にある「暴力性」をどのように捉えるのか等である。学会大会当日までに若手研究者委員会で討論をしたeスポーツの論点等について報告し、今後、体育・健康・スポーツ科学の関係者がeスポーツとどのように向き合っていくのかを考える一助となることを目指す。</p>

物流市場では,荷主企業より物流業務を包括的に受託する3PL(3rd Party Logistics)事業と呼ばれる事業形態が拡大してきている.3PLでは,コストの6割をピッキング作業が占めることもあり,ピッキング作業効率の向上が重要な課題なっている.そこで,直感的な指示提示に有効なAR技術の活用による効率向上が期待されているが,実用化には至っていない.本研究では,ピッキング作業の効率向上のために,ヘッドマウントディスプレイ(HMD)を使ったARによる直感的な指示を行うピッキング作業支援システムを開発し,その効果を検証した.HMDによる表示は,実際の視野角に対して表示画角が制限されており,実用化の障壁となっていると考え,VRにより複数のHMD表示画角を再現し,比較分析を行った.その結果,ピッキング作業には70度の表示画角が必要であることが分かった.

This paper tries to show the significance of the material the architect Sutemi Horiguchi(1895-1984) left in Meiji University to delve into his design and architectural thoughts: According to our research, this collection is made up of 4,705 items, whose dates span the years between 1919 and 1965 covering most of his whole career as an architect. Most of them are working drawings and documents relating to building. The collection includes the information on buildings and projects unknown to be his works and on materials to show processes of some famous buildings, which could triggar a reevaluation of him.

The radial / tangential modes of acoustically resonant oscillatory combustion have been observed in the large scale tubular flame burners. The triggering and amplification mechanisms of those modes of oscillations can be understood in detail with tubular flame burners because (1) those modes of oscillations have been found to be occurred in tubular flame burners at relatively low thermal input conditions with high reproducibility, and thus, the experiments can be repeatedly conducted under the well-controlled conditions, and (2) the modes of oscillations are easily identified because the natural frequencies of the tubular flame burners are easily obtained due to its simple geometry, and furthermore (3) the heat release position can be easily identified because the tubular flame is the thin laminar flame front. At present, it was found that (n, m) = (0, 1) mode of oscillation which has non-axisymmetric sound pressure profile is the dominant mode of oscillation, where n and m is the radial and tangential mode number, respectively. As results of flow field measurements, the Presessing Vortex Core motion was observed in the burned gas region of the tubular flame burner, which can cause the non-axisymmetric sound pressure structure in the tubular flame burner.

微小重力下での多孔質中の水分挙動は未だに明らかになっていない。放物線飛行による疑似μG場において毛管上昇実験と土壌中への水分浸潤実験を行い、微小重力下での水分移動を解明することを目的とした。航空機による放物線飛行と落下塔による自由落下によってμG環境を作り出し、毛管上昇と多孔質体中への水分浸潤が受ける微小重力の影響に関する実験を実施した。一連の実験から、毛管上昇理論の微小重力への適用性を確認した。しかし、細い内径の毛管の上に太い内径の毛管をつないだ場合には水分移動が阻害されることが明らかになった。多孔質体中への水分浸潤は、微小重力下では著しく阻害されることがわかった。
