アミガサタケの栽培方法を確立するために,菌核の形成方法を検討した.アミガサタケは腐生菌の培養に用いられているバーク堆肥よりも,穀物を用いた培地の方が良好な菌核発生を示した.また,穀物培地を用いた場合,培地中に空隙があることが重要であることが明らかとなった.さらに,上段に貧栄養の土壌培地,下段に富栄養の穀物培地を重ねた二段培地上に菌核を移したところ,菌核がより大きく生長することが確認できた.菌核の生長は上段の培地がpH7.5の時が最も良かった.菌核は土などを巻き込みながら近くの菌核と融合して直径3〜4cm程度の大きさに生長し,子実体の発生には充分であると期待される大きさに達した.

After we organized a community-based home medical care (HMC) training workshop composed of presentations by welfare and care workers in addition to patients’ family and targeting community pharmacists in collaboration with a regional pharmacy association, we carried out a questionnaire survey to the pharmacists in attendance to take hold on pharmacist’ opinions for the workshop and attitudes for HMC. The participants had a relatively high level of satisfaction regarding the workshop, rating an average of 7.81 out of 10.0. Among the participants, 77.5% had experience of HMC such as visiting pharmacy services at patient’ home, with the most widely practiced activity being “drug administration guidance for patients at home.” However, activities such as “accompany at the time of rounds” and “participation in conferences” were not widely practiced (less than 50% of the most activity) among the participants. Many participants responded that the key factors of HMC were the cooperation system between different professionals and its environmental arrangement. Overall, positive feedback from participants regarding this workshop was reported, through statements such as “I was able to rediscover the need for cooperation in a diverse team with differing job functions” and “the care of patients and their family was important.” We found many opinions that cooperation with other professionals is important in deepening pharmacists’ involvement in HMC, and that this workshop serves as a bridge to establish greater communication between care workers and pharmacists.

集合通信のスケジューリングは,通信時間を大きく左右する.従来の研究ではネットワークを抽象化し,ハブや不均一なネットワークなどのより現実的なモデルを避けていた.しかし,グリッドコンピューティングへの関心や分散データベースなどの需要の増加とともにこの問題の重要性が増してきている.そこで本研究において,スケジューリングの影響が大きいと考えられる木構造におけるブロードキャストの最適スケジューリングを考える.まず,不均一なネットワークを考慮した場合,NP困難な問題になることを示し,最適解の探索に深さ優先探索による分枝限定法を用いた方法を提案する.その際,木構造の対称性からくる冗長性を高速な木の同型判定アルゴリズムにより省く手法を紹介し,その有効性を示す.また実機によるテストを行い,汎用的なMPI実装のブロードキャスト関数MPI Bcastと比較し,ブロードキャストの実行時間が大幅に削減される場合があることを示す.

〔目的〕脳卒中により利き手側の片麻痺を呈した場合,利き手交換練習を行うことが多い。そのため健常者における非利き手での箸操作の運動時,イメージ時,模倣時の脳神経活動を明らかにした。〔対象〕神経学的な疾患の既往のない右利き健常成人5名(平均年齢20.7歳)とした。〔方法〕課題は,左手箸操作運動課題,左手箸操作イメージ課題,左手箸操作の映像をみながら箸操作運動課題(模倣課題)の3種類とし,その間の脳内活動を3.0T MRI装置にて撮像した。〔結果〕運動課題では左右感覚運動野・補足運動野・小脳・下頭頂小葉・基底核・右Brodmann area 44が賦活した。イメージ課題では,運動課題と比べ左感覚運動野・小脳の賦活が消失していた。模倣課題では,左右感覚運動野・補足運動野・上下頭頂小葉・Brodmann area 44が賦活した。〔結語〕イメージ課題と模倣課題には,運動課題時に賦活する領域を両課題とも補う傾向にあることから,箸操作訓練の際には運動課題のみではなく両者を取り入れて行う意味があることが示唆された。<br>

山東京伝、曲亭馬琴の諸作の相互関係を中心に〈稗史もの〉読本の形成過程を跡づけようとする際に、文化三、四年(一八○六〜七)刊行の作については、従来はかばかしい説明がなされて来なかった。本稿では、まず、そこに至る京伝、馬琴の読本二七作の素材について、各作品の構成・趣向・主題にとっての重要性を再検討し、新たな基準で分類を施して一覧表として提示した上で、この時期京伝、馬琴が共に目指した方向が最も高いレヴェルで結実したのは、京伝『桜姫全伝曙草紙』(文化二・一二刊)であると結論づけた。また、これによって、京伝、馬琴は文化四年まで兄弟作者であるという稿者の仮説を一歩進めた。The yomihon (a genre of fiction, written mainly in early 19th century Edo) by Santo Kyoden and Kyokutei Bakin produced in l806-07 have never been placed properly in context when tracing the formation of style of historical legend-based yomihon. This paper examines subject matters of 27 works by them of these years, in terms of how important each subject matter is to each work's construction, innovation, and theme, and comes to the conclusion that Kyoden's Sakurahime Zanden Akebono-zoshi (The dawn story of the whole life of princess Sakura, published in the 12th month 1805) is at the peak of what they both aimed for together. It supports the author's hypothesis that they were in a co-operative relationship until 1807.

The Japanese captive population of Japanese crested ibis (Nipponia nippon) was established using 5 founders derived from the Chinese captive population. Its size has increased rapidly, and the maintenance phase is about to start. Thus, this study was designed to perform genetic analyses in this population with pedigree information, considering the adoption of mean kinship strategy as the breeding strategy suited to the maintenance phase. Because the relationships among the 5 founders were unknown, different assumptions were set up ranging from 0 to 0.25 of kinship coefficients between the 5 founders. Assuming that the 5 founders were non-inbred in all the assumptions, the results showed that the gene diversity and the mean inbreeding coefficient would fluctuate largely from ∼65% to ∼82% and from ∼0.07 to ∼0.29, respectively. Moreover, the genetic importance of individuals based on mean kinship shifted largely. This study suggested that the Japanese captive population had low gene diversity and high mean inbreeding coefficient even under the assumption that the 5 founders were unrelated and non-inbred. In addition, the study also suggested that it became more effective to analyze the genetic status and to introduce mean kinship strategy into this population with more credible molecular evaluation of the relationships among founders.

ホフマンスタールの死後にR. シュトラウスはシュテファン・ツヴァイクのリブレットによるオペラ『無口な女』を完成させたが、ナチス政権によりその後の共作は妨げられることになる。本論ではヴァーグナー以後のオペラの形を模索したシュトラウスと、ホフマンスタールに代表される前時代の文学に根差しつつ戦間期に生き残る文学を試みたツヴァイクによって生み出されたオペラの意義を考察し、テクストの分析により1930年代前半のナチス政権成立前夜にこの「非政治的」喜劇に込められた対時代的意味を明らかにする。
