千代金丸と称される琉球王朝ゆかりの貴重な刀剣が今に伝世する。史書を参照すれば、この刀の本来の所有者は、三山時代の終焉期に今帰仁勢力を率いた攀安知であったことが判る。ところが、攀安知とその勢力の氏素性の観点から、千代金丸の来歴に言及した論考はいまだ皆無に等しい。興味深いことに、近年今帰仁城跡及びその周辺域から出土した考古学史料には、元朝に仕えて江南地方の経営と治安維持に奔走した西域出自の騎馬軍団との繋がりを反映する文物が数多く含まれている。本稿では、騎馬文化との関わりを傍証するこれらの考古学史料を拠り所にして、片手持ちの拵えを特徴とする千代金丸の来歴の真相に迫る。

従来、西晋末の永嘉の乱については、五胡十六国史・北魏前史の観点から研究が進められてきたが、五胡諸族の主体的な発言・行動に注目した研究が多く、当時彼らと戦っていた晋朝系勢力との角逐を踏まえ、彼らの行動を相対的に把握するという視点に乏しかった。本稿では、五胡と晋朝系勢力の相克の過程を、厳密な編年と史料批判により復元し、永嘉の乱の実像を解明することを目指した。<br>西晋と戦った劉淵・石勒らは、乱の初期においては晋朝系勢力に圧倒されており、とりわけ西晋の并州刺史劉琨は、南方の劉淵(漢)を終始圧迫し続けていた。劉淵は劉琨の圧力に押される形で南方への進出(遷都)を行わなければならなくなったが、それを継続すればいずれ西晋の首都洛陽にぶつかることが避けられなくなった際に、漢の皇帝を自称し、西晋打倒の姿勢を最終的に明確化し、洛陽に進攻した。しかし折から洛陽に帰還した東海王越に撃破され、劉淵は死去してしまい、西晋側はこれが契機となって劉琨―東海王越による対漢挟撃戦略がはからずも形成される。以後の漢はこの挟撃戦略の克服が課題となったが、このときより晋朝系勢力の東海王越からの離反などの動揺が続き、また東海王越の洛陽からの出鎮・死去など、洛陽からの戦力流出が続出したため、挟撃戦略は弱体化し、永嘉5年(311年)に漢の攻撃により、洛陽が陥落した。北方の劉琨も漢の攻撃により撃破され、挟撃戦略は破綻することとなった。<br>以上の経緯から、永嘉の乱は必ずしも劉淵ら胡族の主体的な戦略や、西晋に対する一貫した優位により進んだのではなく、自勢力内外の軍事的・政治的環境に左右された結果であったことが判明した。

日本の国会は、政府に議事運営権や審議促進手続に関する権限が付与されておらず、凝集性の低い自民党内で造反を回避するためには、事前の調整で政府と与党を一体化する必要性がある。そのため、自民党政権では与党による事前審査が行われ、国会提出の段階から党議拘束がかけられてきた。本稿は、こうした事前審査制に代えて、閣法草案を国会の委員会において予備審査を行う方法を提案し、国会審議の形骸化の解消に取り組むことを提案する。井上恒男教授退職記念号論説(Article)

In this article, we focus on Saikaku’s posthumous works. Saikaku Ihara (c. 1642~93) is a fiction writer of the Genroku period (1688~1704) in Japan. His researchershave tried to identify his works but problems continue to exist. It remains unclearwhich works were really written by Saikaku especially his posthumous works. This pa-per examines the author of his posthumous works using Random Forests, Boosting andBagging. First, we examined Saikaku and Dansui’s works. A unigram of Japanese par-ticles is the best variable in our research. Among these algorithm, the preferred orderof classification accuracy rate is found to be Random Forests > AdaBoost > Bagging.Then, we examined his posthumous works using the usefulness 9 futures that we gotthe first analysis. It was found that from the result that most chapters are classifiedunder Saikaku, whereas some chapters are classified under Dansui. From what has beendiscussed above, we can conclude that Saikaku’s posthumous works are more likely tobe Saikaku’s than Dansui’s. The result supports the assumption that Dansui relativelyedit the Saikaku’s draft with sufficient accuracy rate however our result also providespotential to has become increasing Dansui’s editing throughout five years.

2016年11月に,北海道旅客鉄道株式会社(JR 北海道)は,現行の運行在来線25線区のほぼ5割に相当する13線区を単独では経営が維持できないと公表した。「路線の見直し」によって,JR北海道の経営難は解決するのであろうか。本稿では,第1に明治以降の広軌改築か新線増設かという二つの大きな鉄道政策の流れの中で,戦後の国鉄を位置づけなおし,第2に北海道の鉄道輸送の特徴点を明らかにし,今後の鉄道維持の方向性について考察しようとするものである。前者からは,輸送力の改善が進まない中で高度成長をむかえた国鉄が,第3次長期計画での資金調達スキームに失敗して巨額の債務をかかえ,1980年以降に特定地方交通線をバスや第3セクターに転換していったものの,結局37.1兆円の債務がJR各社や国民に引き継がれていったことが明らかになる。JR北海道の経営難は,経営安定基金の運用益の減少が直接的な原因であり,それは歴史的に生み出されたといえた。後者についても,課題は残されているが,1965年度には,東海道線に収益が集約され,北海道では貨物輸送の割合が高いことがうかがえる。「路線の見直し」には,道内の鉄道が長年かけて敷設されてきた道民の財産であることを出発点にし,長期的,全国的な視野からの慎重な対応が求められるように思われる。

これまで明らかではなかった西中国山地のツキノワグマの食性について,山中で採取した糞と人里周辺で有害捕獲された個体の胃内容物を基に,食物品目毎に出現率,偏在度指数,相対重要度を算出し,季節変化と年変化を分析した.その結果,春には植物の栄養器官中心,夏にはしょう果中心,秋には堅果中心へと季節変化するという本州中部以北のツキノワグマの食性と類似の傾向がみられた.ツキノワグマが越冬するために重要な秋の食物においては,コナラ属果実,ミズキ属果実が,相対重要度が他のものより顕著に高く,かつその年変動の程度が小さいため,通常,ツキノワグマが安定的に依存している食物と考えられた.一方,ツキノワグマの大量出没時には,この二種類の果実の相対重要度が顕著に低くなるという特徴が見られ,これらの樹種の結実程度がクマの人里への出没に大きく影響している可能性が示唆された.また,人里に出没したクマの食物では,これまで指摘されてきたカキ,クリの果実,農畜産物以外に,草本の葉など植物の栄養器官の相対重要度が高いことが特徴的であった.

A primary cilium often projected from the Golgi region of pancreatic A, B and D cells. The proximal portion of the cilium was found surrounded by a tubular invagination of the plasmalemma, and then the cilium extended into the intercellular canaliculus. The most proximal portion of the ciliary membrane exhibited periodical densities which might correspond to the ciliary necklace. The axoneme of the cilium was basically of the 9+0 pattern, i. e., nine peripheral doublets and no central singlet, though it was modified along the length of the cilium. Although a few appendages were projected from each doublet, it was difficult to identify dynein arms and nexin links. At the most proximal portion of the cilium, a “champagne-glass” structure connected each doublet with the ciliary membrane.The distal and proximal centrioles of the diplosome were connected to each other by a striated band. The proximal centriole, which served as a basal body, had accessory structures, such as alar sheets, basal feet and rootlets.Frequent projections of the primary cilium and its elaborate structure suggest that the cilium is not an aberrant structure but rather one which plays a certain role in the islet cell function.

Transportation of H2O from the slab to the arc crust by way of the mantle wedge is discussed based on seismic observations in the northeastern Japan subduction zone. A belt of intraslab seismicity, perhaps caused by dehydration of eclogite-forming phase transformations, has been found in the Pacific slab crust at depths of 70-90 km parallel to iso-depth contours of the plate interface, showing the major locations of slab dehydration. H2O thus released from the slab may be hosted by serpentine and chlorite just above the slab and is dragged downward. DD seismic tomography detected this layer of serpentine and chlorite as a thin S-wave low-velocity layer. Serpentine and chlorite thus brought down to a depth of 150-200 km should decompose there. H2O released by this dehydration decomposition is then transported upward and encounters the upwelling flow directly above, which perhaps causes partial melting of materials within the upwelling flow. Seismic tomography studies have clearly imaged this upwelling flow as an inclined sheet-like seismic low-velocity zone at depths of 30-150 km in the mantle wedge subparallel to the subducted slab. This upwelling flow finally meets the Moho below the volcanic front, and melts thus transported perhaps stagnate directly below the Moho. Some of them further migrate into the crust, and are also imaged by seismic tomography as low velocity areas. Their upward migration and repeated discharge to the surface form the volcanic front. Seismic tomography study of the mantle wedge further revealed along-arc variations of the inclined low-velocity zone: very low velocity areas appear periodically every ∼80 km along the strike of the arc in the backarc region of northeastern Japan above which clustering of Quaternary volcanoes and topography highs are located, suggesting that melts could segregate from these very low velocity areas in the upwelling flow and rise vertically to form volcanoes at the surface in the backarc region.
