ウェブサイトへの迷惑メールの投稿の様な悪意を持った目的で, 人工的に合成された文章が多用されている.我々は,マルコフチェイン によって生成された文章と自然文章を区別する問題を研究する. この問題の困難性に基づいて,チャレンジレスポンス型の機械を 判別のテストであるCAPTCHAへの応用を検討する.

本稿は、東京都武蔵野市の国鉄(現JR)中央線吉祥寺駅前で行われた駅周辺再開発事業等に関して、その中心的推進者であった後藤喜八郎氏が市長に就任した1963年前後の計画策定過程及び事業実施過程に関するケーススタディである。特に、難航した計画策定過程をあとづけることを通じて、市長を中心とした当該事業の関係者及び関係組織の特徴並びにその果たした役割を明らかにする。また、当該事業関係者・組織の特徴と役割が当該地区の諸権利、諸利益の空間的再編成にどのように影響を与えたかについて考察する。これらを通じて、当該再開発事業をめぐる政治過程が、実際に行われた事業に対してもつ政治的・社会的意味を解明しようと試みたものである。This paper presents a case study on the process of planning and implementing of urban redevelopment projects in the area surrounding Kichijoji Station, in the City of Musashino. Of a long history of these redevelopment projects, the author focuses on the year 1963 when Kihachirou Goto, a major leader of these projects, first became the mayor of Musashino. The author places particular emphasis on clarifying the characteristics of titleholders and other interested parties by describing and evaluating very difficult planning processes. The author then analyzes how these characteristics inf1uenced the spatial rearrangement of rights and interests in the redevelopment projects in an attempt to explain the meaning of the political process in these actual urban redevelopment projects. Through the political process, the mayor succeeded in creating small coalitions of Storeowners, politicians, and others, and promoted the projects by utilizing these coalitions. These partial coalitions resulted in many fragmented projects in different parts of the town. Department stores were built on the fringe whereas the core commercial district, where it was almost impossible to coordinate the interests of the many small storeowners, was preserved. The coexistence of a variety of stores, complementing and stimulating with each other, then contributed to the creation of very attractive and vigorous town of Kichijoji.
2 0 0 0 IR 木曽地方の無塩漬物「すんき漬」の摂取とアレルギー疾患に関する疫学的検討

すんき漬は長野県木曽地方に伝わる漬物で、秋に収穫される赤かぶの葉を塩を使わずに植物性乳酸菌で発酵させ、広い年齢層の地域住民に冬季に食される郷土食である。すんき漬には家庭により多種類の植物性乳酸菌が含まれており、発酵に関係する菌種のうち3 種類が同定されている。更に、すんき漬にはI 型アレルギーに関与するIgE 生産能の減少効果を有する菌株が含まれていることも報告されている。本研究は、木曽地方の一村の全住民910 人を対象に自記式調査票によるアレルギー症状の有無と食生活等について調査を行い、すんき漬摂取とアレルギー疾患の関係を時間断面研究で調査した。回収率は88.4% であり、解析対象者376 人のうち69.7% が冬季にすんき漬を摂取していた。食物アレルギー有訴率は6.6%、アレルギー疾患有訴率は29.8% だった。ロジスティック回帰分析の結果、男性であることと1 日/週以上の納豆摂取は食物アレルギー有訴者を有意に減少させており、1 日以上/週の豆乳摂取は食物アレルギーを有意に増加させていた。冬季のすんき漬の摂取と毎日の果物摂取はアレルギー疾患有訴率を有意に減少させており、親がアレルギー症状を有すること、中華麺の1 日/週以上の摂取はアレルギー疾患有訴率を有意に上昇させていた。本研究により、冬季のすんき漬摂取はアレルギー疾患有訴率を減少させることが示唆された。本研究は時間断面研究であり、アレルギー疾患が自己申告であることから、今後、アレルギー疾患の種類や診断、すんき漬摂取量等、より詳細な調査を行うことにより、すんき漬摂取の明確な抗アレルギー効果が評価できると考えられた。 / Sunki pickle is an unsalted, traditional fermented vegetable produced in Kiso area of Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Some lactobacill in sunki have been reported to have an anti-allergic effect. We investigated sunki consumption, prevalence of allergies and lifestyle among the residents of a village in the Kiso area by questionnaire. Response rate was 88.4% and the number of valid respondents was 376. According to the response, 69.7% of the 376 participants consumed sunki during winter. The prevalence of food-allergy was 6.6%, and that of allergy diseases was 29.8%. In a logistic regression model, male gender and the consumption of natto (fermented soybeans) more than once a week significantly decreased the prevalence of food allergy, and consuming soymilk more than once a week increased the prevalence of food allergy. Sunki consumption in the winter and daily fruit consumption significantly decreased the prevalence of allergy diseases, whereas parental allergy disease and Chinese noodle consumption more than once a week significantly increased the prevalence of allergic diseases. Our findings indicate that sunki consumption during the winter may decrease the prevalence of allergy diseases. Future detailed investigations such as types of allergy, diagnoses of allergies and intake of sunki are necessary to clarify the anti-allergy effect of sunki.

人々が情報ネットワークから得られる理論的な価値について、Sarnoff, Metcalfe, Reedの3法則を基礎に、ネットコミュニティの数と構成、ヒトの脳の処理能力などの観点から考察し、そのモデルが一般式で与えられることを示す。また、そのモデルを用いた応用例として、社会関係を踏まえた情報ネットワーク制御設計法について説明し、ケーススタディとしてMPLSを用いた企業専用網設計への適用例を示す。その結果、社会ネットワークの分析結果を情報ネットワークの設計に活用することにより、ネットワーク全体の信頼度やサービス品質改善に有効となることを示す。

この論文では、結果的にどのチームが効率的に得点をし失点を防いでいたかをグラフィカルに表す方法を提案する。具体的には、同一対戦チーム間の得点を、ランダムに並べ替えて勝敗を再計算する。この作業をすべての対戦について行い、セリーグ・パリーグでの順位を決定する作業を各シーズン10,000回行い、順位の分布を求める。この順位の分布と実際の成績とを比較すれば、どのチームが効率的に得点し失点を防いだかを観察できる。得点をランダムに並べ替える根拠としては、同一対戦チームの得点の相関係数が、150件中3件しか5%有意ではないことが挙げられる。ここでは、各年の得点の相関係数とそのp-値を計算し、得点の並べ替えに意味があることを示し、その並べ替えた結果の順位分布と実際の順位を比較する。

視覚情報が環境音知覚に及ぼす影響について調べることを目的とし, 刺激音を指示する際に, 対応する映像も同時に指示して評価実験を行った。その結果から各刺激の因子得点を求め, 以前に行った音のみを指示した実験から得た因子得点と比較することにより, 視覚情報が環境音の評価に及ぼす影響を検討した。その結果, 音の明るさ因子を除く各因子について, 映像の付加による影響が見られた。各因子ごとにその影響について検討したところ, 映像を手掛かりとして音場・音源を認識することにより, その音に対して元々抱いていたイメージが与られることが, 実際に提示された刺激音の評価に影響を及ぼしていることが明らかとなった。また, 映像と音情報との整合性や映像の動きが聴覚的な評価に影響を及ぼすことが示された。

Come e noto, "Il Gattopardo" di G.Tomasi di Lampedusa ha goduto di una immensa popolarita nella letteratura italiana del dopoguerra. Perche ha potuto conquistarsi un cosi vasto pubblico? Forse e dovuto alle meravigliose descrizioni della morte del protagonista, Principe Don Fabrizio, e della caduta di un nobile casato siciliano. Infatti, mi pare misteriosamente affascinante la fine grandiosa non solo persona ma del gruppo: famiglia, comunita, societa e stato. La morte completa la vita, o in altri termini, la vita si perfeziona solo all'interno della morte. Ed assistendo a tale morte, si puo vedere la vita nella sua totalita: il che ci da un senso di integrazione non parziale, liberi dal'alienazione. Inoltre. in questa esperienza, si intravede a volte il sacro. La figura pacata del Principe che sogna di andare nel mondo di stelle ci rammenta gli eroi antichi che accettavano tranquillamente il proprio destino.

The purpose of this study is to develop power circuits for AC electric trains with weight reduction and downsizing. We devised a new power circuit configuration which uses SiC modules for insulation function instead of the main transformers, manufactured the circuit models on an experimental basis, and executed the verification. The results verified the bidirectional operation, demonstrating that about a 5.7kW of power was transmitted for the input voltage of up to 200V and the switching frequency of 20kHz run, while ensuring the insulation state without any simultaneous conduction between the primary and secondary terminals through the flying capacitor.
