Deepwater area in the Southern Gulf of Mexico is one of the most attractive areas for future petroleum exploration. JOGMEC carried out a petroleum system evaluation study jointly with PEMEX-E&P in this region using existing wells and seismic data acquired by PEMEX-E&P. The study consists of 1) 1D thermal modeling at the well locations to obtain heat flow variation, 2) map-based modeling to identify effective kitchen areas and migration paths for the hydrocarbon generated in the source rocks, 3) tectonic restoration on the 2D seismic sections along the migration paths, and 4) 2D petroleum system modeling to understand hydrocarbon charge history in the study area. Due to complicated geology with salt intrusions and thrusts, conventional modeling workflow is not valid to fully reveal the hydrocarbon charge processes in the study area. In this paper, authors briefly introduce a suitable modeling workflow and the methodologies which we applied to the study.

<p>This research aimed at predicting the urban scale energy demand from large complex office buildings in Kinki region with bottom-up type energy demand estimation model by taking into account the variation of HVAC equipment system. This paper predicted how the HVAC system adoption ratio will changed and how the change of the adoption ratio will influence energy demand of office building stock in Kinki region.</p>

近年、乳房保存照射法につい外科医から、理想的且つ最良な照射方法が期待されている。これは線量の均一性、毎日の照射の再現性そして簡単な照射法が良い。我々はこの問題に早くから取り組み、原体照射システムの乳房接線照射方法を完成した。図-3に示すように、ウエッジを中心よりずらした理想的な照射法による線量分布図を示した

A new elevation labeling method is proposed which can be applied to contour images including broken lines and inconsistencies caused by loss of contour lines and/or existence of irrelavant lines. Because conventional elevation labeling methods need ideal contours as an input data, broken lines and inconsistencies must be eliminated from the target contour image before elevation labeling. This elimination process (editing) has been done by human operator conventionally. The time-consuming human operation is a large problem in DEM generation from topographical maps. The proposed method has been developed In order to remove the above human operation. In the proposed method, a probablistic relaxation approach is used. That is, elevation probabilities are assigned to each contour, and then the probabilities are propagated to neighbor contours so as to decrease local conflicts.As a result, consistent labeling can be achieved even if the target contour image may include broken lines and some inconsistencies.

症例は66歳男性.潰瘍性大腸炎(ulcerative colitis; UC)を合併したC型慢性肝炎(chronic hepatitis(C); CH(C))に対して,インターフェロン(interferon; IFN)βの投与を行った.投与前の内視鏡的重症度は中等度であったが,投与開始後8週間で内視鏡的重症度は軽度となった.しかしIFN投与終了後は再び内視鏡的重症度は中等度となり,増悪を認めたため,IFN投与にて潰瘍性大腸炎が改善したと考えられた.

ポリウレタンを常圧下と加圧下の各種条件で熱分解を行い,有効成分の回収を目的とした場合の生成物に対する反応諸条件の影響について検討した.常圧および加圧熱分解において,ガス状生成物の主成分は二酸化炭素と,低級炭化水素はメタン,プロピレンの生成が各条件とも特に多く認められたが,反応温度400℃,常圧法では1,3-ブタジエンの生成は多くなるが,加圧法では温度上昇とともに消失した.液状生成物については,常圧法の主成分はテトラヒドロフラン(以下THFと略記),シクロペンタノン,アニリン,p-トルイジンおよび1,4-ブタンジオールであった.加圧法では,THF,アニリンおよびp-トルイジンで,シクロペンタノンの生成は微量であり,1,4-ブタンジオールの生成は認められなかった.

動物の安定同位体比はその餌料生物や栄養段階と良く対応することが知られ、様々な分野で生態学的指標として盛んに利用されている。安定同位体解析では、餌生物と捕食者間での安定同位体比の濃縮係数や、餌の安定同位体比が捕食者の体組織の値に反映されるのに要する時間(ターンオーバータイム)などの基礎的知見が重要であり、これらが生物種によって異なることや、組織や体サイズによっても変化することが知られている。魚類においても安定同位体解析は餌資源の推定などに活用されているが、濃縮係数やターンオーバータイムが明らかにされている魚種は少なく、今後様々な魚種について知見の集積を進める必要がある。本研究ではサクラマス稚魚の筋肉について飼育環境下で炭素・窒素安定同位体比のターンオーバータイムを測定した。

People with low self-esteem, when experiencing a threat to self-evaluation, reportedly tend to place higher value in a romantic partner as an indirect form of self-enhancement. This study examined whether such an indirect form of self-enhancement is also found when considering a close friend. Participants’ trait self-esteem was measured. Then, they participated in an experiment in which they experienced (or not) a threat to their self-evaluation. They were subsequently asked to evaluate their close friends and acquaintances using trait adjectives. The results showed that participants with low self-esteem valued their close friends and acquaintances highly when they experienced a threat, compared with those who did not experience one. Meanwhile, participants with high self-esteem devalued their close friends but not their acquaintances when they experienced a threat, compared with those who did not. These results suggest that people with high self-esteem devalue their close friends as an indirect form of self-enhancement. We discuss the need to examine the effects of the difference in relationship quality between a close friend and a romantic partner, as well as the cross-cultural differences in indirect forms of self-enhancement.

症例は28歳女性.周期性腹痛,発熱で受診.内視鏡検査で虫垂入口部付近の区域性腸炎を認め,区域性大腸炎型潰瘍性大腸炎として加療したが効果なく,遺伝子検査の結果家族性地中海熱(FMF)と診断し,コルヒチン内服加療で症状は改善した.FMFは炎症性腸疾患類似の区域性腸炎を合併することもある.周期的腹痛,発熱のある原因不明の腸炎では炎症性腸疾患以外にFMFを疑い遺伝子検査を行うことが重要である.

Measurement of body fat contents is essential for a judgement of obesity, which is defined as an abnormal increase of the fat content in the body. The fat content estimated from skinfold thickness was compared with the value calculated from the whole body potassium content which was obtained by the counting of whole-body radioactivity. The obese and non-obese women were chosen as subjects for this study. It became clear that the fat value estimated from the potassium content is higher than from the skinfold thickness. The relation between two calculated values were investigated by regression lines. It was obvious that the regression line of obese woman group vary with age, but not of nonobese group.

〔目的〕臨床実習指導者を対象に,クリニカルクラークシップ(CCS)の取り組みに対する意見をまとめ,今後のCCS型臨床教育の捉え方を検討するための資料とすること.〔対象と方法〕4年目以上の理学療法士60名を対象に,自己記入式質問紙を用いたアンケート調査を実施した.〔結果〕実習形態については,診療に参加させながら学生の成長を促すことができるとの回答が多かった.しかし学生は受身的な取り組み姿勢で,チェックリストを埋めることに意識が向きやすいことが示された.学生の理解度の把握については理学療法全体に関する理解の指導方法が課題になっていることが示された.〔結語〕現在のCCSの取り組みが明らかになった.学生の取り組み姿勢や指導方法については,臨床実習指導者と連携して検討していきたい.

<p>ミャンマー最深部に居住するカヤン人(カレン族のサブグループ,カヤン語を母語とする)女性は頸部に真鍮製のコイル状の重く長大な首輪を生涯に亘って装着し続けるという伝統を今もなお継承している.カヤン人の多くが暮らすミャンマー東部のカヤー州ディモソー地区(T村,S村,R村,P村)においては,全女性人口の10.6%が首輪を装着している(下田,2015).しかしながら,この奇習の理由ははっきりとせず,定説があるわけでもない.一方で,近代化による急激な生活様式の変化により,この習慣は徐々に消失しつつある.「人は何故,苦痛を伴ってでも身体に装飾を施すのか?」「美を装うために人は身体変工をするのか?」本研究では,この地区において「首輪を装着しているカヤン女性」「首輪を装着していないカヤン女性」「カヤン男性」という3群を設定し,首輪装着についての美醜観について聞き取り調査を行い,主成分分析により探索した.その結果,以下のことが明らかになった.<br>1)首輪を装着している女性たちは自分たちの身体変工について非常に肯定的であり,美しいと意識している.<br>2)首輪を装着している女性はモノとしての首輪についての負担感を持っている.</p>

コンピュータ上で外字を扱うことは,人文学研究,とりわけ古典を扱う場合には避けることが難しい事柄である.やみくもに外字を増やすことは望ましいことではないが,字形の違いをなかったことにしてしまうことには潜在的な問題がある.したがって,包摂を前提とする UCS 符号化文字集合をそのまま全面的に導入することは困難である. SAT 大蔵経テキストデータベース研究会では,外字の扱いを巡って検討を重ねてきており,近年普及しつつある IVS を利用することで UCS 符号化文字集合の適切な利用方法を模索することを開始すると同時に,約 3000 字の漢字に関して IRG に対して符号化提案を行った.本稿では,そこに至る検討過程について報告するとともに,外字を UCS 符号化提案した際の具体的なデジタル技術の活用の仕方についても紹介する.

<p>After having not been of concern for some time, the matter of whether or not Buddhist studies should be seen as an independent discipline has recently resurfaced within related academic communities. Now that the environments of scholarship in the arts and humanities are being radically transformed in terms of elucidating, preserving, and transmitting knowledge under the strong influence of radical innovations in information communication technologies, another moment has apparently arrived where this subject needs to be brought into careful consideration. In this new digital horizon of research, each product of research that heretofore conveniently existed independently cannot help from getting involved in one vast interconnected context, in which their mutual methodological relationships need to be clarified. This paper, paying attention to the question of "the linguistic turn" in history, reviews the methodologies of Buddhist studies and discusses the great significance of the concept of "textuality" in Buddhist studies in this new environment.</p>

緑茶の香気特性を解明することを目的として,評価用語に対して専門の官能検査員がもっている匂いイメージを明らかにするとともに,品質の異なる60種の緑茶の香りを専門の官能検査員により評価し,得られた官能評価結果を数量化理論第3類ならびにクラスター分析により解析した.(1) マイナス要因とされる匂い用語についてはパネリスト間にその匂いイメージに関して若干のバラツキが認められたが,プラス要因の用語についてはイメージが良好に一致していることが明らかとなった.(2) 数量化理論第3類の第1,第2軸上で“おおい香”,“返り香”が特徴的な玉露,“茶の香り”,“新鮮香”,“みる芽香”に優れた上級煎茶,マイナス要因の“こわば臭”,“木茎臭”,“むれ臭”,“いちょう香”,“青臭”,“異臭”などを含む中・下級煎茶を特徴付けることができた.(3) 全情報の80%を要約した数量化理論第3類の第1~第3軸のスコアーを用いてクラスター分析を行なった結果,供試緑茶を匂い特性に基づいて8群に分類することができた.
