Pseudopinnixa carinata (Crustacea: Decapoda: Varunidae) is a monotypic rare brachyuran endemic to the Japanese coast. Seventeen specimens of the crab were collected from tidal flats in Yamaguchi and Kochi Prefectures, Japan. The collection from Kochi Prefecture sets a new record from the Pacific coast of Shikoku. A review of P. carinata collection sites and the habitat information revealed that the species is widely distributed in Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, but has never been collected in the Ryukyu Islands and southern Kyushu. This crab inhabits intertidal to subtidal sandy sediments with its deepest record being at 55 m depth. Several studies have shown that the crab was collected from sediments where burrowing invertebrates were abundant. Crabs have been found inside burrows of the echiuran Urechis unicinctus, the gebiidean shrimp Upogebia sakaii, and the axiidean shrimp Nihonotrypaea japonica by digging sediments. In this study, some specimens were pulled out from the burrows of N. japonica and other callianassid shrimp species as well as those of the polychaete Arenicola brasiliensis by yabby pumps.

国際環境法や国際人権法の先住民族文化に関する条項を検討し、北欧のサーミ政策と日本のアイヌ政策との比較研究を行うことによって、「二風谷地域の伝統文化の再生と地域環境の保全にはアイヌ民族のエンパワーメントが不可欠であること」を原理的に明らかにした。具体的にいえば、生物多様性条約8条j項は、先住民族の伝統的知識(TEK)が生物多様性の持続性に寄与することから、その保護を求めるものであるが、日本の生物多様性基本法にはそれに対応する条項がなく、アイヌ・コミュニティの生物多様性の保全が危ぶまれていることを明らかにし、国際人権規約など国際人権法に照らして日本政府は直ちに対応すべきだとした。

Marfan症候群は1896年Marfanが初めて報告し, Achardによりarachnodactyliaと記載されたものであり, 中胚葉性発育障害を合併する先天性奇形である. 中胚葉性発育障害としては水晶体脱臼・解離性大動脈瘤がよく合併するが, 横隔膜弛緩症・自然気胸などをきたした報告もある. 症例は22才の女. 主訴は腹部膨満. 痩身長躯, 頭長型, クモ指症を呈し, 反下組織や筋肉の発育不良, 水晶体脱臼, 胸郭変形, 解離性大動脈瘤などは認めなかつたが, Banti症候群, 骨髄機能不全, 腎盂腎炎および糖尿病を合併していた. Marfan症候群と本症例の合併症であるBanti症候群, 骨髄機能不全, 腎盂腎炎および糖尿病との関係などについて若干の考察を行なつた.

学生のメンタルヘルスに関する指導・支援の充実が求められる中、支援を要する学生を支援につなげるための様々な工夫や各種研修が行われてきている。A 大学においても学生相談に関するFD 研修の実施や、教職員が「気になる学生」を保健管理センターに紹介し、連携して支援にあたる体制を構築してきた。 本研究では、教員の学生対応での困り感や学生対応についての認識、研修へのニーズについて現状を把握することを目的に、2016年2月にWeb アンケートシステムを利用して教員を対象としたアンケートを行った。特に、不登校・ひきこもり学生については望ましいと考える対応についても尋ねた。その結果、8割の教員が学生対応に困った経験を持っていることが分かった。また、多くの教員は、学生の話を傾聴する、学科で相談をする、保健管理センター等へ相談するなど複数の対応方法を適宜選んで対応しているにもかかわらず、学生対応への自信はあまりないことが分かった。教員が支えられ、自信を持って支援に向かえるような研修やコンサルテーションの工夫が求められていると考えられた。

The positive muon (µ+) is an elementary subatomic particle that is assigned as a member of lepton (spin I=1/2). Whereas muons are present in cosmic radiation, high-energy beam of proton from accelerators such as cyclotron and synchrotron produce almost fully polarized muons. The muon has one ninth of the proton mass (0.1126mp), and the polarized “ultralight proton” is applicable to similar spectroscopic analyses to electron-spin resonance (ESR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) without the alternative magnetic resonance techniques. In contact with matter, the positive muon captures an electron and become a muonium (Mu= [µ+e-]) that is a light isotope of hydrogen atom. The muoniums have been utilized for monitoring radical reactions of usual unsaturated organic molecules including benzene, alkene, alkyne, and ketone, and the corresponding radicals via muonium addition can be characterized by muon spin rotation/resonance/relaxation (µSR) spectroscopy. In this article, principles and usefulness of µSR for study of functional organic compounds are overviewed, and our recent findings on µSR measurements for the sterically encumbered 1,3-diphosphacyclobutane-2,4-diyl of singlet biradical are presented. A regioselective addition of muonium to the skeletal phosphorus atom in the 1,3-diphosphacyclobutane-2,4-diyl unit was characterized, which would be useful to understand the 4-membered heterocyclic molecular skeleton promoting the low-voltage p-type organic semiconductor behavior.

純粋失読の読字障害は,漢字と仮名の両方にみられるとされているが,一方が強く障害されて乖離するという報告もあり,いまだ一定の結論が出ているとは言いがたい。また,漢字と仮名のなぞり読みにおける乖離について,漢字の条件を統制し,仮名と比較した検討はこれまで行われていない。我々は,左後頭葉から脳梁にかけての損傷で,純粋失読を呈した一症例を経験した。本症例は,標準的な失語症検査において,仮名の読みが漢字の読みに比して良好であった。しかし,漢字の条件を統制して比較を行ったところ,音読,なぞり読みともに,形態が単純で,高親密度,高頻度の漢字と仮名との間では有意差を認めなかったが,形態が単純で,高親密度,高頻度の漢字と,形態が複雑で,低親密度,低頻度の漢字の間では有意差が認められた。また,形態が複雑で,低親密度,低頻度の漢字においては,なぞり読みが有効な傾向にあった。本症例において,漢字の読字過程は複雑さ,親密度,頻度によって,異なっている可能性が考えられた。

I review diagnosis and treatments against sleep–related breathing disorder (SRBD) observed in neuromuscular diseases including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA). SRBD includes sleep apnea syndrome, nocturnal stridor, hypoventilation, and central respiratory disturbance. These conditions cause frequent awakening, nocturnal pollakiuria, morning headache, and hypersomnia. Clinical examination followed in selected patients by nocturnal saturation monitoring and polysomnography is essential for correct diagnosis and treatments.

本稿は、早大教授であった故深谷博治氏が所蔵していた史料群の整理作業における中間報告である。第一の課題は、その史料群構造と現在の保存環境に至るまでの来歴を明らかにすることである。第二は、更に一歩進めて記録史料学の立場より、研究が立ち遅れている「近代私文書論」の確立へ向け、ケーススタディーとして若干の提言を行おうとするものである。戦前、深谷氏は『明治天皇紀』編纂に深く関与し、宮内省臨時帝室編修局の編修官補として史料の調査収集、そして執筆に携わった。宮内省退官後も戦中期にかけて春畝公追頌会の『伊藤博文伝』編纂や旧貴族院五十年史編纂掛に所属し、主として史料収集と整理を行い、優れた著作を残した政治史研究者であった。「深谷文書」には、こうした国家事業と言うべき伝記編纂事業で生成された写本史料類が大量に残されている。深谷氏の研究履歴を通じ、かかる史料群の出所と作成年代を詳細に検討することで、現在我々が日常的に研究利用出来る文献史料がいかにして編集されたのかを垣間見ることが出来るだけでなく、戦前期宮内省の一側面や伝記編纂事業の性質をうかがう事が出来るのである。彼が関係した組織ごとに史料を階層化し目録上に配置することで、いかなる史料群構造が浮かび上がるかを重視したのはこのためである。もとより調査対象とした「深谷文書」は一私文書に過ぎず、そこで明らかとなる史料群構造が他の私文書群の性質と同一の普遍性を持つものではあり得ない。しかし研究手法は勿論のこと、事例研究すらほとんど蓄積のない近代私文書論について、記録史料学が今後どのように向き合い、乗り越えることでその地平を拓いて行くのだろうか。戦後60年を経た現在の私々には、行政文書のみならず私文書をめぐる管理保存・公開プロセスを検討し構築していく事もまた、喫緊の課題であることは論を俟たない。本稿がその議論を喚起する一助となれば幸いである。This is an interim report concerning an arrangement of the historical documents which were owned by the late FUKAYA Hiroharu, a former professor of Waseda University. The first subject is to clarify the structure of document groups and the process of its preservation up to now. The second one is, from the viewpoint of the archival theory, to intend to make some proposal showing a case study in order to establish the ''modem private document theory'' which has not been researched enough in Japan.In prewar days, Fukaya participated in the compilation of Meiji Tennoki (The Annuals of the Emperor Meiji) and investigated the historical materials as a staff of the Rinji Teishitsu Henshukyoku (the provisional imperial editorial office) in the Ministry of Imperial Household.He left some excellent works as a modern Japanese political history researcher. At the same time, he belonged to Shunpokou Tsuishokai (the editorial association of the biography of ITO Hirobumi). After he retired from the service, he belonged to Kizokuin Gojyunenshi Hensangakari (the editorial office of the 50th anniversary of the House of Peer) in the middle of the Second World War. His work was to collect historical materials and arrange them. In Fukaya Documents, we can find a number of transcribed historical materials produced in the compilation of these biographies as national projects. We can see how those historical documents we usually use were edited. Moreover, through Fukaya's career, we can see one aspect of the Ministry of Imperial Household in the prewar period and the character of these projects when we carefully examine where these documents came from and when they were made. That is why I would like to emphasize the structure of document groups, which appears by categorizing them in each organization he was related to and by arranging them on the lists.Of course, the structure of document groups is not universal one because Fukaya Documents is one of the private documents. However, I am interested in how the archives will correspond to the modern private document theory in the future as we have established neither case study nor research technique. Now that 60 years have passed since the war was over, it is our urgent subject to examine and establish how to manage, preserve and open to the public private documents as well as official documents. I hope this text will help to solve such problems.

目 的 冷え症における主観的指標として冷え症評価尺F度を,客観的指標としてレーザー組織血流計を用いて測定し,冷え症と周産期アウトカムとの関連について検討した。対象と方法 妊娠末期の妊婦125名(初産婦名76,経産婦49名)を対象に,両手第2指の指尖部における末梢血流量の測定と,4因子8項目からなる冷え症尺度による非妊時の冷え症の自己評価に関するアンケート調査を実施した。さらに,分娩終了後には妊娠分娩経過を診療録より転記した。結 果 妊娠末期の妊婦においては,冷え症評価尺度と末梢血流量の間には関連がなかった(r=-0.036, p=0.687)。冷え症評価尺度の高得点群の初産婦においては,分娩の際の入院時点の子宮口が3cm未満の開大であったものが多かった(p=0.014)。 一方,指先の末梢血流量が少ない群と多い群で分けると,低血流量群では妊娠中の血圧が低く(p=0.047),かつ脈拍数が少なかった(p=0.024)。さらに,低血流量群の初産婦では,分娩第 II 期遷延が多く(p=0.016),ロジスティック回帰分析により交絡因子の影響を排除しても,低血流量と高年齢が分娩第 II 期遷延の要因として示された。結 論 妊娠末期における血行不良は,初産婦における分娩第 II 期遷延の要因となる可能性がある。また,妊娠末期の血流量と非妊時の冷え症の自覚は関連しない。

本研究は,役割を付与された地域住民ならびに民生委員を対象に認知症の疑われる高齢者を発見した場合の相談先の意向を明らかにすることを目的とした.調査対象者は A 市,B 市,C町,D市の人口・高齢化率の異なる4市町村の地区社会福祉協議会(支部社会福祉協議会),認知症キャラバンメイト,小地域ケア会議に所属する地域住民2,503名とした.調査内容は,回答者の属性,認知症の疑われる高齢者を発見した場合の相談先の意向などで構成した.相談先の意向の遠近構造は,クラスター分析を用いて類型化し,コンボイモデルを用いて模式化した.その結果,役割を付与された地域住民ならびに民生委員ともに3つのクラスターが抽出された.役割を付与された地域住民は,「民生委員」を相談先とする意向が高かった.また,民生委員は「地域包括支援センター」,「認知症が疑われる高齢者の同居家族」,「認知症が疑われる高齢者の別居家族」へ相談する比率が有意に高かった.本研究結果より,地域において潜在する認知症が疑われる高齢者を早期に発見するため,援助要請する重要な存在としての地域コミュニティ(地域で一定の役割を付与されている住民と民生委員)による認知症の早期発見・早期受診を可能とする受診・受療連携システムの構築のためには,それぞれの役割を明確にし分担していくことも重要であると考えられた.今後は地域包括ケアシステムをふまえた受診・受療における両者の相談先の順序性を明らかにすることが課題である.

We have disclosed 14 standardized laboratory data on out-of-hospital prescriptions since June 2015. In this study, we analyzed questions on out-of-hospital prescriptions related to laboratory data over 2 years. There were 229 prescription questions related to laboratory data (3.4% of the total prescription questions), and 79.5% of these were related to renal function. Among renal function-associated laboratory data, serum creatinine was used in most cases. The rate of prescription change after prescription questions was 66.5% for laboratory data associated with renal function, which was significantly higher (P < 0.001) than the 25.5% for other types of data. Furthermore, the clear description of dose reduction requirements on a package insert was confirmed to be one of the common factors for renal excretory drugs. Therefore, it is important to provide renal function laboratory data to facilitate the appropriate adjustment of out-of-hospital prescription doses. In addition, to enable appropriate dose adjustments using laboratory data, the description on the drug package insert should make it easy for pharmacists who are auditing prescriptions to make appropriate judgments.
