A new series of 11-substituted 6, 11-dihydrodibenz[b, e]oxepin derivatives was synthesized and evaluated for antiallergic activity. Convenient methods for the preparation of sulfides from alcohols were developed. Structure-activity relationships are described. Compound 7, 11-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]thio-6, 11-dihydrodibenz[b, e]oxepin-2-carboxylic acid hydrochloride, was the most potent in the rat passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test (ED50=0.92 mg/lg p.o.). It had a potent inhibitory effect on anaphylactic bronchoconstriction in guinea pigs (ED50=0.029 mg/kg p.o.) and H1 receptor antagonistic effect (Ki=14 nM) with few central nervous system side effects. Additionally, an antagonistic effect against prostagrandin D2-induced contraction of isolated guinea pig trachea (pA2=5.73) was an attractive mechanism of action of the new antiallergic agent. Compound 7 was selected for further evaluation as KW-4994.

自然災害のリスクが高い我が国においては,中央政府と地方自治体双方の努力により「ナショナル・レジリエンス」を確保することが急務となっている.国のみならず地方自治体の取り組みが重要な役割を担っており,その実態の把握と,取り組みを改善する手段についての研究が不可欠である.本研究では,地方自治体に対するアンケートを行い,地方自治体における防災政策の現状を確認するとともに,防災に関する地方自治体間のやり取りや,近年公共政策の領域においても活用の可能性が指摘される物語型の情報共有が,防災政策の充実を促す傾向が観察されるか否かを検証する.

Synthesium elongatum (Brachycladiidae) is an intestinal digenean described from the finless porpoise (Neophocaena asiaeorientalis) in Japan. Few records of this species exist and there is a remarkable morphological similarity between S. elongatum and S. tursionis, such that a synonymy between the species has been suggested previously. However, no morphological and/or molecular analysis has been carried out to clarify the taxonomic status of S. elongatum. In this study, we collected specimens of Synthesium sp. from N. asiaeorientalis in western Japan. The specimens possess lobed testes within the third quarter of the body, a round ovary, and vitellaria extending to level of uterine field, which are diagnostic characters for both S. elongatum and S. tursionis. They were morphologically identified to S. elongatum or S. tursionis due to the fact that the available morphometric data for both species overlap remarkably. A molecular analysis of the mitochondrial ND3 gene showed that the pairwise nucleotide distances between these specimens and S. tursionis were small, and phylogenetic analysis showed that these specimens and S. tursionis are in the same clade. Therefore, it was indicated that S. elongatum and S. tursionis are the same species and, consequently, S. elongatum is a synonym of S. tursionis.

本研究の目的は、2変数複素力学系に現れるジュリア集合などの重要な数学的オブジェクトを実3次元可視化技術を用いて表現し、そこから数学的に有用な予想を抽出したり、現在まで断片的にしか得られてこなかった(しかも表現が困難な)知見を理解可能な形でアーカイブ化することで、2変数の複素力学系における可視化と数学的理論との良好な関係を構築することにあった。本研究における具体的な成果としては、以下の3点が挙げられる。(1) 4次元から3次元への射影とレンダリングの非可換性。(2) 点集合として得られたジュリア集合の力学系的な補間法の確立。(3) 既存のジュリア集合の画像データを保存するシステムの構築。

The land exchange between “Urban Developing Area”and “Farm Land Area” has attracted the attention of many people as a method for controling land use in urban fringe. Actually the land exchange by the existing methods (“Ryokuno-Juku” project and so on) is very difficult. But in Matsuto City, the unique method for land exchange was devised, so that there were many cases of land exchange. In this paper, we studied on the case of Matsuto City as following points.1) We presented “Matsuto Method” that is very effective for land exchange. The characters of “Matsuto Method” is as follows:a) Exchanging lands on the occasion of urban development.b) Conditioning that the size of exchanged lots is equal to adjust the equivalence of them.c) Making use of the function of rural self-government.2) We made models of land exchange for the framework of analysis.3) We proposed some conditions for land exchange.

We investigated the effects of tyrosol (Tyr) on anterior chamber paracentesis (ACP)–induced anterior uveitis in beagle dogs, as determined by protein and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) concentrations in the aqueous humor (AH). Tyr at a dose of 100 or 200 mg/kg or 2.2 mg/kg of carprofen as a positive control was administered orally twice daily from 2.5 days before paracentesis. The initial ACP was performed in one eye of individual dogs and 0.5 ml AH was aspirated. The secondary AH was collected 60 min later. Pretreatment with 200 mg/kg of Tyr and carprofen significantly decreased aqueous protein and PGE2 concentrations compared to the control group. Overall, these findings suggested that Tyr was useful for the management of canine anterior uveitis.

イヌに 14C-KW-4679 を 1mg/kg 経口投与後の吸収および排泄について検討し,以下の結果を得た.1.血漿中放射能は投与後 1.13時間に最高濃度(723.2ng eq,/ml)を示した後,おおむね一相性に消失し,t1/2 は4.53時間であった.2.14C-KW-4679 の血球移行率は投与後2時間から12時間まで31.7-35.5% とおおむね一定値を示した.3.in vivo における血清蛋白結合率は投与後 0.5時間から12時間まで 53.1-56.8%とおおむね一定であった.4.投与後168時間までに尿中に 73.4%,糞中に 22.9% が排泄され,総累積排泄率は 96.3% であった.大部分は投与後48時間までに排泄された.

通年性アレルギー性鼻炎患者211例を対象に, KW-467910mg/日 (KW群) の有効性, 安全性および有用性をoxatomide 60mg/日 (OX群) を対照薬として多施設二重盲検群間比較試験により検討した.最終全般改善度の「改善」以上は, KW群61-6%, OX群57.6%で, 両群間に有意差は認められなかつたが, 同等性の検証を行った結果, KW群はOX群と比較して同等ないしそれ以上と考えられた. 概括安全度の「安全性に問題なし」と評価された症例は, KW群68.0%, OX群61.4%で, 両群間に有意差は認められなかった. 主な副作用症状は両群とも眠気であった. 有用度の「有用」以上は, KW群54.9%, OX群50.5%であり両群間に有意差はなかったが, KW群の方がやや有用率が高かった.以上の成績より, KW-4679は通年性アレルギー性鼻炎に対して, 臨床的に有用性の高い薬剤であると考えられた.

セザンヌの絵画を日本美術との類似から評価し受容する形式を、ここで「日本主義」のセザンヌ受容と規定すると、1910-20年代においては、有島生馬(1882-1974)の最初の指摘に続いて、セザンヌの絵画と南画、文人画との類似を指摘する形で頻繁に語られていった。 開国後の近代化に於いて、「日本主義」は、常に西欧化を批判するイデオロギーとして存在し続けてきたと思われるが、美術の領域、さらにはセザンヌ受容の領域に於いても事情は同じで、30-41年代と軍国化が進む中で、はっきりと一つの思想水脈となって、立ち現れてきた「写実」や「造型」といった西洋から学んだセザンヌ受容を駆逐する形で、この時代、それは、もう一つのセザンヌ受容となって形を取る事となった。 本稿では、この日本主義のセザンヌ受容の系譜を追跡し、その思想環境を明らかにする事を目的とする。京都工芸繊維大学 工芸学部研究報告 第54巻 人文(2005) pp.79-112

On peut remarquer que chez de nonbreux peintres franccais de la periode romantique et post romantique, les materiaux comme les taches, les touches, c'est-a-dire les couleurs elles-memes prennent une importance comme elements a la fois expressifs et constructifs dans le tableau. Nous designerons ce phenomene par le terme "matierisme", qui est un des aspects de la modernite picturale au XIXe siecle. Nous allons mettre ici en evidence le matierisme comme phenomene de symbiose des deux techniques (celle du dessin et celle de la peinture), A notre avis, voici les six points de rencontre : -possibilite de decouvrir des realites nouvelles, -fragmentation et focalisation des formes, -lieu de creation le plus elementaire de "formes" au sens litteral du mot, -separation/ juxtaposition des materiaux en tant que structure, -construction a travers les difference de qualites des materiaux en tant qu'unite elementaire, -usage du subjectile. Au-dela de l'aspect essentiellement technique, on peut constater un renversement des valeurs esthetiques traditionnelles dans la mesure ou la peinture va emprunter les criteres propres au dessin tels que "ce qui est direct", "personnel", "fragmentaire/ imaginatif", "ce qui est en cours de formation". Nous retrouvons ce probleme de croisement chez plusieurs peintres du XXe siecle et meme de nos jours, ce qui nous fait dire que la modernite picturale peut etre encore consideree comme une des constantes de l'activite artistique, bien que les critiques d'art parlent souvent de la mort de la peinture moderne.

Recent developments in instrumentation for in situ trace element analysis of peridotite minerals give us valuable data set of petrological and geochemical insights of the upper mantle. Here, we summarize petrographical, petrological and geochemical characteristics of mantle xenoliths from the Northeastern and Southwestern Japan arcs. They have clear correlations between microtexture and mineral compositions in terms of both major and trace elements. That suggests that influx-assisted melt extraction occurs simultaneously with deformation/recrystalization in the upper mantle. Their characteristics of trace-elements in clinopyroxene are distinguished from those of abyssal peridotite and peridotite xenoliths from continental regions. The geochemistry of Japan arcs’ clinopyroxenes have characteristics of arc-type mantle source; i.e., low light rare earth element (LREE) and high field strength element (HFSE; Ti, Zr and so on), rather high heavy rare earth (HREE) relative to LREE elements and Sr concentrations. They also have a rather constant Ti/Zr ratio, variable REE patterns, and relatively low LREE/HREE ratios. The simple melt extraction model can not explain these characteristics. These features are due to metasomatism, which is different from carbonatite metasomatism.

経済変動のような社会現象には数多くのあいまい性が含まれている。そのため、計量的予測にはファジィ集合論に基づいたファジィ関数を用いることが有効と考えられる。この論文では可能性回帰分析を日本の広告費の予測に応用した事例について述べている。広告費の定義は時代とともに徐々に変化している。もとより広告の概念があいまいだからであり、コミュニケーションの手段やあり方が技術的にも社会的にも変化しているからである。このような状況から発生するデータを分析するには、統計的分布に従う分析法よりも可能性測度に基づく分析法の方が有効ではないかと考える。データが発生する環境条件が一様でないとか、データそのものがあいまいだからである。実際の分析方法としては、日本の広告費や四媒体広告費の時系列データを用いて、回帰係数がファジィである場合、データがファジィである場合、実験計画法を取り入れた手法について分析を行った。

経済制裁下の2012〜2013年、イランのGDPは前年に比べて下がり続けた。2015年に上向いたものの、前年比で約1%増にとどまる。だが2016年のGDPは、前年比3.5%超増に達すると予測する。その後はしばらく、同4%後半増の高い成長を続けるだろう。
