症例は63歳男性.主訴は上腹部痛.心窩部に弾性軟,表面平滑で圧痛を伴う腫瘤を触知.血液検査は腫瘍マーカーを含め異常なし.腹部USおよびCTで肝外側区域に辺縁が一部充実性の嚢胞性腫瘤を認めた.この充実性部分は造影CTでenhanceされ,血管造影では細血管の断裂と濃染を示した. ERCPでは胆管と嚢胞の交通はなかった.肝嚢胞腺癌と考え手術を施行.腫瘤の肝実質への浸潤はなく,外側区域切除で摘出可能であった.嚢胞内容は透明な粘液で,嚢胞内腔に向かって乳頭状の腫瘍が増殖し,その一部に出血が見られた.病理組織検査で乳頭状増殖部位の異型細胞と嚢胞壁の立方上皮との間にtransitional portionを認め,単純性肝嚢胞から癌化した肝嚢胞腺癌と考えた.

Elcatonin injection is used for the treatment of osteoporosis in Japan. In order to compare the original product with generic versions, we measured the elcatonin content and amounts of impurities in both using high performance liquid chromatography, and observed changes in content with time under the conditions of light exposure and shaking. We found that elcatonin content and amounts of impurities varied among the generics and that changes in content with time under the above conditions for some generics were greater than the changes for the original product. These results suggest that some generic products should not be considered to be equivalent to the original product.

Landing control of a humanoid robot is proposed to soften the shock when a robot jumped from a step. The designed actuator is using a cushion mechanism with a torsion spring. It was confirmed that the robot was able to land on a hard floor without breakage.

本論文は、日本的経営の為のDEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)法を提案する。提案の理由は、従来のDEAがアメリカ型の経営評価を基礎にしたものであり、その応用だけでは日本的経営評価の本質的特徴を表現しきれない点にある。より詳しく述べると、日本的経営評価の本質的特徴は、評価される事業体全体の相対的バランスを常に考慮に入れた評価を行うところにあると言われている。しかし、従来のDEAでは事業体の効率性評価をする場合、事業体全体との相対比較を効率性の高い事業体に対してのみ行っており、上記の様な日本的経営評価の特徴を含む評価を行うことはできない。そこで本論文は、この様な特徴を含む日本的経営にDEAをどの様にうまく組み入れて行くかを論じる。まずはじめに、日本とアメリカの経営体質の違いがDEA情報の使い方にどの様な影響を与えているかを考察する。その上で、日本的経営により合致したDEAの使い方を提案する。最後に、新しく提示されたDEA法を用いて政府の公共事業投資に関する効率性分析を行い、その実用性と有効性を示す。

The mechanical properties of high strength concrete at high temperature have been studied experimentally. The compressive tests were carried out on three grades of concrete with standard design compressive strengths of 21,42 and 60MPa, respectively. The stress-strain curves for high strength concrete are quite different from those of normal strength concrete. For higher strength concrete under heating conditions below about 300℃, the initial slope is steeper, and the limit of linear response shows a higher percentage of the compressive strength. Also, the compressive strength decreases below 100℃ during heating, increases up to about the same strength of room temperature below 200℃ and gradually decreases with further increase of temperature.
