目的 東京五輪開催決定後,国内外で受動喫煙規制強化を求める声が増え厚生労働省が対策強化に取り組んでいる。本研究では受動喫煙規制に関する新聞報道の現状と傾向を内容分析により明らかにし,行政側の報告書との比較から課題を示すことを目的とした。方法 分析対象は全国普及率が上位の3紙(朝日・読売・毎日)の2013年9月7日から2017年3月31日までに発行された東京本社版の朝刊と夕刊で,キーワードとして「受動喫煙・全面禁煙・屋内喫煙・屋内禁煙・建物内禁煙・敷地内禁煙」を見出しか本文に含む記事のうち,投稿記事および受動喫煙規制に関係のない記事を除いた182記事である。規制に対する肯定的記載および否定的記載に分けた全37のコーディング項目を作成した。また行政側が発表した内容を記事が反映しているかを考察するため,平成28年8月に厚生労働省が改訂発表した喫煙の健康影響に関する検討会報告書(たばこ白書)より受動喫煙に関する記載を抜き出し,コーディング項目に組み入れた。結果 コーディングの結果,記事数の内訳はそれぞれ肯定的107,否定的7,両論併記50,その他18であった。両論併記のうち否定意見への反論を含むものが14記事(28%)であり,反論の内容は主に「屋内禁煙による経済的悪影響はない」,「分煙では受動喫煙防止の効果はない」という記載であり,いずれもたばこ白書に明示されている内容であった。結論 受動喫煙規制に関する新聞記事は,規制に肯定的な内容の一面提示が最も多く,最も読み手への説得力が高いとされる否定意見への反論を含む両論併記の記事は少数であったが,社説においては両論併記の記事が一定数認められた。もし新聞が受動喫煙規制に対して賛成なり反対なり何らかの立場を持つのであれば,記者の意見を述べる社説において,反対意見への反論を含む両論併記を行えば,社説の影響力が高まるかもしれない。また,報道が不十分と考えられるトピックも見られ,受動喫煙規制に関する新聞報道の課題が示唆された。

1-Chloroacetophenone, active ingradient in a tear-gas, CN, widely used by police authorities in Japan, was found to produce allergic contact dermatitis in exposed demonstrators in high incidence. Of 48 students in a barricade, shot with 1-chloroacetophenone, 37 suffered from acute contact dermatitis varing from erythema to severe bulla. In 15 cases, spontaneous flare-up phenomenon was observed 7 to 14 days after exposure. The results of patch test examinations in man and guinea pigs indicated that 1-chloroacetophenone is a potent sensitizer and a strong primary irritant.

リカード本人の貿易理論は,4つの数字,貿易利益,交易条件等,ほとんどのトピックの解釈において,テキストブックで教わるリカード・モデルとは異なるものだったことが明らかにされてきた。現代的解釈の大枠は,トレンズやJ.S.ミルらによりつくりかえられたリカード理論をもとに,ハーバラーらによって仕上げられたものにすぎない。もはやリカード・モデルにリカードの名前を冠する合理的な理由はほとんど存在しえないのである。

The effects of STP additives were tested on six engines for farm use, in which STP was added 20% to oil and 0.5% to fuel respectively. The increase of shaft horse power of engines were 4.8% (at maximum) to 0.2% (at minimum). and mean value was about 2%. The cause of these power increaments were supposed that STP maintaines a betterseal between the engine cylinder and the piston rings in high compression engine at high speed.

In this paper, the results of the analysis of oil used for the 50 hours runing test of water cooled diesel engine for farm use were mainly reported. The variable loading unit under programmed control was used for the experiments, which was already reported in the former paper.Discussion of oil analysis were held on the following items shown in Table 2 such as specific gravity, color, flash point and so on.The effect of STP additives was not found so cearly, therefore the further investigation including more experiments should be needed.

The programmed control variable loading unit was constructed. This unit consists of hydraulic power unit, optical reader by photo-transistor, amplifier and prony brake for loading.The process of signal flow is as follows: The input signal is supplied by the punched tape and amplified. Then the relay acted and drives the directional valve. The change of the oil flow drives the hydraulic cylinder back and forth. The displacement of the hydraulic cylnder is related to the action of loading or unloading to the Prony brake.This unit was used for the hundred hours engine test. The effects of the STP additives will be discussed in the following report. Through the development of this unit, the followings are summarized:1. The programmed control variable loading unit worked satisfactorily as the loading unit for engine test.2. The outputs such as torque of axle and the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder were predicted through the punched tape signal input. The graphical integration method and the cycle diagram were applied to predict the output signals and the predicted output signals were compared with the ones obtained from the experiments.3. The maximum frequency response of this unit is due to the ones of the directional valve and the relay, therefore it should be less than two or theree hertz.4. For the simulation of the variable loading with high frequency, the electrical clutching device will be more effective instead of the hydraulic prony brake.5. Further inspection how the real load variation in the field operation should be transfered onto the punched tape should be done.

介護サービス全体に占める徘徊見守りサービスの市場割合は0.2%以下,また既存サービスの利用率は10%以下という極めて少ない状況である。この原因として,既存サービスは介護従事者等の人手を必要とするケースが多い一方介護の仕事は社会的地位が低い上に低賃金・重労働のため常時人手不足を生じていることや,身体拘束や行動制限などへの留意が必要であることが認識された。そこで,これらの人権侵害に留意しつつ介護従事者の負担軽減を図ることが可能と考えられる技術要素を抽出し,技術要素を組み合わせて,本研究では,進化型ペットロボ,体内挿入カプセルロボ,未来型お供ロボを提案することとした。

赤血球は,ヘモグロビンに結合した酸素を肺から末梢組織まで運搬する.赤血球が少なすぎると貧血を来たし,多すぎると血栓症のリスクが増大する.このため,体内にはこれを適切な数に調節する仕組みが存在する.例えば,貧血状態では,腎臓における低酸素誘導因子(hypoxia inducible factor:HIF)の発現,エリスロポエチン(erythropoietin:EPO)産生,赤芽球前駆細胞におけるエリスロポエチン受容体からのシグナルを介して,赤血球造血が刺激される.この調節には多くの分子が関わっており,これらの異常は貧血や多血症を引き起こす.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between ball velocity and the mechanical power of the lower limbs during pitching motion in 30 collegiate baseball pitchers. 3-dimensional positions of 37 reflective markers attached to the subject were tracked by an optical motion capture system (Mac3D System) with 12 cameras. The ground-reaction forces (GRF) of the pivot and stride legs during pitching were determined using 2 multicomponent force plates. Pitching motion was assessed in terms of the joint torques, joint torque powers and work done by each of joint in the lower limbs using a three-dimensional motion system. The joint torques of the hip, knee, and ankle were calculated using inverse-dynamics computation of a musculoskeletal human model (nMotion musculous 1.51). Pitching motion was divided into 2 phases: phase 1 was defined as the time taken from the knee of the stride leg reaching maximal height (MKH, 0%time) to the stride foot making contact with the ground (SFC, 100%time), and phase 2 was defined as the time taken from SFC to the ball being released (REL, 200%time).  These studies revealed that the positive work resulting from hip abduction (r=0.401) and knee extension (r=0.355) of the pivot leg (Phase 1) was positively correlated with ball velocity (p<0.05). The positive work resulting from hip adduction (r=0.359) and knee extension (r=0.409) of the stride leg (Phase 2) was positively correlated with ball velocity (p<0.05). In addition, the pitched ball velocity was positively correlated with pivot hip abduction torque at 74–94%time, pivot hip internal rotation torque at 76–89%time, stride hip adduction torque at 96–114%time, stride hip adduction torque power at 108–114%time, stride knee extension torque at 101–131%time, stride knee extension angular velocities at 158–189%time, and stride knee extension torque power at 156–174%time (p<0.05).   These results indicate that a pitcher with high pitched ball velocity can generate hip abduction and knee extension power of the pivot leg, and that these are increased by hip abduction and hip internal rotation torque when moving the body forward before stride foot contact. In addition, it is suggested that high-ball-velocity pitchers can generate hip abduction and knee extension torque in order to stabilize the body just after stride foot contact, and that these are increased by the knee extension power for increasing trunk rotation and trunk twisting from the first half to the middle of the second phase.   Therefore, the present results indicate that pitchers with a higher ball velocity can generate greater mechanical power of the lower limbs for increasing the energy of trunk rotation and the arm.

国際的な画像共有の枠組みIIIFは世界的に大きな広まりをみせつつ、日本でも徐々に普及が進みつつある。IIIFにはいくつかの課題があるものの、コミュニティによって解決へと進められつつある。一方、IIIFに限らず、高精細画像の公開・共有につきものの課題もあるが、これがIIIFの課題と混同される例もある。そこで、本発表では、高精細画像の公開・共有における課題とIIIFにおける技術面・運用面での課題とを切り分けてそれぞれに提示するとともに、その解決方法について検討する。

Abstract In view of the importance of multiple diffraction effects in X-ray and neutron diffractions, which may cause misunderstanding for the space group determinationss or intensity measurements, the geometry of the phenomena has been reviewed in a summarized form. As examples, the Umweganregung peaks for pyroxene and enargite observed for the φ-azimuth were indexed by operative and cooperative reflections.

地方行政の基盤強化や広域的な対応の必要性から、市町村合併に注目が集まっている。行政と住民とが連携してまちづくりを展開していく上で、住民の合併に対する意識を考慮することは重要な課題である。市町村合併のデメリットとして、地名の変更が挙げられている。本研究は、市町村合併による市町村名称変更が住民の地域帰属意識に与える影響を明らかにし、市町村名称変更の形態と地域帰属意識変化との関係を明らかにすることを目的とする。5年前に合併した兵庫県篠山市の住民を対象にアンケート調査を行い、その結果の分析から、旧名称を残す場合と消滅させる場合とで、地域帰属意識の変化に違いが出ることを突き止めた。

The aim of this essay is to analyze the principle of India's foreign policy, mainly on security. In general, its policy has been illustrated in terms of idealism/realism paradigm. That is to say, Jawaharlal Nehru pursued idealistic policies such as Non-Alignment Movement, whereas Indira Gandhi changed India's policies into more realistic one's, whose lines A. B. Vajpayee also takes over. This essay challenges such dominant discourse and proposes alternative approaches to India's foreign policy.Firstly, most of the observers exclusively focus on the attitude of political leaders or the trend of the times without taking the different fields into account. Turning our attention to the difference of policy fields, we will easily find historical continuity and political consensus in India's foreign policy. Outside the region, India has consistently demanded the revision of global structure and regime. At the same time, inside the region, it has opposed to any change of the situation as its own superpower. In other words, it has adopted both ‘extraregional revisionism’ and ‘intraregional status quo’ as guides to foreign policy-making since its independence.Secondly, more importantly, idealism/realism discourse is devoid of the consideration of India's ‘nation-state’ itself which differs entirely from that of Western ideal type. Political leadership in India has never been able to take the unity of the ‘nation-state’ for granted because of its own diverse and plural society as well as the existence of cross-border ethno-religious identities. India's ruling elite has been exposed to the internal threat and has been obliged to counter it first of all. That is why its foreign policy has been worked out and carried out not only based on its geopolitical strategic interest but also constrained by the recognized vulnerability of ‘nation-state’. Successive Governments of India have endeavored to approximate to the ideal of ‘nation-state’ or at least prevent it from breaking up completely. It is this type of realism against the vulnerability of ‘nation-state’ recognized by every political leader that has affected the decision-making in India.
