アニメにおける絵コンテは,最終生成物であるアニメとコミックの中間的生成物であり,その理解はコミック工学において重要な課題でありながらこれまでほとんど研究がなされてこなかった.そこで本研究では実際のアニメで用いられた絵コンテを対象として,絵コンテ識別のための深層畳み込みニューラルネットワークを進化型計算に基づき構築する.また,数値実験としてタイトルと絵コンテ担当者に基づく識別結果も示す.

明治以降の電信電話の発展において道路の利用は不可欠の重要性を有しており、電信と電話の道路占用には1890年に制定された電信線電話線建設条例によって法的保護が与えられ、逓信省は道路へ自由に電柱を建設することができた。しかし、それは道路行政を管掌する内務省の道路監督権限の侵害にあたり、道路交通の障害となる電柱も多かったため、内務省は1919年に成立した道路法で電信電話の道路占用に関する優遇措置を撤廃し、1936年および42年の内務逓信両省協定によって電信線電話線建設条例の問題点を全面的に解消した。

祖先崇拝は直系家族における家長-跡取りの権威主義的な互恵関係を正当化する「孝」を儀礼化したものであり、家父長的家族結合を維持・強化する機能を果す。本稿の目的は、フォーテスらにより提唱されたこの理論を以下の二点に関して考察することにある。 (一) 家長-跡取りの世代間の構造的結合を死者供養の儀礼の中に確認すること、 (二) 祖先崇拝と家の構造連関を測定すること、である。この問題を農業村落である山形県村山郡黒澤のムカサリ絵馬習俗と祖先崇拝の実態調査から分析し、次の結論を得た。(一) 婚姻の絵馬習俗に認められた家長-長子のダイアッドは、祖先崇拝における世代間関係の主・客を逆転させたものである。未婚の死者が先祖になれないというのは、家を創設、又は継承させるための前提条件である子孫を残さなかったからである。婚姻が、家格維持・嫡子獲得の制度であった地域において、天逝者に対する婚姻儀礼は、家の象徴的実体である祖霊に彼らを加えることを意味した。家長は、とりわけ長子に対しこの儀礼を行った。(二) 祖先崇拝の祭儀の実施は、生業形態・家族類型・家格・家父長的父子関係・世代深度の、家の構造を示す諸変数と関連を持つ。黒澤のような農村部で行なわれる現在の祖先崇拝は家と密接な関係を維持していると考えられる。

Liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS) is one of the most prominent analytical techniques due to its inherent selectivity and sensitivity. LC-MS is currently the first choice for high-throughput bioanalysis due to the advancements in MS instruments and the analytical software. Based on this situation, we are developing various types of derivatization reagents, including chiral reagents for MS and/or MS/MS detection. These developed reagents are adopted for the detection of biomarker candidates related to diseases. The biomarker candidates include not only achiral molecules, but also chiral ones. Although determining the already-identified chiral molecules is relative easy, it is very difficult to identify and/or determine unknown enantiomer(s) in real samples. To solve this difficulty, we proposed a new strategy to identify unknown enantiomeric biomarkers related to diseases. This review paper deals with the development of derivatization reagents for amines and carboxylic acids in LC-MS analysis and their application to bioanalysis.

The present study investigated principles of phonological planning, a common serial ordering mechanism for speech production and phonological short-term memory. Nakayama and Saito (2014) have investigated the principles by using a speech-error induction technique, in which participants were exposed to an auditory distractor word immediately before an utterance of a target word. They demonstrated within-word adjacent mora exchanges and serial position effects on error rates. These findings support, respectively, the temporal distance and the edge principles at a within-word level. As this previous study induced errors using word distractors created by exchanging adjacent morae in the target words, it is possible that the speech errors are expressions of lexical intrusions reflecting interactive activation of phonological and lexical/semantic representations. To eliminate this possibility, the present study used nonword distractors that had no lexical or semantic representations. This approach successfully replicated the error patterns identified in the abovementioned study, further confirming that the temporal distance and edge principles are organizing precepts in phonological planning.

近年,ステロイド依存性や頻回再発型のネフローゼ症候群に対する,リツキシマブ治療の有効性が相次いで報告され,難治性ネフローゼ症候群に対する新規治療薬として期待されているが,その投与法は確立していない。筆者らは「ネフローゼ症候群に対してリツキシマブを投与すると,末梢血B細胞は,平均100日間枯渇化するが,B細胞数の回復とともにネフローゼ症候群が再発する」との報告に基づいて,「リツキシマブ投与後3~4か月のB細胞数回復期に追加投与を行い,B細胞数を10個/μl以下に維持すれば,長期寛解を維持できるのではないか」と考え,リツキシマブ375mg/m2 (最大500mg) を3か月毎に4回反復投与する,という治療法の有効性と安全性の検討を行っている。本論文ではこのリツキシマブ反復投与法の自験例を紹介するとともに,難治性ネフローゼ症候群に対するリツキシマブ治療の文献的レビューを行う。

Large-billed crows, Corvus macrorhynchos, are one of familiar resident birds in Japan. They are originally jungle/forest-dwelling birds but now broaden their habitats to urban 'concrete jungle' environments such as Tokyo and Sapporo. Despite the close and overlapping range of the habitat between humans and crows, the socio-behavioural function of crows and its psychological and neural underpinnings have been poorly understood. Here, I review the recent studies in animal psychology on inter-individual communication for the understanding of individual-based social ecology of large-billed crows. Particular focuses are made on audio-vocal, visual, and tactile communication. First, vocal exchange with a contact call (ka call) and the acoustic individuality of ka calls as an identity signal are outlined. Second topic for visual communication is on audio-visual cross-modal recognition of familiar individuals and the involvement of the individual recognition in the formation and maintenance of dominance relationship. Finally, nonreciprocal but unidirectional allopreening from dominants to subordinates in juvenile males is shown and its possible social function are discussed. To further understand the communication of crows from comparative perspectives, these findings of social behaviour and its function should be integrated with physiological research on the... onto the life-history axis of this species which is characterized by drastic change of social structures between juvenile and pair-bond stages.

本研究は、高炉スラグ細骨材を用いたコンクリートの凍結融解抵抗性に、高炉スラグ微粉末およびフライアッシュが与える影響について検討を行ったものである。細骨材に高炉スラグ細骨材を用いたコンクリートは、AE剤を用いなくても十分な凍結融解抵抗性が得られる。高炉スラグ細骨材を用いたコンクリートの結合材の一部に高炉スラグ微粉末を用いた場合、十分な湿潤養生を行えば、普通ポルトランドセメントのみを用いた場合と同様に高い凍結融解抵抗性が得られる。一方、結合材の一部にフライアッシュを用いた場合には、水中養生を材齢91日まで行った場合でも、高炉スラグ細骨材を用いたことによる凍結融解抵抗性が向上する効果は見られなくなる。

Part 6. Entropy cost of information in living neuron is estimated to be very close to the thermodynamic limit at 0.7kB per bit of information. Parallel transmission and principle of summation average with stochastic sampling is explained as the essential way of adaptation under the inevitable thermal noise. Theoretical arguments on Maxwell's demon and the negative entropy principle of information or the irreversibility of measurement are explained. Origin of life and the evolution of life are discussed from the information theoretic standpoint, in reference to the actual values of rate of information and the energy threshold of living cell.

1952年の血のメーデー事件は戦後日本共産党の最も大規模な武装闘争であり、講和発行のわずか3日後に起こったため日本国内、海外に強いインパクトを与えた事件であった。ここでは、共産党の武装闘争の主役を担った学生運動家などに焦点を当てながら・血のメーデーが如何に経験され・意味づけられたかを検証する。共産党の武装闘争方針下の学生運動は大衆的な盛り上がりを見せることがなかったが、血のメーデーにおいては通常不法デモに参加することがない「一般学生」の多くが参加し、共産党の闘士たちと共に血に染まった人民広場 (皇居前広場) に立った。彼ら、彼女らの多様な経験をさらに掘り起こしていくことによって、1950年代前半の大学及び社会全般の政治文化の一面を鮮明に描き出していくことができるだろう。

従来の昔話に当てはめた物語構造分析を、恋愛漫画を対象としてきっかけ、出会い、別れ、すれ違いなどのイベント、イベント毎の心理状態、具体的な行動などを調べ、恋愛という限られた状況における典型的なストーリーのパターンを定式化することを目指す。恋愛におけるストーリー展開、セリフの効果、イベントにおける対応方法などを分析することにより、恋愛だけでなく一般的なコミュニケーションへの応用について考察する。
