In modern industrialized societies, it is mandatory to supply uninterruptedly high quality electric energy with modest cost while preserving better environments. This can only be realized through very sophisticated power system operations that compromise several contradictory factors stemming from economy, security and environment. Since these factors are in trade-off relationships to each other, they should be treated as such. A class of problems that simultaneously satisfy several criteria in trade-off relationships are called &ldquo;multi-objective optimization problems&rdquo;. Optimal power flow (OPF) has been regarded as the most powerful means to obtain such system operation plans, it only optimizes a single objective function.<br>This paper proposes an efficient solution methodology for a class of multi-objective optimal power flow problems which makes use of a heuristic search method. An optimal solution can be found in the proposed heuristic search method based on local information on a preference index which is arbitrarily chosen out of a given set of objectives. This circumvents the exhaustive evaluation of all non-inferior solutions which is needed in the existing multi-objective OPF algorithm proposed by the authors, thus dramatically reducing the solution time. The proposed method has been coded and applied to the IEEE 57 node test system. Simulation results have demonstrated the possibility of utilizing this method in on-line environments.

As the necessity of high quality electric power supply is increasing, it has been required to make up sophisticated power system operations in which several requirements stemming from economy, security and environmental aspects should simultaneously be satisfied. In general, a problem of satisfying several noncommensurable criteria is called a multi-objec-tive optimization problem. Although the most powerful means to obtain desirable system operations is optimal power flow (OPF), a straightforward application of the conventional OPF optimize only one objective and the remaining objectives must be treated as constraints. However, since such objectives are in trade-off relationships each other, it is necessary to develop an efficient multi-objective OPF.<br> In this paper, we shall propose a solution method of multi-objective OPF by means of fuzzy coordination. In the first step, the degree of satisfaction of Decision Maker on each objective would be maximized with a pre-specified member-ship function. The membership function would be updated in accordance with the DM's preference information and target value of the objective function. The degree of satisfaction will be improved step by step by updating the membership functions. Finally, the saticificing solution for the Decision Maker would be obtained. The proposed method has been applied to the IEEE 57 and 118 test system, producing successful results.

アセチルアミノ-3-スルポナフタル酸p-トルイルイミドおよび4-アセチアルミノナフタル酸フェニルイミド-4'-スルホン酸ナトリウムを合成し, 羊毛に対するケイ光増白効果を検討したが, いずれもケイ光微弱なるために増白効果がほとんど認められなかつた。なお原料の一つである4-アミノ-x-スルホー無水ナフタル酸 (4-アミノナフタル酸無水物のスルホン化によつて製する) の化学構造について研究し, スルホン酸基の位置は3-位であることを推定した。

Global ice volume during the last glacial stage was obtained using geological observations from the sites located away from the former glaciated regions. The advantage using such records is that the area has been less influenced from the readjustments of the crust due to glacial isostasy. However the effect is still not negligible in those areas and hence it is required to correct sea-level records for both glacio-and hydro-isostatic effect to extract past global ice volume information. The record shows progressive growth of global ice volume since the end of the Last Interglacial. Rapid fluctuations of the volume were also observed during the last ice age corresponding to the Heinrich events observed in the North Atlantic ocean as well as Dansgaard-Oschgar events seen in the Greenland Ice cores. The Last Glacial Maximum was ranged between 30, 000 years ago to 19, 000 years ago and ended by the rapid disintegration of the ice volume that corresponding to decrease of the ca. 10 m of ice-volume equivalent sea-level. Gradual sea-level rise was seen during the late glacial stage, except the time known as melt-water pulse la in the Barbados coral, but other catastrophic rises were not found in the records. Main phase of deglaciation was ended until ca. 7000 years ago, yet slight decrease in ice volume equivalent to the 3 m global sea-level has been occurred since then. Sea-level change namely global ice volume fluctuations had been played as major role for human migration from Africa to the other parts of the world during the last ice age. Therefore studies on coastline changes will provide an useful information for the research on spatial and temporal histories of past human life styles.

研究目的:好中球のO^-_2産生機構を研究するためのAgonistとして, ヒトデから新たな物質を抽出し, その性状を検べた.方法:ヒトデ(Asteriidae asterias amurensis)内容物をSephadex G-100を用いたゲル濾過法で5つの画分(SF I-V)に分離した.SF画分をそれぞれヒト好中球浮遊液に添加し, O^-_2産生量ならびに血球凝集を, チトクロームC還元法およびaggregometerを用いて測定し, その結果をFMLPと比較した.成績:ヒトデ抽出画分の中で第IV画分(SF IV)のみがヒト好中球に作用してO^-_2産生を促進させることがわかった.また, 第IV画分はFMLPと異なりヒト好中球に対する凝集活性をほとんど示さなかった.

自転車競技,アメリカンフットボールなどの競技を対象に見た目の魅力と競技パフォーマンスとの関連性が報告されている。本研究では,大学陸上競技選手を対象に,見た目の魅力及びfacial width-to-height ratio(FWHR)と競技成績との関連性について検討した。本研究の対象者は,93名の大学陸上競技選手(男性42名,女性51名,年齢19.8±1.2歳)であった。競技成績から全国入賞以上を上位群,全国出場以下を下位群に分類した。魅力度は,対象者のことを知らない241名(男性124名,女性117名,年齢20.81±1.5歳)の評価者によって評価された。評価方法は,10 cmの直線を用いたVAS法で異性の評価を行った。対象者1人あたりの評価者の人数は32–37名であった。本研究の対象者の内,86名(男性40名,女性46名,年齢19.74±1.2歳)を対象にFWHRの計測を行った。FWHRは,横幅は左右の頬骨の位置,高さは上唇の上部から眉毛の下部の位置を,ImageJを用いて測定し,横幅と高さの比を求めた。短距離選手において,上位群が下位群に比べて魅力度が高い傾向にあった(p=0.053)。一方,長距離選手においては,下位群に比べて上位群で魅力度,FWHRともに有意に低かった(p=0.039, 0.047)。本研究の結果,短距離選手では競技成績が高い群で,見た目の魅力が高く,長距離選手では競技成績が低い群で,見た目の魅力とFWHRが高かった。

This is an introduction for young Japanese learners of English to e-future (Korean publisher)'s new graded comic readers series of Vera the Alien Hunter (2016) written by Jason Wilburn & Casey Kim, and illustrated by Seungjun Park & Bioh Kang. The wonderful writing team of Wilburn & Kim reminds us of their former excellent works: Magic Adventures (2012) and School Adventures (2014), in both of which the charming siblings Jack and Bella are actively involved, leading the stories to happy endings. Compared to these adventures, the new illustrations are somewhat inferior to Jaehwan Jung's in techniques; the character designs are rather unoriginal (in fact, Luca will never fail to remind the reader of Japan's well-loved manga character Dora-emon). However, the plot of Vera the Alien Hunter is so well-made that the reader will never be able to predict how the series of Vera and Luca may be concluded. It can be read as a graphic novel of the teacher-student relationship where Luca earnestly teaches and trains Vera until she becomes the earth's reliable alien hunter.The theme is their friendship in a Western sense, but more accurately, the typical, Eastern cultural affection between teacher and student, which can be found similar to the relationship between the Japanese-like teacher Yoda and his disciple Luke Skywalker in Star Wars. In the theme song recorded in the attached CD, Luca says to his student, "You have to trust me. You have to do your best. I'll help you learn the things you need to know," and Vera answers, "Yes, I will trust you. I'll learn all I can learn. I will succeed if I believe in me." Interestingly, the message suggests that the reader will succeed in learning English if he or she trusts this set of textbooks. Through the interesting comic books, it might be possible to gain as great self-confidence as the obedient student Vera has done.

症例は51歳, 男性. 2009年7月ころより安静時, 労作時に胸部圧迫感を認めたため, 当院循環器内科受診. 運動負荷心電図施行中, 胸部症状を認めたため, 試験を中止し, ニトログリセリンを舌下投与したが, 下壁誘導にてST上昇と症状の持続を認めたため, 緊急冠動脈造影検査を施行. 器質的冠動脈狭窄は認めず, 運動誘発性冠攣縮性狭心症と診断した. 入院後, 冠拡張薬内服し安静時, 運動時とも症状は出現しなくなったため, 退院となった. 労作性狭心症の鑑別診断の1つとして留意すべき疾患であると考えられた.

Judo, which has become popular in more than 200 countries and regions, has developed while merging with both national and ethnic sports. Among them, chidaoba practiced in Georgia is a remarkable example of anethnic martial art. However, no literature in Japan has yet described the technical form and historical background of chidaoba in detail. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to clarify the essence of chidaoba by considering its historical and cultural background. The author has mastered basic Russian language skills and performed a search for academic essays and websites using keywords such as chidaoba or Georgia and ethnic martial arts in Russian. To ensure accurate translation from Russian into Japanese, the text was checked by several Japanese with native-level Russian language skills. Chidaoba matches were held on Christian holidays such as Saint George's Day and the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral Holiday. Thus, chidaoba took root in cities and rural areas as an irreplaceable festival event. Later, when the Christian church banned some forms of ethnic entertainment and physical exercise, only chidaoba was exempt. Before a match, competitors were obliged to perform the traditional dance, kartuli or palavnuri. In chidaoba, any type of grasping from the waist and upper body is allowed, while grasping below the waist is prohibited. There are a wide variety of techniques in chidaoba, such as throwing from close contact, foot throwing, foot sweeps, reaps, and hooks. Due to the diversity of Georgians, ethnic groups vary from region to region. Moreover, there are several different forms of martial arts in the mountainous areas of Georgia, which are very different from chidaoba. In 2018, chidaoba was registered as an Intangible Cultural Asset. The results of this research should serve as a basic material for clarifying the outline of the Georgian ethnic martia art chidaoba.

&nbsp;<b><u>1. </u></b><b><u>はじめに</u></b> 地理学ではある場所を訪れてその地域を現地で学び理解する巡検という活動を盛んに行う。一方観光は、同じくある地域を訪れる活動だが、増すツーリズムでは特に、その地域の風土や文化、地理を学ぶという活動に結びつかない形で行われることが多い。旅行の中に巡検的要素を入れられれば、その旅行が直接的な地理の普及につながる手段になりうるのではないだろうか。演者は昨年表参道~原宿周辺の学生向け巡検の際、当該地域に対する旅行と巡検の認識の違いについて調査し報告を行った(長谷川2015)。今回は大学の授業の中で、巡検と旅行を両方行い、その融合系としての地誌的視点を取り入れた旅行ガイドブックのサンプル作成を行ったので、その成果を報告する。 &nbsp; <b><u>2. </u></b><b><u>授業の概要</u></b> 授業はお茶の水女子大学の地理学コース向けの地理環境学演習Iという科目で、4学期制の1学期に1日2コマ(1コマは90分)連続で8週間で終了するという授業である。2コマ連続の授業の利点を生かし、現地調査を3回取り入れた。履修学生は18名であった。授業は、はじめに古今書院の巡検虎の巻(東京都地理教育研究会2002)の千駄ヶ谷から原宿のページのエリアと情報を基本として、これに掲載されている情報に肉付けする形でスポットを分担して調べて室内報告をしてもらい、後日2週かけて実際にそのエリアを巡検した(分担したスポットについて、担当学生が案内者を務めた)。その後、旅行者としてこのエリアを訪れた場合にどのようなコンセプトでどこを周りたいかを室内報告してもらい、翌週実際にその場所を訪問してもらった。最後に、巡検で学んだ地域の情報と旅行とを融合させた旅行ガイドブックのサンプルを各自が作成し、最終回の授業で発表するという形で授業は終了した。 &nbsp; <br> <u>3.</u><u> 旅行のテーマ</u> 各学生の旅行プランのテーマとしては、緑、市販のガイドブックにはあまりないところをめぐる、明治神宮と外苑をつなぐルートを作る、あえてファッションとグルメ以外を訪ねる、写真を趣味とする人向けコース、ドラマのロケ地、アート、文房具、ライダー、青山霊園へ旅行者を向かわせる試み、変わった建物巡り、アニメ、等である。緑と癒し、緑とアートなどの複合形もあった。市販のガイドブックでは定番の、買い物やおしゃれといったテーマを中心としたのは1名だけであった。この時点ですでに一般的な視点からはかなり離れていることが伺える。 &nbsp; <b><u><br>4.地誌的視点を取り入れた旅行ガイドブックのテーマ</u></b> &nbsp;学生の作成した旅行ガイドブックサンプルはそれぞれ以下のようなテーマで作成されていた(作成者の意図を説明)。1)都心の緑と癒しを求めて、2)オタク文化を訪ねて(聖地巡礼など)、3)原宿・表参道の意外な魅力発見の旅、4)日本の歴史を歩いて感じるコース、5)ブラタモリファンに捧ぐ表参道さんぽ、6)子どもと楽しむ明治神宮・神宮外苑、7)ハイセンスな街 表参道で自分磨きをしよう、8)原宿・青山 歴史と散歩の旅、9)じゃらんじゃらん千駄ヶ谷、10)月曜日に巡る美術館・アート巡り(月曜日には美術館の休館日が多いため、その日でも巡れる場所を提示)、11)ハカマイラーのための歴史散歩(青山霊園は良いスポットなのに市販のガイドブックではことごとく無視されているので、なんとか青山霊園に人を呼び込めないかという工夫の成果)、12)表参道・青山の建物めぐり(変わった建物が多い) &nbsp; <br> <u>5.</u><u>学生作成のガイドブックから見えてきたこと</u> &nbsp;学生主体の地誌的視点を取り入れたガイドブックは以下のような特徴を持っていた。 ・&nbsp;&nbsp; 地誌的視点を取り入れつつも話題となっているスポットを取り入れている(聖地巡礼、ハカマイラー、文具カフェ、ブラタモリ、パワースポットなど) ・&nbsp;&nbsp; 様々なターゲット層を扱っていた ・&nbsp;&nbsp; 財布に優しい飲食店やスイーツ店、タダで見られる場所等を選定していた(逆に今人気の高額なパンケーキ店等は一人も取り上げていなかった) ・&nbsp;&nbsp; 通常の巡検でも利用できるポイントも記載(富士塚など) ・&nbsp;&nbsp; 女性的な紙面構成(ことりっぷ的) &nbsp; (本研究はJSPS科研費(課題番号26560154)を使用した。) <br> <b><u>参考文献:</u></b> 長谷川直子(2015)旅行と巡検の違いを探るー1日巡検授業実践報告&mdash;.お茶の水地理.54.31-34. 東京都地理教育研究会(2002)エリアガイド地図で歩く東京I東京区部西.101p.

地域住民の疫学研究により、生活因子(身体活動、食事、喫煙、飲酒、精神的ストレス等)、医学的因子(脳卒中、心疾患、動脈硬化、メタボリックシンドローム等の生活習慣病、及び低栄養、サルコペニア、認知機能低下、うつ等の老年症候群)、社会的因子(社会参加、近隣・地域との交流、ソーシャルサポート等)がフレイルの発症に及ぼす影響を中年後期、前期高齢期、後期高齢期の年齢層別に明らかにする。

要旨 【目的】本研究では牛乳清中のLPS/TLR 4シグナル抑制分子の検索を目的とした。【方法】TLR 4/CD14/MD2-HEK293 細胞及びRAW264.7 細胞を用い、LPS/TLR 4シグナルに対する乳清の阻害効果を調べた。【結果】乳清溶液では、LPS/TLR 4シグナルを介した、TLR 4/CD14/MD2-HEK293 細胞でのSEAP 発現、及びRAW 264.7 細胞接着の阻害が確認された。さらに、Superdex 75 10/300 GL クロマトグラフィーにより、LPS 刺激で誘導されるTLR 4/CD14/MD2-HEK293 細胞のSEAP 発現、及びRAW264.7 細胞からのTRAP 陽性多核巨細胞の形成を抑制する、proteinase K 感受性の分子量約7,000 の画分が得られた。【結論】乳清中に、従来報告のない分子量約7,000のLPS/TLR 4シグナル抑制分子の存在を見出した。

国民への安全・安心な水産物の提供のため、2000年度より衛生管理に対応した漁港づくり「環境・衛生管理型漁港づくり推進事業」が始まった。先の漁港漁場整備長期計画(計画期間:2002年度〜2006年度)では、主要な生産流通拠点漁港における衛生管理型漁港づくりが重点課題の一つに位置づけられるとともに、その事業内容の拡充を図った「地域水産総合衛生管理対策推進事業」により、ハード・ソフトの一体的な整備・取組が行われてきた。本論文は、生産流通拠点となっている漁港を核とした産地(以下、産地漁港もしくは産地という。)における品質衛生管理(鮮度保持・衛生管理)について、北海道を事例にその効果分析を試みた研究成果をまとめたものであり、もって産地漁港における品質衛生管理の持続的な取組の推進を図ることを目的するものである。
