This study investigated the relationships between four attachment styles and emotional suppression. College students (N=416) completed a questionnaire which assessed attachment style and emotional suppression. The results of the analyses indicated that both dismissing and avoidant people expressed their negative emotions less than secure and preoccupied people. Although avoidant people suppressed emotional expression in social situations, dismissing people did not.

From the end of the 19^<th>-century to the dawn of the 20^<th>, the New York Leisure Class socialized in order to make their wealth conspicuous. First, I will discuss the influence of Puritanism in creating the society of the New York Leisure Class with respect to their God-given vocation, their wealth, their consumption and their leisure practices. Second, I will study how Old New Yorkers transformed the areas in which they socialized. At first, it was within the private sphere, such as their own mansions, but it then moved to the public sphere, such as in gigantic hotels and newly introduced restaurants, as the newly Riches began to rise in society.

特別養護老人ホーム(以下、特養)の看護師を対象とした感染管理教育プログラムを実施し、検討することを目的とした。教育プログラムの内容は1回の講義と4回のグループワーク研修(以下、GW)で構成した。講義を受講した37名の看護師のうち5名がGWに参加し、自施設における感染管理の課題と改善に向けた取り組みを考案し、実践した。参加者へのアンケートとGWを通して抽出した感染管理の課題とその取り組みの記録から、教育プログラムを検討した。その結果、講義に対してほとんどの参加者が日程や場所の設定はよいと答え、内容はわかりやすいと答えていた。GW研修参加者が挙げた施設の感染管理の課題は、「感染対策委員会が単独でない」、「スタッフの手洗いなどの徹底ができていない」、「排泄援助における感染管理が十分でない」などであった。改善に向けた取り組みには、手洗いを確認するための機器を借りてチェックするなど、他施設の取り組みを参考にした具体的な対応がみられた。教育プログラムでは、GWを通して参加者が自施設の状況を語る中で新たな課題を見出し、取り組みに対して他の参加者や感染看護の研究者から根拠に基づくアドバイスをもらうことで対応の方向性を見出すことができたと考える。

<p>A numerical calculation scheme for stress and its consistent tangent moduli with hyper-dual numbers(HDN) for Ogden-type hyperelastic material model was proposed. The main advantage of this scheme is that once the framework is coded, any Ogden-type hyperelastic material model can be implemented by only re-coding the strain energy density function. In this scheme, the new differentiation method for eigenvalue and eigenvector of the symmetric matrices with HDN were proposed. The proposed method can calculate the eigenvalue and eigenvector in non-real part analytically by using the eigenvalue and eigenvector in real part, in case that all eigenvalues in real part are not multiple root. We implemented the Neo-Hookean model and the Ogden model with the proposed scheme, to confirm the effectiveness and robustness of this method, and applied it to some examples. As the results, it was confirmed that the numerical results of the proposed method showed good agreement with analytical ones.</p>

【目的】変形性膝関節症(以下膝OA)は整形外科疾患において代表的な疾患であり、関節軟骨の変性や骨棘形成など様々な臨床症状を呈する。膝OAの増悪には多くの因子が関与しており、主に肥満や膝関節の安定性、膝関節屈曲及び伸展筋力、膝関節のアライメント、歩行時におけるlateral thrustなどとされている。一方、膝OAの進行予防に関する因子として、膝OA患者の歩行や階段昇降などの動作時に膝関節屈曲筋力と伸展筋力の比であるH/Q (ハムストリングス/大腿四頭筋)比を筋電図で検討した結果、各筋のバランスが膝OA進行予防に重要であるとの指摘がされている。しかし、膝OAの増悪因子と考えられるlateral thrustと膝関節屈曲筋力、伸展筋力のバランスを表すH/Q比との関連を検討した報告は見当たらない。そこで今回、当大学附属4病院にて共通で使用している人工膝関節全置換術患者に対する評価表から、術前評価のデータを使用し、後方視的にlateral thrustとH/Q比との関係を検討することとした。【方法】対象は2010年4月から2012年8月までに当大学附属4病院において膝OA患者で人工膝関節全置換術の術前評価を実施した199肢(男性:33肢、女性:166肢、平均年齢74.1±7.3歳)とした。測定下肢は手術予定側及び非手術予定側に関わらず膝OAの診断がされている下肢とした。筋力の測定はHand-Held Dynamomater (ANIMA社製μ-tas)を使用し、端座位時に膝関節屈曲60°の姿勢で膝関節伸展と屈曲が計測できるよう専用の測定台を作成し、ベルトにて下肢を測定台に固定した状態で伸展と屈曲を各々2回測定した。測定値は2回測定したうち最大値を下腿長にてトルク換算し体重で除した値を使用した。また、lateral thrustの有無は各担当理学療法士が歩行観察により評価した。統計学的処理はlateral thrust有群(以下LT有群)と無群(以下LT無群)の2群に分け屈曲筋力、伸展筋力、H/Q比をそれぞれ対応のないt検定にて比較した。【倫理的配慮】本研究は、当大学倫理審査委員会の承諾を得て施行した。【結果】LT有群95肢(男性:22肢、女性:73肢、平均年齢74.1±7.4歳、平均伸展筋力99.9±42.2Nm/kg、平均屈曲筋力30.1±15.83Nm/kg、平均H/Q比0.34±0.23)、LT無群104肢(男性:11肢、女性:93肢、平均年齢74.5±6.5歳、平均伸展筋力95.5±47.9 Nm/kg、平均屈曲筋力35.4±21.5 Nm/kg、平均H/Q比0.44±0.38)となり、屈曲筋力とH/Q比において2群間に有意差を認めた(p<.05)。【考察】LT有群は、LT無群と比較し屈曲筋力及びH/Q比にて有意に低値を示した。lateral thrustに対し筋力の要因を検討したものでは、大腿四頭筋の最大筋力値が高いほどlateral thrustが出現しにくいという報告や、一方で大腿四頭筋の最大筋力値はlateral thrustの出現に関与しないという報告もあり、筋力の観点からは統一した見解は未だ示されていない。今回の結果にて有意差は認められなかったが伸展筋力ではLT有群の平均値がLT無群よりも高値であったことや、屈曲筋力にて有意差が認められたことは先行研究と同様の傾向を示すものはなく、lateral thrustを単一の筋力のみで検討するには難しいのではないかと考える。本研究でlateral thrustとH/Q比において有意差が認められたことより、各筋力の最大値以外にも比による筋力のバランスという観点も重要であり、lateral thrustが出現している膝OA患者に対するトレーニングとして、最大筋力のみでなく主動作筋と拮抗筋のバランスを考慮したアプローチも重要であると考える。今後はlateral thrustとH/Q比の関係を更に検討するために、歩行時における各筋の活動状態やlateral thrustの程度、立脚期における膝関節内反モーメントなどの評価にて考察を深めていきたい。【理学療法学研究としての意義】本研究の結果より、最大筋力でのH/Q比がlateral thrustの出現に関与する一因である可能性が示唆され、理学療法研究として意義のあることと考える。今後、更に考察を深めていくことでlateral thrust の制動に効果的なH/Q比の検討につなげていきたい。

目的:和歌山県立医科大学附属病院高度救命救急センターに搬送された75歳以上の後期高齢者のCPA症例を検討し,今後の課題を明らかにする。方法:4年間に搬送された,DNAR未確認のCPA症例のうち,後期高齢者群と非後期高齢者群とを後向きに比較検討した。また,後期高齢者のROSCあり群となし群とを比較検討した。さらに,後期高齢者群の生存例を検討した。結果:対象475例中,後期高齢者は283例であった。後期高齢者群は,自宅や施設での発生が多く,初期波形VFの症例が少なかったが,ROSCや生存の割合に有意差は認めなかった。後期高齢者ROSC なし群では,目撃なし症例や初期波形心静止が多かったが,bystander CPRの有無や搬送時間に有意差は認めなかった。後期高齢者の生存8症例に初期波形VFはなく,すべてCPC4であった。結論:初期波形VFの生存症例がなく,改善の余地がある。また,事前指示書の普及が重要と考えられた。

中学生が「証明」に対して抵抗感をもってしまう原因の一つに,論証における納得の仕方や説得の仕方と ,生徒がこれまでの経験や教科等の学習を通して得た納得の仕方や説得の仕方とのギャップに生徒は戸惑っていることがあるのではないかと考え,本格的な論証指導が始まる前の中学1年で,論証の納得・説得の仕方のよさを感得させておく可能性を探った。論証の機能のうち「発見」に注目した授業づくりをし,生徒の納得・説得の仕方を大切にしつつ,論証の納得・説得の仕方のよさを感得させることを目的に授業を実践した。その結果,論証による説明だけが納得できる説明だとする生徒が増えるなど,生徒の実態に望ましい変化があった。

Abstract:統合失調症患者61名と健常者54名を対象として,色彩に対して抱く感情およびイメージの特徴について分析を行った.色彩に対する感情語の選択割合が5割を超えた項目は,統合失調症群は一つもなかったのに対し,健常者群では青に対する平静,黄に対する愉快,緑に対する平静の3色が5割を超え,統合失調症群に比べ有意に選択割合が高かった.両群に対して色彩に対するイメージ課題を行った結果,青と緑において健常者群は冷たいととらえている者が多いのに対し,統合失調症群は熱いととらえている者が多かった.統合失調症群の中で,REHABにおける問題行動がある者および全般的行動得点が低い者は,そうでない者に比べ感情の適合割合が低かったことから,これらの者は通常経験すべき社会体験を十分に積む機会がなかったことに加え,色彩に対して感情を選択する際に何らかの混乱を生じている可能性が示唆された.

A 68-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with lower abdominal pain. Abdominal CT revealed a long linear high-density foreign object measuring about 3 cm long, which had penetrated the wall of the sigmoid colon. Emergency endoscopy was performed, because the patient was diagnosed as having possible penetration of the sigmoid colon by a fish bone. The emergency endoscopic examination revealed a fish bone penetrating the sigmoid colon, which was removed with grasping forceps. The removed bone measured 3 cm in length and was believed to belong to a sea bream. The patient was treated conservatively without any complications. For intestinal perforation and penetration caused by a fish bone, such as in our case, endoscopic treatment may be considered as the treatment procedure of first choice.

<p>We have developed a prototype time-resolved neutron imaging detector employing a micro-pattern gaseous detector known as the micro-pixel chamber (μPIC) coupled with a field-programmable-gate-array-based data acquisition system. Our detector system combines 100μm-level spatial and sub-μs time resolutions with a low gamma sensitivity of less than 10^-12 and high data rates, making it well suited for applications in neutron radiography at high-intensity, pulsed neutron sources. In the present paper, we introduce the detector system and present several test measurements performed at NOBORU (BL10), J-PARC to demonstrate the capabilities of our prototype. We also discuss future improvements to the spatial resolution and rate performance.</p>

A new terebrid species, Hastula hamamotoi is described. The new species was collected from the lower sublittoral zone of the offshore area of the west of Kushimoto, Kii Peninsula, Pacific coast of central Japan.

1848, damals war Joseph von Eichendorff in Berlin und erlebte 'die Märzereignisse' dort.Dadurch entstand seine Erzählung "Libertas und ihre Befreier": Der Nekromant, ein selbstgenannter Baron Pinkus usurpiert ein Schloß im Wald und fängt die Waldkönigin Libertas. Dr. Magog geht mit dem Riesen Rüpel, um sie zu befreien und zu heiraten. In der Nähe des Schlosses begegnen die beiden der Libertas, und Magog verlobt sich gleich mit ihr. Aber die ist nicht Libertas, die wahre Libertas ist mit Hilfe der Tiere im Wald schon geflohen. Magog entflieht aber mit der falschen nach Amerika, ohne die Wahrheit zu wissen.Der Untertitel des Werkes heißt "Ein Märchen". Überall findet man, daß etwas Märchenhaftes und zeitgebundene Elemente gemischt sind. Die Arie der künstlichen Uhr ist die Kombination der "Zauberflöte" und einer historischen Rede. Der Chor auf dem Fest von Pinkus ist eine Parodie des berühmten "Brautjungfernchor" aus dem "Freischütz". Die Beschreibungen über den Riesen sind voll Übertreibungen, märchenhaft. Daneben zeigt die Szene, daß Magog über den "Patriotismus und den Gang der neuen Weltgeschichte" redet und die Riesin dagegen ihr eigenes Familienleben bevorzugt, deutlich Demagoge versus Volk. Die Gestalten sprechen oft aktuelle Terminologien.Beim Betreten von Libertas ist sie mit im Mondschein funkelnden Tau bedeckt, das sieht wie eine Rüstung aus. Und als sie Magog und Rüpel im Wald sehen, spielen die leuchtenden Johanneswürmchen die Rolle als ihr Diadem. Im Gegenteil dazu ist bei der falschen Libertas der glänzende Punkt wie eine Sternschnuppe eine Zigarre im Mund. Der Kontrast zwischen dem Schutz der heiteren Natur und der ungesunden Künstlichkeit fällt auf.Die Landschaft vor der gefangenen Libertas wird mit folgenden Wörtern beschrieben: die Mittagsschwüle, die Wasserkünste, die Statuen, der Marmor. Die Vokaburare sehen wir wiederholt in Eichendorffs Werken. Und am Ende, "es war zum Sterben langweilig." In der Erzählung geht der Dichter zu dem sogenannten Eichendorffischen auf Distanz. Und wenn man die Entstehungs- geschichte in Betracht zieht, kann 'die Mittagsschwüle' als 'Starrheit der vorrevolutionär erlebten Zeit' gedeutet werden. Gleichfalls ist die rückgehende Uhr an der Anfangsszene der Vergleich der Reaktion.Mit dem ironischen Ende, daß die Libertas, deren Name klar aus Freiheit stammt, ganz friedlich schon entkommen war, bevor Magog mit dem tobenden Rüpel ankam, drückt die Behauptung des Autors aus, das heißt, man solle nach der wahren Freiheit nicht mit Gewalt streben.Das Zitat aus der "Zauberflöte erinnert die Leser an die Handlung, die Befreiung der Pnnzessin, wie Magog und Rüpel. Aber das Paar ist eher dem spanischen Roman "Don Quixote", den Eichendorff sehr hoch schätzt, ähnlich. Verwechselung und Mißverständnis sind auch seine häufige Motive, hier in "Libertas " wird es aber ziemlich komisch behandelt. Das Märchen, mit lyrischerStimmung, zugleich sie umwendend, die populären Singspiele und Roman und seine eigenen Werke parodierend, das Scheitern der Revolution satierend, reflektiert, wie 'der letzte Romantiker' im Zeitstrom die bewegende Welt betrachtet.

真核生物における遺伝子発現制御およびヘテロクロマチン形成には,ヒストンおよびDNAの化学修飾やsiRNAを介したエピジェネティックな機構が関与している.シロイヌナズナにおけるsiRNAを介したエピジェネティックな遺伝子抑制には, siRNA合成に関わる<I>RDR2</I>遺伝子, siRNAを介したDNAメチル化に関わる<I>DRM1, DRM2, CMT3</I>遺伝子, およびヒストン脱アセチル化酵素をコードする<I>HDA6</I>遺伝子が機能すると考えられている. <br>我々は, タイリングアレイを用いたゲノムワイドな発現解析により, <I>hda6</I>変異体において特異的に発現上昇が認められる遺伝子群を同定した. それら遺伝子群は, データベース上に公開されているsiRNAおよびDNAメチル化のマッピング領域と高度に重複していた. 一方, <I>rdr2</I>および<I>ddc</I>変異体(<I>drm1,drm2,cmt3</I>三重変異体)を用いた発現解析の結果から, <I>RDR2</I>や<I>DDC</I>により制御される遺伝子群は, 予想に反して<I>HDA6</I>遺伝子による制御領域とは殆ど一致しないことが明らかとなった. 以上のことから, <I>HDA6</I>による遺伝子抑制は, <I>RDR2</I>や<I>DDC</I>経路に依存しない機構であることが示唆された.
