本研究では、写真つきSNS投稿データを活用し、旅行者の行動や意識を分析することの有効性と利用可能性について論じたものである。「インスタ映え」という言葉が流行したように、近年旅行者は自らの旅行体験の写真をSNS上に投稿する傾向がある。ここでは事例として、現在日本において多くの自治体が政策として取り組むようになってきたサイクルツーリズムをとりあげ、自転車を活用した旅行者がSNS上に投稿した写真をもとに、彼らの行動や意識を分析し、マネジメントに活用するための知見を導出した。

We conducted a tectonic geomorphological survey along the northern part of the Itoigawa-Shizuoka Tectonic Line (ISTL) with support from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan as one of the intensive survey on ISTL fault system. This survey aims to clarify the detailed distribution of the slip rates of this fault system, which provides the essential data set to predict the coseismic behavior and to estimate the strong ground motion simulation. In order to achieve this purpose, the active fault traces are newly mapped along the northern part of the ISTL through interpretations of aerial photographs archived in the 1940s and 1960s at scales of 1: 10,000 and 1: 20,000, respectively. This aerial photo analysis was also supplemented and reinforced by field observations.<BR>One of the remarkable results by using this data set is a large number of, here 84, photogrammetrically measured landform transections to quantify the tectonic deformations. We could calculate vertical slip rates of the faults at 74 points, based on the estimated ages of terraces (H: 120 kyrs, M: 50-100 kyrs, Ll: 10-20 kyrs, L2: 4-7 kyrs, L3: 1-2 kyrs). The vertical slip rates distributed in the northern part of the study area show 0.2-5.5 mm/yr on the L terraces (less than 20 kyrs) and 0.05-0.9 mm/yr on the M and H terraces (more than 50 kyrs). The vertical slip rates of the faults located in the central and southern part of the study area are 0.2-3.1 mm/yr.

研究期間の3年目に入り、研究を一層深化させるとともに、国内外の研究会、学会等で研究成果の発信を行った。具体的には、次のとおりである。(1)米国、ドイツ、英国、スイス等の研究者と実施した特許権侵害に対する救済措置に関する国際共同研究の成果をケンブリッジ大学出版から書籍("Patent Remedies and Complex Products: Toward a Global Consensus")として公刊した(オープンアクセスも可能な形で提供している。)。(2)特許制度の研究のためには、同様の保護対象を持つ営業秘密制度についても研究を行う必要があるとの認識から、営業秘密の国際的保護に関する研究を進めた。その成果を欧州の国際会議において、欧米の研究者と共通論題に関するパネルを組んで、パネリストとして報告を行ったのか、名古屋大学での国際会議等でも発表した(なお、2020年3月に、欧米の研究者も招いて国内で研究会を開催することを企画していたが、これは新型コロナウイルス感染症問題により中止した。)。(3)特許権の国際的保護に関し、実体法的側面と手続法的側面(国際私法の視点)の両方について研究を進め、成果を国際会議で発表した。経済学の観点からの研究としては、グレースピリオドに焦点を当てた研究を行い、国際会議で報告した。(4)標準必須特許を巡る問題につき、国内学会(法と経済学会)で報告するとともに外国研究者との共著書を出版した。(5)特許制度について考察する基礎として情報・データの法的保護に関する研究も行い、論文と研究会での研究報告を通じて成果を発表した。

神奈川県では、新鮮で安全・安心な食料等の供給と農業の有する多面的機能の発揮により、都市農業を持続的に発展させ、県民の健康で豊かな生活の確保を図るため、都市農業推進条例を平成18年4月1日より施行し、この条例に基づいた地産地消推進施策が行われている。神奈川県農業技術センターでは、都市農業の有利性を活かした販売促進手法として、地産地消に関心の高い消費者層を対象としたグループインタビューやホームユーステストを実施し、消費者ニーズの把握や商品化のための情報抽出を行っている。この調査対象者に野菜ソムリエ有資格者がおり、調査後に継続して情報交換する中で、県産農産物の積極的な利用と地域農業の情報発信に積極的な姿勢が確認された。そこで本報告では、地産地消に関心の高い消費者として、神奈川県内の野菜ソムリエの団体「野菜ソムリエコミュニティかながわ」を取り上げ、この団体が開催した消費者向けのセミナーを通じて県農業の情報を提供することにより、講座に参加した消費者の地産地消への関心や青果物の購買行動等へ与える影響を明らかにし、都市農業において県民と協働で進める地産地消の関心促進方策の可能性を検討した。

The gap between the accerelated physical growth and the stayed or relatively delayed mental development has become common in many countries. In this sense, the study on sexual maturation has to cover not only the physical but also the mental aspects. Age at menarche, the knowledge of sexual phenomena, and the behavioural pattern at counselling of sexual problems were the content of questionnaire. The subjects were girl students at Eiwa Junior and Senior High School in Yamanashi Prefecture. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Age at menarche has become younger annually. (2) Psychological reaction toward menarche differed dependent upon the age at it. (3) After menarche, students became more conscious to sexual phenomena, and tended to select persons other than parent as the counseller. (4) The amount of knowledge on sexual phenomena increased with the chronological age, but the understanding of underlying mechanism did not show a simply increasing pattern. (5) The age at menarche and the feeling invited by the menarche seemed to influence the increase of knowledge and the deepening of understanding. (6) By the content analysis of the answer to questionnaire, the development in intelligence was supposed to relate closely to the advancement of knowledge on sexual matters.

<p>企業,産業の海外シフトが進む中,地域の産業集積はどのようなプロセスのもとで再生が可能になるか。この問いに対し故天野倫文東大准教授は新潟県中越地域を事例として一連の研究を行った。先行研究は,成長している企業は地元業者との分業関係のもとに,自らは開発に特化しニッチ分野で高い競争力を持つ製品を開発し販売を東アジアに広げ受注を伸ばしていることを明らかにし,これらの企業の成長とともに産業集積が再生へ向かっていると論じた。</p><p> 本研究は,先行研究から10年以上が過ぎた今,先行研究どおりに産業集積は再生したのかという問題意識のもとに,その検証を試みた。先行研究の調査後も一連の企業,産業集積はおおむね先行研究の方向で成長していた。しかし,リーマンショックにより,どの企業も壊滅的な打撃を受け,特に東アジア,ニッチ分野に力を入れていた企業は,その影響が大きかった。リーマンショック後,各社はそれぞれ経営体制を大きく変えることにより業績を戻し,そのことにより産業集積が新たな形で再び再生へと向かっていることが明らかになった。</p>

<p>本研究では,他者のピアッシングに対する許容や,青年のピアッシングの実態,また,ピアッシングを行った動機,そしてそれらの関係性について,質問紙調査により検討した.その結果,耳とへそ以外へのピアッシングについては大多数の者が許容していないことが明らかとなった.ピアッシングの経験については,女性のほうが多く,開穴数については,1から3個が多かった.そして,ピアッシングを行った動機については,「ストレスからの回避」,「手軽な自己変容」,「ファッション性の追及」の3つが抽出され,開穴数と開穴方法と関連していることが示された.最後に,青年のピアッシングに関する研究の今後の方向性について論じた.</p>

<p>There are a few problems, recently, for jet fan ventilation of road tunnels as below. ①Change of the road construction height in the road tunnels ②Jet fan fall risk because they are over the car lanes ③Difficulty of approach check every year to the installed high position. To reduce these risks and difficulty and to improve, we plan jet fans to be smaller and set them to the outside over the car lanes and construction area for easy maintenance and easy handling. For that, CFD analysis was carried out and investigated for some same ventilating fans for 2 car lanes and one way longitudinal road tunnel ventilation.</p>

3.11の巨大地震の後、福島第一原発の事故により放射性希ガス放出が予想された。そこで、放射性希ガスを四重極質量分析計で測定し、希ガス存在度の変化の検証を試みた。Ar-41, Ar-39, Kr-85, Xe-133などの希ガスが安定な希ガス同位体に対して10倍以上に増加したことが地震後の測定で明らかになりつつある。地震による安定な希ガス同位体の放出を差し引いて、放射性希ガス存在度の変化について報告する。
