これまでの伝統的工芸品産業が、デザインを取り入れることができなかったことについては、産地が形成されてきた経緯のなかで、高度な社会分業体制が構築され、新たな業務に対する柔軟性を失ったことが原因として考えられる。また、明治以来、製造業の社会的地位が低く見られるようになり、職人が手作業労働者に位置づけされたために、職入のなかからデザイナーを養成する余裕もなかったことも要因にあげられる。デザインを取り入れるためには、現在の製造システムを大幅に変革し、合理化する必要性があるが、その効果は大きいことが示唆された。それは、製品の価値を拡大するだけでなく、製造従事者の社会的地位や労働の魅力を向上し、伝統的工芸品産業自体を再生するものである。また、デザインを産地内に定着させるためには、産地の特性に適したカリキュラムを有する教育の場が必要であり、地方公設試験研究機関や大学などがその役割を担うことが期待される。

Environmental pollution caused by antimicrobial resistance is a global public health concern. To investigate the contribution of nutrias (Myocastor coypus) to the presence of extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)–producing Enterobacterales in the Ijira River, prevalence of ESBL–producing Enterobacterales in their feces was examined using deoxycholate-hydrogen sulfide-lactose agar containing cefotaxime. Additionally, the composition of the fecal microbiota of nutria was examined using DNA metabarcoding analysis of the 16S ribosomal RNA gene and compared with that of Amami rabbit, deer, fox, and raccoon dog. The absence of ESBL–producing Enterobacterales and substantially lower abundance of Enterobacterales was observed in the feces of nutrias than in those of other wild mammals. Our results suggest the low potential of antimicrobial-resistant Enterobacterales persistence and dissemination by nutria.

Clostridium butyricum is an important probiotic for chickens and exerts various biological activities, including altering the composition of the intestinal microbiota, competing with other microorganisms for nutrients, improving the integrity of the intestinal mucosal system, changing the intestinal barrier, and improving overall host health. Intestinal microbes also play vital roles in maintaining the intestinal barrier, regulating intestinal health, and promoting chicken growth. During chicken production, chickens are vulnerable to various stressors that have detrimental effects on the intestinal barrier with significant economic consequences. C. butyricum is a known probiotic that promotes intestinal health and produces the short-chain fatty acid butyric acid, which is beneficial for the growth performance of chickens. This review elucidates the development and utilization of C. butyricum to improve intestinal barrier function and growth performance in chickens through its probiotic properties and interactions with intestinal microbes.

被介護高齢者と主介護者間における共依存関係に着目した高齢者虐待の研究は、海外や国内においても十分に研究がなされている状況にない。そこで本研究は、不適切な介護を行う介護者の行動に着目し、介護者の特徴と被介護高齢者と共依存関係にある介護者への看護介入について検討を行うことを目的に訪問看護師2名から1事例の問題状況・看護介入・介護者の反応について面接を行い、逐語録を作成し分析を行った。結果、不適切な介護をする介護者の特徴には(1)訪問看護過程で被介護高齢者と信頼関係を形成するのは困難、(2)被介護高齢者との思いが一緒であり、意思決定権は自分にある、(3)被介護高齢者、専門職をコントロールしようとする、(4)専門職がコントロールできないと不平不満を述べる、(5)過去の「母親像」と現在の「母親像」のギャップがある、(6)疲労が増強すると、一時的に外部に目を向ける。介護者に対する看護介入に(1)家族全体の力動をみる、(2)過去の「母親像」と現在の「母親像」について話し合う、(3)被介護高齢者の身体状態によっては、一時的に施設入所を図る、(4)専門職間の連携を図ることが示唆された。

高齢化に伴い心房細動(atrial fibrillation: AF)患者は増加し,2050年にはAF有病率が1.1%(103万人)を超えるとされている.AF患者の心原性脳塞栓発症率は年間約5%と高く,90%以上が左心耳由来である.心原性脳塞栓はアテローム血栓性脳梗塞に比べ,梗塞巣が広く重篤化しやすく死亡率や介護度も高くなる.したがってAF患者の治療に際しては抗凝固療法の適応の有無を評価することが推奨される.一方,脳卒中のリスクが高く長期的に抗凝固療法が推奨される患者のうち,出血リスクの高い患者への対応に苦慮することも少なくない.このような患者に対する長期的抗凝固療法の代替として,WATCHMAN左心耳閉鎖デバイス(left atrial appendage closure: LAAC)が2019年9月に日本でも保険適用となった.本稿ではLAACの適応,術前後の流れや併用薬,さらには今後の期待と課題について概説する.

During the 20th Century, most part of Japanese paddy fields were transformed to productive efficient allotments by the “Agricultural Land Improvement Projects”. However, the rich biodiversity, which was maintained in traditional paddy field forms with nature-near water supply systems, has led to a loss. In this research, the methodology of sustainable paddy field management which is aimed at balancing “efficient paddy field management” and “ecosystem conservation” was proposed by conducting the following three points. The focused site was Asami district in Matsuzaka city. First, the paddy fields were classified into 3 types according to the introduction of the agricultural land improvement project. Secondly, the differences of biodiversity and labor productivity by farmers among the three types were clarified. Thirdly, the future paddy field management scenarios were proposed and examined by considering a compromise point in this trade-off relationship between biodiversity and labor productivity.

本研究では,ボーカロイド(歌声合成ソフトウェア)製品のユーザーが,音楽や作詞,イラスト等の作品を創作して投稿する連鎖について調べ,ユーザー・コミュニティの構造について考察する。「初音ミク」製品を使用してユーザーが作品を動画共有サイトや創作投稿サイトに発表し,その楽曲やイラストが人気となり,社会現象となっている。このユーザー主導で創発された作品の中からビジネスに展開されるコンテンツが増え,企業にとっても大きなビジネス機会として注目される。この現象には,売り手である企業と買い手であるユーザーとの間に高度な価値共創が見られる。本研究では,その価値共創からコンテンツが生み出される苗床ともいえるユーザー・コミュニティに着目し,作品創作の連鎖について社会ネットワーク分析を行う。そこから,創作連鎖の実際の形状が可視的に解明されるとともに,イノベーション・ユーザーの行動について探索的な発見を試みた。結論として,趣味コミュニティにおける現代のユーザーの社会参加の在り方が示唆されると同時に,企業がイノベーション成果を活用する先端的な取組みも見出した。

発酵槽の中で黙々と働き, そして死んでゆく物言わぬ酵母。これだけ厄介になりながら我々はその性質の一端をとらえて議論することはあっても酵母の本体について広い角度から眺めようという努力を怠りがちである。酵母の分類から応用上の特性にいたるまでの広範囲の情報を肩の凝らない形にまとめていただいた。素養を深めるための好個の読み物である。

【目的】定期予防接種の接種未完了率とその関連要因を明らかにする. 【方法】2008年4月から2009年3月に福島市の1歳6か月児健康診査を受診した児を対象とした調査で作成したデータベースの二次分析を行った. BCGワクチン, 三種混合ワクチン, MRワクチン, ポリオワクチンの4種の接種について, 大幅な情報欠損, 早産・低出生体重児, 入院・予防接種歴不明の児を除外した1622人を対象とした. 【結果】4種全ての定期接種完了率は79.3%であった. 多変量解析では, 同居している子供が1人以上, 保育所通所あり, 両親の喫煙あり, 4か月児健康診査時点での母乳栄養なしの4項目で定期接種完了児が有意に少なかった. また感染症入院のリスク要因保持数が多いと定期接種完了率は有意に低下していた. 【結論】保育所通所, 第二子以降の場合には, より積極的に予防接種についての啓発が必要である. さらに, 喫煙や母乳育児についての生活習慣も含め包括的に子育て支援を行うことが重要である.

TAHARA Shinnosuke was known as the designer of the Yamagata Prefectural Government Building and the Assembly Hall, which are nationally designated important cultural properties. “Restoration of Yamagata Prefectural Government Building and Assembly Hall Vol. 1” (hereinafter referred to as “Restoration”) shows TAHARA's history and career, and lists the names of his works involved. By the way, TAHARA became the apprentice of Condor from an early stage and worked at the Condor office, so many of the works that TAHARA engaged in can be considered as Condor’s works. However, in the past, 16 cases considered to be Condor’s work and shown only in TAHARA's career were considered “unclear whether planned or implemented”. That was because only the construction name was quoted from TAHARA's “CV” in “Restoration”. Therefore, this article considered TAHARA's original “CV”, and examined 16 constructions. As a result, the French Embassy was not described in the original “CV”, and the Yokohama Yamashita-cho 5 ban Club Hotel was judged to be the same building as the Yokohama Yamashita-cho United Club. The following is an overview of the remaining 14 works. Of the 14 cases, 7 of Tsukiji Metropole Hotel, Yokohama Yamashita-cho 85 ban Maples Club, Yokohama Yamashita-cho 101 ban seicha kaisha souko oyobi seichaba, Yokohama Yamashita-cho kou 90 bankan Uotaa shi shokai, Yokohama Yamashita-cho 30 bankan, Akasaka-ku Omote-cho Shippa shi jutaku, Yokohama Yamashita-cho 111 ban US Navy Coal Storage are Conder’s works that TAHARA was involved in the construction. The Mitsubishi sha Osaka shiten was the work of SONE Tatsuzo, although TAHARA was involved in the construction, and Waseda Okuma hakushaku tei onshitsu was the work of TAHARA himself. And four cases of Aoyama-gakuin kosha oyobi kishukusha, Yokohama Yamashita-cho A 3 ban Robinson shokai oyobi soko, Yokohama Yamashita-cho 8 ban Standard shokai, Kojimachi-ku Eiraku-cho Takada shokai honten have not been implemented, and Yokohama kyoryuchi 30 bankan dai 1 gou oyobi dai 2 gou soko warehouse is unknown.
