高精度TV会議システムを活用し、大震災で被災した宮古、気仙沼、大船渡、石巻を含む全国9か所の調剤薬局に送信機器を、大学に受信機器を設置し、実務経験10年以上の看護職者を相談員として遠隔健康相談を行った。相談の内容は血圧、体重コントロールや食事、育児、皮膚のトラブルおよび糖尿病の自己管理など多様であった。遠隔健康相談員の確保は容易でなかった。健康相談では個人情報保護が重要となるため、新たなクラウドを活用し、他者がアクセスできない状況で、潜在看護職者の協力を得て、在宅での受信時にiPadを活用し、問診、視診が実施可能か検証を行った。iPadは健康相談には十分活用可能であることが明らかとなった。

The diet was considered to be 'a rubber stamp', particularly while the predominant party system was retained. That is because the opposition parties didn't play a positive part in the transforming of their intentions into policies and laws. They devoted their energies to only controlling 'disposable' time, and this made the deliberations insignificant. It was often pointed out that the strategy they depended upon arose from their own problems such as the less ability to make policies, the fractionalization and their seats. On the other hand, the Liberal Democratic Party in power criticized their way to waste time for deliberating and advocated the reinstatement of the Diet. The LDP, which went out of power in 1993, however, followed the traditional strategy as the Opposition with all its ability and the ideal. In other words, the functions of the Diet was not changed in the changeing of political power. The factors which made the deliberations in the Diet so negative were not only the problems of the opposition parties. It is necessary to reform the legislative system as a whole as well as parties including the Opposition with a view to activating the Diet.

Convergent and enantiospecific syntheses of compactin (1 a) and mevinolin (1 b), potent competitive inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase, have been achieved via asymmetric intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction of acyclic (<I>E, E, E</I>) -trienone 4 leading to <I>trans</I>-octalone 3, a common intermediate for congeners. Chirality of C13 in 4 was designed to induce the four asymmetric centers with desired configuration by this reaction : the chirality controlled the approach of the dienophile from a single diastereotopic face. Trienone 4 was expeditiously constructed by the combination of two segments 5 and 6. Enantio- and stereo-specific synthesis of 6, a chiral 1, 3, 5- triol derivative, rested on the two novel methodologies, <I>i.e</I>, the convenient asymmetric reduction of β-keto carboxylate 19 d with baker's yeast and the regio- and stereo-selective iodofunctionalization (1, 3-asymmetric induction) of homoallylic carbamate. Preparation of 5 in its optically active form was accomplished by the elaboration of readily available γ-lactone 12.

This study deals with the variation in the content of lipids and cholesterol in the tissues of a prawn, <i>Penaeus japonicus</i>, with the molting stages, postmolt, intermolt, and premolt.<br> The lipid content was highest in the eyestalk and hepatopancreas among the tissuesexamined. The hepatopancreatic lipid content varied during the molting cycle, reaching a maximum value at the premolt stage. In contrast, that of the eyestalk remained almost constant throughout the molting cycle.<br> The cholesterol content was highest in the eyestalk among the tissues examined. In addition, the hypodermis had a considerably high cholesterol content. During the molting cycle, the cholesterol content of the eyestalk varied, reaching a maximum at the intermolt stage.

Human beings innately have two neuropsychologically different rhythm processing systems: holistic and analytic. The former copes with rapid tempos of rhythm with less than 330ms inter-beat intervals (IBIs), and the latter with slow ones with more than 420ms IBIs. These two systems constitute a hierarchical structure: the holistic system comprises the base, and the analytic system, the superstructure component. These systems and their relationship were detected in Kohno's accumulated experiments using a split-brain patient, a patient with pure anarthria, and normal persons as subjects (Kohno, 1992, 1993, etc.). On the basis of these experiments, the underlying reasons for correction of truisms long-held by phoneticians will be discussed and the following claims will be made: 1) The traditional dichotomy of speech timing such as 'stress-timed' and 'syllable-timed' should be reclassified into 'stress-timed' and 'mora-timed'. 2) 'Mora-timed' is not a subcategory of 'syllable-timed'. 3) Equal interval accent is not a language universal, but a language specific. The timing regulation mechanism in a mora-timed language and the possibility of foot structure in Japanese (cf. Poser, 1990) will also be discussed.

主要な人獣共通感染症の原因となるChlamydia psittaciの、細胞内増殖性と多様な宿主域に関して、Pmpの多様性を通じて明らかにすることを目的とし以下の成果を得た。1)Pmpファミリーの比較ゲノミクス:クラミジア種間だけでなく、株間でも、pmpの多様性が確認された。2)Pmpファミリー発現プロファイル解析:恒常的に発現しているPmpファミリー分子の他、PmpG11のように感染中期以降に発現するファミリー分子が明らかとなった。3) C. psittaci特異的なPmpの機能解析:PmpG11について、病態形成にへの関与は不明であったものの、診断用抗原としての有用性を明らかにした。

本研究では,家庭の夕食場面における母親・父親の幼児への摂食促し行動と幼児の情動状態(ポジティブ・ネガティブ)との関連を検討した。また,家族システム論的視点を援用して,母親の摂食促し行動と父親の摂食促し行動の関連,それらの行動と夫婦関係性変数および家族成員の人日読静学的変数との関連を検討した。対象は,4,5歳児を持ち,父母がそろった家庭である。分析には,家族全員がそろった家庭内の夕食場面のビデオ撮影(2回),夫婦関係性および人口統計学的変数を尋ねる質問紙の全データがそろった28家庭を用いた。その結果,母親・父親の摂食促し行動が強いほど幼児のネガティブな情動状態が強いという結果が得られた。さらに,母親が夫婦関係性を良好でないと評価しているほど母親の摂食促し行動が強く,また,対象児の月齢が低いほど,母親も父親も摂食促し行動が強いことが示された。これらの結果は,限定的ではあるが,母親・父親の養育行動と幼児の情動状態が強く関係することを実証的に示したものであり,また,家族システム論の主張とほぼ一致するものであったといえるだろう。

日本における水球競技は、他の多くのスポーツ競技同様に、クラブ活動を中心とした学校教育システムの中で発展を見せてきた。しかしながら、このシステムには若年代からシニア選手に至る長期的な指導理念に基づいた具体的施策が不足していることが浮き彫りにされた。一方諸外国及び日本国内でも、長期育成型の一貫指導プログラムによって成功を収める競技が多く存在している。日本代表チームが五輪出場を目指す上で長期的な視野に立った指導プログラムの存在は欠かせない。こうした状況を背景に財団法人日本水泳連盟水球委員会では、水球競技選手の国際的競技能力の向上を目指した長期的な育成計画として「水球一貫指導プログラム」を開発し、その運用に着手した。本プログラムにおける今後の課題は、世界最先端の水球競技における技術と戦術に常に照らし合わせつつ内容を柔軟に対応させることと、競技への導入段階である最も初心者レベルにおけるより効果的なプログラムを充実させることにある。

我々は、これまでに白サケの全DNAを鋳型としたときに転写される6SのサイズのRNAをコードしている反復配列をクローニングし、塩基配列を決定することにより、白サケのゲノムの数%を占め、RNAポリメラーゼ【III】により転写される反復配列は、リジンのtRNAを起原として進化して来たことを示して来た。サケ科の他の種族のゲノム中の反復配列が何を起原として進化して来たのかを調べる目的で、サクラマスの全ゲノムよりライブラリーを作成し、サクラマスの全DNAを転写したときに生成するRNAをプローブとして、サクラマスのポル【III】ISINEの遺伝子のクローニングを行い、2つの遺伝子の塩基配列の決定を行った。遺伝子の5'側の配列はやはり、リジンのtRNAと相同性が高いことが明らかになった。しかしその相同性は白サケのリジンtRNAとの相同性よりはるかに少なく、又、白サケのtRNA相同領域とサクラマスのtRNA相同領域のホモロジーも少ないことが明らかになった。このことは、白サケとサクラマスの反復配列が、それぞれ共にリジンtRNAを起原としておりながら、独立にそれぞれの反復配列を形成して来たことを示している。今後、他の属のサケ科の魚類のゲノム構成を分析し、一般にすべてのサケ科の魚類がリジンtRNAを起原としておりながら、それぞれが独立に遺伝子を構成して来たか否かについて検討を加える予定である。

本研究の目的は、大阪府河内長野市にある真言宗寺院金剛寺所蔵の聖教の全体的調査である。そのために聖教全部の略目録の作成と貴重典籍についての詳細な調査研究を二つの柱として作業を行った。その結果として、なお整理調査が行われていなかった第21函から第55函までの聖教について略目録の作成を行い、報告書に公表した。これによって、金剛寺所蔵聖教のおおよそについては目録化がなされたことになる。貴重典籍については、刊本および音楽資料については全体的調査を行い、そのうちの重要資料は学術的位置づけを行った。精査を行った典籍の主なものは『全経大意』『百願修持観』『明句肝要』『清水寺縁起』『無名仏教摘句集』などである。これらについては論文と併せて影印あるいは翻刻によって全体の内容を報告書に公表した。

18世紀後半以降の西ヨーロッパで進行した継続的人口増加を背景に、バーデン、ビュルテンベルクでは農村の中小産業経営の窮乏化がすすみ、前三月革命期の深刻な社会問題をなしていた。工場制工業からの競争圧力(時計産業においては「アメリカの脅威」)は、こうした事態をさらに悪化させ、これが両政府による産業振興政策発動の契機となった。産業振興政策は、中小産業経営を保全するために、新技術の導入や職業技術教育を通じてその経営的上昇を促そうとするものであった。

Most of the mathematical approaches for quantum Langevin equation are based on the non-commutativity of the random force operators. Non-commutative random force operators are introduced in order to guarantee that the equal-time commutation relation for the stochastic annihilation and creation operators preserves in time. If it is true, it means that the origin of dissipation is of quantum mechanical. However, physically, it is hard to believe it. By making use of the unified canonical operator formalism for the system of the quantum stochastic differential equations within Non-Equilibrium Thermo Field Dynamics, it is shown that it is not true in general.

The Daisekkei Valley (1600-2300 m ASL) is a late Pleistocene glaciated trough in the northern Japanese Alps, and its attractive landscape has enchanted many climbers. Even today, there is a late-lying snowpatch 2 km long at the bottom of the valley in midsummer. Unique natural conditions in and around the Daisekkei Valley (e.g., Quaternary rapid uplift, complex geology, humid climates, sparse vegetation cover) have been responsible for the occurrence of various geomorphic changes that threaten climbers. This study, using an image data-logger capable of capturing a JPG image with a fixed time-interval in the summer of 2007 reveals supranival debris movements, micro-weather conditions and the behavior of climbers in the Daisekkei Valley. Analysis of captured images indicates that the daily numbers of dangerous supranival debris movements gradually decreased from early June to early August and supranival debris movements were caused by rock fragments moving in from valley walls or tributaries to the snowpatch, as well as posture changes of rock fragments on the snow surface with rapid ablation. Besides, image-inspection allows us to consider the relationships among climber traffic, micro-weather, and holiday almanac. Using an image data-logger for monitoring geomorphic changes is considered to be effective for analyzing alpine environments.
