2004年から本学附属病院では電子カルテ運用を開始した。情報部門では先進的機能を開発,導入したが,レスポンス遅延と必要とする患者情報へアクセスしづらいことが大きな問題点であった。2009年からの第二期では,64BitLinuxサーバ,二階層のクライアントサーバ方式,高スペックの端末導入によりレスポンスの向上が達成できた。また,入院カルテでは紙の温度板に倣ったMedical Viewer,外来ではMedical Explorerの導入で患者情報を時系列的俯瞰的に参照可能とした。さらに,処方ナレッジ,USBメモリ認証管理システムなど先進的機能も開発した。大学病院の電子カルテの将来像を考察すると,臨床意志決定支援システム,病院経営に資するデータの提供に焦点が当てられるべきである。In 2004, we introduced the electronic medical record system that included the cutting-edge applications. However, there existed two major problems to solve in replacing the system in 2009; one was an absolute improvement of the system performance, the other was to offer the chronological and intuitive image of a patient's medical information. The former has been achieved by introducing the 64 bit Linux servers, and two-layer client/server connection, along with high specification PC clients. The latter has been achieved by developing the new applications which are designated as the Medical Viewer and Medical Explorer. We have also developed and introduced the cutting-edge tools (e.g. the prescription knowledge tool, the USB memory authentication and management system). When considering the future prospects, greater efforts should be made to develop the cutting-edge tools for supporting clinical decision making and also to provide precise data for the administrative management

This paper describes the effect of power supply noise on the acoustic noise and pan vibration when making use of the IH (Induction Heating) cooker. Recently, due to the spread of power electronics device, noise superimposed on the AC power supply is a problem. It has been reported that the acoustic noise provides discomfort feeling when using the IH cooker. Other studies have concluded that the vibration of a pan due to the induction heating is the noise source. So, we started our study on the noise from a pan when making use the IH cooker. Furthermore, we clarify the influence of power source noise on the acoustic noise and pan’s vibration. We made an experiment to clarify this influence. As a result, we clarified that power source noise has influenced acoustic noise and pan’s vibration.

最近10年間の当教室における閉塞性黄疸317例中51例 (16.1%) に消化管出血をみた. 本症は閉塞性黄疸の種々の合併症の中で最も頻度が高く, 死亡率も高い重篤な合併症で, 急性閉塞性化膿性胆管炎などの重症感染症に続発する例が多い. 閉塞性黄疸の術前胃液検査で感染例では塩酸ベタゾール刺激に対する胃分泌反応の遷延傾向がみられた. 一方, 術後胃分泌能は消化管出血例で著明に亢進していた. イヌの胆管結紮後2~3週に胃液量の増加を中心とした胃分泌亢進がみられた. また, 胆管結紮後, 胆管内にエンドトキシンを注入したラットでは20例中11例 (55.0%) に急性多発性胃潰瘍がみられ, 本症の発生機序として胆道感染症の重要性が強く示唆された.

In this study, we tested the theoretical validity of both Social Identity Theory (SIT) and the Bounded Generalized Reciprocity Hypothesis (BGR) for explaining in-group cooperation in real social groups. While most previous investigation on real social groups has found support for SIT, confirmatory evidence for BGR remains limited. We conducted a vignette experiment in which reciprocity was manipulated by controlling knowledge of group membership. The participants were 117 undergraduate students who were baseball fans. To control expectation of reciprocity in the experiment, we asked participants to imagine scenarios where they helped others who wore either the same baseball team T-shirts as they did or plain T-shirts. Consistent with BGR, participants tend to cooperate with in-group members when both they and their partner knew that they might be supporters of the same team. On the other hand, participants showed in-group cooperation even when only they knew their partner's group membership. This finding coincided with SIT. These results thus further verified the theoretical validity of both SIT and BGR in real social groups.

Since the telephone (RDD) poll of the day is carried out in the call center, which is highly managed, the risk of operator's error generation is low. However, this report suggests the risk of operator's error generation due to intervene of operator's judgment. It is the case that the questionnaire is not carefully examined. Now therefore, the question with an unclear meaning with a long sentence and/or an open-answer question must be avoided when there is not enough time for developing a thorough questionnaire.

畜産食品中シロマジンの高精度な分析法を開発した.本法には3つの特徴があり,1つめは2種類の溶液(メタノールとマキルベン緩衝液(pH 3.0))を試料種によって用法を変えて抽出すること,2つめは逆相–強陽イオン交換ミックスモードカラム精製の際0.14%アンモニア水で洗浄すること,3つめは両イオン交換マルチモードODSカラムでLC分離を行いMS/MSで測定することである.これらにより,5種類の畜産食品由来の成分の影響が小さく,絶対検量線での定量が可能となった.添加回収実験の結果,真度77.2~92.1%,併行精度2.2%以下,室内精度6.1%以下となり,妥当性ガイドラインの基準に適合した.実態調査の結果,生乳および鶏卵からシロマジンの残留が認められた.

ハイビジョン映像を低圧縮・低遅延で無線伝送する高性能なワイヤレスハイビジョンカメラの研究を進めている.これまで,伝送容量の増大と回線信頼性の向上を目的として,ミリ波帯(42GHz帯,55GHz帯)の電波とを受信ダイバーシティ技術含むMIMO-OFDM伝送技術を用いたワイヤレスハイビジョンカメラ「ミリ波モバイルカメラ」の開発を行ってきた.そして,屋内撮影用・屋外撮影用のミリ波モバイルカメラを試作し,複数の番組撮影で使用した.今回,使用された番組の中からオープンゴルフ選手権,第60回NHK紅白歌合戦,ジャンプスキー競技の撮影で使用したミリ波モバイルカメラのシステム構成と運用方法について報告する.

This article comprehensively reviews some applications of Hawkes process to credit risk modeling with “contagion effect”. Credit risk is the risk associated with financial losses caused by credit events such as debtorsʼ defaults or credit rating transitions. Financial institutions are required to assess more accurately total credit risk of their large credit portfolios for better risk managements. As such, credit risk quantification models are desired to capture the effect of credit risk contagions, which may cause extreme financial losses. Hawkes process is a nonnegative integer-valued stochastic process which has been often used as a basic model for counting contagious events such as infectious diseases in epidemiology and earthquake in seismology. Similarly, modeling with Hawkes process enables us to easily capture some features of contagious credit events and thus to improve the performance of assessing total credit risks. In addition, a multivariate Hawkes process has capability of estimating mutual contagion effects among different industrial sectors. In this article, as for credit risk modeling and analyses with Hawkes processes, not only an introductory theoretical review but some illustrative results from some recent works of the present authors of empirical analyses are presented.

ラフカディオ・ハーン(小泉八雲)による『稲むらの火』の執筆に影響を与えたと思われる英文リーフレット"The Great Disaster in Japan, 15th June, 1896"(『日本での大災害 1896年6月15日』)の翻訳の一部である。記事は、当時横浜で発行され、ハーンをはじめ日本に関心のある外国人にとって大切な情報源の一つだった『ジャパン・ガゼット』誌の記者が、明治三陸地震の津波被災地を巡り、生存者の証言や、外国人記者から見た被災の状況などをまとめたもの。ハーンの研究者である中川智視氏により富山大学附属図書館のヘルン文庫から発見され、2011年3月11日に発生した東日本大震災以来、注目を集めている資料である。中川氏による翻訳の一部を収録。

症例は83歳の男性で,発熱と腹部違和感を主訴に来院した.造影CT検査で,右腹腔内に脂肪濃度を呈する13cm大の腫瘤性病変,および周囲脂肪濃度の上昇を認めた.大網原発脂肪肉腫や大網捻転の可能性が考えられ,準緊急的に手術の方針となった.手術は大網腫瘍摘出,腹壁・回盲部合併切除術を行った.術後は創離開を生じたが保存的治療により改善し,術後47日目に退院となった.病理所見は大網原発の高分化型脂肪肉腫であった.脂肪肉腫は大腿,臀部,後腹膜に発生することが多く,大網原発のものは極めて稀である.脂肪肉腫は高分化型・粘液型・円形細胞型・多形型・脱分化型に分けられ,高分化型は比較的予後が良いとされる.しかし,腹腔内発症の脂肪肉腫は,腫瘍の完全切除が難しい,十分量の放射線照射ができないなどの理由により,他部位発症のものより予後不良である.本症例では拡大腫瘍切除が奏効し,11カ月間の無再発生存が得られた.

Daylighting in buildings has been discussed in the various fields in terms of its pleasantness in the room and effective use of natural resources. This paper proposes a new type of venetian blind which slat angles are different to guide daylight into the interior, indicates how to fix the angles of each slat, and verifies the effect of daylighting by an experiment and computer simulations. Using this blind, it would be possible to introduce daylight into the interior zone effectively. Furthermore, the luminance values on the window, intensity of the shadows, and illuminance values by the window would be restrained.

目的:国内では一般の産業現場において耳音響放射検査 (OAEs) は普及しておらず,実際の騒音職場での使用報告がほとんどない.本調査は,国内製造業の事業場で,騒音に曝露する作業者を対象にOAEsと最小可聴閾値(HTs)との関連を検討した.対象と方法:金属製品製造業の2事業場において騒音職場の作業者(曝露群)34名(平均年齢40.6±9.4歳)と,非騒音曝露作業者(コントロール群)9名(49.0±14.3歳)を調査対象とした.対象者毎に作業環境測定(ENM)と,騒音個人曝露測定(PNM)を同時期に実施した.騒音曝露による聴覚影響の評価指標として,作業開始前後の0.5 kHz,1 kHz,2 kHz,4 kHzと8 kHzのHTsおよび2 kHz,3 kHzと4 kHzの歪成分耳音響放射検査 (DPOAEs) を行った.HTs,OAEs,ENMとPNMの結果の曝露群と非曝露群の比較,作業前後の比較,NIHL有無の比較は,Student’s t検定を用いた.HTs,OAEs,ENMとPNMの結果の関連についてPearson相関係数を求めた.結果:ENMおよびPNMは,騒音曝露群がA測定(LAeq)84.5±4.1 dB (A),B測定(LAMAX)89.5±6.3 dB (A),時間加重平均(LTWA)83.4±4.7 dB (A),一秒率(LAE)153.1±15.7 dB (A),コントロール群がLAeq53.2±2.6 dB(A),LAMAX56.4±2.4 dB (A),LTWA67.8±5.6 dB (A),LAE119.5±5.6 dB (A)となり,騒音曝露レベルは曝露群が有意に高かった.作業前後のHTs,OAEsは,両群とも差は無かった.両群とも騒音曝露レベルのLAeq,LAMAX,LTWA,LAEとその影響指標であるHTs,OAEsに相関がみられなかったが,HTsとOAEsとの間には相関をみとめた.NIHLをみとめた群は,NIHLのない群に比べて,HTsおよびOAEsが有意に低下していた.結論:作業前後のHTsと OAEsの相関をみとめた.今後,日本の産業現場でも騒音性難聴のスクリーニング検査や騒音曝露作業者の聴力管理としてOAEが用いられることが期待される.

平成19年7月16日午前10時13分,新潟県中越沖の深さ17kmを震源とするM6.8の地震が発生し,新潟県柏崎市,長岡市,刈羽村,長野県飯綱町で震度6強の大きなゆれを観測するとともに,各地で大きな被害が発生した.日本応用地質学会では,いち早く先発隊として野崎北陸支部副支部長が17日に現地調査を開始し,22日にはその結果を速報としてホームページ上に公開した.ついで北陸支部(山岸支部長)が主体となり,学会本部の新潟県中越地震による土砂災害研究小委員会(千木良委員長)が支援する形で,現地調査を行うことが決定し,調査団を募ったところ13名のメンバーが参集した.現地調査は,8月3日に猛暑(36℃)の中で行われ,13日にはその成果をホームページに公開した.本報告は,今回行なった現地調査の中から,地震災害の代表的現象である液状化・斜面崩壊・地すべりなどを対象に,その状況と発生メカニズムについて検討した結果を報告するものである.

We have developed several Scratch-based educational programs for the students in a first-year university chemistry course. Demonstrative programs were made for chemical bonding and chemical thermodynamics. Making of such programs could be easy even for students without coding skills and be valuable for self-education as well.

人為的水銀汚染の実態を解明するためには,まず,自然環境から供給される水銀量を明らかにしなければならない。火山ガスは環境大気中に水銀を供給する発生源の一つである。火山ガスの水銀に関連する基礎資料を得るために,北海道地方の地熱地帯 10 箇所(知床半島羅臼,屈斜路湖畔和琴オワツコツ地獄,川湯アトサヌプリ硫黄山,阿寒湖畔ボッケ,大雪山系高原温泉,旭岳地獄谷,十勝岳安政および新々噴火口,登別温泉地獄谷,昭和新山,恵山)の噴気孔ガス中の水銀含量を調べた。 34 試料の噴気孔ガス中の水銀量は乾きガスあたりで 3.2~1828μg/m3,相乗平均値 54μg/m3 であった。これらの値は,本州および九州地方の噴気孔ガス中の水銀含量の約 6 倍であった。同時に採集した凝縮水中の水銀含量は 0.01~32μg/l の範囲であり,火山性温泉水の水銀含量と同程度か,やや高値であったが,平均して気体として揮散した水銀量の 5 % 以下であった。温泉ガス中の水銀含量は 1.2μg/m3 以下であり,噴気孔ガスにくらべて 1/100 以下の低値であつた。火山活動によつて大気中に放出される水銀量を噴気孔ガス中の水銀含量から試算した結果,北海道地方では大気に関連する水銀の約 4 % が火山ガスの寄与によると推定された。この値は本州および九州地方の噴気孔ガス中の水銀量から試算した値の約 6 倍であった。
