現代の自動車は,CAN(Controller Area Network)に代表される車載ネットワークを導入している.しかし,CANプロトコルには暗号化や認証などのセキュリティ機能がなく,盗聴やなりすましなどが容易にできてしまう可能性がある.本論文では,不正にCAN-IDが使用されることを検知し,挿入されたメッセージがバス上に流れきる前に破棄する“不正送信阻止方式”を提案する.この方式の特徴は,攻撃者からのメッセージの挿入を検知するだけでなく,送信自体を防ぐことができる点である.また,受信側ECUに変更を加える必要がなく,十分な即時応答性が見込まれるため,車載ネットワークへの導入が期待できる.

Separation characteristics of various solutes from the aqueous solutions with ultrasonic atomization were experimentally investigated. Monohydric alcohols and ketone were concentrated in the atomized droplets from the aqueous solution, while alcohol and amides were diluted in the droplets. These results suggest that the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of solute molecules may determine the separation characteristics of ultrasonic atomization. In order to develop a concentrator with ultrasonic atomization, ultrasonic atomization of ethanol aqueous solution was conducted. The atomization rate of water was the highest at the beginning of atomization, and the initial depth of solution which gave the maximum atomization rate of water was decreased with increasing the ultrasonic frequency. The atomization rate of ethanol was increased with the net electric power applied to the ultrasonic transducer, but it remained almost constant at different ultrasonic frequencies. At a relatively high net electric power, the atomization rate of water increased with the diameter of reservoir, while alcohol content in the atomized droplets were unaffected by the reservoir diameter.

データセンタの省エネルギー化を推進するために、IT 機器による生産性を加味した電力利用効率の指標が求められている。そのような指標を策定するために、処理内容による消費電力のモデル化が重要となる。その一歩として、ネットワーク転送時のノードの消費電力のモデル化を試みた。その際、ペーシングによる帯域制御を行ったところ、転送バンド幅を減少させても消費電力が増加する場合が観測された。これは割り込み削減機構に因るものであり、この割り込み遅延時間を制御することにより、消費電力を削減することができた。ネットワーク転送時の消費電力のモデル化には、転送バンド幅だけでなく、割り込み回数をパラメータとすることが有効であった。To improve the energy efficiency of data centers, the new metrics for data center efficiency are required to include productivity that is a useful work produced in a data center. To propose a new metric, we will create a model of power consumption for productivity. As the first step, we measured the power consumption of nodes when they communicate using network. In this measurement, we observed that the power consumption increased when the effective bandwidth was decreased with rate controlling by pacing. This phenomenon was caused by interrupt coalescing, and by controlling the delay time of interrupt the power consumption can be decreased. We also found that the number of interrupts is a good parameter to estimate the power consumption of nodes with communication.

ESD(持続可能な発展のための教育)理論に基づいて設計されたドイツのリューネブルク大学で実施されている環境教育プログラムを日本の教育体制に合わせて圧縮したプログラムを、国際的な環境規格ISO14001の規定上、毎年すべての構成員に対して実施することが義務付けられている「一般教育訓練」として、学生を対象にして実施することで、高い教育効果を挙げることができる。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the political and military activities of Athens in the Black Sea region (Pontus) in the second half of the fifth century B.C. Pericles' Pontic expedition ca. 437 B.C. marked an epoch in the relations between Athens and Greek communities of the region (Plut. Per. 20. 1-2). Demonstrating the unchallenged Athenian sea power, this enterprise brought the whole area of the Black Sea under the Athenian control. Afterward a considerable number of Pontic poleis joined the Athenian maritime league. These newly acquired allies were assessed for payment of tribute in 425/4 B.C. (IG I^3 71, IV, 11. 126-172). We can conclude that through the 430s and 420s B.C. Athens tried seriously to establish the hegemony over the Black Sea region.

水稲新品種育成のために開発されたイネ縞葉枯病および穂いもち抵抗性マーカーを利用した連続戻し交雑法により,両抵抗性を付与したコシヒカリ準同質遺伝子系統の作出を行い,連続戻し交雑育種におけるDNAマーカーの有効性の検証を試みた.従来から用いられている両抵抗性の生物検定に替えてDNAマーカーを用いることにより,外的要因の影響を受けることなく,精度の高い抵抗性個体の選抜が可能となり,効率的な連続戻し交配を進めることができた.また,共優性マーカーを用いることにより,抵抗性ホモ個体を確実に選抜でき,有望系統の早期固定につながった.作出した準同質遺伝子系統「コシヒカリ愛知SBL」はイネ縞葉枯病および穂いもちに対する抵抗性を有し,かつ,他の諸形質はコシヒカリと同等であった.DNAマーカーを取り入れた育種法により,育種年限の短縮・効率化,並びに確実な抵抗性の導入が両立でき,マーカー選抜育種の有効性を実証できた.

分泌した汗を濾紙に吸収させる方法を用い, 種々なる行動様式の冬山登山に際しての胸部及び背部皮膚の発汗量を測定し, 次の結果を得た。<BR>1) 発汗量には著明な個人差が認められる。<BR>2) 各個人について言えば, 行動時間を一定とすれば, 急斜面を荷物を背負つて登る場合の方が, 緩斜面を荷物を背負わずに登る場合より発汗量は多大である。<BR>3) 長時間の行動に際しては, 小刻みに運動, 休憩を繰り返すことによつて発汗量を制限し得る。<BR>4) 背部皮膚は胸部皮膚より発汗量が多大であるから, 被服の背面も開閉自在にすることが望ましい。

The purpose of this study was analysis of physical function affected by the climb down of group climber. The subjects was 16 healthy male and female college students in 400 climbers of 18 to 21 and they were divided into two groups : Group A (take 10 minute rest during climb down), Group B (take no rest during climb down), The influence of physical function inferred to the percent of HR max (%HRmax) from heart rate during climb up, rest, mountaintop and climb down. The following results were obtained : 1) The mean of % HR max at climb down of two groups indicated of the numerical value about 60 % of HR max. 2) The % HR max of each subject during climb down was 40 % through 80 % of HR max. 3) Therefore, the most important thing during climb down for group climber continued to keep the same walking speed during climb down. Becouse the difference of physical function was affected by walk distance and the condition of natural environment. The most important thing on the walking speed during climb down was to walk at the rate of about 30 m per minute. The best condition of % HR max during climb down is throught to keep numerical value about 60 % of HR max on the work load during climb down.

近年のイギリス賃金平等法の発展、同一価値労働同一賃金原則に関する職務評価制度・紛争解決システムの現状を把握した。その成果を反映させ、日本のスーパーマーケット販売・加工職および医療・介護サービス職をモデルに職務評価調査を実施した。これら一連の研究から日本における同一価値労働同一賃金原則の実施システムとして、(1)関連する法制度の改正と労働審判制度を活用した紛争解決システムの提案、(2)日本の職務実態・職場慣行等を考慮した職務評価制度の構築を行った。

NPO日本ネットワークセキュリティ協会教育部会では,良質かつ社会のニーズに適合したセキュリティ人材育成のための実証を行い,会員ならび社会に還元することを目的とした活動を行っている.その中で,情報セキュリティ基本教育実証WGは,情報セキュリティ基本教育の普及と社会貢献への意識向上,および地域格差是正への取り組みを目指し,2006年度に設立された.具体的な活動としては,情報セキュリティ基本教育を実証するモデルケースとして大規模な産学連携では初となる,岡山理科大学と日本ネットワークセキュリティ協会との提携による東京からのリモート授業を平成19年度より実施している.当論文は,その実証を通じて得た経験と分析結果より,今後の講義形態の1モデルであるWeb環境における遠隔講義の方向性を検証するとともに,IT人材育成に向けての教育機関における実践力向上のための産官学連携の重要性と新たな取り組み例について提言するものである.

In this paper, I focused on quality assurance system of Japanese professional education and analyzed higher education policy. I specifically discussed the two professions, those are, medical doctors and legal professions. I examined the political background and process of introducing quality assurance system and how to implement it. Moreover, I analyzed the records of the governmental councils on scheme of quality assurance and extracted the logic and strategy to "quality" assurance from them. I found out that 1) the national examinations and international standards of the professions make the quality assurance tools at education systems functioned effectively, and 2) the definition of quality was varied by stake holders who defined it.
