自然現象の中には, 自由度の大きい系がもたらす, 時間的にも空間的にも複雑な振舞が数多く見られる. 流体系での乱流現象はむろんのこと, 固体物理の非線形現象や化学反応や光学系, 更には生命現象にも例は挙げられる. ここでは, そのような現象を自由度の大きいカオスとして捉え, その為のプロトタイプとしてのモデル, coupled map lattice (CML) を提唱する. そのsimulationをもとに, 時空力オスの諸現象を概観し, 更に, 定量的記述法, 非線形素子としての可能性などについても触れたい.

患者は83歳,男性。朝,下痢あり。夕方になり激しい嘔吐が出現した。改善しないため救急要請し当院に搬送された。CTで胃壁内気腫,門脈内ガスを認めた。腹膜刺激症状なく,全身状態は安定していたため,同日入院とし保存的治療を施行した。翌日のCTでは胃壁内気腫および門脈ガスは消失した。上部消化管内視鏡で胃大弯に発赤,白苔の付着を認めた。胃粘膜培養は陰性であった。経過は良好で,第5病日より食事を開始し,第10病日に退院となった。今回われわれは保存的治療で軽快した門脈ガス血症を伴う胃壁内気腫の1例を経験したので,文献的考察を加え報告する。

1) 樽酒から簡便に杉樽由来成分を抽出する方法を設定した。2) GGMS分析の結果, 樽酒中で15種類のセスキテルペン類を同定した。3) 樽酒に含まれるセスキテルペン類は主にセスキテルペンアルコールであった。4) 樽材から抽出されるセスキテルペン類の量は, 貯蔵期間が長く, また貯蔵温度が高くなるほど多くなった。5) 樽材の木粉からエタノール水溶液で樽材成分を抽出したところ, エタノール濃度が高くなるほどセスキテルペンとセスキテルペンアルコールを合わせた総量は多くなった。総量に占める割合は前者が高くなった。6) 市販樽酒中のセスキテルペン類含量とアセトアルデヒド含量や着色度との間には相関は認められなかった。

後発酵茶の一種である阿波番茶についてその製造工程中の成分の変化について検討した.浸出液の色については, 製造工程が進むにつれて380nmの比色値は高くなりポリフェノール含量も増加の傾向を示した.しかしカテキン含量は製造工程が進むに従って減少していた.呈味成分であるアミノ酸は, 阿波番茶では減少していた.有機酸としては修酸, クエン酸, 乳酸, 酢酸等が認められた.カフェイン含量についてはあまり変化は認められなかった.

これまでろう者は、日本手話第一言語話者のみを指すとされてきた。だが実際には、日本語対応手話や混成手話を使用する人びとも「ろう者」として生きている。本発表では、従来研究で捨象されてきた日本語対応手話話者「ろう者」に注目する。「ろう者」と聴者の接触時、「ろう者」はトラブルによる不利益が生じたとしても黙認することがあるが、この受け流しを戦略的排除として分析し、新しい抵抗のあり方を提示する。

In this article, learning and other different activities in school education were explained from the perspective of self theories. The self-other relationship is the basis of self theories. It was explained from different angles: the structures of daily conversation, the etymology of the self, and the mechanism of early childhood in human development. For school education, self theories suggested that learning requires the self-other relationship: practically learning through dialogue. Last, constructing personal lives was also explained through the multiple self and the dialogical self. As the extent of modernity in society progressed drastically, people’s individualization and individuation were also developing. These social changes created career education in school curricula, which changed students’ learning: it was not only for acquiring knowledge and skills but also for forming their selves for the future.

新型コロナウイルス感染症に対する抗体検査試薬は,SARS-CoV-2のnucleocapsid protein(N)あるいはspike protein S1 domain(S)を抗原として用いた2種類に大別される。本研究では,抗SARS-CoV-2抗体検査について,5社7種類のイムノクロマト法キットと3社4種類の自動分析装置用試薬による比較検討を行った。対象のイムノクロマト法キットとして,Kurabo社,RayBiotech社,Innovita Biological Technology社,LumiQuick Diagnostics社およびLepu Medical Technology社のキットを使用した。自動分析装置用試薬はAbbot社,Roche Diagnostics社,Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics社の測定試薬を用いた。対象試料には,COVID-19と診断された患者2例の検査後残血清を使用した。その結果,N 蛋白を抗原とした抗SARS-CoV-2抗体検査試薬ではIgG抗体はIgM抗体に比して早期に陽性を示し,S 蛋白を抗原とした抗SARS-CoV-2抗体検査試薬はIgM,IgG抗体両方が感染早期より検出可能であった。以上より,COVID-19のスクリーニング検査としてはS蛋白を標的とした抗SARS-CoV-2抗体検査試薬が有用である可能性が示唆された。

In the implementation of the policy for the elderly, the nurses who have the competency to pull out their potential power to continue living with several stakeholders' support are required to provide care in the community. Community nurse in Thailand has the responsibility to deliver adequate medical care and also social care for the elderly. The study aimed to identify the role of community nurse in the implementation of Thai health policy for the elderly. Codes regarding the role of community nurse in the implementation of Thai health policy for the elderly were extracted from descriptive data interviewed with 15 policy implementors in Thailand. The codes were categorized by similarities using thematic analysis. The role of community nurse was 16 categories and 102 codes out of factors promoting implementation of Thai health policy for the elderly, with 27 categories and 416 codes. The main roles were Coordination, Service delivery, and Monitoring and evaluation, composing seven categories and 45 codes, eight categories and 51 codes, and one category and six codes, respectively. It was conspicuous in coordination mechanisms, especially between the organizations and disciplines in providing Primary Health Care. Both health promotion activities and medical treatment were crucial roles for community nurses. The role of community nurse was one of promoting factors of Thai health policy for the elderly. The community nurse acts as a lubricant between the hospital and the community, which means that the community nurse implements seamless service delivery for the elderly integrating medical care and welfare.

パーフルオロアルキル(Rf)基をもつ有機フッ素化合物は,炭化水素化合物では実現し得ない独特なバルク物性を示す。しかし,その物性が発現する機構を分子の一次構造と関連付けて理解することは長年の課題であった。本稿では,階層双極子アレー(SDA)理論と電磁気学によりこれまでの混乱を取り除き,Rf化合物の物性を,1分子とバルクに分けて統一的に理解可能にする新しい考え方について述べる。

学生フォーミュ教育プログラム(1)は,学生達にものづくりの総合力を養うべく設立された米国発祥の教育プログラムである.フォーミュラ車両を開発し,コスト・事業プレゼン・設計審査に加えて,走りの総合性能を競う実践的なものであり,企業活動の実践そのものである.これまで,マシンの製作に関する技術面での報告例(2-4)はあるが,運営面にフォーカスした研究事例は少ない.筆者は,この活動をプログラムと捉えて,新たに立ち上げたチームにP2Mを適用して,3Sモデルを活用することで,大会初出場ながら全競技種目を完走させて自動車開発実践を通して実践知教育の場を創成することができた.このプログラム実践事例について報告する.

Oxides containing unusually high-valence transition-metal ions often exhibit charge transitions to relieve the electronic instabilities. A-site-ordered quadruple perovskites LnCu3Fe4O12 with the unusually high-valence Fe3.75+, which are synthesized under high-pressure conditions, show intermetallic-charge-transfer transitions. In this review article, novel thermo-related functional properties induced by the charge transitions in LnCu3Fe4O12 are highlighted. A large negative-thermal-expansion behavior was observed at the intermetallic-charge-transfer transition temperature. The negative-thermal-expansion property is primarily caused by the size effect of constituent ions by the charge changes. The property is useful for developing materials to compensate the normal positive thermal expansion. Significant latent heat was also found to be provided by the intermetallic-charge-transfer transition in LnCu3Fe4O12. The large latent heat is considered to be related with unusual first-order magnetic entropy change induced by the charge transition. The large entropy change can be utilized for thermal control through a caloric effect, which can make effective energy systems for thermal energy storage and refrigeration.

本稿は、自治体評価の20年の歴史を研究及び実務の視点から振り返り、今後の自治体評価について若干の検討を加えるものである。はじめに我が国の自治体評価の特徴である組織管理への接近について、その要因を自治体評価が台頭した2000年前後の自治体を取り巻く環境から抽出する。次にそれゆえの自治体評価の課題、課題克服のための処方箋、さらには処方箋の限界等を記述する。最後に自治体評価の近年の動向を考察し、自治体評価の行方について、その方向性を模索する。

When designing systems that support remote instruction on physical tasks, one must consider requirements : 1) participants should be able to use non-verbal expressions, 2) they must be able to take an appropriate body arrangement to see and show gestures, 3) the instructor should be able to monitor operators and objects, 4) they must be able to organize the arrangement of bodies and tools and gestural expression sequentially and interactively. GestureMan was developed to satisfy these four requirements by using a mobile robot that embodies a remote instructor's actions. The mobile robot mounts a camera and a remote control laser pointer on it. Based on the experiments with the system we discuss the advantage and disadvantage of the current implementation.
