関係人口は、人口減少時代の新たな地域づくりの担い手として期待されているが、交流人口や定住人口との境界は曖昧である。そこで本研究では、関係人口の概念を整理し、交流人口が関係人口に変容するための要件やプロセスを明らかにした。仮説モデルを構築し、Webモニター調査のデータから、多重指標モデルによる共分散構造分析を行った。その結果、観光経験の自己拡大と現地交流が、地域関与意識の自己表現と利他心を醸成させ、地域への積極的な関わり意向を高めることを明らかにした。この結果から関係人口は地域関係者と協働し地域づくり活動にかかわることで、地域にとっての新たな主体になりえる存在であるとの見解を示した。

大量のDNAアルキル化剤投与後に生じる肝類洞閉塞症候群(SOS)は、時に致死的で発症の予測が難しくまた発症には個体差がある。これまで何が類洞内皮細胞を傷害するのか明らかになっておらず、完全な発症予防にも至っていない。当研究ではDNAアルキル化剤の代謝因子に着目し、in vitro及びin vivoでゲノム編集やsiRNAによる遺伝子のノックアウト、ノックダウンを行い、代謝酵素の活性の程度とSOS発症との関連を検討する。さらに還元型グルタチオンの合成材料となることでSOS発症の予防が期待できるN-acetyl cysteineを用い、抗腫瘍効果を落とすことなくSOS発症を予防できるか検討する。

トラウマ体験をした後に経験されるポジティブな心理的変容である心的外傷後成長(Posttraumatic Growth: PTG)は,トラウマ体験で崩れた世界観を書き換える認知プロセスの副産物として得られる.この認知プロセスの促進要因は,当事者の社会的状況との組み合わせにより理解・解釈され,新たな認知的枠組みに組み込まれるため,軍人等においても独自の特徴があると考えられる.軍人等のPTGの促進要因に関する17件の文献を整理した結果,属性,苦痛・症状,ポジティブな文脈,個人の内面的性質およびネガティブな文脈の5つがPTGの促進要因となることが示唆された.軍人等のPTGを促進するためには,軍隊等における価値観を理解しようとする環境を整えて自発的な自己開示を促したり,逆境に意味を見出そうとする資源を増やしたりすることが有効である可能性が示唆された.

農業におけるエネルギ消費量は機械化等の進展に伴い顕著に増大してきており,今やエネルギは農業にとって不可欠なものである。しかも,農業は石油依存度が高く,経営が零細である等石油需給ひっ迫に対して基本的にぜい弱である。このため,中長期的に不安定化が予想される石油・エネルギ情勢に対処するため,エネルギ対策(石油の安定供給の確保,省エネル幸,石油代替エネルギの開発利用)を着実に推進する必要がある。

経済指標の時系列信号は,公定歩合の引下げ,戦争の勃発など経済的衝撃による影響を大きく受ける.従って,経済的インパクトに対応するマルチパルス系列が,経済市場という伝達系を駆動し,その応答を観測しているというモデルが構築できる.この時系列モデルに基づく分析を行なう場合,一つの時間窓内に複数の衝撃パルスが存在する場合がある.しかし,従来のBox-Jenkinsモデル等の時系列分析法では,伝達系を駆動する信号は定常白色雑音か単一インパルスに限られるため,マルチパルスによって駆動された伝達系の応答から,各パルスの振幅及び伝達系の特性を決定することができない.本論文では,マルチパルスで駆動された伝達系の応答に,更に雑音が付加された観測信号から,全極型伝達系の特性と駆動パルス系列の振幅を決定する方法を提案する.最後に東京市場の円/ドル為替レートに対して,本分析法を適用した結果を述べる.

The anodic dissolution reaction of copper in copper electro-refining was studied by considering the reaction of galvanic couples with different metals as impurities. In this study, zinc was chosen as a typical anodic impurity and silver as a cathodic impurity, and electrochemical measurements of galvanic couples with silver or zinc wires winding around a copper wire and in situ observation of the electrode surface using a stereo microscope were carried out. For comparison, copper wire with zinc or silver plating was used. As a result, even the simple method of winding silver or zinc wire around copper wire was able to capture the characteristic behavior of the galvanic reaction of silver and zinc on copper wire. It was also confirmed that zinc dissolution was accelerated by copper and copper dissolution was accelerated by silver, and that the effects were more promoted under anodic polarization. The crystallization and passivation of copper sulfate on the copper electrode surface and the dissolution behavior of silver were also observed. These results indicate that the experimental method presented in this study is an effective way to investigate the effects of impurities on the solubility and passivation of crude copper metal.

換言・削除規則を用いた国会会議録の要約手法とその評価について報告する.国会会議録には, 丁寧表現の頻出や独特な言い回し等の特徴がある.また, 会議における発言の書き起こしであるため, 話し言葉の特徴も見られる.本論文では, この様な特徴的な表現に着目し, 換言・削除することで要約を試みた.まず, 単語n-gramの統計結果から得られた頻出する敬語表現を普通体の表現に言い換えた.次に, 手がかり語を用いて頻出する冗長な表現や挿入句を推定し削除することによって要約した.これらの処理を約20年分の会議録に対して行なった結果, 自由発話が含まれる会議録では80%程度の要約率が得られた.また, CSJコーパスに対して本システムを適用した結果, 平均要約率が約84%であった.したがって, 本システムが国会会議録以外の話し言葉データに対しても有効に働くことを確認した.

被災地域では、地震・津波・原発事故など被災要因や時間経過によって復興に向けたニーズが多様化・複雑化し、従来型の画一的な行政対応では十分に応えられない状況にある。本研究の目的は、「参加型予算」に基づいた機動的で柔軟な復興行財政制度の具体像と、地域自治組織に予算編成・決定権限の一部を委ねる自治体内分権のありかたを明らかにすることで、多様化・複雑化する被災者の復興ニーズに応える復興政策を実現する。

This study aimed to develop an Interpersonal Curiosity Scale. In Study 1, a questionnaire with a preliminary pool of 56 items was administered to undergraduates, and from these, 11items were selected. The main survey was administered to college students (n = 839) and as a web-based survey (n = 1,500). Factor analysis revealed three factors: curiosity about personal emotions, curiosity about privacy, and curiosity about personal attributes. Cronbachʼs alpha showed that these subscales had sufficient reliability. In Study 2, the validity of the Interpersonal Curiosity Scale was examined using the Five-Dimensional Curiosity Scale, the Sensation Seeking Scale, the Multidimensional Empathy Scale, and the Psychological Well-being Scale. The results of correlation analysis confirmed the validity of the three subscales. Implications about using the Interpersonal Curiosity Scale are further discussed.

The purpose of this study is to understand the unique contributions of trait empathy and cognitive distortion to relational aggression in 393 20- to 49- year old adults (183 females and 208 males, M = 35.22 years, SD = 8.35 years). This study examined how empathic concern and perspective taking affect relational aggression through three types of cognitive distortions: self-centered bias, blaming others, and perceived persecution. As predicted by the theoretical model, relational aggression was positively associated with two types of self-serving cognitive distortions (self-centered bias and perceived persecution). Self-centered bias mediated the link between empathic concern and relational aggression. The findings suggest the interplay of personality and cognition in relational aggression.

Purpose: This study investigated the effectiveness of curcumin-based antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), the causative agent of ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods: Curcumin was added to S. aureus culture medium at concentrations of 25, 2.5, and 0.25 µM. After 60 min (20-25°C), each culture was irradiated for 1 and 3 min, and viable bacteria were counted. Curcumin (25 µM) was also added to a bacterial suspension with D-mannitol and sodium azide; microbial counts were determined after irradiation for 3 min.Results: S. aureus was significantly reduced in the 1-min (P = 0.043) and 3-min (P = 0.011) irradiation groups in comparison to the 0-min irradiation group with 25 µM curcumin. No significant differences were observed between the curcumin alone group and the curcumin plus D-mannitol or sodium azide group.Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that prolonged exposure (≥1 min) of S. aureus to LED in 25 μM curcumin solution induces cell wall injury. Curcumin-based aPDT as an adjunct to conventional oral care, employing existing dentistry equipment, offers a promising approach that does not rely on antimicrobial drugs or allows the emergence of resistant bacterial strains. This suggests its potential role in future strategies aimed at preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia.

The present research examined the relationship between interpersonal sensitivity (IS), privileged self (PS), and internet addiction, focusing on the direct effects among these variables and the indirect effects of problem-solving coping tendency and expression of emotional coping tendency. A total of 114 university students participated in the questionnaire survey, of which the 92 who completely answered the questionnaire were included in the analysis. Our data showed a significant positive direct effect of IS and PS on internet addiction tendency. Although the indirect effect of IS on internet addiction mediated by problem-solving coping tendency was not significant, the indirect effect of PS on internet addiction mediated by expression of emotional coping tendency was significant. We discussed the direct and indirect effects in terms of IS and PS characteristics and motivations.

In this study, we examined crime control in local communities through interpretations mainly from social capital. Using data obtained from a mail survey in an urban area, we investigated the effects of cooperative behaviors promoted by individual-level or macro-level social capital in neighborhoods on the number of respondents' crime victimizations. The results show that the network size of cooperative acquaintances at the individual level promotes the number of respondents' cooperative behaviors. Moreover, having a neighborhood where greeting and standing talking are frequent promotes respondents' cooperative behaviors. It is also suggested that cooperative behaviors aggregated at the macro level have an inhibitory effect on the number of victimizations in terms of "burglaries of the communities."

目的肛門科医院における「肛門が臭う」という主訴患者に対しての治療を報告する.対象と方法2年間で19名の患者を対象とし,肛門疾患があれば手術,薬物治療,希望者に肛門管内低周波電気刺激療法,骨盤底筋体操指導を行った.結果19名中10名に症状の改善を認めた.内訳:手術は3例に行い,全例改善した.電気刺激療法は11例に行い,肛門管内随意収縮圧が90mmHg未満の4例は骨盤底筋体操の指導も同時に行い全例改善した.肛門周囲皮膚炎,直腸瘤の1例,慢性裂肛の1例は,薬物治療で改善.肛門に何の異常も認められなかった10名中9名は改善せず,改善した1例は海外移住することで改善していた.結論肛門に器質的疾患を有する肛門が臭うという主訴患者は,手術,薬物治療を行えば,改善する可能性がある.また,肛門管内随意収縮圧が90mmHg未満の女性患者には,電気刺激療法+骨盤底筋体操指導は試みられて良い方法である.
