ゲストハウス(GH)は、従来の低廉宿泊施設から、宿泊者同士の交流拠点、さらには生活体験も提供できる、地域住民との交流拠点への機能変化がみられるが、外国人宿泊客と地域住民との交流をもたらす機能について十分に明らかにされていない。また新型コロナウィルスが GH の経営に与えた影響も深刻である。本論では、全国の GH 経営者への質問票調査(N=231、回収率:約 28.8%)を行った結果、GH がその内外で地域住民と外国人宿泊客とを結びつけてきたことを確認した。また新型コロナウィルスは非常に深刻な影響を GHに与えた一方、自らの経営を見直し、新たな商機を見出す契機となったことも確認できた。

骨粗鬆症に骨軟化症が合併している病態である,osteoporomalacia症例を2例経験した.症例1:80歳女性.右大腿骨転子部骨折の術後に,骨粗鬆症に対しビスフォスフォネート(BP)製剤による治療が開始となっていたが,術後約1年半経過時に,左非定型大腿骨骨折を受傷した.血液検査での血清カルシウム(Ca),リン(P),アルカリフォスファターゼ(ALP)値の異常を認め,骨軟化症が強く疑われた.症例2:77歳女性.右大腿骨頚部骨折と左尺骨骨幹部骨折の術後に,骨粗鬆症に対しエルデカルシトールが投与されていたが,術後1年経過時に,左非定型大腿骨骨折と診断され,骨形成促進剤の導入及び治療目的に当院に紹介となった.血清Ca,P,ALPは異常値であり,骨軟化症が強く疑われた.考察:本症例のように脆弱性骨折を繰り返している症例では,血液検査の重要性が高く,骨粗鬆症のみならず骨軟化症の合併も考慮して治療すべきと考えられた.

妊婦本人又は夫, 上の子にアレルギー疾患の既往を有する198例中1歳半から2歳まで追跡できた母子78組につき, 妊娠中および授乳中の食物の除去の有無と患児の臨床症状, 血清IgE値, 特異的IgG値 (卵, 牛乳, 大豆, ダニ) との相関を検討した. 実際の採血は妊娠6~7ヶ月時, 臍帯血, 生後は6ヶ月毎に反復採血した. またアンケート調査により妊娠中又は出産後の卵, 牛乳除去が母親の心理面に与える影響についても検討した.その結果, (1)喘鳴発症は妊娠早期除去群では16例中0例, 妊娠後期除去群では31例中10例に認められた. (2)アトピー性皮膚炎の発症と妊娠中の食物除去時期との間には喘鳴群ほど顕著な差はなかったが, 早期除去群で発症が少ない傾向があった. (3)アレルギー症状ないし疾患の発症と生後各時期における血清IgE値との関係については, 有症状例では血清IgE値はいずれの時期についても高値を示し, かつ母体血, 臍帯血のIgE値がすでに有意の高値を示した. (4)母乳栄養でしかも母親が牛乳を除去にしていた群では牛乳特異的IgG値は他の群にくらべ有意に低く, アレルギー発症はほとんど認められなかった. (5)妊娠中より卵, 牛乳を除去することに対し, 心理的ストレスのあった妊婦は少なく, 除去していた47例中42例が除去していてよかったと答えた.

In this review, we examined the literature on psychological aspects among professional soccer players and discussed the research trends in this field. National and international databases were searched using terms such as “psychological and (soccer OR football) and professional” and 56 studies were selected. A total of 15 psychological aspects were extracted from the selected studies. In addition, an overview of the studies revealed that (1) most of the studies were conducted in Europe and targeted approximately one soccer team, (2) most of the studies were survey or observational studies and only a few were intervention studies, and (3) most of the research topics were related to players’ mental health, with many studies dealing with aspects such as stress and coping strategies. From study designs, it can be said that the research targeting professional soccer players is still in the stage of identifying the psychological aspects among the players and organizing these in terms of significance. In the future, it will be necessary to determine the significant psychological aspects through research and suggest and evaluate interventions for professional soccer players.

本稿は,技能実習生として来日し,地域の日本語教室に参加していた中国人技能実習生ジョさんのライフストーリーである。ジョさんがどのように実習生活における困難に対処してきたのか,その過程でどのように境界や価値観が変容したのか,そして技能実習生活に地域の日本語教室への参加がどのような意味を持っていたのかについて,ジョさんの語りから分析した。その結果,ジョさんは実習生活の中で,「子どもみたい」なわがままな自分から,価値観の相違を前提とし同じ目的に向けて理解し合う「大人しい」自分へと変容していた。また,ジョさんは職場で生じる問題に能動的に関与しており,その過程は,分断された職場を変革していく水平的学習の過程であった。その中で,地域の日本語教室と職場間の越境は「一人の人間として」他者と関わろうとするジョさんの実習生活そのものを支えており,職場を変革する水平的学習を支えるものであったことが明らかになった。

The purpose of this study is to develop the ECO-insulator, which has thermal, humidity control and fireproof performance, for another to utilize agricultural wastes: rice-straw and chaff. Firstly, material properties of this ECO-insulator were measured and next, numerical simulations using these material properties were performed and the results of this ECO-insulator were compared with cases of Glass Wool and Extruded Polystyrene. The results are as follows; 1) Thermal performance of the insulator was more than one of Giass Wool 10K. 2) The fireproof performance was equivalent to one of Quasi-noncombustible Materials. 3) Without layer of vapor-barrier, it is pcssible to stop the dew condensation in the insides of walls, because of humidity control performance of this insulator.

Three kinds of sesame seed samples (washed and dried seeds, roasted seeds and dehulled seeds)were pulverized by a cooking mixer. The free oxalic acid in each sample was extracted into boiling water, and the total oxalic acid was extracted into 0.5 M hydrochloric acid. The concentration of oxalic acid in the extract was determined by ion chromatography. The amounts of total and free oxalic acid in 100 g of dried sesame seeds were found to be 1,750 mg and 350 mg, respectively, and 100mg and 50 mg, respectively, in 100g of dehulled sesame seeds. The difference between the total and free oxalic acid gave the content of calcium oxalate in the sesame seeds. The calcium oxalate contents per 100 g of dried and dehulled sesame seeds were respectively 2,323 mg and 83 mg as the monohydrate, this corresponding to 636 mg and 23mg of calcium. Almost all of the calcium oxalate was contained in the hulls of the dried sesame seeds. The total calcium per 100g of dried sesame seeds was determined as 1,210 mg, with 636 mg of calcium fixed as the oxalate. The remaining 574 mg of calcium are considered to be available for easy digestion. The calcium oxalate crystals in the hulls of the sesame seeds were aggregated particles composed of longish hexagonal plate crystals and were estimated as the monohydrate.

This paper aims to grasp the background of the formulation of Gestaltungsplan (hereafter GP) and its planning process by the city of Zurich, and to clarify the features of GP to be referred as a method of contemporary urban design. GP is one of the urban planning methods used for developing buildings and urban space since 1980 in Zurich, Switzerland and it is a comprehensive urban design method which regulates building volumes, arrangements, uses and infrastructures and so on. Currently in the city, the department named "Amt für Städtebau"(Urban Planning Bureau, hereafter AfS) is in charge of services such as management of urban design and planning. GP is formulated by AfS for effective utilization of land including regulations concerning on the three dimensional form of the building. Apart from GP, AfS operates the plan for the whole city called "Bau- und Zonenordnung" (hereafter BZO). BZO includes regulations that are the foundation for determining land use and architectural forms. With the GP being formulated, you can overwrite the contents of the BZO in the planning site and plan beyond the provisions of BZO individually. Since the city established GP in 1980, the city authority has run 83 cases throughout the city by May 2015, and the GP plays a major role in the urban development activities. In addition, the urban design method established by GP in Zurich city attracts attention as a superior system in which local governments, especially the city have great authority and operate. The authors came up with the following conclusions. When AfS started to operate the GP in Zurich city, there was a situation in which urban environment was worsening because of densification due to population increase in the city and reduction of construction space. We clarified that GP is a spatial planning method that decides comprehensively the three-dimensional arrangement of buildings, architectual form and scale and land use. We also clarified that GP is custom-made for each planning site. As a management system that enables such urban space design, we clarify the following three points in the planning process system. In the planning phase, the application of the landowner is the starting point of formulation of GP. As for the plan, AfS cooperates with landowners, designers and multi-disciplinary experts including construction and urban experts, and they establish agreements with each other. Finally, regarding the design, since the planning contents of GP has legal force, it determines the role of the designer, and it leads to the realization of excellent buildings. This system which executes planning and design by establishing agreements in order to achive a superior urban space in a feature of the GP management system. Buildings and urban spaces realisation based on GP are not only beneficial to the landowner but also they are successful in creating excellent urban landscapes and public interest. By GP, the city respects the context of existing cities and practices high-quality urban design coordinated by each department of the city. By referring to the concept of GP system, we can get useful knowledge in orienting towards the formation of excellent urban spaces.

Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis is an ethnopharmacological fungus with broad pharmacological properties. Light is a critical environmental factor for the stromata formation and development of many fungi. In this study, photomorphogenesis and blue light receptor genes were studied using a strain of O. xuefengensis. Light represses vegetative growth, but conidia linked to stromata can be observed under both light and dark conditions. Light and dark conditions had little effect on the accumulation of polysaccharides and adenosine. The genes Oxwc-1 and Oxwc-2 encoding photoreceptors of O. xuefengensis were cloned and predicted to possess polypeptides of 937 and 525 amino acids, respectively. A phylogenetic analysis based on fungal WC-1/2 supported OxWC-1 and OxWC-2 were photoreceptor. The expression of both the Oxwc-1 and Oxwc-2 genes reached a maximum after receiving light stimulation for 15 min, which might relate to the inhibition of stromata growth.

Research and development of innovative energy storage and conversion devices are being actively pursued, such as supercapacitors, metal-air batteries, fuel cells, redox flow batteries, and rechargeable batteries using ions other than lithium ions as carrier ions. This review describes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of magnesium rechargeable batteries using magnesium ions as carrier ions. In addition, the key points of electrolyte development are explained. Furthermore, the progress and future challenges of electrolyte research, one of the most important elements of magnesium rechargeable batteries, are discussed in detail.

看護師が判断する小児の催眠剤、鎮静剤、麻酔剤使用後の転倒・転落に注意が必要な時間の指標を明らかにすることを目的として調査を行った。小児看護経験が5年以上の看護師(平均8.3年)を対象に2回のデルファイ法を実施した。第1回調査では23施設の121名に、催眠剤、鎮静剤、麻酔剤を調査票に示して「薬剤投与後は経験的に何時間後まで転倒・転落の危険があると判断するか」を質問し、第2回調査では65名に第1回と同様の質問に対して「1時間」〜「24時間」の中から回答者が選択した。回答を短い時間から順に並べて積算した時に、回答数の80%以上となる時間を転倒・転落に注意が必要な時間の指標とし、トリクロホスナトリウムシロップは3時間、抱水クロラール坐剤3時間、ミダゾラム6時間、チアミラールナトリウム3時間、チオペンタールナトリウム4時間、全身麻酔手術の帰室後6時間であった。
