超音波皮脂厚計 (USC) を用いて, 体肢における皮下脂肪厚を測定し, 多用途超音波診断装置による組織断面撮影法 (SSD-120) による値と比較することにより, USCによる皮下脂肪厚測定の妥当性を検討し, 次のような結果を得た.1.USCとSSD-120による各体肢における皮下脂肪厚問の相関係数は,前腕: r=0.808, 上腕: r=0.780下腿: r=0.833, 大腿: r=0.843を示し, 全ての部位で0.1%水準の有意な相関関係が認められた.2.皮下脂肪値が, SSD-120で6mm以下の状態では, USCの値はSSD-120に比較して, やや高く, 一方6mmになるとやや低くなる傾向が認められた.3.前腕, 上腕, 下腿及び大腿の各皮下脂肪厚について両測定値間の差の絶対値をみると0.6~2.0mmであったが, しかし両測定値においては統計的に有意差はなかった.以上のことから, 体肢の皮下脂肪厚 (皮膚を含む) 測定方法として超音波皮脂厚計 (Canon CH300-FT) は充分使用できるものと考えられる.本論文の一部は, 第69回日本体力医学会関東地方会 (1983) において発表したものである.

組織イノベーションは組織メンバらの相互作用によることが理論的に知られる。このイノベーションには自己の環境を意識化できるシステム分析方法が求められるが、それは従来の三人称システム分析とは異なった一人称システム分析である。この分析方法論を、筆者らは現象学のもと、図的資源に活動理論を使う考えを提案している。それは、システム分析において現象学を活動理論の図的資源を利用して行うことに相当する。その方法や図的資源が、組織メンバがおかれる構造や条件の意識化を促進するものであるかを、Diltheyの哲学やHackmanらの職務充実理論などで評価する試みを行う。

Overseas Chinese have been an important factor in the modern Asia-Pacific economy. Since the middle of the nineteenth century, remittances by overseas Chinese have gradually influenced the economy of the region; they have been important not only in amount but also in the effect of their multiple uses for trade and investment. In the latter sense, remittances by overseas Chinese have had a huge impact. Geographically, remittance funds flowed from throughout the Asia-Pacific to South China via Hong Kong. For example, Cantonese remittance houses in South East Asia, the Americas, and Oceania remitted funds to Hong Kong, from where they were retransferred to the Pearl River Delta. Such funds were used for purchase or investment in Canton or in other Chinese cities through the Cantonese networks. This is just one example. Each Chinese group had different routes and means of remittance but all funds, with different objectives, crossed paths in Hong Kong. This paper focuses mainly on the connection mechanisms of Cantonese Chinese remittances from Singapore to the Pearl River Delta via Hong Kong.

故玉置紀夫教授追悼号本稿は,若き日の小泉信三(1888-1966)のイギリス滞在,ドイツ滞在時の経験についてできるだけ実証的な論述を与えようとしたものである。初回の小泉の留学は,1912年秋から1916年春にまで及んでおり,文字どおり,悩み多き疾風怒濤の青春時代でもあった。執筆にさいしては,小泉全集のほか,2001年に慶應義塾大学出版会から公刊された『青年小泉信三の日記』を利用した。これは戦時中に焼失した日記のなかで奇跡的に残った資料で,今般小泉家の方々のご好意によってその出版が可能になったものである。いままでも小泉の外遊については彼自身の回想を中心にかなりの情報が入手可能であるが,この日記の公刊がなおも意味を持つのは,原則として日単位で小泉の行動がフォロウできること,そして小泉の集書のプロセスや聴講した講義についてさらに詳細に知ることができることによる。拙稿は,イギリスに足をふみいれてから第一次大戦勃発時までの小泉の行動をこの日記によって追跡したものである。とくに,LSE やベルリン大学で聴講した講義,集書の過程,ジェボンズの子息との面会,そして開戦直前,直後のドイツでの体験に焦点があてられている。なお,本稿の原型たる英文論文はマッコリー大学において,2005年7月5日から8日にかけて開催された第十八回オーストラリア経済思想史学会で報告された。

Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) are useful systems because they operate at lower temperatures than other types of fuel cells. This characteristic causes water management issues. To elucidate effects of water on PEMFC performance, we developed a temperature sensor using micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) techniques. This sensor was placed between the catalyst layer (CL) and the microporous layer (MPL) at the cathode. Slight effects on total cell performance were observed with the insertion of the sensor. This sensor can be applicable to typical PEMFCs without any special equipment such as a transparent separator. In-situ measurement with a temperature sensor showed that the maximum temperature rise at the cathode CL (CCL) was about 9 ℃ at 1.1 A/cm^2. The temperature sensor also showed temperature gradients between the ribs and channels. In addition, we developed a capacitance-type humidity sensor and inserted it in the channel. In-situ measurement with a humidity sensor showed a relative humidity (RH) change in the channel.

This paper describes a 32-bit LISP processor chip developed for the AI workstation ELIS with the multiple programming paradigm language TAO. The objective of this microprocessor is to realize an S-expression machine that can match the speed of conventional machines for compiled code execution. Architectural features are a repetitive structure for VLSI implementation of the tagged architecture and a dedicated datapath for list manipulation. All the processor functions are realized on a single VLSI chip that uses a 2-micron CMOS process. ELIS supports not only LISP but also multiple programming paradigms. The ELIS interpreter has a higher performance than that of any other dedicated machine on the market.

The CPU of the AI processor (AIP) called IP704 was developed for Prolog and Lisp based on RISC architecture with hardware supports. It has been proved that IP704 architecture is effective for both AI languages and general-purpose languages. An AI processor chip (IP 1704) is being developed as a direct successor of the IP704. The architecture has been modified and refined to fit onto a single chip and to improve the execution speed. Features newly developed for the IP1704 include Overlapping of the decode and register-read stages using a combination of the hardware decoder and micro-programs and a delayed cache hit check with delayed writing. Is shown that a RISC-based processor with suitable hardware support is applicable to VLSI and also gives high performance AI languages.

論文(Article)Z刑務所の受刑者25人を対象に,課題として作成したロールレタリングノートと教育感想文の内容分析を行った.分析方法はMayring. P.(2004)の質的内容分析方法に基づいた.分析結果,教育期間によって受刑者の心理的変化を概念化し,9つのカテゴリーと24個のサブカテゴリーを抽出することができた.このような結果を通じて,本教育プログラムが受刑者自分のみならず被害者に対する認識の変化及び教育認識の変化に肯定的な影響を及ぼすことが示唆された.In this study, the role-lettering and the education review notes created during the application of this education program to 25 inmates at Z prison in Korea, will be employed. The analysis is based on the qualitative content analysis method by Mayring. P. (2004). By conceptualizing inmates' changes of psychology and acceptance of this education program, the result of the data analysis was identified with nine categories including 24 sub-categories in three periods. This result suggests that this program has positive effects on not only changes in the recognition of inmates themselves and victims but also their acceptance of this education program.

Erythrocytes undergo oxidative damage including membrane lipid peroxidation and protein oxidation during the aging process. Naturally occurring IgG autoantibody to band 3 glycoprotein of the erythrocyte membrane (anti band 3) binds to the aged erythrocytes. The IgG binding is a critical event in the removal of aged erythrocytes from the circulation since IgG-bound cells are destined to be phagocytosed by the macrophages in spleens.The selective recognition of the aged cells by the antibody occurs by the following successive mechanisms : 1) lipid peroxidation and/or SH oxidation of proteins in the membrane, 2) clustering of band 3 glycoprotein on the membrane, 3) anti-band 3 binding to the sialyl poly-N-acetyllactosaminyl saccharide chains of the clustered band 3. These events indicate that lipid peroxidation and protein oxidation are closely related to the erythrocyte aging and the mechanism of the aged cell removal from the circulation.

論文(Article)本研究では、韓国の性犯罪者の教育担当職員4人を対象としてインタビューを実施し、教育プログラムの施行過程上の問題点を明らかにした。インタビューを通じて教育過程の中で、受刑者の個人差、ラポールの形成、教育方法、教育態度によって教育参加度や教育効果が左右されることが分かった。結論として教育効果を高めるために、教育担当者と受刑者の間にラポールの形成、視聴覚資料、ローレタリング手法などを活用する必要があった。This article deals with the problems of educating sex offenders at correctional psychology therapy centers in Korea. The result of this study is based on interviews with four professional educators. In order to improve sex offenders' effectiveness of education, it is important to build rapport between educators and offenders, to prepare audio-visual materials helping them to understand the benefits of the education program, and to introduce role-lettering which puts them in another persons' position.
