肺移植待機患者は呼吸器疾患の終末期であると同時に,肺移植の術前期間でもあるという二面性をもっている.移植施設では移植に備え待機患者の病状をリアルタイムに把握しておく必要がある.待機患者は移植施設から離れて待機療養生活を行っていることが多いため,かかりつけ医療機関と移植施設,日本臓器移植ネットワークとの情報交換が大切であり,移植コーディネーターが窓口となってこれらの連携を行うことが重要である.

The manufacturing process of Micafungin (1) which is a novel candin antifungal agent discovered and developed by Astellas Pharma Inc. was studied.A new asymmetric isoxazole ring formation which is key reaction for synthesis of side chain active ester 2 was developed via β-keto enamine intermediate.And also a reaction condition of selective acylation with FUN intermediate 3 and purification of Micafungin drug substance was investigated from the viewpoints of high quality and productivity.

ラジカル重合は,活性の高い中性のラジカル種を成長種とする重合反応であり,古くから学問的にもさまざまな研究がなされてきた。一方では,その高い反応性と汎用性,水などの極性物質に対する高い耐性から,工業的にも最も広く用いられている重合の一つである。さらに近年では,リビングラジカル重合の開発により,さまざまな精密高分子合成にも用いられるようになり,ラジカル重合は新たな展開を迎えている。本稿では,ラジカル重合性モノマー,ラジカル重合における開始,成長,停止,連鎖移動反応の 4 つの素反応,ラジカル共重合など古典的なラジカル重合における基礎的な内容から,リビングラジカル重合,さらにラジカル重合における立体構造制御にいたる最近の発展について概説する。

Makeup cosmetics have been used in ancient times for the purpose of religious acts or expression of user’s authorities. The meaning of makeup changes with the times, and nowadays it is mainly used for the expression of personal beauty and tidy appearance. The main function of the makeup products are visual effects such as hiding of skin troubles, modifying the skin color and texture, and making users look more attractive with color and brilliance. In addition, recent makeup products also offer protective function such as moisturization or UV protection. Furthermore, research about the psychological effects by using makeup products is also in progress such as gaining confidence, satisfaction and sociality. There are various makeup products with different application area, and their usage method and required finishing state differ depending on each product. Therefore, in order to use makeup products safely and effectively, it is important to understand the composition of each product and usage method including the package and the applicator. In this article, I explain the formulation composition and several essential raw materials of each makeup product, and outline the molding technology and usage.

本研究の目的は, 自傷行為傾向に及ぼす親子関係の影響を検討することである. 自傷者は親からの 「不承認」 を含めて, どのような不適切な親子関係に影響を受けているのか, そして高校生から大学生に至る親子関係の発達的推移において, 自傷傾向を顕著に示す対象者はどのような親子関係の発達的特徴を有するのか, をそれぞれ明らかにする. 方法として, 高校生426名と大学生262名を対象に, 自傷行為尺度4) と親子関係尺度8) の関係を吟味した. その結果, 両親から自傷者への 「不承認」, また, 母親からの過干渉と同時に適切なサポートが供与されないといった矛盾した関わり方がそれぞれ子どもの自傷行為を誘発していることが判明した. さらに, 自傷者は親子関係における心理的離乳の発達段階に到達していないことも明らかとなった. 以上のことから, 自傷の低減には, 親子相互の建設的関係の再構築が必要であることが示唆された.

成人期の発達障害は診断されないまま見過ごされているケースも存在し,就業や日常生活,周囲とのコミュニケーションに支障をきたすために生きづらさを感じている患者も多い.今回,口腔内の慢性疼痛治療のために当院に来院した患者で,診察時の様子から発達障害が疑われて精神科医への紹介を行ったところ,注意欠如・多動症(ADHD)と診断された症例を経験したので報告する.患者は50歳女性.下顎右側第二大臼歯の慢性疼痛を主訴に来院し,筋筋膜性歯痛の診断下に疼痛治療を開始した.診察室内では落ち着きがなく会話を順序立てることが困難で,破局的思考が強かった.口腔内処置時には,感覚過敏や指示の伝わりにくさも認めた.数カ月を経過しても疼痛治療への理解や協力が得られず,正確な疼痛評価も困難であったため,発達障害を疑い精神科医へ紹介した.患者はADHDと診断され,ADHD治療薬による薬物療法が開始された.現在,落ち着きのなさや会話を順序立てることの困難は徐々に改善傾向にあり,今後の疼痛治療への積極的な参加と疼痛改善が期待される.本症例のように,隠れた発達障害が治療の障害になっていることもある.適切な治療を行うためには,専門医への受診を促し,連携を図ることが重要であると示唆された.

We observed a new SWI finding, “cortical brush sign,” that represents prominent venous structures in the cortex of patients with acute cerebral infarct with or without moyamoya disease and cerebral venous thrombosis. The cortical brush sign disappeared on follow-up SWI in all cases. Cortical brush sign may help to understand the pathophysiology of venous structures in the cortex at acute phase.

 The Table-talk Role Playing Game (TRPG) is an analog game. This game progresses by repeating acts of speech between a Game Master (GM) and a Player (PL). The GM progresses a story based on a framework they have prepared. The progression of the story, however, is often changed by the PL. This gap between the planed story and actual story surprises the GM and thus changes the progression of the story. The authors of the present study focus on this observation and have produced a mechanism for generating a story with a surprise element using the model of a story generation in TRPG. In this paper, we prepared for this gap using a technique for the creation of the story and researched the relations between this gap and the act of surprising,using a questionnaire. Results showed that the surprise element was related to this gap. Using the aforementioned technique, we will develop a story generation mechanism for a range of story generation scenarios, to be used in automatic story generation games in the future.

“Run Melos” whose earliest text has been given many layers of historical significance with passing time, had, in the first place, a narrative structure that tended to inspire the building of moral character. Therefore, after the implementation of the special course in moral education 1958, it has continued to be adopted as reading material for moral education. It was also adopted as materials for teaching Japanese language education. From the time when the reading materials for senior high and junior high schools were mixed, as seen during the early years when materials were being selected for incorporation into the curriculum, leading up to the time when the story was stabilized for use in the second year of junior high school, there had been a the tendency in using it for lower and lower grades. During that period. a portion of the story was omitted for the use in junior high school, showing the tendency for simplification, similar to what was seen in adapting reading materials for moral education. This is attributed to what was basically literary teaching material having been tossed between two different objectives- using it for the development of moral values or using it for the development of reading comprehension. On the other hand, “ran,and it promoted generalization of the learning instruction to read the feelings of the character as subject contents of language arts that it was with the popular teaching materials, and it was with whole sentence transcription, and Melos” was an identification of the outlook on teaching materials of language arts to desire value of the literature rediscovery of shaking and the weakness of the human heart with the fashion of the reading and understanding instruction. However, the generalization of such a learning instruction produced “correct answer” = “item of virtues” principles, “the principle of feelings center” and the criticized actual situation later and was to contain “secret moral education”. “Run, and Melos” continues keeping the position as “the constant seller teaching materials” as the typical teaching materials indicating the ambiguity which education to read the literature teaching materials has in this way until today in the after 1970s.
