本研究では, 共感性を高めるプログラムを開発し, そのプログラムの効果を検討した。また, プログラムを通して, 社会的スキル, 自尊感情, 向社会的行動が高まるかについても検討した。介護福祉系専門学校に通う学生を対象に実験群17名(男性6名, 女性11名 ; 平均年齢20.71歳), 統制群33名(男性15名, 女性18名 ; 平均年齢19.58歳)を設けた。プログラムを実施した結果, 共感性の構成要素とされる視点取得, ポジティブな感情への好感・共有, ネガティブな感情の共有については, プログラムの効果が確認された。具体的には, 事前よりも事後とフォローアップで得点が高いことが示された。さらに, これらの共感性の構成要素については, フォローアップにおいて, 実験群の方が統制群よりも得点が高いことが明らかにされた。しかしながら, 他者の感情に対する敏感性については期待される変化が確認されず, さらには, 社会的スキル, 自尊感情, 向社会的行動への効果も確認されなかった。以上の結果を踏まえ, 今後のプログラムの改善に向けて議論がなされた。

In this paper we propose a method to estimate working activities from sensor datawithout user annotation. Estimation of working activities are much more difficult than that ofsimple activities such as ’walking’ and ’still’ in terms of their complexity and length. To addressthis issue, we assume that they are a probabilistic combination of various simple activities andpropose a method to discover working activities by multistage estimation, in which firstly classifysensor data into some basic activities and then estimate them by using topic model.We focusedon nursing service as one of professional working activities, in whicn visualization by estimation ofworking activities is critical, conducted the experiment to observe it in the hospital and verifiedour method.

本研究は,男子大学生の性行動・避妊行動の実態,およびこれらに影響する性意識,性的態度との関係について明らかにすることを目的とし, A県内の男子大学生318人(有効回答数277)に実態調査を行った。この結果,対象の平均年齢は, 20.9±1.2歳であり,性交経験「あり」と回答した者は186人,初交年齢の平均は17.6±2.1歳であった。性交経験者のうち,現在のパートナーの有無について,その人数は,「1人」89.7%,「2人」4.3%,「3人以上(最大8人)」6.0%であった。避妊行動は,「あり」と回答した者は178人で,避妊行動の頻度は,「毎回」140人,「ほとんど」8人,「半々」5人,「ほとんどしない」8人であったが,その一方で,避妊行動の必要性について「必要だ」と大半が認識しているものの,実行が伴わない状況であった。性的態度は,性交経験の有無において,性交経験がある者が性に寛容であり(P<0.001),とくに初交経験が早い者のほうが寛容であることを示した。一方,避妊行動を実施している者が性の責任感は強く(P<0.05),とくに毎回避妊している者が高かった(P<0.001)。

This study focused on the influences of the green spaces of the condominiums to their prices in the residential area of Wangjing in Beijing. Data of 88 second-hand apartments among the 33 condominiums were applied to the regression model analysis in order to estimate their prices. It became clear that the ratios of the green space area, the green space area adjacent to the residential buildings and the common green space area to the site area, and the level of maintenance of the green spaces exerted positive influences to the prices. The model estimated that the price rose 0.3% when the ratio of the green space area increased 5% specifically.

The purposes of this study were to select the crude drugs of the medicated baths calendar for each of the twelve months of the year, and to clarify the physiological responses of this medicated baths. To ultimately establish a set of crude drugs for use in medicated baths, the history and make-up of medicated baths were researched and the characteristics of seasonal events were investigated. Next, characteristics of crude drugs particular to each Japanese season that would affect baths and formulation our bath drugs using readily accessible materials were sought. The result was an assortment of crude drugs specifically designed for effectiveness throughout the year. In experiments, skin temperatures, blood flow, and amounts of perspiration were monitored. The findings revealed that the medicated baths were highly effective in keeping the skin temperature high in that they caused a little decrease in mean skin temperature over a period of time and a longer period of perspiration in comparison to normal bath. These medicated baths were also found to increase the amound of blood flow and the secretion of nor adrenaline, making the drugs a notably more effective promoter of blood circulation than normal bath. The results proved the medicated baths to be beneficial, healthy bathing methods.

視覚障害者の日常生活の範囲を広げ, 社会の一員としての活動を促進するには, 普通の人と同じように単独で鉄道を利用できることが大きな推進力となる. しかしながら, 現状の鉄道駅の環境は視覚障害者にとって必ずしも十分整備されているとはいいがたく, 様々な困難や危険に遭遇する可能性が高い. 事実これまでにも, プラットホームから転落して列車にはねられ, 重篤な損傷を被った事故が数多く報告されている. 我々は視覚障害者の駅プラットホームからの転落事故について多数の事例を収集してきた. 本研究では, これらの事故を視覚障害者の基本的歩行特性や環境要因との関連から分析し, 歩行環境の改善や人的援助の導入を中心にして, 事故防止策に関して提言を行う.

The purpose of the present study was to develop a simplified scale to assess loneliness in children. Participants were 646 elementary school students (335 boys and 311 girls) from 4th to 6th grade and 24 homeroom teachers who identified lonely children within the participants of their classes. The student participants completed the Five-item Loneliness Scale for Children (Five-LSC) and other scales measuring social skills, social competence, and withdrawal to confirm the validity of the Five-LSC. The results showed that the Five-LSC was both reliable and valid. In addition, there were no grade or sex differences in loneliness. Future research using the Five-LSC was discussed.

The C57BL/6 mouse is the most well-known inbred mouse strain, and has been widely used as a genetic background for congenic and mutant mice. A number of C57BL/6 substrains have been derived from the C57BL/6 founder line and are reported to differ in several phenotypes. There are several major sources of C57BL/6 substrains for the biomedical research community. The importance of their genetic and phenotypic differences among substrains, however, has not yet been well recognized by biomedical researchers. Here, we report the result of screening of the functional deletion of the nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase (<i>Nnt</i>) gene and 1,446 SNPs genotyping among seven C57BL/6 substrains from different sources, such as C57BL/6J, C57BL/6JJcl, C57BL/6JJmsSlc, C57BL/6NJcl, C57BL/6NCrlCrlj, C57BL/6NTac, and C57BL/6CrSlc. The deletion of exon 7-11 in the <i>Nnt</i> gene that was previously reported in C57BL/6J was also observed in other C57BL/6J substrains, indicating that this functional deletion probably occurred at an early stage in the establishment of C57BL/6J substrains. The genotyping of SNP loci clearly demonstrate genetic differences between C57BL/6J and C57BL/6N substrains at 11 loci. Besides, we found another SNP differing between C57BL/6J and other C57BL/6J substrains available from commercial breeders. No genetic difference was detected among C57BL/6N substrains. The C57BL/6CrSlc mouse, originally derived from the National Cancer Institute of the NIH was found to be the same as the C57BL/6N substrains by the SNP pattern. These data will be useful for accurate genetic monitoring of genetically engineered mice with the C57BL/6 background.<br>

目的: 総義歯患者において, 旧義歯から新義歯へ移行することにより生じる, 食生活および栄養状況の変化を検討すること.方法: 被験者は, 2004年3月から2005年11月までに日本大学松戸歯学部付属病院を受診した新義歯作製希望の無歯顎患者のうち, 本研究の内容と目的を説明し, 書面による同意の得られた30名とした.間食を含む3日間の食事記録とデジタルカメラにて撮影された食事写真をもとに, 管理栄養士が被験者からの聞き取り調査を行い, 栄養充足率の算出を行った.さらに平井の方法に準じ摂取可能食品質問表から咀嚼スコアーを算出した.統計分析は旧義歯と新義歯間の平均値の差をRepeated measureANOVAにて行った.有意水準は0.05とした.結果: 旧義歯, 新義歯における, エネルギーおよび栄養充足率は, 大部分が100%を超えていた.しかしながら, 旧義歯群と新義歯群の間に統計的有意差は認められなかった.旧義歯における咀嚼スコアーは58.3±19.9を示し, 新義歯では66.1±18.5を示した.新義歯の咀嚼スコアーは旧義歯の咀嚼スコアーに比べ有意に増加した.結論: 新義歯を装着することにより, 被験者自身の咀嚼に関する評価は向上するものの, 旧義歯および新義歯使用時における被験者の栄養充足率は正常範囲であり, 両者間に差は認められなかった.

The results are summarised as follows:<br>1. The chemical formula of Calcium sulphite was found to be CaSO₂⋅1/2 H₂O.<br>2. The heat of oxidation of crystalline and amorphous CaSO₃⋅1/2 H₂O are 60.51 kcal/mol and 62.95 kcal/mol respectively.<br>3. Crystalline calcium magnesium sulphite was discovered and its chemical formula was determined to be CaMg(SO₃)₂⋅7H₂O.<br>4. The dehydration temperature of crystalline and amorphous CaSO₃⋅1/2 H₂O are 400°C and 375°C respectively. The compound CaMg(SO₃)₂⋅7H₂O dehydrates stepwise at 110°C and 200°C.<br>5. The calcium sulphite when suspended in water is easely oxidized with air bubbles to good gypsum crystals.

In cognitive-behavioral programs designed for chronic pain patients, Iittle is known about the mechanism of psychological changes which occur during therapy, though the idea that pain behaviors are decreased is widely accepted. We have conducted a three-week outpatient program for twenty-three musculoskeletal chronic pain patients. We compared pre- and post-treatment values of VAS (visual analogue scale). MMPI profiles, and SDS scores of all patients in order to investigate what happens from a psychological point of view. Responses to each item of the MMPI and SDS were also examined to distinguish whether they had changed after the program. We found that VAS values, MMPI F, Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Sc, MAS scores, and total SDS scores had decreased significantly, whereas MMPI Lb and As had not change. Patients significantly changed their answers to 12 items of the MMPI and 6 items of the SDS, mainly concerning somatic preoccupation and depressed mood. We conclude that a programmed reconditioning exercise alters the incapacitated body image and that the change of cognition of pain in chronic pain patients improves their depressive state. We suggest that this approach may amend the mental as well as the physical status of chronic pain patients though further research focused on detailed cognitive changes, and long-term follow-up of this program are needed.

2011年3月11日に発生した東北地方太平洋沖地震による津波被害を教訓に,南海トラフ域を中心とした地震による被害想定と防災・減災対策の見直しが西日本の沿岸地域で進められつつある.宮崎県の沿岸自治体においてもマグニチュード9クラスの南海トラフ巨大地震による甚大な人的・物的被害が想定された.人口と経済活動が集中する宮崎市では,低平地に市街地が広がることや沿岸域に住宅地や商業施設が展開する傾向にあることから,想定される津波に対して確実な被害軽減策を講じることが喫緊の課題となっている.本研究は,現実に即した津波避難対策を合理的に講じることを目的に,津波浸水域の時間的広がりと地盤の液状化を考慮した津波避難困難エリアの抽出法と具体的な適用例を示す.

〔目的〕脳卒中により利き手側の片麻痺を呈した場合,利き手交換練習を行うことが多い。そのため健常者における非利き手での箸操作の運動時,イメージ時,模倣時の脳神経活動を明らかにした。〔対象〕神経学的な疾患の既往のない右利き健常成人5名(平均年齢20.7歳)とした。〔方法〕課題は,左手箸操作運動課題,左手箸操作イメージ課題,左手箸操作の映像をみながら箸操作運動課題(模倣課題)の3種類とし,その間の脳内活動を3.0T MRI装置にて撮像した。〔結果〕運動課題では左右感覚運動野・補足運動野・小脳・下頭頂小葉・基底核・右Brodmann area 44が賦活した。イメージ課題では,運動課題と比べ左感覚運動野・小脳の賦活が消失していた。模倣課題では,左右感覚運動野・補足運動野・上下頭頂小葉・Brodmann area 44が賦活した。〔結語〕イメージ課題と模倣課題には,運動課題時に賦活する領域を両課題とも補う傾向にあることから,箸操作訓練の際には運動課題のみではなく両者を取り入れて行う意味があることが示唆された。<br>
