Pentanthrene type heterocyclic compounds, which contain oxazole, isoxazole, oxadiazole, thiazole, isothiazole, thiadiazole or pyrrole ring as C-ring, and naphthalene, quinoline, isoquinoline or quinoxaline ring as A·B-ring, were prepared, and their monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitory activities were examined. As expected from our previous investigation on the structure-activity relationship of this series, most of them showed strong inhibitory potency to both MAO-A and MAO-B. However, a few indicated highly selective inhibition for either of MAO subtypes.

収穫直後の生鮮なハーブ13種(コモンタイム,コリアンダー,フェンネル,ヒソップ,イタリアンパセリ,レモンバーム,オレガノ,ローズマリー,セージ,サラダバーネット,スペアミント,スイートバジル,スイートマジョラム)のアスコルビン酸に関する基礎調査を行って次の結果を得た.<BR>(1) 総アスコルビン酸含量は,最も多いサラダバーネットの297mg/組織100gから,最も少ないスイートバジルの67mg/100gの範囲内にあった.<BR>(2) アスコルビン酸酸化酵素は種によって活性に差がみられ,イタリアンパセリとサラダバーネットは活性が低く,他のハーブで比較的高い活性が認められた.<BR>(3) 熱湯5分間処理で,コリアンダーとレモンバームでは組織中のアスコルビン酸の約1/2が抽出液中へ溶出されるが,他のものでは約1/4以下であった.熱湯処理によるアスコルビン酸の残存率はスイートバジルで53%と最も低く,コリアンダー,フェンネル,イタリアンパセリおよびサラダバーネットでは90%以上であった.

本研究では,映像コンテンツの高速提示により生じた認知負荷に関する客観的な評価指標として,振動プローブ刺激に対するP300振幅を活用することの有用性を検討し,映像コンテンツの視聴速度と注意配分量の関連性を明らかにした.実験では,被験者21名に対して,等質性が確認された2種類の映像コンテンツをランダム順に等倍速条件と2倍速条件で提示した.また,映像コンテンツ視聴中に振動プローブ刺激を与え,標的刺激に対するキー押し課題を課し,ワイヤレス生体計測器を用いて課題中脳波を記録した.P300振幅の分析の結果,2倍速条件におけるP300振幅は,他の条件に比べて有意に小さく,映像コンテンツを2倍速で視聴する場合,等倍速で視聴する場合に比べて,注意配分量が大きくなる可能性が示唆された.

日本血小板・顆粒球型ワークショップの参加施設の協力を得て2007年4月から2009年3月までの2年間に各依頼施設に検査依頼があり,血小板数が15×104/μl未満であった66症例を対象とし,集計調査を行った.新生児溶血性疾患と異なり,初回妊娠から発症した症例が多くみられた.母親の妊娠回数,輸血歴,既往歴における血小板抗体陽性率に有意差はみられなかった.患児の頭蓋内出血の有無別にみた在胎週数,出生時体重,患児血小板数に有意差はみられなかった.抗体特異性はHLA抗体単独例が33.3%,HPA抗体が21.2%,陰性が40.9%で,HPA抗体陽性例の血小板交差適合試験は全て陽性であった.HPA抗体の特異性はHPA-4b抗体が最も多く,次いでHPA-5b抗体が多かった.

&nbsp;The aim of this paper is to clarify the reality of the reviving of shrine ritual in order not only to rethink ongoing projects implemented under the word &ldquo;Earthquake Disaster Reconstruction&rdquo; but to think post-earthquake rebuilding of town in future tsunami-prone areas.<br>&nbsp;The results are the following:<br>&nbsp;(1) Damage and Post-Earthquake Movement of the Shrines Hit by Tsunami:<br>&nbsp;Most of the shrines hit by tsunami have been rebuilt or rehabilitated by the time of the survey. In some cases, the shrines got support from outside.<br>&nbsp;(2) Relationship between Shrine Rituals and Folk Cultural Assets in Yamada-Town:<br>&nbsp;In Yamada-town, the shrines play an important role in sustaining the folk cultural assets.<br>&nbsp;(3) Movement of Ohsugi Shrine Annual Festival Before and After the Earthquake:<br>&nbsp;Ohsugi shrine has been rebuilt until two years after the earthquake. After further a year, the annual festival was held with the traditional content.<br>&nbsp;(4) Processes and Problems of Reviving of the Groups of Folk Performing Artists:<br>&nbsp;Most of the groups of folk performing artists participated in Yamada Festival a half year after the earthquake, and have finished getting an almost full set of equipment until four years after the earthquake, the time of the survey.<br>&nbsp;(5) Processes and Problems of Reviving of the Group of Mikoshi Bearers:<br>&nbsp;The group of mikoshi bearers was reorganized for its reviving a year and a half after the earthquake. After further two years, it participated in Yamada Festival in the traditional format once again. When the group of mikoshi bearers was reorganized, the chief priest of Ohsugi shrine became the top adviser of it. Carrying mikoshi in the annual festival is not the same as before in several points because rebuilding of dwelling environment is not going along smoothly.<br>&nbsp;(6) Relationship between the Rebuilding of Town and the Reviving of Shrine Ritual in Yamada-Town:<br>&nbsp;The rebuilding of dwelling environment and the industrial recovery reached major milestones at almost the same time as the reviving of shrine ritual. The buildings for the sake of industrial recovery have been used as bases of the group of folk performing artists and the group of mikoshi bearers.<br>&nbsp;We consider that disaster victims could feel that Reconstruction is going along if annual events were held with the traditional content without suspension. In that sense, it can be said important to hold annual festivals with the possibly same content as before the earthquake since the early stage of rebuilding of town. Although restoring and carrying Mikoshi require a high amount of funds, we infer that support for reviving should be provided as soon after earthquake as possible. Besides, we found that it is especially necessary to make a point for each group to get bases commensurate with its size in likely place.<br>&nbsp;We also argue the importance of the role played by the chief priest of shrine in rebuilding and sustaining of town to contribute to sustaining the groups of folk performing artists, the group of mikoshi bearers and therefore the community based on above-referenced groups.<br>&nbsp;Interestingly, the reviving of shrine ritual reached major milestones to coincide with the shifts of dwelling environment from shelter to temporary housing, or from temporary housing to disaster public housing.<br>&nbsp;Not only in Yamada-town but in general reconstruction, it is hoped that as well as being a memorial for victims of the disaster, shrine ritual would be revived while linking it organically to rebuilding of dwelling environment and industrial recovery to which it is indivisibly related.

This paper proposes an eccentricity computation algorithm using the complete elliptic integral of the second kind for a pre-aligner. A CD-SEM is an inspection tool of the semiconductor device using the electron beam. Highly precision CD-SEM is required by the high integration of the semiconductor device progressing. Also, high throughput CD-SEM is required by the increased production of semiconductor devices which are smaller and thinner, because they are required by growing of smartphones and tablet PCs. A pre-aligner which is installed to improve throughput is a part of CD-SEM. The pre-aligner computes eccentricity of a Si wafer, and transfers it to inside the CD-SEM precisely. It is a non-contact type which can prevent contamination using a line image sensor to compute eccentricity. However, it is difficult for a conventional method to be highly precise, because it depends on an approximation and an experience even though it computes eccentricity using derivative and statistics calculation. At first, this paper shows that a wave pattern of the line image sensor is proportional to the complete eccentric integral of the second kind based on geometry analysis. Then, it proposes highly precise eccentricity calculation algorithm based on an analytical result. Finally it shows high precision pre-aligner by an experimental result.

<p>本論では,2018年に国内で初開催するナレッジグラフを対象とした推論チャレンジについて述べる.近年,深層学習をきっかけに人工知能(AI)技術への関心が高まっている.今後,AI技術は幅広く普及し,さまざまな社会システムに埋め込まれるようになるだろう.しかし,安全・安心に社会の中でAIを活用していくためには,AIによるシステムの動作を正しく解釈,検証し,品質を保証する技術が必要となる.そこで,本会セマンティクWebとオントロジー(SWO)研究会では,解釈可能性なAIに関する最先端技術の共有と研究開発の促進を図るため,推論に関するチャレンジを開催する.具体的には,広く知られたシャーロックの推理小説をナレッジグラフ化し,そこから犯人を推理(推論)する技術を広く一般から募集する.本チャレンジは2018年度人工知能学会全国大会開催当日より約半年間の日程でスタートする.是非,チャレンジへの参加をご検討されたい.</p>

The metabolism, antitumor activity, and acute toxicity of 5-fluoro-1, 3-bis-(tetrahydro-2-furanyl)-2, 4-pyrimidinedione (FD-1) were investigated in animals, compared with 5-fluoro-1-(tetrahydro-2-furanyl)-2, 4-pyrimidinedione (FT). It was found that after oral administration of FD-1, the level of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) was maintained higher and longer than after administration of FT, and that a large amount of 5-FU was released from FD-1 by liver microsomal drugmetabolizing enzymes or spontaneous hydrolysis via 5-fluoro-3-(tetrahydro-2-furanyl)-2, 4-pyrimidinedione (3-FT) and FT. FD-1 had a significant activity against the solid form of Ehrlich carcinoma, sarcoma-180, hepatoma AH130, Yoshida sarcoma, Walker carcinosarcoma-256, and leukemia L1210 and P388, but not the ascitic forms, and it produced greater inhibition of tumor growth than FT. The acute toxicity of FD-1 was less than that of FT.

【目的】緩和ケアの研修・自己研鑽に関するニーズに影響する要因を探索すること.【方法】緩和ケア医を志す卒後15年以内の医師を対象に質問紙調査を行い,満たされないニーズ(以下ニーズ)を5件法で評価した.ニーズは因子分析を行い,各因子の平均点を従属変数,背景要因を独立変数として単変量解析を行った.【結果】対象者284名に対して回答者は253名(89%),初期研修医・緩和ケア専門医などを除く229名を解析対象とした.ニーズは,研究・時間・キャリア・ネットワーク・質・幅広さの6つの因子が同定された.ニーズの因子得点に効果量≥0.4の有意差があった背景要因は,1)認定研修施設に勤務していない,2)勤務先・研修先が大病院ではない,3)施設内緩和ケア医数が2名以下であった.【考察】認定研修施設ではない病院,または小規模,または緩和ケア医の少ない環境で働く若手医師が受ける研修体制の改善は優先度が高い課題と考えられる.

It is important to include the behavior of load in studies of loss of generation and consequent load shedding and also in studies of long-term dynamics of a power system. This paper proposes a method which estimates load-frequency and load-voltage characteristic constants separately at the same time, by using normal operating data.The power system can be represented as an equivalent model which is composed of a major bus load, an equivalent impedance and a voltage source behind it. When the load capacity is small enough compared with the total system capacity, variations of active power of the load have little effect on frequency changes in the total system. Voltage changes behind the equivalent impedance are caused by variations of the operating condition in the external system, so voltage changes are independent to variations of active and reactive power of the major bus load under the state of nominal frequency and voltage. So coherences between them decreases to zero according to the increase of data in number and it is possible to estimate the load-frequency and load-voltage characteristic constants. Necessary measuring periods and accuracies of estimation are clarified and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.

The seedlings of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L. cv. Russian Mammoth) were hydroponic-cultured in a controlled environment at 25°C and at 70% relative humidity. Using three band fluorescent lamps (5000 K) as the main lighting source, the PPFD (400-700 nm) was kept at 200, μmol⋅m-2⋅s-1, and each additional PFD (700-800 nm) of far-red (FR) irradiation in four experiments, using FR fluorescent lamps, was kept at 107.1, 50.1, 25.6, and 9.3 umol⋅m-2⋅s-1, respectively.According to the additional level of FR irradiation, the fresh weight, dry weight, leaf area and stem length of the seedlings were increased. The stem length was extended greatly by additional FR irradiation, and leaf/stem dry weight ratio was also changed. Eight days after the treatment by FR irradiation, the stem length was extended 3.8 times longer in FR, 107.1, μmol⋅m-2⋅s-1 treatment in comparison with the 9.3μmol⋅m-2⋅s-1treatment, and leaf/stem dry weight ratio was 5.8 to 2.7.It was found that stem extension and leaf/stem dry weight ratio could be controlled artificially by the level of the additional FR irradiation. As a result, it indicates that the evaluation of FR irradiation may be useful in designing the lighting conditions of plant factories or in atria.

The scope of education on building technology is not limited to construction supervision for architects and construction work management for constructors. In fact, when the 2008's reform of the Architect Act introduced the eight categories of designated lectures in accreditation of architect license in Japan, one of them was Building production, not Construction work. However, architectural courses of technical colleges and universities do not necessarily have the common understanding on education of building production. This paper is the third report of educational report series to facilitate richer education of building production in technical colleges and universities. By a review to nine textbooks of building production and a questionnaire survey to two hundred forty two departments of architecture, which the former two reports showed in detail, we made out the reference material for syllabus on lectures of building production. That contains a list of ninety-three educational headings of building production, two tables of three lecture types related to educational headings or construction business fields, variations of each lecture type on procedure, and instances of typical lecture procedure. This paper aims to evaluate the reference material for syllabus, and to discuss the future lectures and texts of building production. A new questionnaire survey to ninety-six departments of architecture has made the followings clear. Firstly, the reference material for syllabus is useful for revising syllabi on lectures of building production. Especially by the list of educational headings of building production, almost lecturers of all lecture types will check whether their lectures have enough educational contents or not. Moreover, the lecturers of lecture type II are able to add educational issues to their lectures based on the table of construction business fields, and the lecturers of type III are able to build up a new lecture scenario by referring to the variations on lecture procedure. Secondary, educational issues how to use existing buildings will become more important in future lectures of building production. Since two thirds of lecturers intend to add these issues in their lectures, that includes thirty percent of lecturers of type I although they scarcely give a lecture on the use of existing buildings. There is another approach to enrich the education on the use of existing buildings. That is to start a new series of lectures. In this case, lectures are necessary to have educational issues on renovation, facility management and real estate at least. Finally, future texts of building production should contain figures and tables that are suitable for projection in lectures. According to our questionnaire survey, lecturers of building production in technical colleges and universities point out luck of such educational materials. On the other hand, researches on building production have shown their results by various diagrams, which represent relations of construction subjects or processes of construction site works. In order to increase educational effectiveness, future texts are necessary to develop much simpler diagrams than the originals made by researches of building production, and to collect them in themselves.
