Cult seems to be the alpha and omega of arts. F. W. J. Schelling unged that the Church and her Cult be treated as living works of art, but he could not realize such an aesthetics. Comparative liturgics, which compares mainly Western and Eastern rites of Christendom, is already existing. But in order to study liturgies of various religions as a whole, we need some new method and way of approach. Needless to say we should consult with science of religions, ethnology, musicology, history of art and theology and their results. But aesthetics seems to be most profitable for such an universal and fundamental research of liturgy. Here aestheics means an indispensable foundation of an existential metaphysics uniting mythological and scientifical worlds into a higher synthesis. By the way, our experiment. such as combining Byzantine chanting with liturgical music of Zen temple, has won an unexpected success. We hope our Aesthetics of Liturgy could contribute a little to an Itinerarium mentis ad Deum in modern civilisation.

本邦には、これまで宋代総集に関する体系的な研究はなかった。宋代文学に関する研究のほとんどは、詩人とその別集(個人の詩文集)についての研究であり、宋代総集の意義は看過されてきたといっても過言ではない。本研究は、『四庫提要』の34種の総集についての解読と国内外の善本所蔵機関への調査を中心としたものである。その成果は『四庫提要宋代總集研究』(汲古書院 2013 年1月)として公開した。

Physical strength and performance test (PSPT) results for elite junior divers selected annually in the diving competition finals of the National Junior High School Selection Swim Meets (1998∼2005) were studied. It was found that the relationship between the PSPT results and the competition scores compared from the viewpoint of the annual results were as follows: the PSPT results for both genders indicated gradual improvements among male and female springboard divers, and male and female platform divers (ANOVA: p<0.05). The competition scores for springboard diving also indicated gradual improvements as mentioned above. Various athletic abilities, such as the flexibility of the shoulder joints, body tucks, etc., and especially muscular strength were improved during the PSPT. It was recognized that this unique improvement in the PSPT and competition scores have been achieved by using newly developed training systems.

当初の予定どおりに、5000万語規模の現代日本語書籍均衡コーパスを構築して2011年に公開した。同時に構築途上のコーパスを利用しながら、コーパス日本語学の確立にむけた研究を多方面で推進し、若手研究所の育成にも努めた。現在、約200名規模の研究コミュニティーが成立しており、本領域終了後も定期的にワークショップを開催するなど活発に活動を続けている。

骨浸潤性腫瘍に対する放射線治療において照射後の骨の機能と形態の保存を目的としてメダカ(Oryzias)咽頭歯骨部を用いて放射線照射後の骨代謝,破骨細胞誘導の信号伝達物質を生化学的に計測してきた。骨浸潤性腫瘍においてはペリオスチンなどが高頻度に発現して骨代謝,石灰化,骨芽細胞の成熟に大きな影響を与えることが示されている。ペリオスチンの骨代謝に与える影響は明らかではないが,ガンマ線照射に比べて炭素線照射によってペリオスチンは増強され骨吸収が阻害されるだけでなく,骨芽細胞が産生される石灰化促進因子が増強される。このために骨の吸収阻害や放射線照射後の病的骨折防止に応用できる可能性が示された。

本年度は、まず宮内庁書陵部・東京大学史料編纂所・東京都立中央図書館特別文庫室において史料調査を行った。宮内庁書陵部では、貞享度大嘗会に関する史料を収集するとともに、写真撮影・複製を行った。東京大学史料編纂所では、同所所蔵の「備後福山阿部家文書」のうち、京都所司代の職掌日記を調査した。虫損が甚だしかったが、同所と協議し、写真複製が可能なものについて撮影・複製を行った。東京都立中央図書館特別文庫室では、同室所蔵の「木子文庫」について調査し、とくに近世の天皇の葬送儀礼に関する史料について写真撮影・複製を行った。また、史料調査の他に、「天子御作法」の具体像を明らかにする観点から、宮内庁侍従長の許可を得て、東山御文庫に保管されている『後桃園天皇宸記』について翻刻作業を開始した。先行研究によると、後桃園天皇は内廷関係と外廷関係に分けて日記をつけていたことが判明しているが、その内容についてはこれまで具体的な検討がなされてこなかった。本研究では、裁可の際の天皇の発言内容や作法、議奏への指示内容などが克明に記された外廷関係の日記から順に翻刻を開始することとした。その結果、第1回めの翻刻作業において、天皇の発言は案件毎に決められていたこと、なかでも官位叙任申請に対しての「留置」という発言が天皇の権能を考える上で重要であること、天皇に披露される文書様式に「四ツ折」と称されるものがあることなどが明らかとなった。この『後桃園天皇宸記』のほか、『桃園天皇宸記』についても翻刻作業を進めていき、近世の天皇の所作・作法について原則を見出すことができればと考えている。

Corynebacterium matruchotiiはバイオフィルムの石灰化に重要な役割を果たしている。しかし、C. matruchotiiと歯石沈着の関連における疫学調査や臨床データが少ない。その理由は、C. matruchotiiの簡便な検出方法が存在しないためである。本研究では、C. matruchotiiの簡便な検出方法の確立を目指した。C. matruchotiiの分子疫学調査に利用できる比較的安価で特異的な抗原を抽出した。C. matruchotiiのカルシウム結合タンパク質は20種類存在し、そのタンパク質の多くは酸性タンパクであることが明らかとなった。

本研究課題は、認知科学領域において関心の高まっている「衝動性」という心理行動的現象の制御メカニズムについて、脳領域間の情報伝達を担うセロトニンの機能、およびこれを調節する遺伝子の塩基配列の個人差(遺伝子多型: gene polymorphism)に着目し、その個人差に関わる包括的な視点から、衝動的行動の制御メカニズムを明らかにした。具体的には、行動実験、脳機能計測、遺伝子解析により基盤となる脳内機構、およびこれへのセロトニントランスポータ、セロトニン2A受容体遺伝子多型の影響を示すとともに、こうした制御機構の基盤としての前頭前野腹外側部の関与を明らかにした。

"Since the year 2012, Budo was appointed to be a required subject in Junior high school in Japan. Nevertheless, without a right understanding on the actual purposes and the targets as a school subject which students learn, there would be little value as a result.We would take Kendo, Karate and Judo as a prominent example of Budo-sports, and we would show how to teach them to the students and to skill up. We wonder if there are skilled actual trainers (or coaches) and the enough facilities for the training of Budo in all over the country, that would be the key issues."

To evaluate the effectiveness, safety and utility of Emedastine difumarate (ED) in the treatment of Japanese cedar pollinosis, a multicentered, double-blind comparative study was performed in 290 patients in 1994.<br>Patients with Japanese cedar pollinosis were divided into two groups; the first group was treated with ED at a dose of 4mg/day starting two weeks before the season and continuing for the whole season. The second group was given an inactive placebo instead of ED during the pre-season and the early portion of the season and then replaced with ED during the later portion of the season.<br>As a result, the final improvement rate was significantly higher in the first group than that in the second group.<br>All subjective symptoms such as sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal obstruction and eye itching were suppressed due to ED treatment.<br>In conclusion, it was better to continuously administer ED to patients with pollinosis from the preseasonal period till the end of the season.<br>However, when the ED treatment was started in the midseason, the outcome was good, although less satisfactory than the outcome of continuous treatment given throughout the entire pollen season.

2009年8月11日に静岡県の駿河湾を震源とする深さ約23km,マグニチュード6.5の地震による生研で観測された加速度記録を紹介する。観測の結果、建物の振動特性は、F棟建物の東西方向,南北方向の固有周期はそれぞれ0.505秒,0.569秒であった。建物の変位特性は、生研建物は南北に長手方向があり ,壁の量は東西方向のほうが多いことから南北方向に卓越した変位が現れた.地盤の増幅特性は,0.3秒付近の短周期成分が優勢であることがわかり,建物の固有周期が0.5秒であることから,地盤と建物は卓越周期が異なるため共振することはないと考えられる.[本要旨はPDFには含まれない]
