戦争体験を継承することは、日本社会の課題として頻繁に言及され、多種多様な実践が行われている。しかし、注目を集めるのは意識的な継承活動であり、自然発生的に語り継がれる「継承」はこれまであまり省みられていない。本研究では、戦災にまつわる心霊・超常現象を戦争体験が語り継がれる一形態として捉え、それらを掘り起こすことを試みる。これらの心霊・超常現象の語りの考察を通じて、体験者による証言や教育とは異なる「戦争体験の継承」のあり方を探る。

We developed a method for rapid and precise determination of B isotope ratios by MC-ICP-MS through an optimization of washout method, mass-discrimination correction and chemical separation. Resultant reproducibility of δ11B values was ±0.4‰ (2 × SD) when a simple standard-sample bracketing technique was used, and it was improved to be better than ±0.2‰ by a mass discrimination correction with a 7Li/6Li isotopic reference. A mixed solution, which consists of HNO3–HF–mannitol, allowed a rapid washout of B memory in the sample introduction line. The validation of this technique to a wide range of δ11B value and various B signal intensities was confirmed from a series of B reference solutions with δ11B values of –20 to +40‰ and 25 to 125 ng/g B. Analyses of seawater standard (BCR-403) and carbonate standard (JCp-1) with sample sizes of less than 50 ng B gave δ11B values consistent with those determined by TIMS as Cs2BO2+. The simple and high-precision technique developed here is applicable to various types of commercially supplied multiple collector ICP mass spectrometers without any modification of the sample introduction system from their original instrumental setting.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of medical books found in the Library of Taiso-Denshujo (the National Normal School of Gymnastics). Those books had been relocated to the library at the University of Tsukuba. Results of this study are as follows : 1) As the conception and the method of physical education should have been introduced into Japan from America and European countries at the beginning of the modernization of Japan, the school under the direction of Leland, G. A. tried to purchase the western books of medicine as well as those of physical education. 2) Taiso-Denshujyo changed the curriculam from the education which depended much on the western books to that using Japanese translation in 1871. This change urged the library of the school to get many books of translation. 3) The medical books of Japanese translation began to increase since 1878 and it met the demand of the changing education in the school. 4) The library collected two kinds of western medical books for the student. The one was an academic type of thick book and the other was a popular type of handy book. 5) As regards the western books of medicine used for the text book or reference one, the library had the books published in 1880. It was the early period of the school that the library bought many western medical books. 6) Among the western medical books, E. A. Parkes' A Manual of Practical Hygiene had an important meaning for the making of physical education. Because the book greatly influenced upon the G. A. Leland's lectures of physical education, particularly on the effect of exercise.

次世代シーケンサー(以下、NGS)データの解析は、大まかに①データ取得、②クオリティコントロール(以下、QC)、③アセンブルやマッピング、④数値解析の4 つのステップに分けられる。連載第4 回は、Bio-Linux にプレインストールされているFastQC(ver. 0.10.1)プログラムを用いたQC の実行および解釈の基本を述べる。また、FASTX-toolkit(ver. 0.0.14)で提供されているアダプター配列除去プログラムであるfastx_clipper の挙動を例に、Linux コマンドを駆使した動作確認の重要性を述べる。多様なインストール手段に対応すべく、apt-get, pip, cpan コマンドを利用したプログラムのインストール(FastQC ver.0.11.3、nkf ver. 2.1.3、cutadapt ver. 1.8.1、HTSeq ver. 0.6.1、FaQCs ver. 1.34)やパスなどの各種設定についても述べる。ウェブサイト(R で)塩基配列解析(URL: http://www.iu.a.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~kadota/r_ seq.html)中に本連載をまとめた項目(URL: http://www.iu.a.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~kadota/r_seq.html#about_ book_JSLAB)が存在する。ウェブ資料(以下、W)や関連ウェブサイトなどのリンク先を効率的に活用してほしい。

空港やデパート等の公共施設におけるモバイル充電サービスが普及している.公共充電サービスは利便性が高い一方で,個人情報の漏えいや不正操作の可能性がある.本稿では,公共施設で提供されている充電サービスにおける偽装攻撃の脅威モデルを導出し,そのモデルに基づいて具体的な攻撃方法についてまとめた.本攻撃手法を iOS 端末に適用した結果,モバイル充電サービスを偽装した Lightning アダプタケーブルと USB 周辺機器を使用することで,パスワード入力画面の覗き見や端末の不正操作が可能であることを示した.また,この対策として端末に接続されている USB デバイスが意図して接続されているものであるかどうかをユーザに確認するモデルを検討した.

視覚的な局所運動は狭い受容野内における輝度などの時空間的な相関から検出されるが,検出される運動成分は2次元的な運動方向と速度を一意に定めることができないという問題が生じる。霊長類は局所運動成分を統合することによりこの問題を解決しているが,他の系統における運動統合過程を調べた研究は少なく,種比較による系統発生的,生態的考察もなされていない。本稿ではハト(Columba livia)の運動統合特性が霊長類と異なることを行動実験から示した著者らの研究を紹介する。他の脊椎動物種における運動統合を調べた研究についても概説し,運動統合の種差を生じさせる要因について考察する。運動統合の種差は獲物などの運動物体を追跡する機能と関連しており,初期視覚領域における傾き選択性の有無と網膜からの2つの視覚経路の発達度合いの差異から生じるという仮説を提案する。

In the biomechanics field, tensegrity structures are considered to be similar to the human skeleton and the joint. Oh proposed a biotensegrity model that mimics the human spine and presented a shape control strategy, which leads to the optimization problem with the lengths of the tensile members corresponding to the muscle and tendon as design variables. This study extends previous shape control methods by incorporating strategies to avoid obstacles. As the methodology, the potential method, which has been applied in robotic engineering, is adopted. This method derives an appropriate avoidance path from the potential field function.

本稿では、からだの感じ方式によって行われた心の空間づくり(フォーカシング指向ボディ・スキャン)とフォーカシング・プロセスを報告し、空間づくりとフォーカシングにおけるからだの感じとその方式の特徴を明らかにした。そしてフォーカシングと身体指向的アプローチとの関連を検討した。フォーカサーは 40 代の男性である。からだの感じ方式の空間づくりを行い、それに続いて気になるからだの感じについてフォーカシングを行った。からだの感じ方式の空間づくりは、大地と接触する足裏の感じから始めて、からだの各部位にある感じを探るものである。いわばからだに空間をつくる方法である。からだには肯定的な感じと否定的な感じの両方があり、両方の感じをからだは全体的に抱えていることになる。さらに身体指向的アプローチの系譜を検討し、身体指向的アプローチとフォーカシングが結びつくことによって新たな発展が期待できることが示唆された。

本研究の目的は,パーキンソン病患者の認知機能・前頭葉機能が転倒に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである.対象は当院で入院加療したPD患者81例,Hoehn&Yahr重症度分類Stage2~4の患者であった.転倒回数により3群に分類し,MMSEおよびFABの総点数との関係について多重ロジスティック回帰分析を用いて解析した.また,Yahr分類とMMSEおよびFAB総点との関係は,Spearmanの順位相関係数を用いて分析した.非転倒群と複数回転倒群のMMSEおよびFABの総点数との間に有意な相関を認め,FABの総点数は,転倒予測因子として抽出され,前頭葉機能低下が転倒と相関していることが示唆された.

We ascertain the history and the staffs of the architectural section of Hokkaido Imperial University between 1918 and 1940, and tried defining it as a part of the official architectural organizations. There was an aspect of the control by the Education Ministry, that only the men who had had some experience in the architectural section of the Education Ministry were appointed to the engineers or the assistant engineers in the period from 1918 to 1921. With the enactment of 'Law of University' and 'Law of Higher School' in 19.18, however, we can say that, the improvements of the facilities and the cultivation of the architects along with the progress of higher education enabled the architectural section of the University to employ its staffs and design it's facilities independently.
