本稿の目的は、貧困問題の地域的特徴を分析し、生活困窮者支援のあり方について検討することにある。 貧困基準は今日、相対的貧困という観点から捉えることが主流である。わが国でもこの状態に置かれる人々が増加し、付随して社会的排除や潜在能力の欠如という問題に直面している。これらの貧困問題を地域別に分析し、地域課題を考察する。 The purposes of this paper are to analyze the regional structure of poverty and to consider the method of support to needy persons. It is the mainstream view to consider poverty from the perspective of relative poverty. In Japan, the people who are also in a state of relative poverty keep increasing, and they're faced with the problems of "social exclusion" and a lack of "capabilities". The targets are to analyze regional structures of these problems of the poor and consider regional Issues.

Self-esteem of sexual orientation minority members is not necessarily low, contrary to what might be theoretically expected. An explanation has been offered that self-protective strategies were in use. Instead, it is argued in this paper that sense of social inclusion plays an important role, and two questionnaire studies examined the possibility. In Study 1, 214 members of sexual orientation minority completed a set of questionnaires. Results showed that sense of acceptance by others had a positive relationship with self-esteem, but use of self-protective strategies did not. In Study 2, 218 who were not minority members completed the same set of questionnaires. It was shown in the comparison that the relationship between self-esteem and sense of social inclusion was stronger for minority members than non-members. Sense of social inclusion thus appeared to help members of sexual orientation minority keep self-esteem high.

修験道は,一般には日本古来の山岳信仰がベースとなって,それに神仙道,シャーマニズム,原始神道,道教,呪禁道,雑密,陰陽道,仏教の影響が加わって,平安朝末期頃にひとつの宗教体系をつくりあげていった。そこで,霊山と古代から民衆に敬い尊崇されてきた信仰の山々を舞台にして山林修行者たちが,いつしか修験道の行場として峯入拝登するようになる。修験道の開祖とされるのは役小角であり,平安時代頃から末期にかけて山岳信仰としての修験道は飛躍的に発展期を迎え,山伏・聖が多く出る。彼らの特色は特定寺院に属さず専ら山林での抖?にあった。山伏修験者においては神仏を実際に体験することに出発点があり,その功徳力を下化衆生救済によって民衆の諸病をいやし,健康幸福を導く具体的即効的な宗教,それが山伏修験の呼称に他ならない。そうした民衆と密着した「実修実験」(実修実証)の意義や価値観をも併せて,修験道の特色を考察する。

イボにヨクイニンを奨める広告を見て,脂漏性角化症(老人性疣贅)にヨクイニンの処方を希望して皮膚科を受診する患者が少なくない.そこで,ヨクイニンの脂漏例角化症に対する有効性を文献的に検討した. 【方法】医薬品医療機器総合機構のホームページで一般用を含むヨクイニンに関係する医薬品の添付文書の適応症を確認し,医学中央雑誌とPubMedを用いて,脂漏性角化症に関連するヨクイニンの論文を検索し,該当した論文を精査した. 【結果】ヨクイニンを配合する医療用医薬品は36品目あり,そのうちヨクイニンエキスの2品目は尋常性疣贅と青年性扁平疣贅に適応があり,麻杏よく甘湯エキスはイボを適応症としていた.一般用医薬品・要指導医薬品には,ヨクイニンを主成分とする製剤(狭義のヨクイニン)が7品目,せんじ薬である薏苡仁煎が1品目あり,狭義のヨクイニンの適応症は「いぼ,皮膚のあれ」,薏苡仁煎では,「いぼ,皮膚のあれ,利尿,関節痛」となっていた.医学中央雑誌を用いた検索では,「ヨクイニン」で453,「ヨクイニン」と「いぼ」の組合せで113の論文が抽出され,「ヨクイニン」と,「老人性疣贅」もしくは「脂漏性角化症」で3つの論文が該当したが,いずれもヨクイニンの脂漏性角化症への有効性を述べたものではなかった.また,PubMedではヨクイニンで6論文があるが,脂漏性角化症に関係するものはなかった. 【結論】ヨクイニンに脂漏性角化症の適応はなく,有効性を述べた論文はなかった.一般用医薬品などでは平易な病名にするため「いぼ」と表現しているが,ヨクイニンの適応疾患として老人性疣贅は含まれず,ウイルス性疣贅のみを指すと考えられる.患者の誤解をなくすため,適切な啓発活動が必要である.

Put Ultraman Tiga (1996-97) on the actual scene of Japanese society in the years from 1995 to 1997. It was the memorable period in which some very significant incidents occurred, for example, a major earthquake in the Hanshin area, the fatal gas attack against the metropolis subway system and a junior high school student's killing of the young boy in Kobe. Japan was at that time of the horror entertainment boom with a best-selling novel named Parasite Eve at its peak. Ultraman Tiga is a fictional television program for children featuring a supernatural hero whose mission is to protect the earth against monsters or aliens from outer space. It might be easy to find those above-mentioned incidents reflected in the program but there is more to be argued about the historical significance the work has in terms of the information-oriented society. Analysis of the interactions between its main plot and these reflections shows that Ultraman Tiga had already depicted the fearful digital environment of today where individuals are unwittingly governed by a single computer system on the basis of their own personal information.

日本文化のルネッサンスとして日本文化を,日本らしさ伝統を大事にすることを目的として,学術,芸術,伝統産業,食文化,スポーツ等各界の有識者の賛同を得て「日本酒で乾杯推進会議」の事務局が日本酒造組合中央会におかれている。推進会議の会員3か条として,日本文化を愛すること,日本酒を愛すること,率先して日本酒で乾杯することと述べている。が,日本酒で乾杯することは古来からの伝統的なものでないことが「乾杯の文化史研究会」で明らかにされた。筆者(「日本酒で乾杯推進会議の中核をなす100人委員の一人」)のいう酒礼,盃ごと,を踏まえた「日本酒で乾杯」の作法が21世紀はじめに醸成された日本の飲酒文化として確立されることが期待される。

本研究の目的は、生活困窮者に対してどのようなセーフティネット構築が必要とされているのかを明らかにすることにある。セーフティネットというタームは戦前の社会福祉において他の社会制度の残余的な最後の砦としての意味で使われてきた。しかし社会福祉が制度的に確立した現代において、制度から漏れ落ちはざまに陥る人の増大が今日的な社会の課題となっていることを背景に、より積極的に他の制度にアクションを起こし、社会的排除の状況に陥る前に予防的に発動するセーフティネットが求められている。今日の社会課題に応答するセーフティネットを構築するためには、地域を基盤とする生活困窮者支援のシステムを公私協働で確立していくと同時に、生活困窮課題を地域の課題として考える意識の醸成が求められ、この二つの要素が重層的に地域の中にセーフティネットを形成すると考える。This study clarifies the structure of a safety net to support people living in poverty. In the prewar period, the term "safety net" was used in social welfare for complementing other social system malfunctions. Despite the development of laws related to social welfare, the number of people who cannot receive social services and are hence living in difficulties has been increasing. A safety net needs to be created that will be more active in identifying flaws in social systems and that will support people in early stages of social exclusion. As a result, a safety net to support people living in poverty should comprise two factors. One is collaboration of public and private sectors to build a support system and the other is the presence of a common consciousness of social exclusion in communities.

新市町村建設促進法により昭和29年4月に発足した富山県黒部市は,積極的な工業誘致政策を推進し,その結果,三日市製錬所,北陸製塩,吉田工業の3工揚の誘致に成功した.ここでは,わが国ファスナー生産高の85~90%を占める吉田工業 (YKK) を研究対象とした. 1) ファスナー生産は本来消費地指向性の産業であるにもかかわらず,黒部市に立地した理由は戦災による東京工場の消失,疎開地魚津における発展に必要な土地獲得の不成功に直面した時,黒部市が希望用地97,200m2を提供した点にある.したがつて,一般に立地論で指摘される輸送費,労働費,集積の基本的立地因子の有利性は発見出来ない. 2) 黒部市立地によつて生じる不利益を克服する手段として,これまでの手工業的技術を廃し,アメリカから輸入したチェーン・マシンを基礎とした,機械化・経営の合理化を遂行した.とくに一貫工程の採用は生産費の低下,対外競争力の強化,大量生産による有効需要の創造を可能ならしめた.結局,この企業のもつextemal diseconomiesをintemal economiesによつて相殺した点に発展の諸力が求められる. 3) 吉田工業が当該地域に与えた直接効果は,生産効果,雇用効果,財政効果に分けられる.

[要約]「父の娘」とはユング派の女性分析家によって1980 年代に提出された概念である。この言葉は「父権制の娘」、即ち、個人的な親子関係を越えて「父なるもの」の強い影響下にある女性を意味する。この概念自体は普遍的なものであり、昔から存在するものであるが、新たに脚光を浴びた背景には、女性の社会進出や社会的成功、そしてそれに伴って生じた心理的問題などがあった。それから数十年が経過し、女性の進学や就職は当たり前になった。これに伴って、「父の娘」の課題はすべての女性にとって、より避けて通れないものとなったように見える。本論ではこの概念についてあらためて振り返り、昔話や実際に起った事件などを参考にしながら、現在における「父の娘」について詳細に論じた。 [Abstract]“Father’s daughter” is a concept which was suggested by female Jungian analysts in 1980’s. This means “daughter of patriarchal society” which is like woman under the strong influence of patriarchy. Although this motif is universal, it was paid attention because women started working outside and some of them became successful in the society at that time. While they succeeded in the patriarchal society, they suffered from psychological problems. After a few decades, it is quite normal for women in developed countries to go to school and to work outside. Therefore, the problems of father’s daughter become more unavoidable for every woman in civilized society. In this paper, father’s daughter in current society is discussed in detail through a fairy tale and a real murder case.

Direct observation of protein structural changes during ion transport in ion pumps provides valuable insights into the mechanism of ion transport. In this study, we examined structural changes in the light-driven sodium ion (Na+) pump rhodopsin KR2 on the sub-millisecond time scale, corresponding with the uptake and release of Na+. We compared the ion-pumping activities and transient absorption spectra of WT and the W215F mutant, in which the Trp215 residue located near the retinal chromophore on the cytoplasmic side was replaced with a Phe residue. Our findings indicated that atomic contacts between the bulky side chain of Trp215 and the C20 methyl group of the retinal chromophore promote relaxation of the retinal chromophore from the 13-cis to the all-trans form. Since Trp215 is conserved in other ion-pumping rhodopsins, the present results suggest that this residue commonly acts as a mechanical transducer. In addition, we measured time-resolved ultraviolet resonance Raman (UVRR) spectra to show that the environment around Trp215 becomes less hydrophobic at 1 ms after photoirradiation and recovers to the unphotolyzed state with a time constant of around 10 ms. These time scales correspond to Na+ uptake and release, suggesting evolution of a transient ion channel at the cytoplasmic side for Na+ uptake, consistent with the alternating-access model of ion pumps. The time-resolved UVRR technique has potential for application to other ion-pumping rhodopsins and could provide further insights into the mechanism of ion transport.

本研究は,東京大都市圏における若者のアニメに関連した観光・レジャーの実態と空間的な特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。Web上で実施したアンケートからは,単にアニメに関連した観光・レジャーといっても,その活動の種類によって参加頻度が大きくことなることや,日常的に顔を合わせる友人だけでなく,オンライン上で知り合った友人とも一緒に観光・レジャーを行う層が一定数いることが明らかになった。さらに,アンケートの結果をもとに,来訪されやすいアニメショップや印象に残りやすいアニメの聖地の空間的特徴を概観した。秋葉原や池袋などのアニメショップが集積する場所として有名な場所だけでなく,新宿にもその集積がみられた。また,都心部にもアニメの聖地が数多くみられ,多くの若者が訪れていることが明らかとなった。
