わが国で今後増える原発立地地域における廃炉後の地域再生の課題を明らかにするために,ドイツのグライフスヴァルト原発の廃炉会社EWN社と地元自治体の地域再生の取り組みの成果をまとめた。1)利用できる原発施設と跡地は出来るだけ利用することを目標に,地元3自治体はEWN社と共同で,跡地の地区詳細計画を策定した。2)この計画に沿い,地元自治体は工業港を建設,跡地の一部を工場団地にし企業誘致をしている。3)原子炉解体と再利用整備,放射性廃棄物中間貯蔵施設,インフラ整備は,州政府,連邦政府およびEUの支援と財政措置によって実現された。4)一方で,敷地内の中間貯蔵施設では他原発の廃棄物受け入れがすすみ,地域の将来に不安の波紋を投げかける施設となっている。わが国を振り返ると,東海村の将来計画には,跡地利用計画と廃棄物貯蔵をどう位置づけるのかの記述はない。計画にこれらをどう位置づけるのか議論の積み重ねが求められる。

One-dose packaging improves the convenience of patients in drug therapy and is useful for securing medication adherence. As psychiatric patients take plural, sometimes many, drugs before bedtime, there are increasing demands for utilizing one-dose packaging in dispensing drugs for these patients. Suvorexant is a potent and selective antagonist against orexin 1 and 2 receptors and its use as an insomnia remedy is rising rapidly. On the package insert of suvorexant (Belsomra®) tablets, there is a description "Store in the press through package (PTP) until use to protect from light and moisture". So far, however, little information has been available about the correct storage conditions regarding the one-dose packaging of Belsomra® tablets. In this study, we investigated the stability of one-dose packaged Belsomra® tablets, which were preserved for 30 days at room temperature or at room temperature under 85% relative high humidity (high humidity), with a focus on the changes in appearance, hardness, mass, disintegration, content, and dissolution. Suvorexant content and the appearance of one-dose packaged Belsomra® tablets did not change even after 30 days. However, the tablets greatly lost hardness and showed an increase in mass, possibly due to the hygroscopicity of this formulation. These changes resulted in the prolonged disintegration time of one-dose packaged Belsomra® tablets and in the retarded dissolution of suvorexant from the tablets. These results suggest that Belsomra® tablets are hygroscopic and less stable. It is, therefore, desirable to avoid long-term, one-dose packaging of this formulation.

ウェステルマン肺吸虫はモクズガニやサワガニを生食することでヒトに感染する.今回,姉妹の感染例を経験した.両名ともプラジカンテルの投与で軽快した.国内で販売されている淡水産のカニの肺吸虫感染率は決して低くなく,加熱なしで淡水産カニを喫食する際には十分な注意が必要と考えられる.また本例はいずれも外国人であり外国人診療においては食習慣の違いによる感染症にも留意する必要があると考えられた.

大学における国際交流がさかんになってきたが、地域に学ぶことを目的とした大学問国際交流は、地域学の意義を考える上で大きな意味がある。 今回韓国南部の珍島で関催された第7回国際珍島学会に参加して、韓国の珍島で活躍する地域社会人との交流の中から、地域に学ぶことの意義についての考察を行った。学会は主として珍島の地域社会人と韓国と日本の大学生の体験型学習の場として設定されており、様々な文化的背景を持った学生がお互いを知ると同時に、共に珍島という地域社会から学ぶ場という位置付けになっている。昨年に引き続き今年度のテーマは「葬礼」で、世界各国の葬礼文化を知ると同時に、韓国、日本を中心として世界の7カ国の学生と研究者が議論しながら地域学の意義についてお互いに学び合った。

イヌワシの一亜種であるニホンイヌワシ(Aquila chrysaetos japonica)は,個体数と繁殖状況の現状調査に基づいて,環境省版レッドリストの絶滅危惧種に指定されている。現在,国による保全活動が行われているものの,個体数減少の原因とその改善方法に関する知見は,十分とはいえない。この数十年の間に,日本を含む世界各地において,イヌワシの種の回復に関する多分野にわたる科学的な研究が行われ,本種の保全計画に必要な情報が集められつつある。しかしながら,これらの研究は個別に進められており,学際的なアプローチが充分になされていない。本稿では,生態学,遺伝学,獣医学的健康管理,生息地管理などの,ニホンイヌワシの保全に関する諸研究を総合して概観した。野生および飼育下個体群の現状と傾向を分析し,現在および将来の保全管理の活動を報告し,ニホンイヌワシの生息域内保全および生息域外保全に向けた対策について,統合的な見地から議論した。この総説では,イヌワシの生物学や健康科学に関する国内および海外の専門家グループが,学術的な情報と実用的な解決策の両方を提示した。本稿によって,ニホンイヌワシの数の減少をくいとめるのに必要な情報と技術を提供し,日本における長期的な本種の保全に応用するための枠組みを示すことを目指す。

Thermal bridges at the connections between window and wall are generally not added to evaluation of heat loss from building envelopes. This report presents evaluation method for the thermal bridge around the window. Linear thermal transmittance between window and wall in typical configurations was calculated as an evaluation index. In addition, quantities of the heat loss from the thermal bridge were compared with the total heat loss amount of a house.

定期借地権マンションの立地、建物概要や借地契約・費用負担の実態、管理上の課題とそれへの対応実態などを明らかにした。定期借地権マンションは都市のコンパクト化や土地入手困難地域での立地、公的主体所有の土地の有効利用、さらに住戸面積のゆとりのあるマンションの供給に一定寄与している。しかしながら、供給時の設定された法的関係、それに対する対価の設定、維持管理計画においては根拠が不明確なものがあり、現行法においての課題がある。さらに、契約関係が明確になっていない、契約内容が承継されていない、解消に向かってのプロセスプランニングがない、底地の買取の対応策がないという問題がある。また、借地契約関係への管理組合・管理会社の関与が現行法では困難と考えられているが、実態では多くの関与があり、関与が求められている。こうした実態を踏まえ、今後の課題として管理組合・管理会社の借地契約関係の関与の立法的対応、利用期限のある建物の計画修繕や解体準備のあり方、底地の買取制度等を検討し、供給時から体制を整備することが都市部の土地の有効利用につながると考えられる。

In recent years, aging of agricultural workers has progressed, attention is paid to ICT conversion of agriculture and Functional food with health maintenance effect. Raspberry contains a large amount of compounds that have a high health maintenance effect, which takes time and labor for cultivation. The purpose of this research is to construct an image processing system that recognizes color and position information in order to check whether harvesting of raspberries is possible under an indoor environment. As research contents, RGB values of colors of berries at various stages were calculated from spectral analysis results of berries and compared with actual fruit photos. We also classified colors in the image using machine learning and verified its accuracy.

Since 1993, no cases infected with high pathogenic Kato type of Orientia tsutsugamushi (O.tsutsugamushi) had occurred. However, in August, 2008, we found a patient with tsutsugamushi disease (scrub typhus) who had the antibody against Kato serotype antigen the titer of which was raised at the level of the convalescent phase. The patient resided along Omono river, Daisen city, Akita Prefecture, Japan. We surveyed the vector mites and the field mice as hosts around the endemic locality, from spring to autumn, 2009. We found out Leptotronbidium akamushi (L. akamushi) and succeeded to isolate the Kato type of O. tsutsugamushi from the field mice at the endemic locality. L. akamushi were also found at the famous place for national fireworks in Daisen city, not so distant from the endemic locality. In order to avoid additional latent infections among the local residents or tourists, it is necessary to enlighten that there is risk of infection with this disease along Omono river in summer.

The Consortium for Renovating Education for the Future, founded at the University of Tokyo in 2009, has been striving to help teachers develop a networked community for creating authentically learner-centered classrooms. The classes are designed on a cognitive framework where the constructively interactive components during classroom student discussions provide individual students with a chance to express and reflect upon their own ideas as well as others, for integrating and constructively deepening them. This community currently involves more than 100 teachers coming from sixty-nine schools, ranging from elementary to high-schools. The paper reports its success for helping teachers to create sub-communities around their locations as well as their subject areas, so that they could collaboratively share the prime plans for similar classes and reflect upon their outcomes. Discussions on future plans conclude the paper.

Processing fluency influences judgment as metacognitive cue. Laham, Koval, & Al-ter (2012) demonstrated name-pronunciation effect whereby easy-to-pronounce (i.e.,easy-to-process) names were judged more positively. In their study, however, the “pro-nouncability” was not defined by objective criteria, which may cast doubt on the inter-nal validity of the effect. To overcome this limitation, the present study replicated thename-pronunciation effect by manipulating two objectively defined and well-establishedpronouncability factors: within-item phonological similarity and phonotactic frequencyof the name. Phonological similarity is manipulated by making the constituent moraeshare the same vowel or not. Phonotactic frequency is defined by a composite score ofmora, bi-mora and position-mora frequency. We asked participants to rate impressionof names, presenting nonwords as names of foreign person who would come to their of-fice. The result indicated independent effects of phonological similarity and phonotacticfrequency with phonologically similar and low phonotactic frequency names being ratednegatively. The present study confirmed the internal validity of the name-pronunciationeffect in the previous study.

本研究では、日本近世~近代における国内各地や植民地の遊廓の調査を進め、遊廓の開発や社会=空間構造を分析するとともに、一次史料を用いて、遊女屋・貸座敷の経営内部における女性たちへの抑圧と搾取の構造の解明も進めた。その結果、近世後期以降の遊廓の大衆化と全国的普及の過程で女性たちに対する搾取が強化される一方、明治維新に伴う公娼制度の改革を経て、女性たちが多様な手段を用いて搾取や暴力に直接・間接に抵抗し、それが遊廓社会の変容を促していくことも明らかになってきた。継続的な現地調査や研究会と研究者のネットワーク化、「遊廓・遊所研究データベース」の充実により、新しい遊廓研究が現れてきた点も重要な成果である。
